Abstract

This journal focuses on the quality of professionally managed educational institutions through integrated quality management. Educational institutions as producer services sector should pay attention to quality; quality of managerial and academic aspects. These two aspects can be achieved through the application of the concept of total quality management (TQM). TQM is a management concept that places all insan (civitass academica) of higher education institutions as individuals who have responsibility for quality in accordance with their duties and functions. TQM is an approach to doing business that seeks to maximize the competitiveness of institutions through continuous improvement of products, services, people, processes and the environment. TQM is the starting point for improving quality that will be under the jargon of "do the right thing, first time, and every time". Quality Management is part of management that aims to achieve Quality objectives through planning, monitoring, assuring and improving Quality. Involving all members of the organization brings us closer to Total Quality Management (TQM). Efficient Total Quality management system within the organization can facilitate rapidly challenges in the market. Total quality management embodies target and mission in youth education. TQM improves the quality of management and quality of work in educational institutions in general. Important points for educational improvement are scientific and technological development, social change and organizational change. The efficiency and success of education depends not only on quantity but also on quality. The indicators system The quality of education, as well as the criteria associated with the Quality indicators help schools to identify key areas of their activities - their own advantages, disadvantages and opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto. Tujuannya untuk (1) mendeskripsikan karakter yang dikontribusikan mata kuliah Pendidikan Seni Budaya di PGMI tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto (2) mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran mata kuliah Pendidikan Seni Budaya di PGMI tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa kelas A semester V di mata kuliah Pendidikan Seni Budaya di PGMI tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto. (3) mendeskripsikan desain kegiatan yang dirancang Ketua STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto berkaitan dengan Pendidikan Seni Budaya rangka penanaman pendidikan karakter di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah mata kuliah Pendidikan Seni Budaya di PGMI dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa kelas A semester PGMI tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto. Subjek penelitian yaitu seorang dosen pengampu mata kuliah Pendidikan Seni Budaya di PGMI tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto, 32 mahasiswa kelas A semester V tahun ajaran 2017/2018, dan seorang Ketua di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data berupa deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: (1) mata kuliah Pendidikan Seni Budaya di PGMI yang memberikan kontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter mahasiswa PGMI semester V tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto berupa nilai spiritual, nilai santun, nilai jujur, nilai cinta damai. (2) mata kuliah Pendidikan Seni Budaya di PGMI dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto melalui materi eksplorasi seni tari, seni rupa dan seni musik yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter, secara implisit pada materinya maupun pembiasaan-pembiasaan kegiatan positif. (3) Mengungkap bagaimana desain kegiatan yang dirancang oleh Ketua STITNU Al Hikmah berkaitan dengan pendidikan seni budaya dalam rangka penanaman pendidikan karakter di STITNU Al Hikmah Mojokerto.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran yang amat penting dalam kehidupan umat manusia. Agama menjadi pemandu dalam dalam upaya mewujudkan suatu kehidupan yang bermakna, damai dan bermartabat. Menyadari betapa pentingnya peran Agama bagi kehidupan umat manusia maka nilai- nilai agama dalam kehidupan setiap pribadi menjadi sebuah kebutuhan yang harus ditempuh melalui pendidikan baik pendidikan keluarga, sekolah maupun masyarakat. Pendidikan Agama Islam dimaksudkan untuk membentuk peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia. Akhlak mulia mencakup etika, budi pakerti, moral sebagai perwujudan dari pendidikan Agama. Peningkatan potensi spiritual mencakup pengenalan, pemahaman dan penanaman nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan individu atau dalam masyarakat. Peningkatan potensi spiritual tersebut pada akhirnya bertujuan supaya manusia mempunya harkat dan martabat sebagai makhluk Tuhan. Nilai nilai agama haruslah ditanamkan kepada anak anak sejak dini. Selain orang tuanya guru juga mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam menanamkan niai-nilai keagamaan sebagai pondasi sejak dini atau mulai Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI).

Abstract

Educate your children, becuse they will live in different periode than yours” (Umar bin Khattab). This short message is remindable and meant that science is dinamic. Todays, the educator is more than only parent in the home or teacher in the class, because his prime duty is to guide and lead the children to the maturity. The latest children that involved by social networking in social media known in Indonesia as “kids zaman now” (kids of the periode) they are described as the generation reach maturity faster than before and susceptible to take anything without limitation whether in norm value or religion value. Because of that, the bigest challenge of parents and teachers is how to educate the children based on their period. However, educating and leading the children is a duty and respponsibility of family, school, society, and whether state. Once again, this is a big challenge of the educators in Indonesia, moreover, the children are the most valuable asset of the nation. All bad posibilities will be happened when the children of the state and nation involved by unvaluable things can bring degradation even damage.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical data on the application of discussion methods to improve students' understanding of the concept of globalization in learning of Civics class VI in the State Elementary School Nagrak 02 District Sukaraja Bogor Regency. This research uses classroom action research method with sample of 31 children. From the results of data analysis and understanding can be seen that the acquisition of research results increasing from cycle I to cycle II and to cycle III can achieve the indicator of success of the research that has been determined. The three indicators of research into the assessment of researchers is the activities of teachers, student activities and student test results. Application of discussion methods can improve students' understanding of the concept of globalization and can improve the love of homeland in the subjects of Civics class VI in SDN Nagrak 02 Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

