Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to provide an alternative decision to field surgical aid distribution in the village especially the Village Senganan . Currently the determination of beneficiaries surgical konvensioal still done by the local government assessment team . For the purposes of data collection for the selection of the applicant required an assessment made at the village level before submission to the local government level . Data from the prospective applicant eligibility assessment and then be submitted to the local government level . The basis of this research is the absence of a standard assessment submission acceptance surgical assistance at the village level . Assessment of prospective applicant for submission to the local government level only to the extent of the team estimates only village officials . The results obtained in this research is to get accurate information to log the applicant filing surgical assistance to the level of local governments.Keywords : house surgical assistance , assessment standards , eligibilityABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif keputusan kepada bidang penyaluran bantuan bedah rumah di tingkat desa khususnya Desa Senganan. Saat ini penentuan penerima bantuan bedah rumah masih dilakukan secara konvensioal berdasarkan penilaian tim pemerintah daerah. Untuk keperluan pendataan kelayakan calon pemohon diperlukan suatu penilaian yang dilakukan di tingkat desa terlebih dahulu sebelum pengajuan ke tingkat pemerintah daerah. Data hasil penilaian kelayakan calon pemohon baru kemudian di ajukan ke tingkat pemerintah daerah. Hal yang mendasari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah belum adanya standar penilaian pengajuan penerimaan bantuan bedah rumah di tingkat desa. Penilaian calon pemohon untuk pengajuan ke tingkat pemerintah daerah hanya sebatas perkiraan saja dari tim aparat desa. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan informasi yang akurat dalam mendata pemohon pengajuan bantuan bedah rumah ketingkat pemerintah daerah.Kata Kunci: bantuan bedah rumah, standar penilaian, kelayakan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study purpose is to produce Web-based applications that serve as a tool ofconducting the process of submission of functional positions or lecturer academic positionsconducted every 2 years. Currently conducted by the University, and in particular the StudyProgram is still doing the file form lecturers who have been submitted in the last 2 years or 2years to come physically or hardcopy. This is not very much in line with the university's goal ofdoing GO-Green Campus. With this application, it is expected that the University can apply GOGreenCampus, have the track record of lecturer and assist the lecturer's task in calculating thecredit score already obtained at the time will increase the credit score.Keyword : Information Systems, Track Record, and Web.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Aplikasi berbasis web yang berfungsisebagai alat bantu dari melakukan proses pengajuan jabatan fungsional atau jabatan akademikdosen yang dilakukan setiap 2 tahun. Abstract

ABSTRACT STMIK STIKOM Bali is the first IT School (Information Technology) in Bali. STMIK STIKOM Baliwas established in 2002, and until now STIKOM Bali has 189 permanent lecturers which are dividedinto 3 study programs, namely Computer System Study Program which has 69 Permanent Lecturers,Information System Study Program with 110 Lecturers and Management Studies Program Informaticshas 10 Fixed Lecturers. In the duty as seoarang Lecturers should be able to do Tri Dharma HigherEducation such as Research, Community Service, and Teaching. As a well-developed university and hasquite a lot of lecturers, STIKOM Bali is obliged to give awards to the exemplary lecturers, the goal is toencourage other lecturers to perform and provide the best for Higher Education, Students, and forhimself. For the researcher try to make a system to conduct the process of selecting the lecturer to giverecommendation of lecturer names who will follow this selection. By conducting this selection processwill facilitate the STIKOM Bali to get the results of the lecturer's model recommendation.Implementation of TOPSIS Method (Technique For Order Reference By Similarity To Ideal Solution)can be applied to provide alternative recommendations through calculations with different criteria. STMIKSTIKOM Bali berdiri pada Tahun 2002, dan sampai saat ini STIKOM Bali telah memiliki 189 Dosentetap yang dibagi dalam 3 Program Studi, yakni Program Studi Sistem Komputer yang memiliki 69Dosen Tetap, Program Studi Sistem Informasi dengan 110 Dosen Tetap, dan Program StudiManajemen Informatika memiliki 10 Dosen Tetap. Untuk peneliti mencobamembuat suatu sistem untuk melakukan proses penyeleksian dosen teladan untuk memberikan rekomendasi nama-nama dosen yg nantinya akan mengikuti penyeleksian ini. Dengan melakukan proses penyeleksian ini akan memudahkan pihak STIKOM Bali untuk mendapatkan hasil rekomendasidosen teladan. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komputer memberikan kemudahan dalam bidang multimedia digital  dibandingkan  dengan  data  konvensional,  terutama  dalam  proses  penyebarannya,  yaitu dengan jaringan internet dan dapat dibuat salinan yang sama persis dengan aslinya.Dengan kemudahan dalam penyebaran dan penyalinan data digital maka dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif hal ini berkaitan dengan kemudahan dalam membuat dan menyebarkan  salinan  data  digital  secara  ilegal.  Ini  merupakan  pelanggaran  hak  kekayaan intelektual dari pemilik  sah data digital tersebut. Salah satu solusi dalam  masalah  ini adalah dengan  digital  watermarking.  Digital  watermarking  merupakan  penanaman  suatu  watermark digital  ke  data  utama  atau  carrier/host.  Digital  watermark  merupakan  sinyal  digital  yang disisipkan ke dalam data seperti teks, citra, video atau suara untuk berbagai keperluan. Sinyal tersebut   disisipkan   sedemikian   rupa   sehingga   keberadaannya   tidak   teramati  oleh   indera penglihatan atau pendengaran manusia. Blind watermarking merupakan proses watermarking dimana dalam proses ekstraksi tidak memerlukan data asli.Pada tugas akhir akan diimplementasikan teknik blind watermarking pada citra digital dengan transformasi wavelet haar. Kemudian membandingkan bagaimana kualitas citra hasil dengan citra asli setelah disisipkan watermark berupa citra, dengan menggunakan parameter MSE (Mean  Square  Error)  dan  PSNR  (Peak  Signal  To  Noise  Ratio)  dan  bagaimana  ketahanan watermark terhadap noise, kompresi JPEG, resize dan rotasi.Kata kunci : Citra Digital, Wavelet, Watermarking, Blind Watermarking

