Abstract

The main problem regarding nutrition faced by Indonesia is stunting, where Indonesia is ranked fifth in the world with the largest stunting prevalence rate in 2017, which is 29.6% of all Indonesian children. Stunting is a child under five years who has a z-score value of less than -3 standard deviations (SD). Stunting has a negative impact, namely it can disrupt the physical and intellectual development of toddlers in the future. In this case, the examination of stunting status by medical personnel is still carried out manually which takes a long time and is prone to inaccuracies. This study aims to classify stunting status in toddlers by applying the K-Nearest Neighbor method using the Backward Elimination feature selection to get fast and accurate results. Based on the results of this study, the average accuracy produced by the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm at k=5 is 91.90% with 9 attributes and the average accuracy produced by the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm with the addition of Backward Elimination is 92.20%. with 8 attributes. These results indicate that the application of Backward Elimination can increase the accuracy value of the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and also perform attribute selection.

Abstract

In a situation that is still being hit by the COVID19 Pandemic until now, it has an impact on the way people meet the needs of life, both primary and secondary needs. In one case, the pandemic also affected the shopping patterns of people who required them to shop online in order to reduce activities outside the home. So in this study the authors conducted research on the topic of Decision Support Systems in the selection of E-Marketplace. In this case, the author applies the VIKOR and Rank Order Centroid methods in assessing several sites or applications that are generally used by the public in online shopping activities. The alternatives used are Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak and Facebook Marketplace. For the criteria used, namely by using an assessment based on the User Interface, Product Completeness, Service Response, Transaction Process, and Delivery Service. The test results obtained are based on the calculation of the VIKOR method and the Rank Order Centroid against the alternatives and criteria used, Shoopee as the best alternative by obtaining a VIKOR index value of 1. Thus, it can be seen that the VIKOR method and Rank Order Centroid has been successfully applied to the recommendation system for marketplace selection.

Abstract

Flood disasters often occur in Indonesia. Banyumas Regency is one of the districts that often experiences flooding. The area with the flood-prone category is Sumpiuh sub-district. One of the villages that often floods is Pandak Village. Cases that often arise when it rains for a long time and after it stops only a few moments later floods occur. The purpose of this study is to provide early warning system of flood detection to residents, so that material losses can be minimized. This research was conducted by making a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) based flood monitoring device. The device consists of sensor nodes and gateways connected to a star topology. The sensor node is equipped with a Long Range (LoRa) module and a laser sensor, at the gateway it is equipped with a LoRa, liquid crystal display (LCD) and a buzzer. Functional test results, the device works well. The laser sensor can measure water levels up to 150 cm and for a LoRa range up to 250 m. The gateway can receive data sent by LoRa and can display the laser sensor measurement results on the LCD and the buzzer can give a sound signal. The device can monitor the water level with the display of the water level in real-time on the LCD and the buzzer can sound according to four water level statuses are safe level, first alert level, second alert level and danger level.

Abstract

Identifying a person's identity still often uses an ID card (KTP, SIM, passport, etc.). This method has a weakness because the ID Card is easily damaged and lost. Biometric recognition systems provide a solution by using human body parts as identity recognition. Sounds are readily available biometric information. Voice pattern recognition is used for the speaker identification process to obtain the identity of someone speaking. This paper reviews several feature extraction and classification methods that are often used in speaker identification. The selection of feature extraction methods and classification functions in computation and the level of accuracy of the speaker identification system. Based on the survey dataset applied with the feature extraction method, the Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) method has high accuracy even with noise input. Then in classification, the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) method is most often used because it can work in noise. Recently, a hybrid classifier has been developed, which increases the accuracy value.

Abstract

Dehydration is a condition in the body where the amount of fluid that comes out is more than the amount of fluid that enters so that the body experiences a lack of fluids. The simplest way to find out if you are dehydrated is to check the color and amount of urine. If it is very dark and there is little water, then the body needs a lot of air. If the urine is clear, it means the body is in normal air balance. The level of dehydration between each person is different, so we need a system that can classify the level of dehydration objectively through urine, so that it can facilitate the process of early detection and diagnosis before being enforced. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the Matrix Laboratory (Matlab) can classify dehydration in the human body, by utilizing urine images through several processes, namely preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction of Red Green Blue and then the K-Nearest Neighbor method to classify a person's level of dehydration. From 30 urine image training data and 15 urine image test data with 3 classes of urine color levels, namely not dehydrated, mild dehydration and severe dehydration, the results obtained from the accuracy of the dehydration level classification using the K-Nearest Neighbor method of 93.3% obtained from 14 test data with accurate classification, and 1 test data with inaccurate classification.

