Abstract

This study aims to help the Development Planning Agency of Banda Aceh municipality in developing an online system interface for the data catalog of city boundary records. In addition, this research also aims to find out what functional requirements are needed by the user so the interface design will be able to assist people to store and retrieve the desired data. By using the DIA Cycle method, the interface design able to accommodate the user needs in utilizing the Banda Aceh city boundary catalog data archive system.

Abstract

Employee appraisal is one of the company's efforts to evaluate employee performance and productivity. As the result, the company can also give awards to employees who are considered gives high contribution to company.  However, it is not easy to measure employee performance, because most them only based on the leaders valuation which is subjective and do not based on standards. The objective of this study is to develop a system to assess employee performance by using a combination of Fuzzy Logic, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. The AHP is a method of weighting in based on multi-criteria decisions. This method uses a pairwise comparison matrix to  calculate the weight value. The Fuzzy logic is used to overcome the problem, where the AHP method is indicated still have subjectivity in criteria evaluation. After calculation based on combination of Fuzzy-AHP methods, the final result of employee performance will determined by using SAW method. The employee with the highest weight value will considered as the most productive employee and also gives the best performance in the company.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several places or educational institutions that still use manual methods in processing books, members' data, visits and loans that are less effective and time consuming. TBM Ar-Rasyid in the process of filling in the guest book, and data collection on books, loans, members are still done manually. So that a lot of energy and resources will be wasted, both in terms of material and in terms of time, this research is conducted to build a data processing system that can be used by library staff in data collection of books, members, visits and loans to be easier and more effective. The research method used is R & D and for system development using the waterfall method. Then after testing the system, namely in the form of black box testing and continued with the user acceptance test (User Acceptend Test) to users, namely members, library officers, the test results obtained with an average value of 4.31 with a percentage of 86% which means it is very suitable or very easy. Users feel satisfied with the system built.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan langkah penerapan algoritma Knuth-Morris-Pratt pada fitur pencarian “DEFENISI ISTILAH” SOP LPM UIN Ar-Raniry, serta mengukur tingkat efisiensi proses pencarian “DEFENISI ISTILAH” SOP. Tiga persoalan utama dalam penelitian ini yakni pembuatan sistem pencarian istilah SOP oleh User atau admin, dan penerapan algoritma Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP). Untuk memudahkan pemetaan persoalan, pada penelitian ini menggunakan diagram fishbone (ishikawa). Pengembangan sistem pencarian istilah SOP yang terdiri atas: xampp server, mozilla firefox, dan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan sistem, fitur pencarian SOP ini layak untuk digunakan dan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pencarian istilah SOP LPM, dengan nilai yang berada pada interval 61 – 80% dan dengan mean (rerata) 0.8 atau setara dengan 80%.

Abstract

The growth of Information Technology (IT) has changed the order of conventional learning process toward the learning model without geographical boundaries, which is known as E-learning. This study aims to explore the readiness of Dayah Jeumala Amal Lueng Putu to implement the E-learning method by using ELR Aydin & Tasci data analysis model. The results of this study has shown that Dayah Jeumala Amal is ready to implement learning system based on E-learning except on Human Resources factor (2.99) and Innovation factor (3.11). The highest score is on Technology factor (4.02), followed by self-development factor (3.57). This study contributes to educational institutions to improve the quality of human resources and innovation in the implementation of learning methods based on E-learning.

Abstract

The supporting documents for accreditation forms are the most important part in the accreditation submission process. Otherwise the process of finding and collecting documents supporting accreditation forms are still done manually. This study aims to design the information systems which supports web-based accreditation in Department of Information Technology  UIN Ar-Raniry. The designing process refered to regulation of National Accreditation Board for Higher Education and followed the latest instrument in 4.0 version. The application has namely SIDASI 4.0. The research method of this study is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) process which uses the PHP programming language and MYSQL as database engine. SIDASI 4.0 can only be accessed by users who have already registered and obtained an account as username and password. The SIDASI 4.0 have support the accreditation submission phase as the digital documentation forms.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi pada saat ini semakin mengalami kemajuan dan kompleksitas dalam komunikasi antar individu. Internet merupakan salah satu contoh dari bentuk komunikasi sebagai sarana menberi kemudahan dalam berkomunikasi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh layanan Wi-Fi terhadap tingkat kepuasan dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa UIN Ar-Raniry. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu. Metode ini menggunakan data-data angka yang di analisis menggunakan statistik. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel layanan Wi-Fi berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kepuasan dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa UIN Ar-Raniry. Dengan nilai signifikan t hitung sebesar 0,000 (sig < 0,05 ).

Abstract

Pada mata pelajaran Animasi 2D di kelas XI Multimedia SMKN 1 Mesjid Raya masih menggunakan aplikasi Macromedia Flash 8 . Padahal masih banyak aplikasi lainnya. Pada penelitian ini, penulis memperkenalkan aplikasi Scratch pada siswa-siswi dengan tujuan agar peneliti dapat membandingkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Animasi 2D menggunakan aplikasi Scratch dan Macromedia Flash 8. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu menggambarkan dan menginterpretasikan sesuai data yang diperoleh. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan datanya dengan menyebarkan angket/kuisioner kepada responden. Kemudian dari hasil angket dilakukan pengolah data dengan menggunakanediting, scoring, dan tabulating. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, minat belajar siswa menggunakan aplikasi Scratch lebih meningkat dibandingkan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Macromedia Flash 8. Rata-rata presentase respon siswa terhadap minat belajar pada mata pelajaran Animasi 2D adalah termasuk kriteria sangat tertarik, dengan perolehan rata-rata skor 97,48 dan persentase 81,2%. Sedangkan hasil frekuensi nilai rata-rata minat belajar Animasi 2D adalah siswa mencapai kriteria minat belajar yang tinggi terhadap mata pelajaran Animasi 2D, dengan perolehan skor 81,2.

Abstract

This study aims to learn the perception of secondary school teachers in Bireuen, Aceh toward the use of classroom teacher administration (AGK) software in filling out the K-13 based student report  cards based. The application helps the classroom teachers fill out student grades effortlessly. This descriptive quantitative study used surveys, in collecting the data, distributed to 60 teachers at 5 secondary schools in Bireuen. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency, average and percentage) to determine teacher perception stages toward the AGK software. The results show that the secondary school teachers in Bireuen had a high perception toward the software. It eased the teachers in filling out the student grades. Therefore, it that secondary school teachers who still out the cards manually are suggested to utilize the software when filling out the student report cards.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) produce an android-based digital book application to concretize students' motoric understanding on the Fiqh subject matter in waqf (endowment) lesson, and (2) find out the extent of the appropriateness (quality) of the application that have been developed. The research is Research and Development (R & D) using the model of Alessi and Trollip which is adjusted based on the needs of the researcher. The development procedure consists of three stages (a) planning, (b) design, and (c) development which includes standards, ongoing evaluation, and project management. This research resulted in: (1) Android-based digital book application and guidebook for user, and (2) have quality based on a feasibility trial through alpha test and beta test. Alpha test was assessed by two material experts with a mean score of 3.40 (very feasible), and 3.45 by media experts (very feasible). Beta Test is carried out in small group of 6 students with a total score of 3.53 and a very feasible category. The increase occurred when a large group trial of 30 students of MAN 1 Pidie Class X IPA with a total score 3.67 was categorized as very feasible. Based on the feasibility trial, it is possible for an Android-based digital book application to be able to stimulate the psychomotor component of students for the learning of Fiqh subject in waqf (endowment) lesson.
