Abstract

The objective of this research is to depict the process of building an effectiveschool, a qualitative approach is used to conduct this research in which thedata is collected through interview, observation, and documentation. Thedata, then, is analyzed through three steps namely data reduction, datadisplay, and data verivication. Some test like credibility, transferability,dependability, and confirmability are used to test the validity of the data.The finding of this research shows that: the process of building an effectiveschool of Islamic elementary school of Muhammadiya Braja Asri isinitiated by the headmaster through clarifying the objectives of the school,collaborating with the student’s parent, monitoring the student’s progress,enhancing the student’s skill through talent guiding every Saturday, andtraining to improve the teachers and staff’s commitment on education.Keywords: Headmaster, effective school

Abstract

Madzhab is familiar terminology in islamic law. It is indicated as group of mindset in Islamic law. Basically, madzhab is arisen from mujtahid’s thinking. It is a result of ijtihad, which is done by Mujtahid in digging Islamic law from it’s original sourches, qur’an and sunnah. Then, the results of the ijtihad are arranged in many books (kitab), which are used as reference by Mujatahid’s followers in their life. Abstract

Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil penelitian yang berusaha untuk memecahkan masalah membaca pemahaman yang dihadapi oleh siswa di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Lampung Tengah. Untuk tujuan tersebut, 40 siswa dipilih sebagai subjek. Metodology penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih tiga siklus. Berdasarkan dari hasil tes membaca pemahaman siswa, temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode SQ3R memiliki pengaruh yang positif pada peningkatan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa. Secara keseluruhan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa SQ3R merupakan metode yang efektif untuk mengajarkan membaca pemahaman kepada subjek. Keyword: Metode, Membaca, SQ3R

Abstract

Pernikahan dalam Islam pada dasarnya menganut asasmonogami,karena asas tersebut lebih dapat menjaminterpenuhinya hak-hak istri. Namun demikian, Islammemperbolehkan suami melakukan poligami, disertai dengansyarat-syarat yang ketat, yaitu kemampuan suami berlaku adilterhadap para istrinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekualitatif lapangan (field research). Metode pengumpulandata yang digunakan adalah: Wawancara, observasi dandokumentasi. Teknis analisa data yang digunakan adalahteknik analisa data kualitatif.Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: implementasi konsepadil dalam berpoligami di Desa Sumberrejo, KecamatanBatanghari, Kabupaten Lampung Timur belum sepenuhnyasesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Kriteria adil yang belum sesuaidengan ajaran Islam adalah kriteria adil dalam hal pemberiantempat tinggal yang sepadan kepada masing-masing istri,tanpa membedakan latar belakang masing-masing itri, baikistri yang kaya, maupun istri yang miskin. Demikian puladalam hal pembagian hari, tidak dilakukan secara samakepada masing-masing istri, tetapi berdasarkan keinginansuami. Hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam yangmenekankan bahwa pembagian hari tidak hanya mengacu kepada pemenuhan kebutuhan biologis suami atau istri, tetapiperwujudan kasih sayang dan perhatian suami. Adapun dalamhal pemberian nafkah belanja sehari-hari diberikan sesuaidengan kemampuan suami dan kebutuhan istri. Hal tersebutsejalan dengan pendapat jumhur ulama (Maliki dan Hanafi)yang mengatakan bahwa pemberian nafkah tidak dilakukanberdasarkan kadar tertentu, tetapi berdasarkan keadaanmasing-masing suami-istri.Kata Kunci: Keadilan, Poligami

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is Mayority Islam, but still frequently encountered procedure for most people living in Indonesian Islam is not fully using the guidance that has been taught in the Al-Qur’an and Hadist, it is a consequence of a background that can not be avoided anymore because Indonesian law inherited only from countries that had been occupied it. Considering it is certainly what the Indonesian people did not refers 100% to the laws of Islam, but in tradition law that has prevailed for so long.Writing this article aims to build a just Islamic law in accordance with the teachings of Islam with reference to syadzali munawir thinking and knowing the prospect of Islamic law as applied in Indonesia.From the results of the analysis can be in the know that the prospect of the application of Islamic law in Indonesia is ideal because in practice the application of Islamic law would have much streght and solutions that are ready to overcome any weaknesses. Keywords: Establish Islamic Law, Munawir Syadzali’s Thought