The declaration of inclusive education focused on facilitating the needs of special needs children education has been running in many areas of Indonesia, especially in big cities. However, the implementation of inclusive education is not without constraints and problems. There are many problems found. The purpose of this article is to explain the problems found in the implementation of inclusive education. The research method used is qualitative research and descriptive research type. The results of the study indicate the existence of various problems found in the implementation of inclusive education, including inclusive understanding and implications, organizational school policy, learning process, teacher condition and support system.

Abstract

This research aims to know the relationship of the discipline of study and interest in learning with the learning outcomes of this Research using a PKn. survey methods, namely: "research done on large or small populations, but the data is studied sample data drawn from the population, so that relative events found, distribution, and relations between psychological or sociological variables ". Following is the result of research: (1) the discipline of Learning (X 1) is associated with a very strong and positive Learning Outcomes PKn (Y) on the material freedom suggested in Sentul Subdistrict Nusa Tenggara Cinta SMPS Babakan Madang, Bogor regency to the value correlation of 0.947. (2) interest in Learning (X 2) connect the positive and very strong against the Learning Outcomes PKn (Y) on the material freedom suggested in Sentul Subdistrict Nusa Tenggara Cinta SMPS Babakan Madang, Bogor regency to the value of the correlation of 0.835. (3) the discipline of Learning (X 1) and interests (x 2) Learning together associated positive and very strong against the Learning Outcomes PKn (Y) on the material freedom suggested in Sentul Subdistrict Nusa Tenggara Cinta SMPS Babakan Madang, Bogor regency to the value correlation of 0.851.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between students' understanding of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia and awareness of the diversity of local culture with the attitude of love homeland students. Research method used in this research is survey method with correlation technique. The research was conducted on all grade students in all elementary school of Gugus VI Kecamatan Sukaraja, Bogor regency, West Java Province, which had an affordable population of 270 students in 8 elementary schools. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique as many as 40 respondents Based on the results of research and discussion, the conclusion obtained is the understanding of NKRI has a positive relationship with the power of strong relationship with the attitude of love homeland.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep serta implementasi Pendidikan Bela Negara sebagai wahana pengembangan sikap nasionalisme mahasiswa. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Peneliti memilih metode studi kasus untuk menganalisis secara mendalam berkaitan dengan Pendidikan Bela Negara (PBN) yang dilaksanakan di Universitas Siliwangi sebagai wahana untuk meningkatkan sikap nasionalisme mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksana PBN UNSIL yaitu Wakil Rektor III UNSIL, Pemateri PBN, Pelatih PBN, dan Peserta PBN UNSIL 2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Model PBN UNSIL 2016 berbeda dengan model pelatihan bela negara Lemhannas dan bukan merupakan adaptasi dari kegiatan Lemhannas. PBN UNSIL lebih bersifat semi militer. 2) Permasalahan pokok dalam penanaman sikap nasionalisme mahasiswa yaitu penanaman sikap nasionalisme hanya bersifat tentatif dan tidak berkelanjutan.3) Menyikapi permasalahan pokok dalam penanaman nasionalisme mahasiswa maka diperlukan kegiatan yang berkesinambungan yang menjadi rutinitas kampus, baik dalam kegiatan akademik, penelitian maupun pengabdian kepada masyarakat diantaranya: a) pengimplementasian nilai-nilai Pancasila, b) pengoptimalan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.

Abstract

Secara garis besar, pemerolehan bahasa anak dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yakni faktor intrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik. Tulisan ini berupaya menganalisa membahas faktor intrinsik pemerolehan bahasa anak, khususnya faktor kepribadian. Dan dalam konteks ini terdapat empat tipe kepribadian yang kita kenal dan tiap orang memiliki dominasi pada salah satu tipe tersebut dalam kepribadiannya. Ada yang dominan memiliki tipe kepribadian sanguin,melankolis, plegmatis maupun koleris. Dan secara garis besar bisa diklasifikasikan dalam bentuk kepribadian introvert dan extrovert. Kepribadian merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pemerolehan bahasa. Faktor ini berkaitan dengan apa yang terjadi dalam diri pebelajar. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan penguasaan pemerolehan bahasa pada siswa berkepribadian extrovert dan introvert, siswa ekstrovert memiliki kompetensi pemerolehan lebih tinggi daripada siswa berkepribadian introvert. Demikian juga pada tipe kepribadian sanguin, koleris, plegmatis dan melankolis juga berhubungan erat dengan pemerolehan dan perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia SD/MI
