Abstract

The early determination of hijriyah month, can not only be done by rukyat, however it is also specified by hisab. Methodologically, those ways of expanding into idea sect, that is ru’yat sect and hisab sect. The sect of Ru’yat is made the guidance by NU, while the hisab sect developed by Muhammadiyah and mayority of pesantren maisonette, not aside from pesantren maisonette of Karay Ganding Sumenep. Its unique of practically, the hisab sect of Karay pesantren is not always same its applying with Muhammadiyah. This Matter is caused hisab sect of Karay pesantren have the separate method. This article traces system geneologis of hisab and way of its applying so that it becomes popular and a lot of people follow in Sub-Province of Sumenep. As research qualitative, this article explains about decision of Pesantren Kyai which finally use the way of hisab in determining the early month of ramadhan, and syawal and dzulhijjah by using the separate hisap method. The methodresults from reading of Pesantren Kyai to various the falak book. With examination and verification are done, finally, this method is used and followed by around society and expand through the collegiate network with special diploma.

Abstract

There are three focuses becoming study in this research that is: a) Response ( appresiation ) Syariah Bangking and Financial Institution of Syariah in Pamekasan, b) Expectation of Syariah Bangking and Financial Institution of SyariAh in Pamekasan to grad, c) Elementary compentence which must be had by grad. This research uses the approach qualitative trying to watch closely the response of the head Syariah Bangking and Financial Institution of Moslem law in Pamekasan to opening of Study Program of Syari’ah Banking in STAIN Pamekasan. Result of this research showing that: Response of Financial Institution and Syari’ah Banking in Pamekasan to opening the Study Program of Syari’ah Banking in STAIN Pamekasan is very good, and they are also ready for cooperating in powering the Study Program of Syari’ah Banking in STAIN Pamekasan. Expectation of Syari’ah Banking and Financial Institution of Syariah in Pamekasan to grad of Study Program of Syari’ah Banking in STAIN Pamekasan, that is; the grad of Study Program of Syari’ah Banking STAIN Pamekasan next, absolute mastering the conception of Syari’ah Banking supported with knowledge of conventional banking concept and domination of information Technology Skill. Elementary compentence which must be had by the grad of Study Program of Syari’ah Banking in STAIN Pamekasan, that is; some of responders assess is competent, and some of other assess still many conventional banking payload, less payload of syari’ah banking, and still less subjects which uplift the skill and practice because the next grad have to ready to work in banking area.

Abstract

Study to message of Allah pass His oath in al- Quran is oftentimes only focussed at Muqsam ` alayh (news strengthened with oath). While message of muqsam bih( lasing of oath) used by Allah not yet many expressed. Result of study to message from varous muqsam bih which is described in 10 short letters concluded to become two matter 1) Inviting human being to comprehend muqsam ‘alayh ( message strengthened with oath) by the way of contemplating muqsam bih (lasing of His oath); and 2) Motivating the human being to be deepening farther about important values, scientific truth and relevance in life a day from varous muqsam bih used.

Abstract

Understanding of Society about Syari’Ah Banking still is minimum or less adequate. This matter is certainly influenced by some factors. This research aims to know the understanding of society about product and oprasional of Syari’Ah Banking in Pamekasan chosening location of Perumnas of Tlanakan Indah, village of Asem Manis, Countryside of Larangan Tokol, District Of Tlanakan, Sub- Province of Pamekasan. Result of research indicates that ( 1) Understanding of society perumnas of Tlnakan Indah about product and operational of Syari’Ah Banking is still very minimum. ( 2) Factors which influence caused some factors, for example, lack of information of side syari’ah banking and lack of understanding of society about religion teaching especially which touch with muamalah covered in Syari’Ah Banking.

Abstract

Co-operative study represents learnig strategy with a number of students as small group member which its ability level differs of each other either from side of maharah al-lughawiyah and also ‘anashir al-lughah . This study is one of study models where students learn and work in groups having the character of heterogeneous. Learning efficacy from group is depended on group member ability and activity , either through individually and also group. This research tries to elaborate co-operative study at station of Arab language in pesantren maisonette of Sumenep annuqayah, as one of the alternative of study model in each maharah also anashir al-lughawiyah.

