Penulis-penulis yang telah mengisi edisi jurnal merupakan dosen STP Trisakti ditambah dengan penulis-penulis lepas yang berasal dari institusi pendidikan, institusi pemerintah, wartawan serta pemerhati-pemerhati bidang kepariwisataan. Abstract

One of the cities on the outskirts of Jakarta, Depok city is also progressing thedevelopment of accommodation and infrastructure in the field of tourism is very rapid. Tourism consists of various aspects one of which is the aspect of accommodation ie hospitality accommodation. With the increasing number of new hotels popping up, this has an impact on increasing competition in the business in the hospitality industry. With increasing competition in the hospitality business, the company is required to improve the quality of service in order to withstand competition in the hospitality business world. This type of research that will be used is descriptive research that describes a particular situation through questions 5W + 1H. Methods of data analysis in this research is quantitative method is by using Cartesian diagram calculations. The results showed that there are two attributes that are considered important in determining customer satisfaction is hotel has complete amenities (shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, etc.). Based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), in the know that CSI value of77.04%. This illustrates hotel guests santika Depok quite satisfied with the performance of the services provided by the hotel staff and from the analysis of consumer needs

Abstract

Correlation descriptive is used as research method in this research. Data analysisusing multiple regression. The result of this research conclude that (1) There is positive effect of leadership effectiveness and organization climate to employee performance with coefficient correlation rX1X2Y1 = 0.934 determination correlation 0.873 which showed variance 87.3 %. (2) There is positive effect of leadership effectiveness and organization climate to employee performance in prepare the planning program with coefficient correlation rX1X2Y2 = 0.913 determination correlation 0.833 which showed variance 83.3%. (3) There is positive effect of leadership effectiveness and organization climate to employee performance in doing the program process with coefficient correlation rX1X2Y3 =0.894 determination correlation 0.799 which showed variance 79.9 %. (4) There is positive effect of leadership effectiveness and organization climate to employee performance in making evaluation program with coefficient correlation rX1X2Y4 = 0.904 determination correlation 0.817 which showed variance 81.7 %.

Abstract

Café first appeared in the western region, the most common café term found in the French country which was then adopted by the city town in England at the end of the 19th century. The term café comes from the word coffe which means coffee. Café is a suitable place to relax and release fatigue, and meet with relatives or friends. Café strawberry is one of the unique restaurant. This restaurant is located in a very strategic area that is located at Jalan Gandaria 1 No.75 South Jakarta. Consumers as individuals who choose a product they want are influenced by many factors, where they differ from one to another. This difference that affects consumer interest and behavior in making decisions to buy the products that they want. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of consumer decision to buy at the strawberry café . Using descriptive methods to describe the phenomena studied systematically, factually, and accurately. This research uses purposive sampling technique. Collect primary data by observation and interview with 67 visitors who come to strawberry cafe. Factors studied were emotional factors (3.99), interest in visiting (3.78), to relax (4.77), due to hunger (2.80), social motive factors (3.34), emotional factors (3.7). The results of this study can be seen that the dominant factor is consumer interest and this will increase consumer decision to buy.

Abstract

Wisata religi merupakan salah satu andalan produk wisata Jatim. Di Jatim, yang merupakan basis Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), wisata religi di kawasan Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Tebuireng, Jombang, menjadi ikon sekaligus pusat tujuan peziarah. Uniknya, pemakaman di Ponpes Tebuireng, dengan tiga tokoh ulama terkemuka sekaligus pahlawan nasional, KH. Hasyim Asy’ari, KH Wahid Hasyim, dan putranya, KH. Abdurrahman Wahid, semakin menggeliat dan dikenal luas sebagai tujuan wisata ziarah pasca dimakamkannya Presiden RI ke-5, Gus Dur, di sana. Singkatnya, wisata ziarah di makam area dalam Ponpes Tebuireng ini memiliki ikon Gus Dur. Sebagai tujuan wisata ziarah, para peziarah yang tidak hanya umat beragama Islam, tetapi juga wisatawan umum lintas agama, sebagaimana kisah hidup Gus Dur yang dikenal pula sebagai tokoh utama dan simbol perdamaian di tengah keberagaman, destinasi wisata ziarah di makam Gus Dur menjadi ikon wisata ziarah di Jatim melengkapi makam Walilimo. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengidentifikasi wisata ziarah di makam Gus Dur. Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk memberikan referensi akademis untuk mengelola Ponpes Tebuireng beserta aset ketokohan bangsa dalam diri para ulama NU yang dimakamkan di dalamnya. Penelitian wisata ziarah ini juga menjadi wahana untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan para peziarah, sekaligus memperbaiki aspek-aspek kritis yang dibutuhkan para peziarah dalam ritual peziarahan mereka. Di masa depan, ziarah makam Gus Dur dan para ulama NU di area Ponpes Tebuireng, termasuk Ponpes Tebuireng itu sendiri, diharapkan menjadi ikon destinasi wisata religi di Nusantara.

