Abstract

The type of research used is explanatory research. Data collected using the method of observation, questionnaires and direct interviews. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential analysis techniques (validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test and F test) and path analysis (path analysis) .. From the results calculation of multiple regression analysis can be seen that the four variables have a strong relationship, where the largest multiple correlation coefficient (R) is in the hypothesis test Store image, promotion, and customer satisfaction with the repeat purchase decision of 0.908 with the magnitude of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.824. From the results of the t test, it can be seen that all the independent variables have an effect on the dependent variable with a confidence level of 95% (= 0.05), obtained by t count > t table, then H0 is rejected Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to analyzing the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable on staff of Directorate of Partnership, Alumni, and Global Initiatives of Universitas Gadjah Mada (DKAUI UGM). The population in this study amounted to 57 employee using the census method. The data was analyzing based on Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 2.0 M3 program, and Sobel Test to prove organizational commitment variable as an intervening variable. The results of the research indicate that: 1) Organizational climate has a direct and significant positive effect on employee performance on staff of DKAUI UGM; 2) Job satisfaction has a direct and significant positive effect on employee performance on staff of DKAUI UGM; 3) Organizational climate effects positively and indirectly positively to employee performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable on staff of DKAUI UGM; 4) Job satisfaction has an indirect and significant positive effect on employee performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable on staff of DKAUI UGM.

Abstract

Competition for environmentally friendly products in the current era is increasing, resulting in consumer interest in products that require information about products. The purpose of this study is to identify the extent of brand image in the community towards environmentally friendly products in The Body Shop products in Palangka Raya which are environmentally friendly products and can be used from teens to parents. Research with a sample of 100 consumers with consumer age control variables and analyzed quantitatively with SPSS 24.0 resulted in a significant brand image that could increase consumer interest and significant mediation promotion in making repeat purchases. Research implications for increasing consumer interest in products by maintaining product image and relentless promotion as a business strategy so that they are able to compete in environmentally friendly products.

Abstract

T. Kardin Pisau Indonesia Company is a company that produces handmade knives with employees who specialize in their work. The company is trying to optimize the production of its knives by minimizing idle time which will ultimately increase employee productivity. The existence of different levels of difficulty in the workmanship causes an imbalance of work time between employees. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the role of line balancing strategies to optimize knife production in the Indonesian Knife company. The strategy used is that each employee does a different job to finish and then helps the work of other employees who have not finished. Line balancing method is an activity that aims to move one task from one person to another, which in turn creates a balance of time between workers at one station and workers at other stations. The results showed that using this strategy obtained a level of production efficiency of 79.02% for process 1 and .79.48% for process 2.

Abstract

In the retail business, there is a term retail is number. PT Kimia Farma Pharmacy roomates the biggest retail pharmacy chain in Indonesia established additional number of pharmacies stores (drugstore) as a competitive strategy since 2013. The funding source for investment in the addition of store pharmacies comes from internal cash and short-term bank loans ( debt), the resulting in a funding mismatch. Management of the capital structure do not good cause disruption of the operational activities in the short term and the composition of the capital structure inefficient. The company's operational performance was disrupted as indicated resources by the decline in financial activities starting ratios implemented a strategy in 2013 and the decline in operational cash flow starting in 2016, even negative in 2017. The calculation of the working capital requirement 2012-2017 show that the yearly available working capital is sufficient to finance working capital requirements within that particular period. The available working capital in 2017 could fulfill the requirement of working capital for 2018 sales targets. The liquidity was disrupted due to the Decrease in cash operation the caused by funding mismatches. The optimal capital structure simulation is a composition of 40% debt and 60% equity in 2017, the event in balance sheet composition of 69% debt and 31% equity. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance which is mediated by the job satisfaction of employees of the Yogyakarta Alumunium SP. The research subjects were all employees in the production section of SP Yogyakarta Alumunium with 115 employees. This study included associative causal research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. Data was collected by questionnaires that had been tested using PLS SEM. The results of this study indicate that: the work environment positively and significantly affects employee performance and the environment positively and significantly affects employee performance which is mediated by employee job satisfaction. The implementation of the research findings is that the company must pay more attention to and improve the conditions of the work environment such as by overcoming noise and improving air circulation so that it will have an impact on increasing company performance accompanied by harmony among employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of work culture on the influence of leadership on employee performance. The study was conducted at the Office of Communication and Information, Statistics and Baths of Gunung Mas Regency with the number of respondents in the study were 49 employees with saturated sampling techniques. The collected data was analyzed through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the Partial Least Square technique. Software tools used by SmartPLS 3.2.7. The results showed that work culture had a positive and significant effect on performance; leadership has a positive and significant effect on work culture; leadership has a positive and significant effect on work, and work culture mediates the influence of leadership on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is a research related to the formation of strategy development in a clinic. The discussion is aimed at the theme of the clinical business development strategy. In addition, the discussion will use a sustainable business development perspective.Data collected is sourced from experts with different expertise. The assessing experts were asked to provide a questionnaire assessment related to the internal environment and the external environment of the clinic. The financial statements used are from 2015 to 2017. The assessment results from experts are then adjusted to the IE Matrix to obtain the company's strategy formulation. After obtaining the strategy formulation, the best strategy for the clinic was conducted using the QSPM approach. The results of the study show that the position of the Q Medical & Dental Clinic is in quadrant 1 which means the clinic is recommended for development. In addition, based on the assessment of QSPM, it is found that the company can implement product development, integration and market penetration. On the other hand, clinics are also advised to continue to increase their role in protecting the environment.