Abstract

The slowness of a job can be affected by many things, mostly due to the large number of files for a single activity. The introduction of a computerized goods recording system is intended to assist users in carrying out their work and facilitate users in finding information on incoming and outgoing goods data. The application made has additional features from previous research, namely exporting incoming and outgoing goods data in the form of 3D graphics and there is a live chat that functions for interaction between application users. For data security, the transaction id stored in the database uses base64 encryption, aiming to secure data from irresponsible parties. In the encryption process, it has been tested using 300 data and has a file size of 1MiB (Mebibyte) by making the data safe and cannot be cracked by other parties. In testing the attack on encrypted data in this application, 20 methods of attack were proven to be unhackable, unless using the encode that was made in this application. The data security process used is to encrypt the transaction id of incoming goods and outgoing goods stored in the database and the description results are found on the website page

Abstract

This study focuses on designing and making intelligent systems to help diagnose diseases found in betta fish or better known as betta fish using the dempster shafer method, the problem that has been happening is the lack of knowledge of novice cultivators related to the diseases suffered by betta fish resulting in their death. Siamese fighting fish. There are several diseases that often attack betta fish, some of which are Stress, White Spot and Pineapple Scales. In building an android-based intelligent system for diagnosing this betta fish disease, the Research & Development research method is used. The use of the dempster shafer is very suitable to be implemented to diagnose diseases in betta fish (betta fish) which basically users of this application do not know for sure the disease that is being suffered by betta fish

Abstract

Scheduling of subjects in schools often has problems with the course of teaching and learning activities. There are various variations in this problem, due to differences in different policies in scheduling, at Lazuardi Global Compassionate School, Depok City, the schedule is made by making a rough description of the schedule and then transferring it to the Google Sheet application, scheduling in this way is still often mismatched. scheduling is made and also takes quite a long time. This causes the optimal scheduling difficult to obtain. This study discusses the application of genetic algorithms for scheduling subjects at Blue Blue Compassionate School Elementary School. Genetic algorithm is an algorithm that can solve problems in lesson scheduling and provide solutions to get optimal scheduling results. Based on the results of the tests carried out, the parameters used are the number of populations, the number of generations, crosses and mutations that the genetic algorithm can work well and solve problems by producing optimal scheduling and shorten the time of making the schedule so that the making of the schedule becomes effective and efficient.

Abstract

Mobile ad-hoc network is a wireless network with variable topology and communication routes. In a MANET network, nodes have the role of finding and handling routes to each node in the network. There are several challenges such as bandwidth, power, and direction of movement of nodes. A routing protocol is needed to determine the route and ensure that the packets sent successfully arrive at their destination to solve this problem,. In large-scale networks, the routing structure requires redundant route information, resulting in frequent overhead. We investigated the use of the LEACH protocol as a hierarchical protocol to solve the network overhead. The proposed research also adds a PSO algorithm to optimize the performance of the LEACH protocol. The research method uses simulation methods and evaluation of routing models using Network Simulator. Evaluation is prioritized on the use of traffic TCP and UDP. The results show that TCP traffic has better delay, packet loss, and PDR values compared to UDP traffic when using the LEACH protocol. When the PSO algorithm is added, the delay value in TCP traffic decreases by 47%, the packet loss value decreases by 78%, and the PDR value also increases by 0.1%.

Abstract

An effective sales system in a company requires an innovation and novelty in building a system that can help companies reach all market segments and society. Because the company's business activities still apply offline sales methods, namely coming directly to the store, viewing products and paying in cash. To meet the needs of the company and its customers, this company requires a web-based or online system for sales and customer data storage purposes. The programming language used is the PHP language using the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as the database. The results of the research and the results of the output of this system will produce a website-based information system for selling jackets or clothes that can be used by the company or jacket shop to meet the needs of selling Hoodie Jackets from every consumer quickly and accurately, and is expected to assist in perform category searches by size, product orders, and digital payments for products.
