Abstract

Pemerintah mengucurkan anggaran sekitar Rp330 triliun untuk program Dana Desa dalam lima tahun terakhir, sementara itu salah satu pos pengembangan usaha desa melalui BUMDes belum terlaksana di desa Lengkong, Salah satu desa terbesar di kecamatan garawangi. Desa Lengkong  Secara Administrasi  Merupakan Salah Satu desa dalam Wilayah Kecamatan  Garawangi Kabupaten Kuningan. BUMDes di desa lengkong saat ini masih belum terbentuk dan masih dalam perancangan, di sisi lain kader posyandu sudah berperan aktif dalam kegiatan kemasyarakatan, kelompok karang taruna pada saat pengabdian ini dilakukan juga masih dalam tahap transisi dan penyusunan program kerja karena baru terpilih kepemimpinan yang baru di karang taruna, namun kelompok tani sudah terbentuk selama 1 tahun. Analisis bisnis melalui SWOT dan Rancangan Produk dengan alat analisis BMC sudah dibuat untuk rancangan masa depan, tindak lanjut dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya pendampingan yang komprehensif terhadap UMKM Terpadu dan rintisan Pembentukan BUMDes di Desa Lengkong.

Abstract

The Coconut Shell Charcoal Business Group in Pematang Biara Village is one of the charcoal business groups located in Pantai Labu District. This business group has problems in the field of production where the processing of coconut shells into charcoal is still very traditional. The equipment used is made of flammable wood and tarpaulin. Then again, the smoke from the combustion becomes air pollution that disturbs local residents. The purpose of this activity is to solve partner problems so that the production process increases. The implementation method used was observation, discussion, lecture, and work/training demonstration. The results of this activity can be said to be effective because it can solve partner problems and host activities. The partner's production process is getting better by using a furnace with a condensation system where this tool provides the advantage of being safer, can maintain the temperature of the combustion chamber, can be used when it rains, and can manage polluted smoke into liquid smoke. Furnace with a condensation system can be a reference for managing coconut shells into charcoal. AbstrakKelompok Uasaha Arang tempurung kelapa di Desa Pematang Biara merupakan salah satu kelompok usaha arang yang berada di Kecamatan Pantai Labu. Kelompok usaha ini memiliki permasalahan dibidang produksi dimana pengolahan tempurung kelapa menjadi arang masih sangat tradisional. Peralatan yang digunakan menggunakan kayu dan terpal yang mudah terbakar. Kemudian lagi, asap hasil pembakaran berterbangan hingga mengganggu warga sekitar. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra sehingga proses produksi meningkat. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, diskusi, ceramah, dan unjuk kerja/pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat dikatakan efektif karena dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra dan menjawa tujuan kegiatan. Proses produksi mitra menjadi lebih baik dengan menggunakan alat furnace dengan sistem kondensasi dimana alat ini memberikan keunggulan lebih aman, dapat menjaga suhu ruang bakar, dapat digunakan saat hujan, dan dapat mengelola asap polusi menjadi asap cair. Furnace dengan sistem kondensasi dapat menjadi salah satu referensi untuk pengelola tempurung kelapa menjadi arang.

