Abstract

Each firm transportation service providers must act quickly and precisely as a consequence of the internal and external environment changes that occur in the orientation to provide the best service to customers. Companies in the operations must always observe the changes in consumer behavior in order to anticipate changes in the behavior, then reduced to the study in order to improve their marketing strategies.The problem of this research is “whether service quality effect on passenger satisfaction of public transport services route 120 at PT. Rahayu Medan Ceria Medan, whether the pricing strategy of passenger satisfaction influence on public transport services route 120 at PT. Rahayu Medan Ceria Medan and whether the quality of service and pricing strategies simultaneously affect the satisfaction of the public passenger transport services on the route 120 PT. Rahayu Medan Ceria Medan.After collecting data on the samples filed, as well as data analysis, it is known that from the research that has been described in previous chapters, it can be concluded that the quality of service and pricing strategy has simultaneous effect on passenger satisfaction public transportation services route 120 at PT. Rahayu Medan Ceria Medan. In other words, the variability of passenger satisfaction which can be explained by using the variable quality of service and pricing strategy. Based on this it can be concluded that the quality of service and pricing strategy implemented in public transport services route 120 at PT. Rahayu Medan Ceria Medan has been running well and is able to give effect to passenger satisfaction. Quality of service has an influence on passenger satisfaction employees of public transport services route 120 at PT. Rahayu Medan Ceria Medan. Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the impact of service quality dimension viewed from tangible,  reliability,  responsiveness,  assurance,  and  empathy  dimension  towards  customer satisfaction at PT. Kisel (Official Branch of PT. Telkomsel) Medan.In this research the population’s 103  respondent  with  sample’s  used  is  82  respondent.  The  sample  selection  method  used  is purposive sampling, based on Telkomsel customer that visit PT Kisel to complaint their problem more  than  1  time.  Data  analyzing  method  that  is  used  is  multiple  linear  regression  using  SPSS version 19.0 program.The result of this research is  tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy simultaneously have positive and significant influencetoward customer satisfaction. Based on  test  only  reliability  variable  and  assurance  have  significant  influence  towards  customer satisfaction. based on coefficient determination test (  R2) 86,3% of customer satisfaction can be explained by tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, while the rest 13,7% is explained by other variables not observed in this research.Keywords :Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research show about the use of internet as learning media to improving teaching competence at universities in Kota Medan. It is expains how the internet can be used as learning media on teaching and learning process when the class activities begin and improve teaching competence. The benefit of this research is expected to improve lecturers teaching competence based on the theoretical study of information technology-based learning media by internet-based website used at universities in Kota Medan. This research is descriptive qualitative where it will reveal facts and circumstances that occur at the time of lecturing activities conducted lecturer subjects in the faculty of economics at the universities in Kota Medan. The population of this research consists of three universities in Kota Medan consist of Univesitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, Universitas Negeri Medan and Universitas Harapan Medan with the object of research is the lecturer from the college which the population of 80 lecturers from 100 questionnaires that have been distributed. Based on the pedagogical results of the questionnaire of the teacher respondents, it was found that 83% of the teachers gave the teaching with good pedagogic results, while the competence for teachers for internet use as a learning media found that only 63% of 80 respondents who internet used as learning media.Keywords : Learning Media, Internet, Website, E-Learning.