Abstract

Education is an important means for a nation to achieve progress. Learning is a process of behavioral change that takes place consciously and involves all students' abilities. The result of behavioral change s that occur as a result of this teaching - learning process is said to be the result of learning. This can be interpreted when a person learns a knowledge, then he has new skills about knowledge that has been learned in addition to the knowledge that has be en there. This research uses descriptive and correlational method in processing and analyzing data. The unit of analysis in this study is the students who majored in housekeeping STP Trisakti In this study the object is the students of the second semester of 2015 who studied housekeeping at STP Trisakti. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the intent to analyze the results of questionnaires from the relationship and the influence of student perceptions about the subject o f housekeeping with motivation to learn at Trisakti Tourism High School Jakarta. Student perception about housekeeping subjects affect the learning motivation by 49.67%. While the remaining 50.33% learning motivation is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The development of tourism should be supported by qualified human resources, so that the development can be done on an ongoing basis and in accordance with the needs of the community. Improving the quality of education is a matter that is not negotiable for us to be able to compete with foreign graduates (developed countries) is to implement a good management system and professional education.Lecturer plays an important role in the effort to create quality human resources and superior culture. Qualified graduates obtained from the quality of the learning process in Higher Education. As lecturers are required to have four study areas of competence, namely competence, competence understanding of learners, educational competence mastery learning and competency development kepribadiam and professionalism. In the process of learning, face-to-face meeting early weeks of the course is an important beginning. The teaching process at the beginning of the meeting the week the students will assess and memumutuskan whether they would like the professor, material / content, or their neighbors. There are approaches that need to be done by a professional lecturer to attract students to continue to attend class for face-to-face follow each lecture. Such an approach is first, to help students in the transition process. Second, give attention immediately. Third, explain the challenges and opportunities. Fourth, provide direct support. Fifth, encourage to be active. Sixth, build community. And seventh, giving feedback to the learning process. Pengembangan pariwisata perlu didukung oleh Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, sehingga pembangunan tersebut dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang tidak bisa ditawar lagi agar kita dapat bersaing dengan lulusan luar negeri (negara-negara maju) yaitu dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen pendidikan yang baik dan professional.Dosen memegang peranan penting dalam upaya menciptakan sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas dan berbudaya unggul. Lulusan yang berkualitas didapatkan dari kualitas proses pembelajaran di Perguruan Tinggi. Sebagai dosen dituntut memiliki empat kompetensi yaitu kompetensi bidang studi, kompetensi pemahaman tentang peserta didik, kompetensi penguasaan pembelajaran yang mendidik, dan kompetensi pengembangan kepribadiam dan keprofesionalan.Dalam proses pembelajaran, pertemuan minggu awal tatap muka perkuliahan adalah merupakan awal yang penting. Proses pengajaran pada minggu awal pertemuan tersebut para mahasiswa akan menilai dan memumutuskan apakah mereka akan menyukai dosennya, materi / isinya, atau sesama mereka. Terdapat pendekatan yang perlu dilakukan oleh seorang dosen profesional untuk menarik para mahasiswa agar terus hadir di kelas untuk mengikuti setiap tatap muka perkuliahan. Pendekatan tersebut adalah pertama, membantu mahasiswa pada proses transisi. Kedua, memberikan perhatian langsung. Ketiga, menjelaskan tantangan dan kesempatan. Keempat, memberikan dukungan langsung. Kelima, mendorong untuk aktif. Keenam, membangun komunitas. Dan ketujuh, memberikan tanggapan terhadap proses pembelajaran.

Methods In this small-scale applied research used descriptive method with quantitative approach, by describing the data, describe, and explain, which refers to the primary data and secondary data based on the fact that there are (actual), and then analyzed to produce a conclusion.

Abstract

Along with development and economic growth, today increased the role of tourism, as a new sector of substantial foreign exchange earner for the improvement of public welfare. Indonesia as one of the country that has a wealth of outstanding natural and cultural, also enjoy these benefits. However, tourism also often regarded as one of the largest damage contributor to the preservation of the environment and society, particularly through the development of supporting infrastructure. By using approach of quantitative methode, this reserach aims to formulate a model of sustainable tourism-based cultural values, social and environmental wisdom that will support the successful development of tourism in Yogyakarta. Result of this reserach in the field of Environmental Planning is the formulation of the Sustainable Tourism Development Model as a basis for tourism management policies in Yogyakarta in particular and Indonesia in general, as well as the drafting of the new pillars in the ecotourism criteria to complement the pillars that have been there before.

Abstract

There is a consensus among tourism stakeholders in a destination that strategic planning is vital to guide them in designing and implementing tourism programs. Literature has also described the significance of strategic planning in achieving the goal of tourism development of an organization or institution. However, little explanation is available on the link between strategic planning and sustainable cultural tourism. This paper is a critical review of literature focusing at the significance and mechanism of strategic planning for sustainable cultural tourism. Sustainability is the most familiar approach used and mentioned in strategic plans. It is a desirable goal of tourism planners and stakeholders and thus, its principles are used as driver in designing strategic planning. This paper suggests that strategic plan should be used as a guide rather than just an official document. Cultural tourism requires careful management and thus, it is necessary to create strategic planning on the basis of sustainable principles.

Abstract

The identification toward of problems of tourism development in the four villages that are the member of JED is an interesting recent issues to be studied, because it can be the reason of emergence the Jed as well as a reference or a fundamental to the next research project in determine about how the application of ecotourism principles at pelaga village, sibetan village, tenganan village, and ceningan, which as the final result is to formulated the model of sustainable ecotourism as the goal of JED.Based on the research result, the impact of tourism development in these village already feel by the local communitiies. The tourism development impacts in the villages ecologically are not yet emerging the negative impact significanly it can be proved by the retaining of enviromental conservation and the absence of land use in each villages who are the member of JED. The community of the villages get a positive benefit in social economic, it can be seen there is an opportunity to get a new job and wider the bussines opportunity . the impact of social culture in this villages is retaining of local culture that can be seen in tenganan village which the community has an efforts to strenghten the local community identity.
