Abstract

The presence of information systems has given so much influence over a company, not just the organization but the effect extends to the business processes and transactions of the organization. But whether all information systems applied to the organization can be considered successful? Then how organizations can determine the success of applied information systems and how to create an information system to be successful. STMIK Nusa Mandiri has web-based academic information system is divided into two groups, namely the lecturers and students. In terms of student academic information system is needed because all academic information such as schedule of lectures, exams, guidance, and so on. Given that academic information system is used to meet the needs of user groups were students, to the need for an act of evaluation of the quality of the academic information systems. Reference used in relation to the analysis of information systems audit with the results of the performance of a system both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this study, we will use the analysis model PIECES Framework. PIECES Framework is an evaluation model that scales information system used to classify a problem, opportunities, and the directives contained in the scope definition analysis and system design. The results of this study showed the average value of user satisfaction from the results of calculations which show that students already feel SATISFIED in the use of academic information systems STMIK Nusa Mandiri Depok campus. Keywords : Satisfaction, PIECES Framework, Academic Informations System.

Abstract

ABSTRAK1Ita Dewi Sintawati 2Adika May SariProgram Studi Manajemen Informatika, AMIK BSI1ita.ids@bsi.ac.id 2adika.dik@bsi.ac.id Perancangan sistem informasi ini tujuannya adalah menyebarkan dan menawarkan perlengkapan tidur yang berbasis internet. Sebelumnya, pada toko ini dalam menjual produk nya masih bersifat manual. Karena para pelanggan atau pembeli datang langsung ke toko tersebut untuk memilih dan membeli produk yang mereka inginkan. Selain itu juga transaksi pembelian dan laporan penjualan masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga hal tersebut tidak membuat efektif bagi pembeli ataupun penjual. sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Perancangan sistem informasi ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada, sistem informasi yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemprograman Dreamweaver CS3 dan databasenya memakai PhpMyAdmin, sehingga dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efesien dalam menunjang aktifitas. Sistem yang terkomputerisasi lebih baik dari sistem yang manual agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efesien serta sistem penjualan yang sekarang lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu. Kata kunci: Perancangan, Sistem, Informasi, Penjualan.                                                        ABSTRACTThis information system design goal is to spread and to offer Internet-based bedding. Earlier, at this store in selling its products is still manual. Because customers or buyers come directly to the store to choose and buy the products they want. It also purchases and reports sales are still done manually, so it does not make effective for the buyer or the seller. making it possible during the process there was an error in recording, lack of accurate statements are made and the delay in the search for the required data. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist, information systems created using programming languages and database Dreamweaver CS3 PhpMyAdmin wear, so that the computerized system can achieve an activity which is effective and efficient in supporting activities. A computerized system is better than a manual system to be run more effectively and efficiently as well as the sales system is now more effective than the previous system. Keywords: Design, Systems, Information, Sales.

Abstract

Website or commonly referred to as Web is an internet resource. By using the website, the communication will run quickly, easily and inexpensively. So it is not surprising that every company has a website that is used to introduce the company and its products. In the promotion of products of PT Global Development Unggul still use the print media and electronic media. By using these two media promotion expenses to be expensive and inefficient because companies will expend not less. The authors took the initiative to design web Unggul PT Global Development Using the web, the information will be readily available, easily updated information and cost. Data collection methods that I use is the interview, study the literature and observations directly to the field. Management of e-magazine was created using the software development method waterfall, and modeling tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language)

