Abstract

PT. APLIN is one of the companies engaged in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that serves a variety of customer needs in terms of communication and networking. The dynamic development of IT (Information Technology) resulted in changes in customer needs. PT. APLIN is updating regularly used IT and strives to provide services to meet customer needs. This research was conducted using COBIT 4.1 framework to find out maturity level in four IT process ie PO3 (Determining Technology Direction), AI5 (Procurement of IT Resources), DS2 (Managing Third Party Service) and DS6 (Identifying and Allocating Fees). Where these four IT processes are part of the business goals of achieving cost optimization from service delivery in the customer's perspective. The results showed that the maturity level was at the level of Repeatable but Intuitive for TI processors PO3, DS2 and DS6. While the IT AI5 process is at the Defined level. Planning mechanism of IT resource procurement and budget planning at PT. APLIN is appropriate and well documented. Companies need to improve IT infrastructure development mechanisms and maintain vendor performance relationships or third parties.

Abstract

This study uses the method of Literature Studies is by collecting information from books and the internet that is useful for learning of the system to be created. Research methodology using descriptive qualitative method. The sample data used in this study, using customer data PT. BPR Mandiri Dhanasejahtera Madiun. The stages in this research are: collecting data, system planning, system making, which is continued by testing the system if all the system is finished. The applications used in building this system are gammu, AppServ and dreamweaver. Gammu is software used for modem connection with computer so it can be used to send sms or receive sms. AppSe rv is here used to manage databases that are useful for storing all existing data in the system. In this research produced a system that can help customers and AO staff to send confirmation message of installment payment and credit penalty.

Abstract

Cooperatives in Indonesia over the past four years have been very positive with an average of 2.5 percent of active cooperative growth. Based on government data up to July 5, 2017, cooperatives in Indonesia have 152,282 units of cooperatives and 26.8 million cooperative members. With the development of it, it is necessary also in the use of information systems in data processing. One type of cooperative is a savings and loan cooperative, and many cooperatives perform conventional data processing. It can cause problems like old search data, inaccurate borrowing and inaccurate reports. Therefore, the need for application programs that are applied, by creating a design program that is able to provide information in the process of storing information produced quickly, timely and accurate. Using the method of rapid application development (RAD), became one of the options to assist in the design program of saving and loan cooperatives. With the implementation of application programs on savings and loan cooperatives, it can be done existing solutions in data processing cooperative.

Abstract

"Simulation of Duck Crows Using Reynolds Method" is a study with the aim to find out the behavior of duck breeding crowd. The next goal is to make a crowd simulation using the Reynolds method. Limitations of this research variable is the object of research on adult duck Turi, the method used is Reynolds method. The simulations are made using Unity3D software in the form of 3D and the animation provided is just a running gesture. The method of analysis of this research is using research and development method. The result of the research is the data of duck walking in the crowd to be applied in 3D animation. The end result of the study is a simulation of duck crowds that run on flat fields. Destination directions are affected by mouse input and can avoid obstacles when walking. This simulation uses Reynolds basic rules of cohesion, alignment and separation.The conclusion of the research is that there is a similarity between the simulation of the crowd with the movement of the original duck crowd and the Reynolds method can be applied in the simulation of the duck crowd in 3D. Research produces 3D animation of duck crowds that are given the ability to avoid obstacles and target goals determined by mouse input.

Abstract

Dengue virus is a virus that causes dengue fever (DD), dengue hemorrhagic fever (DBD) and dengue shock syndrome (SSD). This disease is included in the status of outbreaks at the Hospital Benjamin Guluh Kab. Kolaka. The inclusion of this disease in the status of outbreaks then there are many cases / patients are handled every year even every month. The symptoms of a patient diagnosed with dengue fever tend to be similar. Case Based Reasoning (CBR) is one of the methods that can make or solve problems based on the existing case as a solution of new problem. The system built in this study is the CBR system to make a diagnosis of Dengue Fever. The diagnostic process of incorporating new problems compared to old cases then calculated the value of similarity. In this research, Nearest neighbor method is used for similarity process. Tests used 54 cases as randomized test data and 85 cases were used as case basis. The results obtained are 98.14% sensitivity and 99.25% accuracy.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the level of information security in the academic information system to give recommendations improvements in information security management. The method used is qualitative research method, which data obtained based on the results of questionnaires distributed to respondents with the Guttmann scale. Based on the analysis results, 13 objective controls and 43 security controls were scattered in 3 clauses. From the analysis, it was concluded that the maturity level of information system security governance was 2.51, which means the level of maturity is still at level 2 but is approaching level 3 well defined.

Abstract

Angkasa Pura Digital Signage at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Syamsudinnor Airport Banjarmasin has used web application in inputting pictures and video, but information about schedule activity still done manually, that is done in writing. Therefore it is necessary to create an information system schedule activities, images, video and attendance using PHP employees who have previously been designed using ERD, DFD and Flowchart. The information system that has been created can input the schedule of activities, pictures, videos and attendance of employees displayed through digital signage or displayed through LCD or monitor screen.

Abstract

The inverted pendulum is a high-order non-linear, miltivariable and highly unstable dynamic system. High-order non-linear systems in the inverted pendulum must be dilutarized to be solved easily. From the calculations that have been done can be deduced that the system from the inverted pendulum is unstable saddle system, can be controlled and can be observed. In addition the system can also be formed into a system of controlled companions and observable forms of kompanion.

Abstract

Technological developments to support the current learning system are so fast that there is an interactive innovation technology for educational trends. One of the technologies implemented is an interactive presentation application in a multimedia class or smart presentation system. This technology makes it possible to control the presentation in a natural way with their hand movements. This introduction can replace conventional mouse roles and functions to facilitate teacher performance in applying interactive technology in the classroom. To build this intelligent presentation system, it is divided into several parts: 1) Recognition sensor arm movement using Myo armband; 2) Hand gesture of hand movements made several steps include: a) data retrieval based on realtime and wireless; b) feature extraction; c) classification using artificial neural network; and 3) Smart presentation, is a presentation system that can understand human behavior and provide interactive presentations.The expected benefits of the results of this study are, with the construction of intelligent presentation systems using hand-gesturing recognition based on the classification of electromyography signals, 1) Make presentations more efficient, engaging and easier to understand, and also make the discussion more interactive and improve communication; 2) Assists the presenter of material in exposing the material by using a presentation control system based on hand gestures.