(3) to know influences of the price to the consumer buying decision. Abstract

The conclusions from the study that there is a positive and significant effect of pension program and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) program on employee morale PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) Branch of Belawan. Obtained by multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.029 + 0.809 X1 + 0.197 X2 , which means that if the pension plan and occupational health and safety programs ernilai zero employee morale can be explained by 9.029 .The result showed that simultaneous variable pension program and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) program on employee morale PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) Branch of Belawan, where the value Fcount > F table or 24.197 > 3.23 with the level of significant (α) 0.000 < 0.005. While partial pension plan and a significant positive effect on employee morale with tcount = 6.298> t table = 2.021. Occupational Safety and Health Programs positive and significant impact on employee morale with tcount = 2.236> t table = 2.021.Coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.547 means the influence of retirement program and the Occupational Safety and Health Program (K3) on employee morale PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) Branch of Belawan by 54,7 % and the remaining 45,3% is influenced by other variables outside of research. Conclusions from the study that there is a positive and significant effect of pension program and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) program on employee morale PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there  is influence of labor discipline against the employee satisfaction,  Is  there  any  effect  of  competence  on  employee  satisfaction,  Is  there  any  influence  of organizational  culture  on  employee  satisfaction,  Is  there  any  influence  of  labor  discipline  of organizational culture and Is there any influence between labor discipline competence and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees at the Plantation Office of North Sumatra Province.The  population  in  this  study  were  all  employees  remain  on  duty  Plantation  North  Sumatra Province  which  amounted  to  130  people.  Sample  study  determined  using  census  sampling  or  sampling techniques  that  saturated  the  entire  study  population  sampled.  Data  were  analyzed  using  path  analysis model, classic assumption test and parameter estimation and hypothesis testing.Work  discipline  against  the  employee  satisfaction  has  a  positive  and  significant  impact, competencies  on  job  satisfaction  of  employees  have  a  positive  and  significant  impact.  Organizational culture on employee satisfaction has a positive and significant impact thus organizational culture needs to be preserved and enhanced back. Labor discipline of organizational culture on the Plantation Office of North  Sumatra  province  has  positive  and  significant  impact.  Labor  discipline  and  competence  through organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees at the Plantation Office of North Sumatra province has  a  positive  and  significant  influence,  and  thus  the  discipline  of  work  and  competence  through organizational culture needs to be preserved.Keywords: Work Discipline, Competence, Organizational Culture and Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

In the now era, there are various kinds of businesses. Especially the culinary business like a restaurant. The restaurant business in Siantar becomes is increasing and very competitive. Therefore, product does not become the priority for a company but consumers.. The objective of the research was to find out and analyze the influence of experiential marketing which consisted of sense, feel, think, act, and relate toward repurchase intention. The research used descriptive quantitative with explanatory research method. The population was the customers of Rumah Makan Beringin Indah which had visited it at least twice in the last 2 months. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research showed that experiential marketing which consisted of sense, feel,think, act, and relate had a significant influence on the repurchase intention at Rumah Makan Beringin Indah.   Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine : 1)The effect of Effective Communication on Performance Employee  in  PT  Langkat  Nusantara  Kepong  Kantor  Kebun  Gohor  Lama.  2)  The  effect  of Motivation  on  Performance  Employee  in  PT  Langkat  Nusantara  Kepong  Kantor  Kebun  Gohor Lama. 3) The effect of Effective Communication and Motivation on Performance Employee in PT Langkat Nusantara Kepong Kantor Kebun Gohor Lama. The Types of this research is associative research.  Analysis  technique  of  this  research  is  multiple  regression  analysis.  Population  of  this research are the 56 employees at PT Langkat Nusantara Kepong Kantor Kebun Gohor Lama. The technique of sampling used boring sampling. This research data sourced from primary data and process data collection using questionnaires. The result of this research are : As partially effective communication variable has positive effect and significant on performance employee variable, on the  value  of  partial  test  is  (3.807  >  1.674).  Motivation  variable  has  positive  effect  and  not significant on performance employee variable, on the value of partial test is (1.082 < 1,674). And as  simultantly  effective  communication  and  motivation  have  positive  effect  and  significant  on performance employee, on the value of simultantly test is (13.735 > 3.17).Keyword : Effective Communication, Work Motivation, Performance Employe.

Abstract

This research aims does emotional intelligence affect work ethos .The population in this research are 44 employees at PT. Bussan Auto Finance Medan. While the samples submitted is 44 employees at PT. Bussan Auto Finance Medan. To discuss the problems it is done data collection library and field research. The results Data collection was done by analysis statistical methods using data processing via SPSS. It’s found that the determination coefficient R square 0,118 which in this case, 11.8% of the companys work ethic can be explained by variables emotional intelligence. While the rest explained by the other reasons. This means that approximately 11.56% of variable Y is the work ethic can be explained by X in this case emotional intelligence. So 88.44% is not examined. Company should conduct an evaluation and replacement of the order of intelligence the emotional well-working tools and appropriate spatial planning work with the development of technology jobs such as the use of tools workshop were replaced with new ones. In addition to evaluating tools office work, the company should also make improvements to human resources company by way of education and training in accordance with the new technology so they can use it effectively.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Work Ethos