Abstract

This topic examines concept “syura” (conference; negoisation) and how toimplement “syura” to the context of constitutional state right now. Includingthe offending with rechstaat/ rule of law. Syura is defined as the mainprinciple for solving the social, politic, and government problems. Syura isthe way to give the opprtunity to the society who has an ablity to participatefor making a decision which binds as well as in the law regulation and politicpolicy. But the implementation of syura althought the institutionalizationof syura, no nash of Al-Qur’an that decribes about it. Prophed MuhammadSAW—that instituted and cultured syura—did not leave the specific patternand the form. Beause of that, the moslems right now and to te next, thepartern and the form of that implementation, are free to initiative. So it canbe appropriated with the condition and the reality. Abstract

The problem of tax and tithe (zakat) often make a controvertion in Islamiccountries. This is because Islam in Rasulullah era never charged a tax to theMoslem, and only charge zakat. Beside the obligation of tax is charged tothe non-Moslem people that live in the Islamic era or Islamic authority. Thepractice of collecting tax (jizyah and kharaj) in Nabi SAW era was done bythe collector who had a dualism, that is as a zakat collector and also tax.This policy always continued to the next era. Then in era of Umar bin AbdulAziz made a new reformation and restructured the system of tax.Now, a longing with the development of era, the study of zakat and taxincluding the applicating not only in Islamic countries but also non Islamiccountries makes a controvertion. The thought that apperars is how thecountry must place zakat and tax in order to both have a connection.Indonesia, as a country with the great quantity of Islamic people in theworld has a facilitated the obligation of tax to the Islamic people, withhas releashed the regulation about zakat by the government. But inimplementing there are many obstacles.The truly, tax and zakat are two different terms from source side or basicof their collection, but it is as same as the characteristic as a effort to takeor pick up the wealth form society for social interest. Zakat for interest hasbeen regulated by religion or Allah SWT whereas tax is used to interest thathas regulated by country through valid democration process. The differenceof implementing both becomes problem when in particular side there issimmilarity, that is both has a same way obligatory to pay by society. Tax isforced by state’s law, but zakat is forced by God.So that in the system of islamic public finance, zakat and tax must be placedas a different acceptance in a principe, but has a same goal. If it is based onnash-nash, it can be concluded that that nash is valid there is two obligationsfor Islamic people (particularly Indonesian Moslem), that is obligation tofufill zakat and tax at once.Keywords: Tax, zakat, public finance.

Abstract

The paper is about conventional insurance and takaful insurance in contemporary Islamic law. Insurance is one of the non bank financial institution that function to collect public funds to provide protection against the risk of uncertainty resulting from the occurence of accidentns, accidents or other losses. Insurance based on the operational system is divided into two types, namely conventional insurance and takaful insurance. Takaful Insurance is classified as a new non-bank financial institution innovation and based on the principles of Islam, the Takaful is still not known by the people of Indonesia whose population is mostly Muslim. Of the phenomenon the authors try to discuss about conventional insurance and takaful insurance in contemporary islamic law. Abstract

Multimedia learning is a component that can be used to support theinstructional process. It is based on the perception that learning will takeplace with a good, effective, and enjoyable if it is supported by a mediathat can attract the interest and attention of the students. Multimedia inteaching and learning can be used in three functions . First, multimediacan serve as an instructional tool. Second, it can serve as a multimediainteractive tutorial, for example in the simulation . Third, it can serve as asource of multimedia instructions to learn, for example, multimedia is usedto store a series of microscope slides or radiographs.Through multimedia learning, the subject matter could be more concretebecause the information submitted be made in the form of text, sound, andimages. The use of computer -based multimedia learning is expected tobecome more attractive, effective, and efficient in achieving the learningcompetencies, and be able to encourage students to be more active, generateinterest and motivation to study so it will have a positive impact on studentlearning outcomes.Keywords: Multimedia learning, Learning outcomes.

Abstract

Events of speech act used by children to make requests to the partnersaid. Used speech acts using forms bemacam-wide in a communicationevent, the speakers did not always just mean to get something fromthe parner he said, but also to maintain good relations with partnerand he said it that interaction degan running smoothly.Found a request speech acts used by childern with a wide range, whichis not said directly to the target, there are 3 event with speech andspeech acts reasons / argument there are three event said. Based onthe author’s observations, the authors found an indirect speech actwith the mode of seduction and threats.Keywords: Speech, Child.
