Child problems arise in various areas, such as child abuse, child sexual abuse, frees sex, drugs etc. Therefore, this dedication will focus on children's problems, especially in the context of education. This devotion activity was conducted for 30 days in RW III tile village. As for the service in the form of parenting and child training or parenting, reinforcement and mentoring of children learning and play park which is held in RW hall, and also assistance to youth organization of karang taruna village to empower children and rema in RW III tile village. Assistance to the children's learning park involves collaborating with parents and youth. By giving counseling and parenting to parents, the expectation of parents have more time to spare and control children, while involvement of cooperation with youth to empower teenagers to participate actively to build character and village education.

regency. The majority of the population are farmers. If viewed from the geographical situation, then this village is located near the Madura Sea. Where the weather conditions of Segoro Tambak village tend to be hot and dry, with access roads leading to the village quite easily even though the streets are still much damaged and dusty. The position of the village on a macro lane road to the direction of the Airport and City District and City Province. This condition gives an indication that the regional concession (sub-district) of Segorotambak Village has strategic function and role. While seen from the boundaries of the administrative area of Segorotambak Village are: North side: Tambakoso Village / Sungai Buntung, East: Madura Strait, South side: Banjar Kemuning Village and Juanda Airport, West: Pranti Village and Tambak Sawah Village. The problem is access to technology in this village is still lacking with the lack of facilities such as cafe, hotspot, place of printing and others. In addition, the majority of the villagers' education is only graduated from elementary school, where they prefer to work after graduating from primary school and do not continue to the higher level. This can be understood because the village of Segoro Tambak is a village where the daily livelihood of the population is to manage the fishponds, no wonder if their children are involved to help sustain the family economy with the majority of the population is farmers, the level of education also affect the lives of citizens , because hereditary have the same life with their parents, and very few who get higher education. In addition, if continuing higher education, more choose social sciences - humanities than the science of technology, whereas the development of the world of electronics in the sense of the development of information and communication technology is growing rapidly. As an evaluation, we lecturers from the Department of Electrical Engineering, FTI, ITATS held a community service activity as a form of dharma of three universities, packaged in real work college activities (KKN) - community empowerment learning (PPM) to Karang Taruna as the target audience community by holding "Services To The Community, Knowledge Based Electrical And Computer Engineering".The final result shows that the villagers of Segoro Tambak who are not familiar with the basic electronics knowledge of the participants of Karang Taruna have started to be trained and develop skills in basic electronics. In the field of computer through this training, they are able to understand and operate Microsoft Excel and Microsft Word, properly and correctly. In the knowledge dissemination of electric power installations, Segoro Tambak villagers have had the awareness to apply and pay attention to the safety, safety in installation and usage of electricity in their own homes. Residents are expected to install the correct electrical halcyon for safety.

Language is a self-reflection. The more polite the language is used, reflects politely in thought and action. However, polite and polite language in action is not easy to apply, especially for those who are still at an early age. This is also supported by the abundance of language use in the educational environment. The habit of using polite language should start early and need the maximum support from various environments, including the educational environment. The community service activities are done by growing the language-friendly culture in the school by doing counseling.The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding and understanding of the citizens of the school importance of language politeness. By using polite language, the learning climate in the school will be conducive to focus on the learning objectives, one of which is character education. This activity is a problem solving as well as an alternative to create a peaceful learning environment and support teaching and learning activities. The characters that can be trained with the use of polite language are faithful and devoted, tolerance, love the homeland, discipline, cooperation, solidarity, honesty, exemplary, and love the truth. The activity of IbMitra is held in two different places, within one Surabaya area, in the Paud Mutiara Bunda group in Mojo and the Paud Cahaya Bunda group behind the red railway Stage in Surabaya city of East Java Province. Each group has students of approximately 15 and 39 children. The problems of partners 1 and 2 are the limited educational game tools, the teacher's ability to build the tools and learning activities, and the speed with which Paud operates. The main objectives and objectives of IbM Paud Cahaya Bunda and Mutiara Mother's activities are to provide knowledge to early childhood teachers about learning methods, how to create learning tools, Paud management and procurement of educational tools for early childhood education. The targets of the activities are Master Paud Cahaya Bunda and Mutiara Bunda for tools and methods appropriate for early childhood, as well as assist the procurement of PAUD infrastructure facilities. The methods used in this meeting are discussion, group discussion, question and answer, demontration and brainstorming. The solutions offered are related to the skills and management for these two groups of Early Childhood Mothers and Mothers of the Lady; (1) training and assistance in the preparation of instructional tools; (2) training on the use of learning methods in early childhood; (3) training in the use of educational games for early childhood; (4) training and administrative assistance; (5) assist in the provision of educational games. The output of IbM program is a way of improving the quality of learning process, improving the skill of arranging learning tools, management, educational game tools and scientific publication in Journals with ISSN.