Abstract

The data collection PLN retirees routinely performed each year in the PLN Pension Fund. The data collection was done in order to obtain data that can be true. Until now, the management of DPPLN assumes that Data Collection System that they use are effective to obtain data fast, correct and up to date. Management also assume that the data collection system can be well received by users of the system. This study adopts the UTAUT model developed by Venkates et al (2003). The data sample used 150 data taken from the questionnaire. The purpose of the study to determine the factors that influence the acceptance of use retirees data collection system and also look at the moderating effects of gender, and age in the acceptance of the system. Methods of data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 18.0 software. The study describes the endogenous variable user behavior (UB) is influenced by performance expectancy (PE) occurs as much as 5.8%. While other factors, namely the effort expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), and facilitating conditions (FC) as much as 94.2% had no effect on the study.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sudah sedemikian cepat sehingga mempengaruhi setiap aspek kehidupan manusia. Tanpa disadari produk teknologi sudah menjadi kebutuhan sehari-hari, selain itu teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadi ujung tombak era globalisasi yang kini melanda hampir diseantero dunia. Kondisi ini menjadikan lahirnya suatu dunia baru yang sering disebut dengan dusun global (global village), yang di dalamnya dihuni oleh warga negara yang disebut warga jaringan (netizent). Perkembangan teknologi informasi ini disatu sisi akan mempermudah manusia dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya, pada sisi lain dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah yang memerlukan penanganan yang serius, seperti munculnya berbagai bentuk kejahatan baru yang dikenal dengan cybercrime.Selanjutnya, teknologi dan komunikasi telah mengubah perilaku masyarakat dan peradaban manusia global. Di samping itu, perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menyebabkan dunia menjadi tanpa batas (borderless) dan menyebabkan perubahan sosial yang secara signifikan berlangsung demikian cepat. Pada saat ini boleh dikatakan  Teknologi informasi ibarat pedang bermata dua, karena selain memberikan kontribusi bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan, kemajuan dan peradaban manusia, sekaligus menjadi sarana efektif perbuatan melawan hukum. Salah satu implikasi yang saat ini menjadi perhatian adalah pengaruhnya terhadap eksistensi Hak Kekayaan Inteketual (HAKI), disamping terhadap bidang-bidang lain seperti transaksi bisnis, kegiatan e-goverment dan lain-lain. Persoalan perlindungan Hak Atas Kekayaan Inteletual (HAKI) seringkali mendapat perhatian yang utama apabila sedang membicarakan tentang pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari karakteristik teknologi informasi itu sendiri yang sangat cepat dan mudah melahirkan inovasi-inovasi baru serta sama sekali berbeda dengan produk yang sifatnya konvensional. Pentingnya undang-undang mengenai teknologi informasi (cyber law), yang diharapkan dapat mengatur pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara komprehensif perlu segera dilakukan, kenyataan ini mengingat ketiadaan undang-undang berakibat pada munculnya berbagai bentuk kekhawatiran dalam menjalankan aktifitas secara virtual, seperti kerahasiaan, kepastian, keamanan, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Demand for the audit of information systems (IS) in line with the greater complexity of the SI itselfcan be seen from all areas operating system, database, application, infrastructure (LAN, WAN), tothe model management (outsourcing / insourcing) is increasingly diverse. SI audit initially servesas a support function of a financial audit. This has become a necessity which is now almost allfinancial transactions are computerized. Of functions to support the financial audit, audit SI thendeepened by specializing in the implementation and evaluation of existing controls on SI purposeis to protect information assets and ensure that controls are effective in the process ofcomputerization. Abstract

The research aims to know the influence of work motivation and working conditions toward the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sentana Mitra Kualita. Data analysis being technic used is qualitative analysis. The results show that there is a positive influence between working motivation towards work satisfaction, and working condition toward work satisfaction. The technique of sampling used is Stratified Random Sampling. The results of the research show that the motivation factors have a significant influence on employee work satisfaction variables, indicates that the higher  motivation factors is given will the work employees increase employees satification of the employess. Work environment, level of education, wishes and needs are enough influence on employee work satisfaction. Partially the employees variabel needs are the dominant influence on work satisfaction, while the work environment education level variable are less significant toward employees satification.

Abstract

Customer complaint result in customer dissatisfaction and looses for businesses.  Fierce competition in its property business apartment requires companies to reduce the number of complaints. Therefore, the classifications and predictions technique in data mining is needed to resolve the issue. Classification techniques used in data mining are decision tree.  Decision tree is a technique which is widely use and produce output in the form of rules. The decision tree can present customer complaint pattern behavior. In this study, it uses the algorithm C4.5 to generate classification rules of customer complaints to the apartment and the accuracy result in this study was 75%. Keywords: Customer Complaint, Classification, Prediction, Decision tree, C4.5 Algorithm

Abstract

Abstract— Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a disease caused due to deficiency in production of insulin (a hormone produced by the pancreas and regulates glucose Tertiary) in the human body. Judging from the development of life now, not just adults who are stricken with diabetes mellitus but children can also get the disease due to irregular eating patterns and history of diabetes from parents. Lack of knowledge about the symptoms and how to deal with diabetes as well as the number of specialist diabetes mellitus is still limited and the reluctance of people to see a doctor is one ssebab increasing number of people affected by the disease.Keywords:  Expert System, Diabetes Children Abstrak – Diabtes Melitus (DM) adalah penyakit yang ditimbulkan karena kekurangan produksi insulin (hormon yang diproduksi oleh pankreas dan mengatur tingakat glukosa) di dalam tubuh manusia. Dilihat dari perkembangan kehidupan sekarang, bukan hanya orang dewasa yang dapat terserang penyakit diabetes mellitus tetapi anak-anak juga dapat terserang penyakit tersebut dikarenakan pola makan yang tidak teratur serta riwayat penyakit diabetes dari orang tua. Pengetahuan yang kurang mengenai gejala dan cara menangani penyakit diabetes serta jumlah dokter spesialis diabetes mellitus yang masih terbatas dan keengganan masyarakat untuk memeriksakan diri ke dokter merupakan salah satu ssebab meningkatnya jumlah orang yang terkena penyakit tersebut.
