Abstract

PT Astra International 2000 Cabang Medan, dalam memperhatikan kesejahteraan adalah dengan analisis jabatan yang dapat menyeimbangkan antara tanggung jawab yang diemban  kepada karyawan dengan upah yang diterima karyawan tersebut. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai-nilai relative dari kelompok jabatan pelaksana didepartemen service yang berstatus karyawan tetap. Metode evaluasi jabatan yang dipergunakan untuk menentukan gaji/ upah karyawan adalah dengan metode point sistem (Metode Angka) karena metode ini lebih objektif dibandingkan metode lain yang ada. Dari hasil analisis dan evaluasi jabatan ini penulis memperoleh nilai point terendah yaitu 139 dengan gaji yang disarankan 1.131.606,04 untuk jabatan lubing dan nilai point jabatan yang tertinggi yaitu 334 dengan gaji yang disarankan 2.686.407,34 untuk jabatan mekanik. Berdasarkan nilai point yang diperoleh maka ditentukan besar gaji yang disarankan dengan metode least square atau jumlah kuadrat terkecil dengan persamaan regresi Y= 23311,78 + 7973,34 (X)

Abstract

Boilers are closed vessels made of steel that use to produce steam and be used for heating, turbine driving and so on. Good maintenance for boiler will make the efficiency of boiler higher and save general operational cost. Boiler condition in PT. Dewa Rencana Perangin-angin experiences a decrease in performance and if left constantly will suffer damage which will ultimately lead to downtime. Problems arising from this downtime include production delays, loss of effective time to produce, thus affecting the productivity of the company. The results show the lowest availability ratio value occurred in September 2017, this is because the total downtime is high during 4610 minutes due to trouble and waiting time during 1920 minutes for recovery. Performance efficiency ratio of the amount of fuel used is high at 35 Kg /cm3due to recovery from the beginning. Rate of quality machine shows good results, this is because no reject is happening.

Abstract

CV. Kotama Shoes is a trading company engaged in the production of leather shoes. The company is located on Jalan A.R. Judge No.112c / 206c. In running its business, CV. Kotama Shoes has several problems or constraints in production planning. Erratic fluctuations in demand for goods from one period to another cause a deficiency or excess production. Based on the results of data processing, the smallest MSE forecasting results for each product, namely for pantofel products, has the smallest MSE value 21495.23, the chosen method is the moving average with a 6-month moving average value, the smallest MSE product 18779.38 method the chosen ones are weighted moving average with a moving average value of 3 months, boot products with the smallest MSE 1175.47 the selected method is a moving average with a moving average of 6 months and semi boot products with the smallest MSE 4119.34 the method chosen namely the weighted moving average with a moving average of 3 months. The calculation results using linear programming with the POM for Windows software tool shows that the production costs applied by CV. Kotama Shoes is a minimum. The minimum level obtained is Rp. 37,502,700, - Production planning for pantofel products is 420 units, production planning for casual leather shoes is 309 units, demand for semi boot boot leather units is 194 units, demand for leather shoes production is 177 units boot type.

Abstract

In college, lecture scheduling is very important in lecturing process, because the activities of lecturers and students depend on lecture schedule. To solve the problem, use Vertex GraphColoring and Simulated Annealing. In Vertex Graph Coloring, look for neighboring and neighboring vertices. While on Simulated Annealing, look for space and exchange positions randomly. The merger of Vertex Graph Coloring and Simulated Annealing aims to create optimum lecture schedule by looking at hard constraint and soft constraint. Testing is done at Faculty of Pharmacy University of North Sumatra, by making schedule from manual to computerized, so it is expected to make the schedule optimally and able to avoid hardconstaint and soft constraint.

Abstract

Sistem antrian adalah suatu himpunan pelanggan, pelayan dan aturan yang mengatur kedatangan para pelanggan. SPBU 14.203.1165 PT. Kawasan Industri Medan II (Persero) merupakan salah satu stasiun pengisian bahan bakar umum Kota Medan yang memiliki 5 jalur pengisian bahan bakar untuk pengendara motor, mobil, truck dll dengan jenis bahan bakar Pertamax, Premium, Pertalite dan Solar. Setiap jalur terdapat bahan bakar solar. Permasalahan yang terjadi di SPBU tersebut yaitu banyaknya jumlah pelanggan (container) yang melakukan pengisian bahan bakar yang mempengaruhi sistem antrian yang ada dan menyebabkan antrian yang panjang. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SPBU 14.203.1165 yaitu tingkat kedatangan pelanggan di SPBU 14.203.1165 selama 10 hari adalah 2.129 kendaraan. Tingkat pelayanan fasilitas di SPBU ini adalah 266 kendaraan per jam. Tingkat kemampuan pelayanan per jalur adalah 53 kendaraan. Model antrian yang paling tepat diterapkan di SPBU 14.203.1165 adalah Multi Channel- Single Phase. Karakteristik dari sistem antriannya adalah populasi tak terbatas, disiplin antrian, pola kedatangan dan panjang antrian tidak terbatas.

