Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in learning outcomes Understanding matter Economic Concepts in Relation to Demand, Supply, and Price balance between cooperative method Teams Games Tournament (TGT) with a lecture in class X in SMAN 3 Cibinong. The method used was experimental. Data processing by using a mix of research methods. Use traditional research sample purposive sampling method. Objective assessment instruments using multiple choice test of 20 items. Test requirements analysis is the normality test X1 and X2 with Liliefors test, homogeneity test with Fisher formula, hypothesis testing with test two average difference (t-test) free samples. Processing data using Microsoft Excel 2007 program. Abstract

The research purpose is to accurate, valid, and reliable data concerning whether there is correlation between intrinsic motivation and year 10 th student’s learning achievement at Nurul Iman Vocational High School Jakarta. The study was conducted for three months from April to June 2014. The method adopted in the study is a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in the study is all year 10 th students at Nurul Iman Vocational High School Jakarta, counted 122 students in total, and the feasible population of the study is year 10 th students majoring in office and administration, counted 72 students. The sample used in the study is 62 students with proportionally random technique. The instrument used in obtaining data for variable X (internal motivation) was in the form of questionnaire with Likert Scale. For variable Y (learning achievement) the data were collected from students’ grades on school report card in the second semester of 2013/2014, issued by Nurul Iman Vocational High School Jakarta. The data analysis technique was done by figuring out the regression equation and the equation is Ŷ = 70.14 + 0.06X. The regression linearity test yielded F counting (1.37) < F table (1.84) therefore it can be concluded that the equation is linear. The correlation coefficient test of product moment yielded r counting = 0.286. The result of the study concludes that there is positive correlation between intrinsic motivation and learning achievement of year 10 th students in Nurul Iman High Vocational School. The test of determination coefficient yielded 8.17% therefore it can be concluded that there is positive and significant correlation between intrinsic motivation and learning achievement.

Abstract

This research has purpose to get valid and reliable data about the relationship between emotional quotient and entrepreneurial intention on students 44 State Vocational High School in Jakarta. The research was conducted by survey method with correlation approach. The population in this research were all students at 44 State Vocational High School in Jakarta. Affordable population in this research were the students in XI Department Administrative office, Accounting, and Marketing amount to 192 students. Total of samples used were 123 students research. Sampling technique used in the form of a questionnaire with 30 statements to variable of emotional quotient and 24 statements to variable of entrepreneurial intention. From requirement analysis test conducted, the data is normally distributed by linear regression equation Y = 58,04 + 0,55X. By calculating the correlation coefficient for emotional quotient (X) to entrepreneurial intention (Y) was 0,4276 which is shows that the correlation is strong. Base on calculation of the coefficient determination was obtained 0,1828 or 18,28%. It showed that 18,28% of emotional quotient affect students entrepreneurial intention, while the remaining 81,78% is influenced by other variables that are not described in this model. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction in employees at PT. Batavia Bintang Berlian in Jakarta Timur. The research was carried out for 3 months from April 2014 to June 2014. The method used was a survey method with the correlation approach. The study population was all employees in the PT. Batavia Bintang Berlian Showroom Mitsubishi, amounting to 120 employees, and affordable population of this study is that employees are placed in marketing totaled 60 people. The samples are 51 respondents using proportional random sampling. To collect data from both variables, the instruments used for the variable X (Empowerment) and Y variables (Job satisfaction) is shaped questionnaire. Before use, test the construct validity (Construct Validity) through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula. Result reliability of the instrument variable X (Empowerment) of 0,899 and instrument variable Y (Job satisfaction) of 0.936. The test requirements analysis was to find the regression equation obtained was Y = 37.32 + 0.717 X. Liliefors normality test results produced L count = 0.065 and L table = 0.124 at significance level (a) = 0.05 for the number of samples (n) = 51. Because L count = (0.065) < L table = (0.124) then the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis by testing the significance of regression produces F count= 37.40 > f table = (4.04), which means that the regression equation is significant. Linearity regression test produces F count = 0.72 and F table = 2.05 so F count < F table table it can be concluded that the model is a linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient test result r count = 0.658. further test the significance of the correlation coefficient using t-test, yielding t count = (6.12) > t table = (1,68). Results of these studies concluded that there is a positive relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction in employees. With a coefficient of determination or determining test results obtained 43.29% job satisfaction variable (Y) is determined by the empowerment (X).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the level of education and infrastructure to economic growth. The object of this research is the number of workers according to the highest educational level attained at the level of the SMTA as data objects of variable levels of education, length of road per area of the province as a data object of infrastructure variables, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as data objects of variable economic growth obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The scope of this study includes data from 32 provinces in Indonesia in 2008-2012, by combining the data from the Riau Islands province of Riau Province in the data. The method used in this research is ex post facto method with multiple regression analysis approach. This study led to the conclusion that there is a significant positive effect between the level of education on economic growth. There is a significant positive impact of road infrastructure on economic growth, and at the same time, there is a significant positive effect between level of education and infrastructure to economic growth. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the correlation of permanent differences and timing differences with earning persistence at manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. This research used the survey method with correlational approach using secondary data which was obtained from manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of this research indicate that (i) permanent differences and timing differences simultaneously had a significant correlation with earning persistence, (ii) permanent differences had a negative significant correlation with earning persistence and, (iii) timing differences had a negative significant correlation with earning persistence. The conclusion of the research is information in timing and permanent differences had opposite direction of correlation with earning persistence, which is when timing and permanent differences partially increased, the earning persistence will be decreased and timing and permanent differences simultaneously had enough rate of correlation with earning persistence. Abstract

