Abstract

This study describes social learning studies with trandisciplinary approaches and models of inquiry-based learning through strengthening the international baccalaureate curriculum. The theory underlying the birth of this study include the study of the social sciences, learning model, basic education, transdiciplinary and especially international baccalaureate curriculum studies as a scholarly study that is currently being developed as the excellent schools. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which is an approach that seeks to get information from various viewpoints, especially current events, so as to complement the data source to be used as a study that provide significant impact on the development of knowledge, in this case the learning sciences social studies in primary schools in particular. The findings of this research is the implementation of the field approach to transdisciplinary, and a model of inquiry in learning social studies based on the curriculum of international baccalaureate and it is addressed through a review of the comprehensive thus produced that: (1) implementation approach transdiciplinary in social studies based international baccalaureate in class IV Bandung Independent School has been done by teachers whose benefit krikulum still looks too dense; (2) the implementation of social studies learning process by using inquiry-based model of international baccalaureate in Bandung Independent School fourth grade visible is optimal; (3) development process by using pedekatan transdisciplinary learning and social learning model of inquiry in the form of impact studies provide good results in student assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan dana bantuan pendidikan di SDN Jogosatru, Sidoarjo. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif.Objek penelitian adalah siswa peserta Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) dari keluarga peserta Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakanmetode angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap siswa peserta PIP dari keluarga peserta PKH di SDN Jogosatru Sidoarjo, tercatat 56% dari peserta PIP yang menggunakan hanya sebagian dana bantuan PIP untuk keperluan pendidikan. Sedangkan untuk dana bantuan melalui PKH, tercatat 60% dari peserta PKH yang menggunakan hanya sebagian dana bantuan PKH untuk keperluan pendidikan dan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan dana bantuan pendidikan dari pemerintah baik melalui Program Indonesia Pintar maupun melalui Program Keluarga Harapan kurang efektif. Bantuan pendidikan dari pemerintah tidak tepat sasaran dan sebagian disalahgunakan. Penyalahgunaan dana pendidikan ini terjadi karena beberapa faktor, yaitu kurangnya perhatian orang tua terhadap kebutuhan anak, kurangnya kesadaran orang tua akan pentingnya pendidikan anak, faktor pendidikan orang tua yang rendah, faktor ekonomi orang tua yang lemah, perilaku konsumtif orang tua, kurangnya edukasi dari pemerintah tentang tujuan dan sasaran dana bantuan yang diberikan, serta manajemen keuangan yang buruk.

Abstract

Education in the era of globalization, modernization and development of the times gets serious enough challenge. Therefore, the need for change and improvement in the attitude of learning in school to achieve the goal of better education. Changes and improvements in learning attitude including through the spirituality of a teacher. So the heart of a teacher in the learning process will feel calm, relax, blessing, useful, and takes pride in carrying out duties as a teacher.In the process of learning, the teacher has the role and duties as a source of material that never dry in managing the learning process. The learning activities are expected to be greeted joyously by students. So that the learning process is quiet, relax, blessing, benefits, and are proud to be a teacher. To create such a learning atmosphere of a teacher is not enough just to rely on the intelligence in the field of science, but it is indispensable soul of a teacher who covers: 1) gives the best example, 2) time management, 3) treat students with respect and compassion, 4) be aware of the emotions of teachers, 5) a figure forgiving, 6) Iqra (read), 7) put their trust.

Abstract

A multicultural country is a term that is suitable for Indonesia. Imagine, the diversity of religions and beliefs, even tribes scattered across more than 17,000 islands, the uniqueness of regional languages ​​which occupies the highest number in the world (more than 500 local languages) and a wide variety of other is the potential and uniqueness of the nation of Indonesia as a nation big. However, the diversity and uniqueness of this time did not get a place in the development process, especially in education. Abstract

This article is a result of structured research in finding a better learning design that includes aesthetic elements in learning in elementary School in particular and the school in general. Aesthetics is an axiological part of science so that the character enhancement of students can be done in a structured way in learning ptosews. Art as a catalyst of aesthetics is integrated in learning, not only in RPP but in the behavior of students everyday. Art learning is art, dance, music art integrated into the subjects in school curiculum, not just one subject but in all subjects.

