Abstract

Democracy has a set of value that becomes its characteristic to achieve the purpose of democracy itself. Through time to time, democracy has shown a significant progression and becomes a crucial topic not only in politic and economy but also in education. Democracy in education is kind of freedom that is used by the educator to develop the quality of education.  Islam has emphasized Islamic people to treat human in a good way and also the equality especially in education. Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education learning outcomes and optimal character will be the main capital in everyday life. On the other hand the presentation of learning Islamic education and Budi Character assessed tend to be indoktrinatif and not significantly so that the learning is very low. This is evident from the results of the average value of the ability of knowledge of students in the material honest, trustful, Istiqamah only 72.31, completeness percentage of 37.5%, from the observations of the percentage of students who are actively involved in the learning of only 40.63%. This study aims to improve learning outcomes and motivation of students in the material by using multimedia-aided model of Discovery Learning. Of the two cycles are performed in this study showed that the average ability of knowledge of learners into 78.78 in the first cycle and increased again to 84.91 in the second cycle. While the percentage of completeness of learners increased to 68.75% in the first cycle and increased again to 87.5% in the second cycle. Percentage of active participation of students also increased to 46.86% in the first cycle and increased to 84.38% in the second cycle. Keywords : Learning Outcomes, Motivations, Discovery Learning, MultimediaAbstrak: Hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam dan mengoptimalkan  pendidikan karakter akan menjadi modal utama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada sisi lain presentasi pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam karakter Budi Pekerti dinilai cenderung indoktrinatif dan tidak signifikan, sehingga pembelajaran sangat rendah. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil nilai rata-rata kemampuan pengetahuan siswa dalam penyelesaian materi tentang jujur, amanah, dan istiqamah memperoleh 72.31, persentase kelengkapan 37.5 %, dari pengamatan persentase siswa yang terlibat secara aktif dalam pembelajaran hanya 40, 63%. Model penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa dalam materi jujur, amanah, dan istiqamah dengan menggunakan multimedia dibantu dengan discovery learning. Dari dua siklus yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan rata-rata pengetahuan peserta didik menjadi 78.78 pada siklus I (pertama) dan meningkat lagi menjadi 84.91 pada siklus II (kedua). Sementara persentase kelengkapan peserta didik meningkat menjadi 68.75% pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 87.5 pada siklus II. Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar, motivasi, discovery learning, multimedia.

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education never stops in arranging themselves towards change and development in accordance with the times. For that Islamic education find a new paradigm through reactive and defensive nature of the answer and defend the truth. In this case Islamic education should be able to make the concept and contains the basic values of the strategic and proactive and anticipatory, precedes the development of problems that will appear in the future, should also be able to defend the basic values true and is believed to be maintained and developed. Basic values embodied in the Quran and Sunnah and able to develop primordial testimony to the community and nation come about through education that serve as the media in educating the nations children. The values of sound policies will not be timeless and age so that they can be instrumental in achieving success though many Islamic educational futurology found social issues, politics, education and the impact of globalization and the discovery of the true identity of the nation.Keywords: Ijaz Quran, Sayyid Qutb, Futurology Education Abstrak: Pendidikan Islam tidak pernah berhenti dalam mengatur diri sendiri terhadap perubahan dan perkembangan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Untuk itu pendidikan Islam menemukan paradigma baru melalui alam yang reaktif dan defensif dari jawaban dan membela kebenaran. Dalam hal ini pendidikan Islam harus mampu membuat konsep dan mengandung nilai-nilai dasar strategis dan proaktif dan antisipatif, mendahului perkembangan masalah yang akan muncul di masa depan, juga harus mampu mempertahankan nilai-nilai dasar yang benar dan diyakini dipertahankan dan dikembangkan. Nilai-nilai dasar yang terkandung dalam Al-Quran dan Sunnah dan mampu mengembangkan kesaksian primordial kepada masyarakat dan bangsa muncul melalui pendidikan yang berfungsi sebagai media dalam mendidik anak-anak bangsa. Nilai-nilai kebijakan yang baik tidak akan lekang oleh waktu dan usia sehingga mereka dapat berperan dalam mencapai kesuksesan meskipun banyak futurolog pendidikan Islam ditemukan masalah-masalah sosial, politik, pendidikan dan dampak globalisasi dan penemuan identitas bangsa.Kata kunci : I’jaz Al-Qur’an, Sayyid Quthb, Futurologi Pendidikan

