Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect work satisfaction and compensation with work motivation as intervening variable towards work performance of insurance installation’s employee at RSUP dr. Sardjito.  The result was based the first hypothesis was accepted, so the Second Hypothesis was rejected, the Third Hypothesis was accepted, the Fourth Hypothesis was rejected, the Fifth Hypothesis was rejected, so the Sixth Hypothesis was rejected, so the Seventh Hypothesis was rejected. To be concluded: 1) Work satisfaction had positive and significant result towards work motivation; 2) Compensation has positive result yet insignificant towards work motivation; 3) Work satisfaction and compensation had positive and significant result towards work motivation; 4) Work satisfaction had positive yet insignificant result towards work performance; 5) Compensation had negative and insignificant result towards work performance ; 6) Work motivation had positive yet insignificant result towards work performance; 7)  Work satisfaction, compensation, and work motivation affected each other, but insignificant towards work performance. Keyword: The Work Performance Analysis, The Work Satisfaction, Compensation, Motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to know the servqual (service quality) Front Office, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage effect on customer satisfaction or guests staying at LPP Garden Hotel Yogyakarta. Samples taken in this study is 75 respondents randomly drawn from guests staying at LPP Garden Hotel. Analysis of the data in this study is Inferential analysis conducted based on the test results of structural models. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R ²), note that guest satisfaction influenced  by servqual Front Office, Housekeeping and  servqual Food and Beverage amounted to 51.30%, and the remaining 48.70% influenced by other factors not included in the model, whereas the coefficient parameter servqual Front Office, Housekeeping and  servqual Food and Beverage simultaneously affect the satisfaction that is equal to 0.494, meaning that the higher the coefficient parameter close to  the higher guest satisfaction. The t- test based on statistics showing that servqual Front Office, servqual Housekeeping and servqual Food and Beverage simultaneously significantly affect satisfaction where t-statistic 4.391> t-table 1.66, its mean that Hypothesis is accepted Keyword: Servqual (Service Quality), Satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Pemahaman Terhadap Etika Kerja Islami Sebagai Variabel Moderating Studi Kasus Pada Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syari’ah (KJKS) Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) Beringharjo Yogyakarta. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 97 karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta. Data diolah menggunakan analisis Partial Least Squares (PLS) berbasis variance, dengan software SmartPLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Pemahaman Karyawan Terhadap Etika Kerja Islami, Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pemahaman Karyawan Terhadap Etika Kerja Islami, Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pemahaman Karyawan Terhadap Etika Kerja Islami. Sementara Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memilki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Pemahaman Karyawan Terhadap Etika Kerja Islami. Hasil dari analisis moderating (analisis jalur) menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin Kerja memilki pengaruh positif tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pemahaman Karyawan Terhadap Etika Kerja Islami berpengaruh positif tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara keseluruhan Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pemahaman Karyawan Terhadap Etika Kerja Islami secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja, kinerja, etika islami

Abstract

Abstract The concept of community-based tourism in the dome house tourism village has succeeded in becoming a tool to trigger the development of the dome house resident and its environment. All of the development can be obviously seen from the economic, social, cultural, environmental and political aspects with a very enthusiastic participation of the resident. The rapid development of the resident and their high participation can emerge a strategy to make the tourist village survive from the tourism industry competition. In this case, the author found that there is a connection between the high level of community participation and the rapid development as the result of it.  Therefore, the more the resident willing to participate, the more it will affect the development of the resident and its environment. This research uses qualitative method. The data were obtained by conducting interview, observation, and documentation. After those steps, the data were processed by interactive and SWOT analysis. Then, questionnaire was used to validate the data towards 21 residents. Keyword: Community Based tourism, Ladder of participation

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Determine the influence of brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions 2) Knowing the interaction effect of the design to the purchasing decision. This research was conducted at the Art Shop Borobudur Silver in Magelang, populations are consumers who buy at Borobudur Silver Art Shop Magelang, sampling used purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used Patial Least Square (PLS), the SEM-based variance, with software SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that: 1) Brand Image (X1) positive and significant impact on the purchase decision (Y) in the Art Shop Borobudur Silver Magelang proved the value P.Sig (0.000). 2) Quality of Service (X2) positive and significant impact on the Purchase decision (Y) in the Art Shop Magelang Borobudur Silver proved the value P.Sig (0000) .3) Brand Image (X1) and Quality of Service (X2) positive and significant impact on the purchase decision (Y) in the Art Shop Borobudur Silver Magelang proved the value P.Sig (0000). 4) Design (Z) does not moderate the effect of Brand Image (X1) of the Purchase Decision (Y) at the Art Shop Borobudur Silver, Magelang. This can be seen from P Values 0834 (> 0.05) and the coefficient parameters -0016 (Tstatistik0.194 <Ttabel 1661).Keywords: brand image, quality of service, design, purchasing decisions

Abstract

 This research aims to test the influence between discipline, organizational commitment, and communication on performance clerk Academy Midwifery Kudus in partial or double. The independent variables (non variable) in this research is the discipline (X 1), organizational commitment (X 2), communication (X 3). While the dependent Variable (the variable) is the performance of the employees (Y). The population used in this research was an employee at the Academy of the Kudus  of midwifery as much as 86 employees from the sample slovin formula taken as many as 46 respondents. Types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data. Method of collecting data using questionnaires. Processing the data using scoring, coding, editing, tabulating, and the process of with computer programs. Test instrument with test validity and reliability. The analysis of the data using analysis of descriptive and quantitative analysis include hypothesis testing, regression analysis (t-test and F-test), and the analysis of the coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square). Based on the results of the research there were partially positive and significant influence among variables of organizational commitment, discipline, and communication towards the performance of employees. Are there multiple positive and significant influence among variables of organizational commitment, discipline, and communication towards the performance of employees. The most dominant variables affect performance is variable organizational commitment.Keywords: discipline, organizational commitment, communication and performance