This study begins with a consideration of future challenges related to the need for international school teachers (SBI), which raises the question of how to design curriculum with competency-based approach in order to produce the teacher candidates that suit the needs of teachers in international schools (SBI )? The research objective is to be able to: 1) generate a description of strengths and weaknesses of curriculum designs that are being used; 2) produce a description of the implementation of a curriculum that is being implemented; and 3) produce a description of the competency standard (SKL) economics teacher candidates for international school (SBI) .The study was designed for 2 years using Research and Development, for the first year of this descriptive survey method, using the techniques of data collection in the form of documentation, questionnaires and interviews. The source data consists of lecturers, teachers, students and alumni who work at the international school (SBI). Among other results it was found that department of Economic Education curriculum has weaknesses and strengths. Weaknesses include a) the design curriculum not in accordance with the need to generate international school teachers (SBI); b) the design of the curriculum have not loaded the competencies required of graduates to compete at a global level; c) curriculum design has not adopted the curriculum developed countries that excel in the field of education. While its power is a) curriculum design approach based on scientific disciplines (content based); b) curriculum has been outlined in the syllabus and SAP; and c) curriculum design is flexible. Judging from the implementation of the curriculum, that has not been implemented based learning competency-based curriculum (KBK), but from the aspect of SBI implementation of curriculum-based learning (learning) already contains the necessary aspects of learning in SBI. Starting from the results of this study suggested: in the face of global challenges of the department of Economic Education is necessary to develop future curriculum design based CBC is consistently (consistently); implementation of the curriculum / learning must use a variety of approaches as expected by the curriculum, as well as to develop a curriculum thatcompliance-oriented international school teachers (SBI) must be rejected on the dotted-oriented curriculum development competency standards (SKL), which allows graduates can work in SBI and compete at a global level. Abstract

Kekuatan suatu bangsa khususnya dalam proses pembangunan nasional tergantung kepada tingkat pendidikan masyarakatnya. Jadi sangat jelas bagi kita semua bahwa betapa pentingnya pendidikan bagi suatu bangsa di dunia ini, baik bangsa yang berasal dari masyarakat yang homogen maupun bangsa yang berasal dari masyarakat heterogen, multikultur dengan tingkat keragaman yang begitu tinggi seperti Indonesia. Bangsa Indonesia sebagai bangsa yang memiliki karakter dengan perbedaan yang sangat beragam dibangun dengan menciptakan semangat persatuan yang kokoh dan toleransi yang tinggi. Pembangunan peradaban bangsa harus didasari dengan pembangunan nilai-nilai moral di kalangan warga bangsa baik sebagai individu maupun kelompok. Nilai-nilai moral yang kokoh dan etika standar yang kuat amat diperlukan bagi warga bangsa untuk menghadapi tantangan-tantangan masa depan. Nilai-nilai moral suatu bangsa amat berkaitan erat dengan kekuatan bangsa itu sendiri.Melalui suatu sistem pendidikan nasional tumbuhlah semangat persatuan yang menjiwai keanekaragaman etnis, agama, budaya, sosial bahkan politik. Sistem pendidikan nasional yang dibangun dengan memahami keragaman menjadi sumber kekuatan untuk melebur perbedaan-perbedaan sehingga dapat diwujudkan rasa kebangsaan yang kokoh. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan PT. Kabelindo Murni, Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi terjangkau penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan produksi PT. Kabelindo Murni, Tbk sebanyak 139 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang karyawan. Persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Ŷ = -145.950 + 0.633 X1 + 1.987 X2. Uji hipotesis yaitu uji F dalam tabel ANOVA menghasilkan Fhitung (29.801) > Ftabel (3,11), hal ini berarti X1 (Motivasi Kerja) dan X2 (Disiplin Kerja) secara bersama – sama memiliki pengaruh dengan Y (Produktivitas Kerja). Uji t menghasilkan thitung dari X1 (Motivasi Kerja) sebesar 4,903 dan thitung dari X2 (Disiplin Kerja) sebesar 4.166 dan ttabel sebesar 1,66 karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Kemudian uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil 38,1% yang berarti bahwa variabel Y (Produktivitas Kerja) ditentukan oleh X1 (Motivasi Kerja) dan X2(Disiplin Kerja) secara simultan yaitu 38,1%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan produktivitas kerja dan disiplin kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada karyawan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh otoritatif yang diterapkan oleh orang tua dengan kemandirian pada siswa kelas XI Jurusan Akuntansi SMKN 12 Jakarta.Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional.Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala motivasi berprestasi dan skala kepercayaan diri. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahProporsional Random Sampling. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Jurusan Akuntansi SMKN 12 Jakarta, berjumlah 71 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel Isacc dan Michael adalah 60siswa.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 75,80 + 0,43X yang menunjukkan bahwa taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal yang dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan Lo (0,0565) < Lt (0,114). Selain normal, persamaan regresi ini juga berbentuk linier dan berarti, hal ini dibuktikan dengan Fhitung (1,28) < Ftabel (1,99) dan Fhitung (14,45) > Ftabel (4,00). Dalam perhitungan koefisien korelasi dan keberartian koefisien korelasi diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pola asuh otoritatif dengan kemandirian pada siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui perhitungan koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan rumus product moment dari Pearson yang menghasilkan rxy sebesar 0,447 dan perhitungan keberartian koefisien korelasi diperoleh thitung (3,801) >ttabel(1,67). Selain itu perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan hasil sebesar 20%. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa pola asuh otoritatif memberikan pengaruh sebesar 20% terhadap kemandirian siswa.