Abstract

This Research expresses about perception of pre-eminent class in fulfilling the target in improving degree and capacities of school with sample model of certain class in class level. Study productivity motivation, technological facility, educator profesionalitas, curriculum of lifeskills vocational and payload of spiritualitas development, recruitment passe the achievement value, potency test of academic and special test in field of MIPA and also English. While leadership vision is to entangle educator and teaching staff in process of decision making supported by behavior, experience and head education . Some leadership resistance influencing is psychological factor, lack of support factor and faktor of SDM low and also less wellbalanced society demand factor.

Abstract

Entering teen-age, in general, either adolescent son or daugther is hard to be arranged though by its own parents. This matter is problem had by each adolescences, there are four the important matters which become fundamental study at this research, that is: (1) Condition of moral and adolescent creativity in countryside of Bancelok, (2) Effort of moral construction and adolescent creativity in countryside of Bancelok, (3) Resistances faced in moral construction and adolescent creativity in countryside of Bancelok, and also (4) Effort is done to increase the moral construction and adolescent creativity [in countryside of Bancelok. This Research uses approach qualitative. There are four elements becoming the source of informations in this research, that is; old fellow, elite figure society, government officer, and young man figure. Whereas relating to field study (data collecting) using the observation method, interview, and documentation. Later, data that is gathered to be analysed using two approaches, that is: descriptive informative and descriptive analysis.

Abstract

Education represents the effort of systematic to bear quality grad of professional, for the reason must always innovate and reorientation at curriculum and study models so that it can face the challenge especially of the values friction at Islam and Indonesia of effect of culture and ideology contention of interracial and religion.Education model or formal in the form of study is claimed to orient at value (behavior). STAIN Pamekasan as education institution is claimed to emphasize behavior education as materialization of vision mission which tread on at islamic value and at Indonesia. This research is focused at how study and assessment which orient the value ( behavior) and how study impact and the assessment to student behavior. This research comes near with qualitative paradigm by means of compiler of interview data, observation and documentation to be analysed and interpreted in taking conclusion. Result of research is obtained, that is; there are some study model and assessment which orient the value (behavior), that is; to express the meaning from some theories, to connective the theoretical study with various value in life, to express the science benefit at subject constructed , explaining values implied in science area at the subject, explaining values implied in science area, practicing on behavior values.

Abstract

Ideally, in investigation of divorce case of husband and wife attend in assembly.With attendance of the spouses, judge will be more easy to strive the peace mentioned above. Ironically, in practice is sometimes wife or husband in capacities as requested / sued have never attended or if to give the authority at a advocate, the side requested / sued have never attended to conference. Pursuant to section 125 HIR to express that if sued absents to face the assembly and do not order others ones as its proxy, hence the accusation will be granted with decision the outside attending of sued ( verstek decision). From result of research obtained by conclusion that is; First, which cause to be requested / to be sued never absents at divorce case raised by applicant / plaintiff so that resulting the verstek decision in Religion Justice of Pamekasan, for example: because shame, so that the session will take place quickly, because sued / requested is shy and or fear to deal with trial, and there is still some of village headman and or modin still have a notion, society in a countryside must inform if they will divorce. Judge of Religion Justice of Pamekasan assess the evidence appliances raised by applicant / plaintiff in divorce case decided by verstek guiding at HIR and also regulation of other constitutions. In the verdict of divorce case, judge council of Religion Justice of Pamekasan only relates at evidence appliance raised by plaintiff / applicant.

Abstract

Mediums management and pre-mediums represent an absolute done in an higher education institute, because Mediums and premediums in education management represent the absolut condition in the effort to reach the target which is expected. Thereby, Every the education organizer have to pay attention and conscripting the mind and energy to carry out education management that is professional and fulfill Standard National Education ( SNP). This Research copes to comprehend the mediums and pre-mediums management of education in STAIN Pamekasan, because during this time of mediums and basic mediums management are not yet showing its idealitas. This research is focussed at; a) How mediums and pre-mediums menegement in STAIN Pamekasan ?,and b) what Factors influencing mediums and pre-mediums management in STAIN Pamekasan ?. This research uses the qualitative type by using observation, interview, and documentation method. Based the rearch done, to be expressed that the first of STAIN Pamekasan conduct mediums and pre-mediums manegement still have the centralization character of top down), either in the case of planning, organizational, observation, and assessment of mediums and pre-mediums management owned, second in some cases of STAIN Pamekasan do not yet manage the mediums and pre-mediums management because they are caused by factor is its lack of management professionalism, either when doing the planning, organizational, treatment and observation or evaluation. Based the matter above, hence, suggested that STAIN Pamekasan carry out the mediums and pre-mediums management of education professionally.
