Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa tentangpenggunaan Jobsheet dan masing-masing indikator ditinjau dari (1) tampilanJobsheet, (2) isi Jobsheet dan (3) manfaat Jobsheet pada mata pelajaranpembuatan busana industri di SMK Karya Rini Yogyakarta tahun pelajaran2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian statistik kuantitatif, denganmetode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 40 siswa yang seluruhnyamenjadi sampel penelitian.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaituangket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisisdeskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi siswa tentang penggunaanJobsheet termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik (42,5%) dan masing-masingindikator ditinjau dari (1) tampilan frekuensi relatif tertinggi (45,0%), cukup(20,0%), rendah (35,0%), (2) ditinjau dari isinya frekuensi relatif tertinggi(65,0%), cukup (20,0%), rendah (15,0%), sedangkan yang (3) ditinjau darimanfaatnya frekuensi relatif tertinggi (35,0%), cukup (52,5%), rendah(12,5%).Kata Kunci: Persepsi , Jobsheet, Busana industriABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of the use ofJobsheets and each indicator in terms of (1) the appearance of the Jobsheet, (2)the contents of the Jobsheet and (3) the benefits of the Jobsheet in the subjectof industrial clothing making at SMK Karya Rini Yogyakarta in the2019/2020 academic year. 2020. This type of research is quantitativestatistical research, with descriptive method. The population of this studyamounted to 40 students who were all research sampel. The data collectiontechniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the dataused is descriptive analysis. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara coping ekonomi dengan kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan coping ekonomi dengan kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 180 orang suami yang bekerja sebagai nelayan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 119 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa coping ekonomi berhubungan negatif signifikan dengan kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan r = -0,284 (p<0,05). Hasil ini berarti bahwa semakin mengurangi coping ekonomi maka semakin tinggi kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan dan sebaliknya semakin menambah coping ekonomi maka semakin rendah kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan keluarga dapat melakukan coping ekonomi menambah pendapatan dalam mengatasi masalah keuangan yang dihadapi dan mengurangi penggunaan coping ekonomi dengan cara mengurangi pengeluaran, sehingga kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan dapat meningkat. Kata Kunci: coping ekonomi, keluarga nelayan, kesejahteraan subjektif   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the relationship between economic coping with the subjective well-being of fishermen's families. The hypothesis in this study is to determine whether or not there is a relationship between economic coping and the subjective welfare of fishermen's families. The population of this research is 180 husbands who work as fishermen The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique and the number of research samples is 119 respondents. Data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the correlation test showed that economic coping had a significant negative relationship with the subjective welfare of fishermen's families r = -0.284 (p <0.05). This result means that the less economic coping, the higher the subjective welfare of the fishermen's family and conversely the more economic coping, the lower the subjective welfare of the fishermen's family. Thus, it is expected that families can carry out economic coping to increase income in overcoming financial problems they face and reduce the use of economic coping by reducing spending, so that the subjective welfare of fishermen's families can increase. keyword: economic coping,  fisherman families, subjective well-being

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) develop a video-based learning medium to make various parts of clothing; (2) the feasibility of video-based learning media making various parts of clothing at YPE Vocational High School Sawunggalih Kutoarjo periode 2020/2021. This type of research is research and development that refers to the Four-D development model. Data analysis techniques with quantitative descriptive. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews and questionnaire sharing. Product validation involves material experts, media experts and learners. Instrument validation test using Summative Ratting Scale. The results of this study showed: (1) Four-D media development is carried out in 4 steps, namely: define, design, development, and dissemination; (2) video media validation results by material experts show a percentage of 86.3% (very decent), media experts 85.6% (very decent). The feasibility results of a small-scale trial with 9 learners were 84.3% (very feasible) and a limited-scale trial by 23 learners showed the same result of 84.3% (very feasible). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibilitiy of edmodo based e-learning media for food safety subjects for class X Muhammadiyah Vocational High School 4 Yogyakarta. This research method is research and development (R&D), with the ADDIE development model consisting of analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The results showed that the average value of 2 observers on the small-scale test was 30.00 with percentage of 100% which means “worthy”, and on the large-scale test the average value of 30.00 with a percentage of 100% which means “worthy. Based on the results of the average value of two, it can be concluded that the feasibility of the edmodo based e-learning media is “appropriate” to be used as a learning medium for food safety subjects. Abstract

The purposeof this study was to determine the effect of the use of internet media in the creativity of processing and serving continental food. This research includes ex-post facto research, research subjects are student of class XI culinary arts at SMK N 1 Kalasan. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and observation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis techniques and hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation test which was preceded by the analysis prerequisite test. The results showed that (1) the use of internet media was mostly in the sufficient category with a relative frequency of 61%, (2) the creativity of processing and serving continental food was in the sufficient category with a relative frequency of 65%, (3) there was an effect of the use of internet media on creativity in processing and serving continental food in the culinary arts department of class XI students of SMK N 1 Kalasan with a value of rcount = 0.626 > rtable = 0.254, it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence on the use of internet media on the creativity of processing and serving continental food. The coefficient of determinant (R2) is 0.39.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out; (1) the relationship between parenting and learning independence, (2) parenting applied by students' parents, (3) how much independent learning is in students. This research belongs to the type of ex-post facto research. The data collection method used a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using the Product Moment correlation test which is preceded by normality and linearity tests. The results showed; (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between parenting styles and students' learning independence in fashion with a value of rcount = 0.722 > rtable = 0.220. The contribution given by variable X to Y is 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study such as student interest in learning, facilities, parents' occupations, physical limitations, and other factors. (2) The parenting style of fashion students is in the sufficient category with a relative frequency of 59%. (3) Learning independence in fashion design students is in the high category with a relative frequency of 43%.