Abstract

Community service, in this case volleyball coaches throughout Indonesia, regarding the latest volleyball game rules is needed by coaches to always update information and try to adapt to the exercises and strategies that will be applied in their team. The purpose of community service is to provide information and increase knowledge to volleyball coaches about the latest rules in volleyball games. Community service using the online method with the Zoom Meeting application. Participants in this community service activity are volleyball coaches throughout Indonesia, totaling 32 people. The service material is delivered by a national referee who already has an official refereeing license. The target of service is to increase the knowledge of the trainers of the activity participants about the latest game rules. The measurement of the increase in knowledge is measured by calculating the difference in the mean of the results of the pretest and also the results of the posttest of community service activities. The results of community service showed an increase in the mean pretest mean: 79.67 and the average posttest result: 87.09, the average increase in the coach's knowledge of the latest volleyball game rules was: 7.42%. The coach's knowledge of the rules of the volleyball game must continue to be improved, because the faster development of volleyball affects the rules of the volleyball game. AbstrakPengabdian pada masyarakat dalam hal ini pelatih bola voli di seluruh Indonesia tentang peraturan permainan bola voli yang terkini sangat dibutuhkan oleh pelatih untuk selalu update informasi dan berusaha menyesuaikan dengan latihan dan strategi yang akan diterapkan dalam tim mereka. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada pelatih bola voli tentang aturan terbaru dalam permainan bola voli. Pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode daring dengan aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Peserta dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatih bola voli di seluruh Indonesia, berjumlah 32 orang. Materi pengabdian disampaikan oleh wasit nasional yang sudah memiliki lisensi perwasitan resmi. Target pengabdian terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pelatih peserta kegiatan tentang aturan permainan yang terbaru. Pengukuran peningkatan pengetahuan diukur dengan perhitungan dan perbedaan mean rerata dari hasil pretest dan juga hasil posttest kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan rerata mean pretest: 79.67 dan hasil rerata posttest: 87.09, peningkatan mean rerata pengetahuan pelatih tentang aturan permainan bola voli terbaru sebesar: 7.42%. Pengetahuan pelatih tentang aturan permainan bola voli harus terus ditingkatkan, karena perkembangan bola voli yang semakin cepat mempengaruhi aturan permainan bola voli.

Abstract

The confusion of UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Pati Regency is quite visible when asked about determining the selling price of the products produced. The confusion is due to not knowing for sure how much the cost of goods manufactured is formed on the products that have been produced. This service activity aims to provide training to MSMEs in Pati Regency in determining the cost of production for the products that have been produced, so that MSMEs can determine the selling price which will have an impact on the profits or losses of MSMEs in Pati Regency. There are three methods used in this service activity, namely the lecture method, the discussion method, and the simulation method. The results of this service activity provide understanding to Pati Regency SMEs in calculating the cost of production. This level of understanding can be seen in the discussion method and the simulation method. In the discussion method, many participants actively asked questions about material that they did not understand, this showed that the enthusiasm of the participants for the training in calculating the cost of production was quite high. At the time of the simulation method for calculating the cost of production all involved and from the results of the presentation of each group all were able to determine the cost of production for the products they produced.  AbstrakKebingungan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil  Menengah) Kabupaten Pati cukup terlihat Ketika ditanya mengenai penentuan harga jual produk yang dihasilkan. Kebingungan tersebut dikarenakan tidak tahu pasti berapa harga pokok produksi yang dibentuk pada produk yang telah dihasilkannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kepada UMKM Kabupaten Pati dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi atas produk yang telah dihasilkan, sehingga UMKM dapat menentukan harga jual yang akan berdampak pada laba atau rugi UMKM Kabupaten Pati. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini ada tiga yaitu metode ceramah, metode diskusi, dan metode simulasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman kepada UMKM Kabupaten Pati dalam menghitung harga pokok produksi. Tingkat pemahaman tersebut dapat dilihat pada metode diskusi dan metode simulasi. Pada metode diskusi banyak peserta yang aktif bertanya atas materi yang belum dipahami, hal ini menunjukkan semangat peserta terhadap pelatihan perhitungan harga pokok produksi cukup tinggi. Pada waktu metode simulasi perhitungan harga pokok produksi semua terlibat dan dari hasil presentasi masing-masing kelompok semua dapat menentukan harga pokok produksi atas produk yang dihasilkannya.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a new type of disease caused by infection with the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARSCOV-2). From its initial appearance at the end of 2019 until May 20, 2020, this disease has infected 4,789,205 people and caused the death of 318,789 people worldwide. In Banyumas, there were more than 250 positive Islamic boarding schools students, resulting in a cluster of Islamic boarding schools, in October 2020, the total number of students who were confirmed to be Covid-19 was 722 people. Learning activities are carried out face-to-face, so that as a consideration for determining the location of service, even though there are hand washing facilities, the teacher still has to supervise all students to wash their hands. This shows the low awareness of students about the transmission of Covid-19. Students really need assistance in implementing PHBS to break the transmission of the virus. Promotive, preventive, demonstration, and appropriate technology for ACI TELOR which has been HAKI is expected to be able to increase the adherence of Islamic boarding school students to the health program. The results of this service show that promotive actions accompanied by ACI TELOR innovation increase the interest of teachers and students in complying with health procedures and minimizing virus transmission. The impact of this service is to increase teacher and student compliance with the Covid-19 health protocol so that it is expected to be a behavior that can be applied continuously.