Abstract

LPG that produced by PT. Pertamina (Persero) unit Pengolahan I Pangkalan Brandan cames from natural gas. LPG usually used by people for industry and home needs. Most of high-end community prefer to consume to fuel oil, outfil legible job decay (durable) bat need big investment(because the storages of LPG or LPG bottle is expensive). Most of LPG consumption for north sumatera consumer supplied by PT. Pertamina (Persero) Unit Pengolahan I Pangkalan Berandan. For maintaining LPG continuity, so demand forecasting is a neccessary for the future. Considering the decline of LPG production, which caused by natural trend linier gas reserver. To predict the demand in the demand in the future, it can count using and Exponential Smoothing forecasting method. Exponential Smoothing forecasting method that used is double Exponential Smoothing forecasting method and then parameter estimate to get the minimum (Mean Square Error).  From the calculation forecasting method, Double Exponential Smoothing forecassting method can give the minimum MSE price with one parameter 0,1 and for Depot Tandem UPMS I Medan in 2010 is79.740,414 kiloliter.Keywords : Eksponential Smoothing Methode , forecasting

Abstract

In execution of activity of factories required by labour taking charge of to execution of the duties and have membership in the field of its are each. Calculation and usage of careful time will support employment scheduling which have been made for every work process. Data which collected at this researchs are time which required to do an activities identities at each activity units.  Data which tested obtained uniformity of the data with level of convident limit of 95/5%, so that determinable summed up the required observations. After obtained by is cycle time then countable the normal time, by reckoning rating factor (adjustment according to Westinghouse) that is skill factor, effort, consistency and working condition. Based on normal time which then added with diffuseness and adjustment factor which wanted for each element  From result calculation at each working activity unit in making of Dished, End, hence obtained by is standard time as follows : unit standard time Forklift I, unit standard time Marking, unit standard time Inspection I, unit standard time Cutting, standard time Crane I, unit standard time Dishing, unit standard time Inspection II, unit standard time Crane II, unit standard time Flanging, unit standard time Forklift II, unit standard time Sand Blasting, unit standard time Crane III, and unit standard time Turning was. Abstract

Noise is all unwanted sounds to some degree cause hearing loss. In the operation of PT.Surveyor Indonesia laboratory operation using some machines that cause noise that disrupt the workers. From result of research of noise level happened 68.93-89.12 dB and already exceeded the threshold in accordance with regulation of KEP-48 / MENLH / 11/1996. From the results of questionnaires distributed with the number of respondents 30 people. Tested the validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of validity test value 0.631-0.944 this value> from r table value 0.361 can be summed up all valid questions. The reliability test results of 0.601-0.908 this value> of the cronbach alpha value of 0.600 can be summed up all reliable questions. Result of linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = -0.321-0.031-X1 + 0.076X2 + 1.114X3. Where X1 = communication, there is a negative relationship, X2 = physiology, positive relationship occurs, X3 = Psychology positive relationship occurs. The results of double correlation analysis test R = 0.701 this shows a strong relationship between noise to communication, physiology and psychology. And the result of coefficient test of regresi together with test F, obtained F arithmetic 8,392 and F table 2,975 so F count> F table thus Ho rejected Ha accepted meaning there is influence signifikan between noise to communication, physiology and psikolgi worker.

Abstract

Public awareness about the importance of a medical examination in the laboratory are increase, the more also increased the number of customers in the Clinical Laboratory Health PT. Prodia Widyahusada The influence of queuing method is needed to provide effective and efficient health laboratory service. Queuing method used in the Clinical Laboratory Health PT. Prodia Widyahusada is a service system with Multiple Channel Single Phase System (3/3/1). Service system at the Health Clinic Laboratorium PT. Prodia Widyahusada more better when there is the addition of a service station from three to four service station service station. After the addition of station, the service becomes more effective and efficient, but the evaluation needs to be sustainable because of the level of public awareness about health will continue to increase and needs to be balanced with increased facilities and befter infrastructure.

Abstract

The cost of production is needed to determine the cost of production of a product. Costs incurred to produce the product must be clear, so that the determination of the cost of production would be appropriate. Imprecision in calculating the cost of production will be misleading in making management decisions. Data collection methods used in this study include: Documentation, Interview, Observation. This study analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis comparing the theory with actual results of the company. PT MUTIFA in determining the cost of production using the full costing method. PT MUTIFA in determining the cost of production, all costs incurred are treated as production costs, both the cost of major raw materials, cost of auxiliary materials, packaging materials costs and production overhead. Classification of production costs in accordance with the theory that exists is composed of material costs, labor costs and production overhead costs. Total production cost per month of each element calculation the average monthly cost is Rp. 73.111.118,260,- and the average number of finished products Paracetamol tablet 500 mg tablet is as much 566,666.67 per month. Based on data on average production costs in 2009, then the production cost per tablet is .Rp. 129,019.
