Abstract

Islamic teaching is a physical and spiritual guidance based on the holy Qur’an towards students in order to build a muslim personality completely. To have the good attitudes, students are expected to pay attention to the religion based learning as the control in the student’s life. Generally the aim of Islamic teaching is to build students who are faithful and devout to Allah SWT and have good characters. The function of Islamic teaching is to internalize faith and piety to Allah SWT and habituate students to implement the good characters both in family and school. Population in this research was all students of SMK Kesehatan Samarinda consisting of 426 students in the academic year of 2017/2018 with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were questionnaires, observation and interviews. Data analysis technique used product moment formulation. The analysis shows that the two variables of the test by using Product Moment Correlation result in r calculation of 0,676 which is then interpreted by using table r, on dk=36-2=34 with confidence level of 95% or margin error of 5%, r calculation (0.632) is between 0.60 – 0.799 (strong). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that Islamic teaching has a strong or positive influence towards the student’s attitudes at SMK Kesehatan Samarinda.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda (State Vocational High school 1 of Samarinda) is a general school that the principal still wants to build the Islamic character values through the 3S culture (Smile, Respect, and Greet), the culture of reading the holy Qur’an, praying together, the culture of discipline and honesty, and ethics in clothing. This research aims to find out the religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda. The approach used was qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity test used source and method triangulation analyzed with member check. The data analysis technique used data reduction, presentation and concluding. The result of the research is that religious activities developed by the principal are such as the culture of 3S, reading Qur’an, praying before and after learning, praying together at the school mosque, the culture of honesty, discipline and ethics in clothing. The strategies of the principal in creating the religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda were through planning, modelling, habituation, participation, evaluation, coordination, and motivation.

Abstract

This article discusses about Al-quran opinion on the role of father in develoment of the child. The focus of this study is to reveal the verses of Al-qur'an that relate to the role of father in the family. Furthermore, this article will also illustrate the story of the father in the Qur'an. This article is a library research with descriptive-analytic method. The lens of contemporary and classic tafsir paradigm are also used as the aproach to analyse the data. From the analysis that has been carried out, this research concludes several important remarks. Firts, the Qur'an shows a role that should be applied by a father in the development process of his children, one of which is by monitoring and controlling the daily lives of children, instilling educational values, building good closeness and communication with children, and providing support and direction well. Second, several verses in the Qur’an describe the role of fathers who have their own way of educating their children, so that the method is relevant to be applied in the present context, They are Luqman, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Nuh, and Prophet Ya'qub. Keywords: Al-qur’an, child development, role of father.

Abstract

The background of this research is the potential for religious radicalism in mosques in Temanggung Regency. They are a radical group that has several ways to control the mosque. This article describes the strategy of the Mosque Organizers Institution Nahdlatul Ulama (LTM NU) of Temanggung in preventing religious radicalism in the mosque. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods namely interviews and observations. The results of the study stated that there were several strategies carried out by LTM NU of Temanggung in preventing radicalism. First, strengthening the management of mosque takmir refers to Aswaja Annahdliyah’s Islamic values. Second, revitalization of idarah, imarah, and ri’ayah management. Third, revamping the management structure of the mosque. Fourth, mobilizing the spirit of religious leaders to strengthen moderate Islamic studies. Fifth, the movement of NU coins (koin NU) in the mosque. Sixth, assisting the mosque when there are problems or not. Seventh, synergy between the Autonomous Agency (Banom) and institutions under NU. Eighth, the mosque’s clean movement. Ninth, identify local lector who are preachers at the mosque. There are several challenges and opportunities in implementing the strategy. The first challenge is the low understanding of the organizational management of mosque takmir. Second, limited religious knowledge from the mosque manager. Third, the structure of Aswaja Annahdliyah teachings has not been structured. Fourth, the massive offer of radical Islamic activities in NU mosques. Fifth, the doctrine is strong about the strategy of mastering mosques from radical groups. Sixth, infiltration of individuals / radical Islamic organizations. Seventh, the strong funding from abroad in the construction of mosques. The opportunity, first is the strong family culture in the community. Second, awareness of the dangers of radicalism. Third, the dominance of NU residents in the mosque’s takmir structure. Fourth, the massive implementation of mosque takmir training. Fifth, the existence of Islamic religious instructors in the villages dominated by NU residents. Sixth, the implementation of the competition for destitution management. Seventh, program support from autonomous body (Banom) / NU institutions. The impact of this strategy to prevent religious radicalism gave birth to the awareness of takmir officials to guard mosques from radical groups. While in the short term, the management of the mosque takmir is set up to 90 percent of the total mosques that have joined LTM NU Temanggung, and there are dozens of mosques that will join LTM NU of Temanggung.