Abstract

Ciawitali Village is one of the lime-producing centers in Sumedang, West Java. So far, lime commodities have only been used as agricultural produce which is sold fresh by the local community, while discarded limes, the remaining sorting and pulp of the beverage industry have become waste that has not been utilized. Therefore, further agro-industry development is needed to manage existing resources. Efforts to empower the community to be able to use the potential of their region on their own, one of which is knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship and appropriate technology for the producing handmade dish soap. The purpose of this activity was to apply appropriate technology in the process of processing lime peels into dish soap products while at the same time creating new business opportunities to increase people's income. The approach applied in realizing this program was through the participatory action research (PAR) method. The activities include direct demonstrations of making dish soap, packaging, and monitoring the final quality of soap. The results showed that this activity could (1) increase business motivation, awareness, knowledge and skills of the community through the application of appropriate technology to process local commodities (lime peel) into dish soap products, (2) introduce to the public about opportunities and feasibility analysis of home dish soap business. Dish soap from lime peel has yet to be developed to the point where it can be mass produced and approved by the general public.                                                    AbstrakDesa Ciawitali merupakan salah satu sentra penghasil jeruk nipis di Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Selama ini komoditas jeruk nipis hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai hasil bumi yang dijual dalam kondisi segar oleh masyarakat setempat, sedangkan buah nipis yang afkir, sisa sortiran dan ampas industri minuman  menjadi limbah yang belum termanfaatkan. Oleh karenanya perlu pengembangan Agroindustri lebih lanjut untuk mengelola sumber daya yang ada. Upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat agar mampu secara mandiri memanfaatkan potensi daerahnya salah satunya dengan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengenai wirausaha dan teknologi tepat guna proses pembuatan sabun cuci piring handmade. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menerapkan teknologi tepat guna pada proses pengolahan kulit jeruk nipis menjadi produk sabun cuci piring sekaligus menciptakan peluang usaha baru untuk meningkatkan pendapatan warga. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam merealisasikan program ini melalui metode participatory action research (PAR).  Pelaksanaan kegiatan  meliputi demonstrasi langsung  pembuatan sabun cuci piring, pengemasan, hingga monitoring kualitas akhir sabun.  Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat (1) meningkatkan motivasi usaha, kesadaran, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna untuk mengolah komoditas lokal (kulit jeruk nipis) menjadi produk sabun cuci piring, (2) mengenalkan kepada masyarakat mengenai peluang dan analisis kelayakan usaha sabun cuci piring rumahan. Pembuatan sabun cuci piring berbahan dasar kulit jeruk nipis masih perlu terus dikembangkan supaya dapat diproduksi secara massal dan diterima masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Ngagrong Village is a village that is currently in the yellow zone of the COVID-19 pandemic level, where all activities and access to various sectors are restricted. Access to the education sector is no exception, where schools in Ngagrong Village have their learning system transferred to online, so that Ngagrong Village children are not optimal in getting learning. Proyek Ekspedisi Nusantarat exists as an Independent Community Service Community, community that seeks to contribute to increasing the understanding and learning motivation of Ngagrong Village children through learning the philosophy of Pancasila with 3 main programs, namely learning to understand the meaning of Pancasila, the application of Pancasila values, and the relationship between Pancasila and Islamic activities. Through the implementation of the program from pre-activity, implementation of activities to post-activity, it can be concluded that the Proyek Ekspedisi Nusantara has an important contribution to increase knowledge and understanding in the application of Pancasila values in everyday life where the Ngagrong Village children are very enthusiastic during the process. their learning and learning motivation increased as the program was implemented, besides that they began to understand the meaning and application of the existing Pancasila values, plus the parents were happy because of the improvement of their children.

