Abstract

Progress of a company is absolutely necessary in the face of global competition today. In the era of globalization and free market, companies are required to continue developing and developed with a very high competitive level. There are many factors that affect the progress of a company starting from the factor of human resources, financial resources external to the company. None of the companies thatwant their business so that the necessary bangrut planning is good and earnest efforts for the company to move forward and survive. Financial statements is one indicator that can measure whether the company was in good health or not. There are many methods of analysis that can be used to measure the performance of the company. One is the method of Altman Z-score. Altman Z-score is the most famous models in predicting bankruptcy of enterprises. This highly accurate method for measuring whether a company in financial difficulties or not. Because of financial difficulties was the beginning of the bankruptcy business. Altman Z-score model using data from the report noted that financial-data to beprocessed into an accurate data. The model is then combined with MS. Access Programming to produce an application that is fast, precise and accurate in predicting bankruptcy of enterprises.

Abstract

Promotion is crystallization of a form of marketing communication, modern marketing communication should be able to communicate the brand or Its products to consumers in an integrated way, so consumers will know more about the benefits of the product. To find products that are marketed to consumers, certainly needs to be measured in evaluating how much the strength of the product is received by consumers. Many methods are used in determine level of effectiveness of communication conducted as Customer Decision Model (CDM), EPIC Model, Direct Rating Method (DRM), and Customer Response Index (CRI).Custormer Response Index (CRI) is one that often used in the measurement of the effectiveness of marketing communications products. Variables used to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication consists of five variables including Awareness, Comphrehend, Interest, Intention, and Action. In connection with the acquisition value is performed with CRI can be seen from the results of recent advertising campaigns through the media. If the CRI points earned exceeds 50% or more, then said to the effectiveness of marketing communications well worth it. For the research results through media advertisements broadcast television advertising products aqua value of marketing communications effectiveness gets 59% of acquisition value, this means that the measurement of the effectiveness of marketing communications products using the method Custormer Response Index (CRI) produces assessments that can be said to be good. With reference to the acquisition of data, can be seen how much the consumer is not how much consumer response and the response, it was said as a response index.

Abstract

Competition is increasingly competitive business world in all fields require firms to further improve its performance. Economic Value Added (EVA) is one appropriate method for measuring a company's financial performance. Company's financial performance is the company's achievements in the transaction or the business as measured by capital adequacy, liquidity andprofitability. EVA aims to assess the financial performance of companies that are indicators of the addition of the value of an investment in the form of income and value-based. EVA is useful for measuring the performance of a company that can stand alone without the need for other measures in the form of comparisons with similar companies or to analyze the trend (trend). Oneof the advantages of EVA is used as the basis for assessment of bonuses to employees, especially in the division that provides EVA is more that can be said that the EVA running stakeholders satisfaction concepts. The disadvantage of EVA are based on the belief that investors rely heavily on fundamental approach in reviewing and making decisions to buy and sell particular stocks.With the tool (tools) Ms. Visual Basic Programming, analysis of company financial performance using Economic Value Added (EVA) can more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Marketing communications are the mainstay for every manufacturer to influence consumers against products that it markets, this is done there is no other word is to improve mind share to the public in order to increase selling product. This is done because the aspect of remembrance will create awareness to the end consumer purchases would take action to a product recall. A1arketing promotions are often used manufacturers to introduce their products to market is the advertising, ad vertising has a very poweiful force to inf orm, communicate, and even affect the consumer to the product marketing, media fisheries have a very long way to reach consumers is media such as radio and television broadcasting . Advertising products that are advertised through the medium of television broadcasting, the level of effectiveness can be analyzed by using certain methods. One method used to measure the effectiveness of advertising is Direct Rating Method (DRM). Analysis of broadcast product advertising that will measure its iffectiveness is product Sunsilk version "cool commercials" by using the Direct Rating Method (DRM). Measurement of advertising levels effectiveness by DRM using five variables including attention 3.82 points, readthroughntess 3.76 point, cognitive 3.88 pohlts, affection 3.79 points, and behaviour toward advertising 3.96 points. Bach variable will be converted to DRA1-scale, until the end of the process then the accumulative conversion into one particular value called the iffective value is 76.82 as final result analysis. This value is seen.from the scale used is included in either category.

Abstract

Technological developments have raised the standard of living humans. However, technological advances also bring the sources of job stress and a new injury. A completev modern technology, changes informs of employment, work organization, and production systems place high demands on a working power.As a result, the level rmdform of the potential hazards in the workpla9e that should be in the face of workers will also change. To overcome this required the implementation of performance improvement in a company K3. This thesis research conducted at the cement plant at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk that in every work area contains potential hazards that threaten the welfare of workers. In building peiformance implementation of K3, PT Indocement. Has sought to reduce or eliminate the potential hazard in the factory area with implementing this program is one of the K3 inspections (safety monitoring}. Implementation of inspection programs K3 also influence the level of workplace accidents, because in principle every incident can be prevented. Therefore, it is determined by the quantity and quality of inspections so that potential hazards can be known earlier that the results could reduce workplace accidents that might happen.