Abstract

Abstract: Divorce is a legal event, and then it should be an event carried out in accordance with rules of legal and judicial procedures. Otherwise it will result in lack recognized a divorce, this is in line with what is mandated in Law No. 1 of 1974 on article 38 and 39, which reads: "Divorce can only be done in front of the competent court after the relevant court and unsuccessfully tried to reconcile the two parties", it is stated in article 38 of Law No. 1 of 1974. While the Article 39 paragraph (2) to conduct a divorce there must be a sufficient reason that between husband and wife will not be able to live in harmony as husband and wife.Keywords: Impact, Divorce Law, Procedure  Abstrak: Perceraian adalah peristiwa hukum, dan kemudian harus menjadi acara dilakukan sesuai dengan aturan prosedur hukum dan peradilan. Jika tidak, akan mengakibatkan kurangnya diakui secara perceraian, hal ini sejalan dengan apa yang diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang artikel 38 dan 39, yang berbunyi: "Perceraian hanya dapat dilakukan di depan pengadilan yang berwenang setelah pengadilan yang relevan dan gagal mencoba untuk mendamaikan kedua belah pihak ", dinyatakan dalam pasal 38 Undang-undang Nomor 1 tahun 1974. Sedangkan Pasal 39 ayat (2) untuk melakukan perceraian harus ada cukup alasan bahwa antara suami dan istri tidak akan mampu hidup secara harmonis sebagai suami dan istriami dan istri tidak akan mampu hidup secara harmonis sebagai suami dan istri.Kata Kunci: Dampak, Perceraian, UU, Prosedur.

Abstract

Strategic role of UIN Ar-Raniry in growth and development of society in Aceh has been done by alumni who have spread in that regions. The Shari’ah and Law Faculty has become a reference in solving various problems which related to Islamic law. In facing that challenge, the students of The Shari’ah and Law Faculty especially SPM students was given knowledge related to Islamic laws. One of the subject related to Tafsir and Hadis, such as Ulumul Qur’an, Tafsir,Tafsir Ahkam, Ulumu Hadis, Hadis and Hadis Ahkam. But, it was found there were various factors which caused SPM students have low ability in comprehensive examination of Tafsir Hadis. Whereas, these are as standards to know the understanding of that subject. One of the reason was SPM students graduated from general school (non-Islamic school). To increase students’ ability in mastering  that subject, in his research was explained some tips which can be done by students to achieve success in education at college

Abstract

Abstract: Islam is comprehensive religion that regulates all of the human life aspects. It concerns about politic, law, social, economic, and also family life. In Islamic perspective, family is the safety home for all member of the family.  But in fact, the family can be “ the hell” for the member of the family; such as husbands, wives or childen. Facts show that most of the violence is done by husbands to wives.  In Indonesia, the victims of the violence in family life do not exposs the violence. The cases of violences in family life make the government regulate Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2004 about the  Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT). It restrics all kinds of violences in family, namely physical violence such as beating, slaping, kick, biting, marital rape, etc., and non- physical violence such as intimidation, threat, terror, etc. This article tries to describe the Islamic  law angels on Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2004 about the  Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT).Keywords: Islamic law, violence, domestic Abstrak: Islam adalah agama yang komprehensif yang mengatur semua aspek kehidupan manusia. Ini menyangkut tentang politik, hukum, sosial, ekonomi, dan juga kehidupan keluarga. Dalam perspektif Islam, keluarga adalah rumah aman untuk semua anggota keluarga. Namun pada kenyataannya, keluarga dapat menjadi "neraka" bagi anggota keluarga; seperti suami, istri dan anak-anak. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh suami kepada istri. Di Indonesia, para korban kekerasan di dalam kehidupan keluarga tidak mengekspos kekerasan. Kasus kekerasan yang dalam kehidupan keluarga membuat pemerintah mengatur Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT). Ini membatasi semua jenis kekerasan yang dalam keluarga, kekerasan yaitu fisik seperti pemukulan, menampar, menendang, menggigit, perkosaan, dll. Kekerasan fisik non seperti intimidasi, ancaman, teror, dll. Artikel ini mencoba untuk menggambarkan Islam malaikat hukum pada Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT).Kata Kunci : hukum Islam, kekerasan, rumah tangga