Abstract

Diniyaa Madrasaa as a non-formal educational institutions based on religious activities which are carried out at evening after formal school hours. Diniyaa Madrasaa’s simple curriculum and short period learning activity is not being a barrier for producing educated and intellectual students. Thus, the existence of Diniyaa Madrasaa can be developed into one of the moslem elite schools that can accomodate the education needed of lower middle class people because the tuition fee is cheap. Diniyaa Madrasaa also able to compete with other moslem elite school that has more expensive tuition fees. Therefore, now in the era of modernization, the manager of Diniyaa Madrasaa should avoid the temptation of material and secularism curricullum in the education activity. The purpose is to create the smart young moslem generation in knowledge and faith.

Abstract

The development of legal relationships in society such as business relationships, land, banking, and other social relationships, which require authentic deeds as evidence to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, makes the need for the existence of Notary increasing. Along with that, the increase in the number of Notaries which in this case is ready to provide his services to create an authentic deed for members of the community in need, is also increasing. Notary not only exercises the authority and authority of public law, but Notary also performs the act of civil law (privaatrechtelijke handeling) as well as a citizen (in a personal sense) who can perform actions including in the matter of appointment to prospective employees Notary. Notary Employment Relationships with Notary Employees are established after the Working Agreement between the two parties. The Working Agreement contains the rights and obligations of the parties. The basis of the fulfillment of these rights and obligations is contained in the Manpower Act. If either party can not perform the obligation, then a legal effort may be made.

Abstract

Islam is a religion what of kamil, already to insert various concept and to line form up in various problem which to give audience human. All everything what formed conceptual and appearance in the direction of operational can to find and to practice from two-source education is Al-Qur’an and Al Sunnah. Such again family problem with all problematic already to discuss in second source mentioned, so that when to speak about child education to follow Luqman Al Hakim of course this is one labour for to dig up far off what perspective Islam to discuss problem of education in family area. In essence family to from place which first and important for child to get education. Child is form blessing gift Allah which very big. They are not only darling and darling family, but also form goods entrusted to Allah, which must waked and saved. That is why process child education happened every day in family area, so process this time of the day as to give influence which very big to attitude, behaviour, and child personality. In Al Qur’an found many theories which to content principles which to concern activity education like what to doing Luqman Al Hakim in to educate his child. He is a pious man who all capable, so that blessing in sight what to stick to self which to cause he to get title Al Hakim. What is more that, his name and how he to educate his child to one of which monumental because to eternal by Allah Swt in Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) pada pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan tes, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran POE(Predict, Observe, Explain), kemampuan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa kelasV pada mata pelajaran IPA mengalami peningkatan setiap siklusnya. Ketuntasan klasikal tes kemampuan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa pada Siklus I mencapai 59% dan mengalami peningkatan pada Siklus II menjadi 89% yang telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan sebesar 80%. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa pada Siklus I mencapai 62,1% dan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 86% yang telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan sebesar 80%. Data hasil observasi aktivitas guru menunjukkan peningkatan pada tiap siklusnya. Pada Siklus I aktivitas guru mencapai 73,7%, pada Siklus II meningkat menjadi 87,5%. Sedangkan aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan dari Siklus I menunjukan persentase sebesar 59,5% dan pada Siklus II naik menjadi 85%. Aktivitas guru dan siswa telah mampu mencapai indikator keberhasilan sebesar 80%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan maslah siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas V SDN Cemengkalang SidoarjoKec.Sidoarjo Kab.Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The aims ofthis studyare; 1) to describe process of planning to increase the professionalism of teachersled by the madrasah supervisors, 2) implementation, and3) Evaluation of improving the professionalism teachers supervised by madrasah supervisors. The results of this study showed that; 1) the planning process started by the coordinating and meeting team work of supervisor, the determination of the object and the review of the instruments of supervision, 2) the improving of teachers proffessionalism implemented with visiting to the madrasah, lesson planning supervision, learning administration, assessment and supervision for guidance and counseling, workshop and technical guidance, 3) professionalism of teachers evaluated with supervision instruments and Performance Evaluation of Teachers (PKG) instruments.