Abstract

This community service program is Program Kemitraan Wilayah (PKW) scheme from the Ministry of Research and Technology / National Research and Innovation Agency, Deputy for Strengthening Research and Development. The location of the devotion in the village of Sidoharjo Samigaluh subdistrict Kulon Progo D.I Yogyakarta. The implementation of PKW was carried out by Janabdara University  ( proposing college) in collaboration with AMPTA Tourism High School (partner college) and the Regional Government of Kulon Progo district.  Problems that have been identified at the location of PKW service in Sidoharjo village of Samigaluh district of Kulon Progo district include :(1) lack of accessibility to tourist destinations (tourism support infrastructure) ;(2) has not been optimal for creative economic development with the utilization of local resources; (3) The potential of agricultural products has not been optimized; (4) Art, culture still needs to be accompanied and optimized.  The realization of the devotion program includes the construction of footpaths and safety fences to the top of Gunung Kendil, the creation of selfie spots (self-photos), the construction of gazebos. In addition, training and practice are also carried out for the development of the creative economy (culinary sector) namely by making various snacks that utilize local ingredients, namely taro, cassava, and Regedek leaves. In the field of culture is carried out rejuvenation a set of gamelan. In this service program, socialization is also carried out about the PIRT licensing process for people who already have many household businesses (home industry).

Abstract

Business competition in the business world is considered normal and unavoidable, but it is different if the current business competition is the COVID-19 pandemic which has made the economy in Indonesia experience a decline. This community service program aims to provide training on the development of Human Resources through soft skills and financial skills training for Klinklin Digital Nusantara employees. The specific target to be achieved is to be able to improve the soft skills and financial skills of Klinklin Digital Nusantara employees such as having a spirit of competitiveness, adaptive and anticipatory, open to change, able to learn, skilled, easy to adapt to new technology, and has a broad base of abilities, strong, and fundamental to growth. The method used is to provide consultation and training. With the training that will be provided by the team, Klinklin Digital Nusantara employees are expected to be more developed and able to compete in the business industrial world.Keywords: Human Resources, Soft Skills, Financial Skills. Persaingan bisnis dalam dunia usaha memang sudah dianggap biasa dan tidak dapat dihindari, namun berbeda jika persaingan usaha pada saat ini yaitu masa Pademik COVID-19 yang sudah membuat perekonomian di Indonesia mengalami Penurunan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia melalui pelatihan soft skill dan financial skill pada karyawan/pegawai Klinklin Digital Nusantara. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah dapat meningkatkan soft skill serta financial skill karyawan/pegawai Klinklin Digital Nusantara seperti memiliki semangat daya saing, adaptif dan antisipatif, terbuka terhadap perubahan, mampu belajar, terampil, mudah beradaptasi dengan teknologi baru, serta memiliki dasar kemampuan luas, kuat, dan mendasar untuk berkembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan konsultasi dan pelatihan. Abstract

The waste problem is an old story that still exists in Indonesia. Various efforts have been made by the government to overcome the waste problem, one of which is the implementation of the waste bank program. The lack of public awareness about waste management and the benefits of the waste bank program in the long term is still an obstacle in overcoming the waste problem. Based on this, this service activity was carried out in Kedewatan Village with the aim of providing educational outreach to the community in Kedewatan Village to actively participate in household waste management in collaboration with waste banks and provide other alternatives by recycling household waste into creative products with economic value. The method used in this service activity is to carry out the field observation stage, the activity implementation stage, and the monitoring stage. The results of service activities show that the community is starting to show awareness and enthusiasm in managing household waste in collaboration with waste banks and starting to show creativity in making creative products from household waste which can later be used at home or traded so that it will provide additional income in addition to saving waste in the waste bank. AbstrakPermasalahan sampah merupakan cerita lama yang masih tetap eksis di Indonesia. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mengatasi masalah sampah salah satunya adalah penerapan program bank sampah. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan sampah dan manfaat dari program bank sampah dalam jangka panjang masih menjadi hambatan dalam mengatasi masalah sampah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Kedewatan dengan tujuan memberikan sosialisasi edukasi kepada masyarakat di Desa Kedewatan untuk ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga yang berkolaborasi dengan bank sampah dan memberikan alternatif lain dengan mendaur ulang sampah rumah tangga menjadi produk – produk kreatif bernilai ekonomis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan melakukan tahap observasi lapangan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan tahap monitoring. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mulai menunjukkan kesadaran dan antuasiasnya dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga yang berkolaborasi dengan bank sampah serta mulai menunjukkan kreativitas dalam pembuatan produk – produk kreatif dari sampah rumah tangga yang nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan dirumah maupun diperjualbelikan sehingga akan memberikan penghasilan tambahan disamping menabung sampah di bank sampah.