Abstract

This study aimed to test whether the independent variable (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, physical manifestation) have an influence on the dependent variable (satisfaction taxpayer) partially or simultaneously. Of 6 (six) Primary Jakarta Tax Office in North Jakarta who meet the criteria in this study took the 6 (six) Primary Jakarta Tax Office in North Jakarta. As KPP Primary Sunter Jakarta, Jakarta Head Ivory Primary KPP, KPP Primary Penjaringan Jakarta, Jakarta Koja Primary KPP, KPP Jakarta Pademangan Primary, Primary KPP Jakarta Tanjung Priok. Questionnaires that have been netted, filled with as many as 60 pieces of questionnaire respondents taxpayers who reported SPT (the Notice) Personal and SPT (the Notice) The Agency Tax Services Office in North Jakarta. The results obtained by multiple linear regression analysis equation Y = 50930 + .416 + 2.806X2 XI + X4 +027 + 260X3 + e 1.123X5 Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance,Tax effect on satisfaction, while there is no influence of empathy and physical form in Simultaneous Test results show that the variable Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Being physical effect on taxpayer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) showed that the satisfaction of the taxpayer is equal to 60.CJO/o is determined by the variable Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Being physically while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Competition higher business world requires companies to further improve their performance in order to continue to compete and survive. To measure the performance of the company can be seen from the annual financial statements. One of the tools for measuring the financial performance of the company is to use the analysis du pont system. Du Pont Analysis System is an analysis that includes activity ratios and profit margins on sales to determine the profitability of the company which aims to determine the efficiency of the use of corporate assets. In these analyzes used Du Pont chart that serves as a chart designed to show the relationship between the return on the investment, asset turnover and profit margin. Du Pont system can be used by the management company to analyze how to improve performance. One of the advantages Du Pont System is to measure the profitability of each product produced by the company so as to know which product potential. Ms. Access Programming as an application programming can be used to simplify the analysis du pont system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors that influence job satisfaction in hospital nurses YARSI Pontianak. The variables used are salaries / wages (x1), co-workers (x2), working conditions (x3), the opportunity to go forward (x4), communications (x5), job security (x6) as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The method used by the survey method, the total population in the set of 39 respondents. Techniques of data collection consisted of interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis coefficient of determination or R squre amounted to 0.662. means that variable Y is influenced by the six independent variables at 66.2% while the remaining 34.8% were influenced by other variables. Value adjuster R Square of 59.9% indicates that there must be a strong influence of salary / wages (x1), peers (x2), working conditions (x3), the opportunity to go forward (x4), communications (x5) and job security (x6) are inter-related unit nurse at 59.9%, while the remaining 40.1% were influenced by other variables not examined in this study. It can be concluded that the hypotesis this research is accepted.

Abstract

With the large number of people and the advancement of education, a lot of people that require the development of knowledge that comes from reading materials such as books, novels, magazines, and other reading materials. One provider of reading material is a book store. Judging from the level of competition bookstore today's highly competitive, because it's allmarketing efforts for the development of urgently needed. It can be seen from the many new bookstore standing or that has been growing rapidly, when viewed from one aspect of education is certainly a lot of need for reading. By considering these aspects then Salemba bookstore trying to develop its marketing efforts in the field of libraries with all age groups and gender. Throughpromotional efforts and pemasaranya Salemba bookstore doing a lot of promotion and marketing strategies that have a program of work are like the advertising and marketing strategy with the use of a membership card ownership. One strategy to do is to increase brand awareness to promoteBookstore to its customers and create a unique selling proposition strategy orientation by binding to its customers through the card to the customer to prioritize breakthrough image enhancement bookstore. Through this marketing strategy, then Salemba bookstore trying to gauge the level of customer imaging to bookstores and also find a way to change its marketing strategy in the futurethrough serjumlah respondents to rate the effectiveness of marketing communications by using SPSS application. With the analysis results obtained will serve as a decision making for progress in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions of members of the Regional Representatives Council (parliament) Bekasi against public policy transparency in monitoring revenue budget expenditures (budget). The study population is a member of Bekasi City Council while the sample used is the Education Commission of the Commission on D.Questionnaires were used as the data was likert scale and secondary data from documents and archives commission D parliament especially related to the budget. This study used descriptive statistical analysis and methods of SPSS Version 19 and AMOS 6.0 because to describe the real situation. This study concluded that the perception of members of parliament to the public policy of transparency in budget expenditures (budget) is good, but a lot of weaknesses.