Abstract

Abstrak: Fitrah is basic ability of growth and development of human who has born. There is fitrah in humans’s body who has not growth and get function, so Allah closes their hearth until they can not see the truth, then they misguided and do not want to accept Allah’s direction. But there is fitrah can grouth and get function, Allah gives every body physical, spiritual and nafs, therefore Allah keeps hearth and greeting full of faith and makes them as human kaffah, then they can give benefit to their environment. So, the role of guidance and Islam counseling services help everybody to develop human’s fitrah, empowering faith, mind and desire for learning the demand of Allah and His Messenger.Keywords:  Abstrak: Fitrah adalah kemampuan dasar dari pertumbuhan dan perkembangan manusia yang telah lahir. Terdapat fitrah dalam tubuh manusia yang belum tumbuh dan berfungsi, sehingga Allah menutup kediaman mereka sampai mereka tidak bisa melihat kebenaran, maka mereka sesat dan tidak mau menerima arahan Allah. Abstract

Abstract: The result of the optimal learning of Islamic Religious Education would be a major capital for student’s practice in the daily life. On the other hand the presentation of teaching religious education tends to be assessed indoctrinative and did not meaningful. So that, the result of learning is very low, especially on Shalat Jamak Qashar matter. The average mark is  only 72.06, the percentage of completeness is 34.71%, the students who are actively involved in learning is only 42.29%, and no students who expressed very interested in this way. This research try to explore the last students experiences by contructivistic learning. The result indicates that an increase in student learning outcomes, the average mark to be 85.28, the percentage of completeness to be 100%, and the students who are actively involved in learning to be 99%. Besides, the majority of students, in the interview, also stated that learning with contructivistic learning is very interesting.Keywords: Results of learning, the ability to explore, konstruktivistik Abstrak: Hasil belajar pendidikan Agama Islam yang optimal akan menjadi modal utama untuk berlatih siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di sisi lain presentasi mengajar pendidikan agama cenderung akan dinilai indoktrinasi dan tidak bermakna. Sehingga, hasil belajar sangat rendah, terutama pada Shalat Qashar JAMAK. Nilai Rata-rata hanya 72,06, persentase kelengkapan adalah 34,71%, siswa yang terlibat secara aktif dalam pembelajaran hanya 42,29%, dan tidak ada siswa yang menyatakan sangat tertarik dengan cara ini. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengeksplorasi siswa pengalaman terakhir dengan pembelajaran konstruktivis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, tanda-rata menjadi 85,28, persentase kelengkapan untuk menjadi 100%, dan siswa yang terlibat secara aktif dalam pembelajaran menjadi 99%. Selain itu, sebagian besar siswa, dalam wawancara, juga menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran konstruktivis sangat menarik.Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar, kemampuan mengeksplorasi, konstruktivistik

Abstract

The story of Prophet Nuh in the al Quran contains a lot of education values. Although this story has long been happened, but they are still relevant to be studied by educators, because the contents serve the values tobbe an example especially for dakwah and education. In the history of dakwah of the Prophet,  we got valuable values for the future of dakwah and education, so that is any heavy obstacles come, it does not make us retreat and lazy, but steady and confidence. As for the education values found from  dakwah the Prophet are: 1. The value of aqidah, teaching us to believe in Allah, 2. The Moral values, by  inviteing us to full of softness and patient, 3. The worship value, inviting for doing amar ma’ruf and nahi munkar, and educating children well