Abstract

Indonesia is a pluralistic country because it has a diversity of cultures (culture), ethnicity (ethnicity), race, religion (religious beliefs). To unite the diversity, the Indonesian nation's motto is written on the symbol of the Indonesian state, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, with different meanings but still one spirit and also poured into the third Pancasila sila with the sound of Indonesian Unity, of course there are things you want revealed from the diversity that is to know the values in terms of Islamic religious education. To realize this desire the authors use a qualitative descriptive approach. The type of research is library research or library research, namely research conducted by collecting some literature from journals or previous research results as a form of comparison with the research that will be conducted.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of revelation systematic based education on the characters of third grade students of SD Integral Rahmatullah Lempake, North Samarinda. The approach used in this research was qualitative. The type of the research was descriptive. This research was conducted at SD Integral Rahmatullah Lempake, North Samarinda. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used resource clarification, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification.The implementation of revelation systematic based education on the characters of third grade students of SD Integral Rahmatullah Lempake, North Samarinda are carried out through the approaches of: first, teacher modeling, second habituation at school such as Dhuha prayer, infaq (charity), etc. The supporting and obstructing factors in the implementation of revelation systematic based education on the characters of third grade students of SD Integral Rahmatullah are 1) supporting factors: first, the role of the school foundation on the policy of the programs implemented by the school, second, the role of the teachers in implementing the revelation systematic in learning, third, the active role of parents in the school program; 2) obstructing factors: first, the teachers’ character which is sometimes inconsistent in modeling, while teachers from outside are less knowledge on the revelation systematic, second, parents’ unconcern on the students’ bad behavior at home.

Abstract

The research is motivated by increasing population and demand community to meet housing needs. Related to this, how is the Bank's Strategy Syariah Mandiri Samarinda Branch as one of the banks that has an important role as Intermediary institutions, to realize the desire of customers to have decent housing through its products are Griya BSM and How to Implement Home Ownership financing with The Murabahah Agreement is in the context of achieving company goals amid the bank’s world competition increasingly sharp. This type of research is field research, which is a study carried out systematically by lifting data in the field. The purpose of this research is to find out the Strategy and Implementation of Home Ownership Financing With Murabahah Agreement at Bank Syariah Mandiri Samarinda Branch. The nature of the research this is Descriptive Qualitative. The research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques with management resource persons / related bank parties.The research uses Analysis of Miles And Hubberman. The results of the research, it was found that BSM determined the segmentation of BSM Griya products based on demographic segmentation which is based on income level and employment level. Determination of market targeting on BSM Griya products, through two categories, namely permanent employees such as civil servants and professional jobs such as doctors or equivalent. Positioning Griya BSM products in the minds of consumers is the Sharia brand itself, flat installments, speed and accuracy of the process, and fewer costs incurred by customers than conventional home financing. The results of the research indicate that the strategies carried out by the Mandiri Branch Syariah Bank Samarinda is determining Segmentation, namely dividing customers based on income level and job, Positioning that is offering superior products that have unique and sharia values, and Targeting is aiming at fixed income customers by cooperating with agencies and doing individual prospects. In order for the strategy to be achieved, the marketing mix is carried out includes 4 P namely Product, Price, Place, and Promotion which done by displaying the uniqueness of the product, affordable prices with flat installments and low margin compared to other banks, convenient service locations, and promotional uses reference of friends of BSM, advertisements, brochures, social media, sticking to running advertisements as well as collaborate and presentations to government and private agencies and individuals. Implementation of home ownership financing is carried out through 4 stages namely : submission of application, inspection and analysis, signing of agreement and disbursement. Procedure stages based on 5 C (Character, Capital, Capability, Collateral, and Condition of Economy) with the most disbursement time 1 week long and using a Murabahah contract with flat / fixed installments, Fixed an 11% margin,mild down payment, and free final.

