Abstract

Abstrak  - Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 cukup memukul kondisi pariwisata Indonesia, namun sektor pariwisata masih memiliki peluang untuk kembali mencapai kondisi puncak dan menjadi penopang bagi pelaku usaha lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi likuiditas, efisiensi, dan harga saham dari perusahaan terbuka yang bergerak pada sektor pariwisata, restoran, dan hotel secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh positif dari kondisi likuiditas dan efisiensi keuangan terhadap harga saham perusahaan.  Data diambil pada tahun 2016-2017 pada saat kondisi pariwisata di Indonesia berada dalam keadaan normal, agar bisa menggambarkan perilaku investor pada masa normal.  Ada tiga hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini. Hipotesis pertama Current Ratio (CR) memberikan pengaruh positif atas harga saham. Hipotesis kedua Return on Asset (ROA) memberikan pengaruh positif atas harga saham, dan hipotesis ketiga (H3) adalah Return on Equity (ROA) memberikan pengaruh positif atas harga saham. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan, kondisi likuiditas dan efisiensi dari perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata, hotel dan restorant dinilai cukup sehat. Namun, CR, ROA, dan ROE tidak memberikan pengaruh kepada harga saham. Pengaruhnya bahkan dinilai lemah. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa likuiditas dan efisiensi keuangan tidak mempengaruhi harga saham dari perusahaan kategori pariwisata, restoran, dan hotel. Ada variabel lain yang mempengaruhi harga saham dari industri tersebut. Kata Kunci: efisiensi, harga saham, likuiditas, pariwisata

Abstract

Human resource development is an important factor to achieve the objective of a company to maximize its profit. Theoretically, some factors such as compensation and motivation is closely related to performance of employee of a company. Therefore, the research was conducted to analyses the impact of compensation and motivation on employee performance. The population of this study is all employee, 250 people of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa in Tangerang. The samples of this study were the employees of the company totaling of 154 respondents. Multiple regression analysis technique was used to analyses the impact of compensation and motivation on employee performance. The results of this research showed that compensation and motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This implies that the company should focus on improving compensation and motivation in order to increase the performance of employees.

Abstract

Today's modern era, the development of information technology goes so rapidly. The need for a technology is needed. One of them is the internet being used to obtain information in a short time. In many internet consumers who are looking for particular items of furniture, where consumers can obtain information and facilitate in pemesana and purchasing furniture. PK. Bumi Jaya is one company that is engaged in the manufacture and sale of furniture. The program is to be taken about the design of the website selling the PK. Bumi Jaya. Where this program is designed to simplify the booking and purchase of furniture for the consumer. The author makes writing material obtained from interviews with the PK. Bumi Jaya, observation and library reference books related to ordering and buying from the internet. Here the authors chose a program with application software Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 for database using PHP and MySQL. Abstract

The development of human resources through education and training is basically a member of the organization in the capacity building work, means of achievement of each employee assessed and measured according to the criteria predefined by the organization. Education and training in government institutions aim to increase the knowledge, expertise, skills and attitudes to be able to carry out the duties of office are prefesional with based on personality and employee ethics. Methods of data collection in this study is the observation and study of literature with qualitative analysis methods. Based on the research results, the implementation of education and training is good enough. Employees who have the education or training to become more skilled in carrying out its work. Education and training is an effort to develop human resources primarily for professional development related to the capabilities and skills of the civil servants. The purpose of this study was to determine how the pattern of education and training provided by a government agency to the ministry, especially civil servants, benefits and objectives. Abstract

Each company implements systems and information technology to improve its competitiveness against other companies, as well as in terms of implementing Enterprice Resource Planning (ERP) as one solution. Still many companies are engaged in a trade or service companies that have not implemented information technology systems and well. In fact, there are still companies that have not entirely apply information systems. This is due to the still high cost of ERP implementation, complexity in the implementation of ERP, and complexity in the ERP maintenance, as well as other problems. To solve the problems above, needed a system and information technology as a solution. One of them is the solution to solve the problems in the financial management of a company. By using the accounting information system solutions offered to address financial management issues can be resolved properly. At this time PT. Bilanouv Brothers engaged in timber trading and leasing cargo aloes. Start of recording transactions, financial data processing to making the report is still not using accounting applications, making it possible during the process of recording took place there was an error and also made less accurate reports and delays in the search data - data that is required. Abstract

Currently buyers already clever in choosing a product to be bought. Prospective buyers have a wide range of alternative options of similar products. For new products and has not been known to the public requires promotion in order to be better known. One of the promotional activities that can be done is the promotion of personal selling. With this promotion potential buyers can directly face to face with the marketing power of a product, so that prospective buyers can also learn more about the details of the product to be bought as well as the benefits and advantages of the products chosen. The purpose of this study was to determine the personal selling promotional activities in encouraging consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions. With the marketing power of personal selling promotional activities, the sales force can influence buying behavior and ultimately making purchasing decisions. The method used by the researchers is that the secondary data through literature and through the property sales activity of homes in Greater Jakarta in 2014. In 2014 the house in jabodtabek property sales tend to decline so developers do personal selling activities more intensively. One of them is holding an exhibition at the Mall property by placing a powerful sales force. With the sales force conducting a reliable personal selling so as to influence the behavior of consumers in making purchasing decisions. Thus very likely they will be to buy back in the future because it was already familiar with the products offered so as to increase sales in the next year. For many companies, the sources and uses of working capital is an important thing because in addition to meet the working capital operating companies can also be used for investment . There are many sources of working capital such as net income, the sale of non-current assets, sale of shares / bonds, borrowing funds from banks and credit from suppliers. The benefits of working capital, among others, allows the company to pay all obligations on time, allowing it to have a supply of goods in an amount sufficient to serve the consumer and allows the company to operate more effectively because there is no difficulty to obtain goods or services required .