Abstract

The study aims to make an effort to develop on an item of clothing in order to preserve cultural preservation and make a fashion that is acceptable to society today. The study picked up a study topic based on a traditional kebaya costume developed and modified to a contemporary kebaya with a traditional batik “geblek renteng”. The study focused on the development of kebaya jogja's clothing to contemporary kebaya, so the study is conducted with research and development (r&d). The research development model was the borg and gall. The development stage is done with a step that is 1) doing early research, 2) developing early products, 3) expert validation and revision, 4) small-scale field trials and 5) large-scale field trials and the final product. The findings of this study gave insight into the creation of traditional kebaya fashion modifications yogyakarta to a contemporary kebaya with a batik touch. Moreover, as a new motivation for valuing the culture and preserving it with new innovations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is descriptively to determine the factors of internal and external learning difficulties experienced by students in bassic design subjects at SMKN 4 Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection instruments include: questionnaires and documentation. The results of the validity test using product moment corelation analysis, and reliability testing using cronbach’s alpha. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis by looking for the mean, median, mode, and standard deviation values. Research results show that: 1) The factors of online learning difficulties in basic design subjects for class x fashion at SMKN 4 Yogyakarta in terms of internal factors on indicators of attitude, motivasion, interest in the sufficient category, while indicators of understanding and health in high indicarors; 2) The factors of online learning  difficulties in terms of external factors on indicators of the school environment, and online learning facilities are in the sufficient category, while the indicators of the family environment and study friends are in the high category, thus, the factors of online learning difficulties in the basic lesson design of class x student of SMKN 4 Yogyakarta are influenced by internal and external factors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mengetahui perbedaan kualitas brownies kukus dari resep dasar dengan brownies kukus proporsi tepung sukun 5%, 10%, dan 15%, (2) kandungan protein pada brownies kukus. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksperimen murni. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan proporsi tepung sukun yang digunakan yaitu 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15 % Populasi penelitian ini adalah tepung sukun. Sampel penelitian adalah brownies kukus presentase tepung sukun 5%, 10%, dan 15% yang diujikan kepada 30 panelis yaitu ibu PKK di dusun Sono Malangrejo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada perbedaan kualitas brownies kukus dari resep dasar dengan brownies kukus proporsi tepung sukun dilihat dari uji organoleptik dengan presentase 5%, 10%, dan 15%. (2) Uji kimia produk brownies kukus proporsi tepung sukun yang memiliki kandungan protein paling tinggi yaitu brownies kukus kode 497 (15%). Kata Kunci: Proporsi, Tepung Sukun, Brownies Kukus ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the difference in the quality of steamed brownies from the basic recipe with steamed brownies in the proportion of breadfruit flour 5%, 10%, and 15%, (2) the protein content in steamed brownies. This research is a type of pure experimental research. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with the proportions of breadfruit flour used, namely 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%. The population for this study was breadfruit flour. The research sample was steamed brownies with a percentage of 5%, 10%, and 15% breadfruit flour which was tested on 30 panelists, namely PKK women in Sono Malangrejo hamlet. The results showed (1) there was a difference in the quality of steamed brownies from the basic recipe with steamed brownies in the proportion of breadfruit flour seen from organoleptic tests with a percentage of 5%, 10%, and 15%. (2) Chemical test of steamed brownie products, the proportion of breadfruit flour which has the highest protein content, namely steamed brownies code 497 (15%). Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this study are: (1) Produce audio-visual learning media for making basic spices in Indonesian cuisine (2) Knowing the feasibility of video learning media for making basic spices in Indonesian cuisine (3) Knowing student responses to the use of audio-visual media for making basic spices in Indonesian cuisine class X at SMK N 1 Kalasan for the academic year 2021/2022. This type of research is research and development that refers to the Brog and Gall development model using 10 stages of development. Data analysis technique with descriptive analysis. Data was collected by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Product validation involves material experts, media experts and students. Test the validity using a Likert scale. The results showed: (1) The procedure in the preparation of this media there are 10 stages, namely: potential problems, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, usage trials, product revisions, mass production. (2) The results of video media validation by material experts show a percentage of 93.75% (very feasible), media experts with a percentage of 93.18% (very feasible). (3) The results of the feasibility with a small-scale trial with 6 students 90.41% (very feasible) and a limited scale test with 26 students 83.84% (very feasible).