Abstract

Education is one of a container to get science. The various education stated by the scientists a western education has a decisive output students. Because in the concept of education has a philosophy that used as basis in developing their activities in the direction of education were. Islamic have the cincept of tarbiyah of course also has the basis of the muslim scholar ever incised ink gold in his days. The concept of Islamic education did not refuse modern concept as has beeb thriving now, but in the concept of Islamic education is self have whose distinctiveness not necessarily owned by the concept of a western education. Therefore in order to criticize the concept of education, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of library research. This type of library research is done by collecting some literature from books, journal and previous research result that have a theme related to the purpose of enriching references.

Abstract

Kitab The Message of the Qur’an (Risalah al-Qur’an) yang diusahakan oleh Muhammad Asad selama lebih 17 tahun membawa pesan yang signifikan dari kata kuncinya li qawm yatafakkarun (untuk kaum yang berfikir). Ia menegaskan pandangan dan kefahaman rasional dan intelek yang melatari perbincangannya yang ekstensif terhadap ayat al-Qur’an. Tema ini diketengahkan bagi merekonstruksi dan memperbaharui pemikiran dan merealisasi idealisme perubahan dan ijtihad. Tulisan ini diilhamkan dari ucaptama yang disampaikan oleh Prof. Mohd Kamal Hassan ketika peluncuran buku Risalah al-Qur’an juzuk 30 oleh Islamic Renaissance Front di Muzium Kesenian Islam pada 26 Februari 2012, berangkat dari usulnya yang bernas yang mengesyorkan supaya ditambah nota kaki sebagai penjelasan yang ringkas tentang li qawm yatafakkarun.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembentukan karakter melalui optimalisasi tahfizul Qur’an di Sekolah Dasar Tahfizul Qur’an (SDTQ) Al Azka, Kecamatan Cisauk, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDTQ Al Azka merupakan satu kesatuan dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari pesantren tahfiz khusus anak Al Azka. Pesantren ini memiliki tiga sistem pendidikan yaitu : 1). Memadukan sistem pendidikan tahfiz Yanbu’ul Qur’an Kudus Jawa Tengah dengan sistem pendidikan nasional tingkat Sekolah Dasar yang telah diinovasi; 2). Sistem pendidikan bahasa yang diterapkan menggunakan sistem Bahasa Arab kurikulum Pesantren Gontor yaitu santri mampu berkomunikasi dengan lancar dan baik;  3). SDTQ Al-Azka yang berlangsung dari hari senin sampai jum’at, menggunakan Garis-Garis Besar Program Pengajaran (GBPP), kurikulum yang diterapkan Diknas.Pesantren ini memiliki target lulusan SD hafal 30 juz al-Qur’an secara fasih, lancar, dan benar. Untuk mencapai target tersebut dilakukan pembiasaan: (1) Setelah sholat subuh untuk menambah hafalan, (2) Setelah sholat zhuhur untuk melancarkan hafalan, (3) Setelah sholat ashar untuk melancarkan hafalan, (4) Setelah sholat magrib untuk evaluasi hafalan dan melancarkan hafalan. Hasil pembiasaan optimalisasi tahfidzul Qur’an ini membentuk karakter anak yaitu : 1). Karakter terhadap Tuhan YME dalam bentuk iman dan taqwa, syukur, tawakal, ikhlas, sabar, mawas diri, disiplin, berpikir jauh ke depan, jujur, amanah, pengabdian, bersusila dan beradab; 2). Karakter terhadap diri sendiri, orang tua, keluarga lainnya, orang lain, masyarakat, bangsa dan alam yang meliputi sikap adil, jujur, mandiri, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, hidup sederhana, sopan santun, beradab dan berjiwa sosial. Kata kunci : pembentukan karakter, optimalisasi, tahfizul Qur’an
