Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the depreciation of inactive archives at SMK Ma'arif NU Doro Pekalongan Regency. Measurements using inactive archives management include the determination of archive retention schedules, filing assessments, filing depreciation systems, archive transfer, archiving destruction, archive submissions and archives. The main question in this study is how the system of inactive archive depreciation in the Unit Administration SMK Ma'arif NU Doro Pekalongan Regency? The results of this study showed that the inactive filing depreciation procedure conducted by SMK Ma'arif NU Doro Pekalongan District is quite good. This will support effective archiving governance or work procedures by standardizing guidelines on the governance or work of the archives and enhancing the skills or skills of employees handling the archives. Keywords: Depreciation, Archives, Inactive Archives

Abstract

This This study examines which factors affect employees’ job satisfaction and tests the relationship between overall job satisfaction and work performance using Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) Spector.From the result of Job Satisfaction Survey (JJS) analysis, the overall job satisfaction score of the respondents is 101.9, which is an indication that the average responseis represent ambivalence. While the average performance rating is 4, is represent most of the respondent's performance rank is on target plus (OTP). The result of the analysis that Job satisfaction is influenced by variable of pay, promotion, Supervision, Fringe benefit, Contingent rewards, Operating conditions, Coworkers, Nature of work, dan Communication. Abstract

Promotion of this position provides an important role for every employee, and became one of the always anticipated employees. Therefore, with this promotional target, employees feel appreciated, cared for, needed and recognized ability of work. One of the factors that influence the promotion of position is competence, strong employee competence is a very useful foundation to help companies improve their performance. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of employee competence (X variable) to promotion position (variable Y) at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Bintaro Griya Niaga. The data used are primary data obtained through observation method, interview method, questionnaire and documentation study. This research used slovin formula as sampling method with 48 respondents. The analysis of this research includes validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and simple linear regression equation test. Based on the result of the research, it can be seen that employee competence (X variable) has positive and significant influence on promotion of position (variable Y) at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Bintaro Griya Niaga with correlation coefficient 0,771, then coefficient of determination gives 50,6% promotion position while the remaining 49.4% influenced by other factors not examined. At the regression equation the value of a (constant) is 16,881 and the value of b (coefficient) is 0,815.   Key Word: ,employee competence, promotion of position

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empirik pengaruh kontrak psikologis dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik survei. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Real Time Futures Jakarta, yang berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil ini menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara kontrak psikologis dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract

Kebutuhan manusia yang semakin kompleks mendorong mereka menginginkan pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat. Hal ini tentunya dapat terpenuhi apabila didukung suatu perusahaan atau instansi memiliki pegawai dengan kinerja yang tinggi. Pemberian pelayanan berarti melakukan kinerja atas dasar pelayanan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Bagian Pelayanan Statistik Terpadu  memberikan.layanan varian data yang meliputi kependudukan, pendidikan, ketenagakerjaan, perekonomian, pertambangan, ekspor impor dan lain sebagainya, semuanya bisa diakses sesuai kebutuhan dengan mudah  karena didukung  oleh SOP. Dalam pelaksanaannya masih adanya kendala, yakni para pengguna data yang belum sepenuhnya memahami alur layanan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja berbasis pelayanan sangat diperlukan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan data bagi penggunannya

Abstract

Abstract - Superior employee performance is the key factor in the company to achieve its goals. One that can affect the performance of employees is their motivation to work. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance PT Mitra Utama Graphic. The number of respondents in this study were 35 employees. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The analysis of the data used is simple regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that motivation significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Mitra Utama Graphic. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient indicates the number 0,52, it means the relationship work motivation on employee performance is quite strong. The coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0,270 which means work motivation affects employee performance by 27% while the rest influenced by other factors outside the study. Keywords: work motivation, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract - Every organization faces internal and external challenges such as technological developments, global competition, and internal issues related to organizational policy. One of the potentials that the organization needs to optimize in facing the current challenges is the potential of human resources who understand and implement the organizational culture to produce the best performance for the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance PT Huda Express. In this study the number of respondents as many as 30 employees. The data were collected by using questionnaires with data analysis using normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance of PT Huda Express. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.408, it means the relationship of organizational culture to the employee's performance is quite strong. Coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.166 which means organizational culture has a contribution to employee performance of 16.6% while the rest is influenced by other factors than organizational culture. Abstract

Organizational culture is an agreed way to run in any organization or company. Organizational culture is usually not formal in nature, but more consequential to the prevailing custom or conduct. However, there are some companies that are starting to see the importance of organizational culture so they give more emphasis to the implementation of the organizational culture, for example with the slogan, pampfet or posters for mensiosialisasi organizational culture that their personal religious beliefs and they run in the organiasi or his company.Organizational culture in practice not only manage how employees should behave in the Organization to their friends or his superiors only, but organizational culture impact is more than that. Cultural organizations forming the employee attitudes and viewpoints. Employees can work well when shaped by the good of culture organization and employees can also become lazy and have no motivation when they conditioned by cultural organization that are not dynamic, quick and uphold the performance its employees. However there are still many companies that still do not understand the significance of organizational culture. This is a mistake, because from culture organization can build a good employees with the traits or character of the company and can eventually created a work environment that is productive and synergize.This paper is trying to expose the relationship between the organizational culture with the discipline of work of employees in an organization of Government. Questionnaires distributed to the employment bureau in Badan Kepegawaian Negara.From the obtained results of the calculations, there is a relationship of 0.511 and influence of cultural variables Between 0.261 against disciplined work.Key Word: culture organization, discipline of work.

Abstract

One part of office management is office layout. Factors that determine success in conducting office activities is by way of preparation of workplaces and office equipment with the best. When viewed from the accuracy of office spatial election, this can determine the employee's comfort indirectly. Organizing office space is a necessity of today's modern offices. Arrangement of office layout provides added value for the continuity of organizational activities. Spatial arrangement is arrangement of all office machines, office equipment and office furniture in the right place, so that employees can work well, comfortable and free to move to achieve the goal of work. In this research mengobsevasi spatial arrangement of teachers of SMA 63 Jakarta, using qualitative descriptive research method, accompanied by data collection methods such as observation methods, interviews and documentation. The results of this study provide an overview of the spatial arrangement of teachers, namely most of the arrangement of the layout of teachers is in accordance with the theory. Spatial used teacher room is open with the arrangement of furniture and equipment efficiently, with short working principle, air temperature between 28 - 32 degrees Celsius, color selection of white room for bright effect, solar lighting system, as well as air circulation combination between AC and using a window equipped with air vents, but there are few drawbacks in the placement of some of the furniture and the type of open spaces, but this does not have a meaningful effect on the day-to-day activities of the teacher.

Abstract

Membayar pajak merupakan kewajiban bagi seluruh warga negara yang memiliki penghasilan dan sebagai wajib pajak diharuskan memiliki NPWP, pengelolaan pajak pribadi di Indonesia dipercayakan kepada para wajib pajak untuk melaporkan secara pribadi dari tahapan registrasi NPWP sampai pembayaran pajaknya tidak perlu lagi datang ke kantor pajak semua dapat dilakukan secara online.  Melalui wawancara kepada beberapa pihak terkait maka didapatkan data untuk menganalisa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam peningkatan pelayanan pembuatan NPWP bagi para wajib pajak. Diharapkan dengan semakin banyak orang yang paham penggunaan sistem informasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi para calon wajib pajak untuk memiliki NPWP.