Library is the most important thing in sharpening youth knowledge. So as a strategy in order to form productivity mabaca and nenulis juveniles. Because adolescents with their sensitivity are very sensitive to the environment so it triggers the juvenile delinquency. Therefore, this dedication is carried out during the one-month time allocation through the procurement of multi-source mini libraries that are established through the form of training or workshops that are teenagers strategic in the formation of the growth of literacy productivity. The results obtained show that the formation of reading and writing culture through multi-source library conducted with the guidance of inten. Workshops or reading and writing skills can make it easier for youth IPM to give creativity and innovation. So denagan kegitan like that a bit much can minimize juvenile delinquency. Therefore, the need to hold a mini library in a mosque with activities of literacy and adolescent literacy should be done in a sustainable manner.

So far, mathematics has become a difficult subject for students. Therefore some parents choose the way to bring in private teachers to help their children understand math. This devotion is the accompaniment of learning for students at SD Muhammadiyah 18 Surabaya and the fisherman children who are still in school kenjeran surabaya area. The problems and obstacles faced by Abon Bandeng business group "Barokah" and Kecap "Kurma" are: 1. The making process is still using traditional tools and in very little capacity, so that the products are produced less than the maximum and in small capacity. So when there is a rather large order they can not afford to fill the order in due to lack of equipment that is not adequate for more production capacity. 2. Marketing management that still rely on orders and exhibitions of food products, this results in less sustainable production, rather than resulting in profits that can not be maximal / uncertain. Therefore, based on the need for solutive and strategic steps to overcome the problem of business groups to be more productive and highly competitive, these steps antaralain: 1. The need to modernize the equipment so as to produce products that berkuwalitas and competitive can do more production. 2. The need to improve the quality of group resources in terms of marketing of production, this quality improvement can be done by doing marketing training / marketing of production. So that the already sustainable production can be marketed optimally. This devotion aims to 1) This Business Group can produce maximally both in terms of production capacity and in terms of high quality of competitive production. 2) Increasing the quality of human resources of the group members in terms of marketing of the products so that the production can be sold / marketed maximally. The method used in this service is the approach done by using FGD (Focus Group Discussion) method combined with participatory research method that is by studying, finding and rediscovering business problem that happened in the Development of Mother House Business Group Date.

Future Furnituredan UD.Kharisma Meubel. The main problem is the difficulty in finding potential markets, partner SMEs do not have human resources specialized in marketing. Besides, the supply of raw materials from regions in East Java began to be small. This makes the problem because the price of raw materials becomes expensive because coupled with transportation costs. Approved issues for easing within 3 years: Marketing, management, production, product development, and human resources. The priority of solutions offered is on marketing issues, more specifically, will be optimized use of IT (internet) to advance the market. Strategies in 4P Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, and Place).

Acronym FOSS is a free open source software. The FOSS program is a license that allows users to run the program freely for any purpose, modify the program as desired and also distribute copies of the original version or modified version freely, which is why select open source from closed source. Closed-source software is sometimes pressed to build in the background or other unwanted and secret features into the software. Instead of having to trust users of FOSS software vendors can check and verify the source code itself and can put trust in the community of volunteers and users. FOSS is not equivalent to priceless software, it's more like a command for open-source software with freedom granted at various levels (depending on license). For this, the license does not need to be included in the list, If the software follows the Open Source command and the license is compatible then at least one of the Open Source licenses. Student involvement in SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Sorong is the best place to give advice about FOSS because it is one of the favorite schools in Sorong regency.

Flooding is a disaster that often occurs in the rainy season. The damage caused by this failure is not only material damage such as damage to houses, public facilities, and destruction of agricultural land, but also create disease outbreaks around the disaster site. One solution to reduce rainwater runoff needs to be made easy and practical recharge well model by utilizing local materials. The purpose of this research is the modeling of absorbing wells and drainage for prevention and control of flood hazard to achieve a healthy, safe, and comfortable. The research location is Lauwonu Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency. Construction materials for modeling are local materials located around the site. The recharge wells are sized (2x1x1) m3 and (2x1,5x1) m3. If every household has a recharge well with a minimum volume of 2 m3, it will reduce rainfall runoff so that that flood disaster can be avoided.