Abstract

ABSTRACTSMP Negeri 2 Kuta on specific subjects still use the conventional method that requirestime , cost and effort quite a lot . Activity semester exam usually starts from about the manufactureof the subject teachers , problems created by teachers will be duplicated academy. Then to knowthe results, students' responses will be collected and corrected by teachers in the study . Studentscan not immediately know the results , or value. All it takes quite a long time let alone the numberof students in Junior High School 2 Kuta is quite a lot . Computer Based Test ( CBT ) is a test thatis conducted by using a computer . Characteristics of the test is the same as the conventional teststhat use one perangakat test for multiple participants with the same test length (fixed length test ) .Keywords: SMP Negeri 2 Kuta, Computer Based Test (CBT)ABSTRAKSMP Negeri 2 Kuta pada mata pelajaran tertentu masih menggunakan metodekonvesional yang memerlukan waktu, biaya dan tenaga yang cukup banyak. Kegiatan ujiansemester biasanya diawali dari pembuatan soal dari guru bidang studi, soal yang dibuat oleh guruakan digandakan pihak akademis. Kemudian untuk mengetahui hasilnya, jawaban siswa akandikumpulkan dan dikoreksi oleh guru bidang studi. Siswa tidak bisa langsung mengetahui hasilatau nilainya. Semua itu memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama apalagi jumlah siswa di SMP Negeri2 Kuta yang cukup banyak .Computer Based Test (CBT) merupakan tes yang diselenggarakandengan menggunakan komputer. Karakteristik dari tes ini sama dengan tes konvensional yaitumenggunakan satu perangakat tes untuk beberapa peserta dengan panjang tes yang sama (fixed testlength).Kata Kunci : SMP Negeri 2 Kuta, Computer Based Test (CBT)

Abstract

ABSTRACTRumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Wangaya of Denpasar City has not used tracer yet toprocess and take the medical record. The lending book or expedition book that has function recordsubject, quantity and time of medical record movement, is not available in the medical recordinstalation. According the earlier records that was hold in Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD)Wangaya of Denpasar city on May-June 2016, it has been knowing that 22.3% medical record hasbeen missfiled. It consist 867 from 3.950 medical record. That case cause dropout of medical record.Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah  (RSUD) Wangaya of Denpasar City needs an integrated applicationand it can be used to coordinate medical record distribution between medical record departmentstaff and polyclinic staff. The goal of this research is to design and develop a medical record filetracer application based on hypertext preprocessor to help staff to trace the medical record. Thisapplication is developed with PHP programming language and MySQL as the database server.Development of this system used System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The MedicalRecord File Tracer Application Based On Hypertext Preprocessor is hoped to help the medicalrecord department staff and polycilinic staff to trace and monitors the medical record patient.Keyword : Medical record, file tracer, php, filing, medical record drop out.ABSTRAKRumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Wangaya Kota Denpasar belum menggunakan tracerdalam proses pengambilan rekam medis. Buku peminjaman atau buku ekspedisi yang berfungsiuntuk mencatat siapa dan berapa jumlah rekam medis yang dipinjam serta tanggal rekam medisdipinjam tidak tersedia di instalasi rekam medis. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan diRumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Wangaya Kota Denpasar pada bulan Mei -Juni 2016 diketahuijumlah kejadian missfile sebanyak 867 rekam medis dari 3.950 rekam medis dengan tingkatpersentase mencapai 22.3%. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya dropout rekam medis.Rumah SakitUmum Daerah (RSUD) Wangaya Kota Denpasar membutuhkan aplikasi yang terintegrasi dan dapatdigunakan untuk koordinasi distribusi rekam medis antara petugas rekam medis dan petugas poli.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan rancang bangun aplikasi tracer medical record fileberbasis hypertext preprocessor (PHP) untuk mempermudah petugas melakukan proses pelacakandan monitoring rekam medis. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP danMySQL sebagai database server. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metodelogi SystemDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC). Abstract

BSTRACT 3) The ever-evolving information technology drives people to be creative and innovative. TKKTegaljaya is an educational institution that conducts various activities. But amid advances ininformation technology is increasingly sophisticated, until now TKK Tegaljaya not have their owninformation system and still use the manual way. Therefore, an academic management informationsystem is needed to manage it. Research conducted in this case is Interview (Interview), Observation (Observation), andLiterature Studies. The method used in the design of this system using the method of XP (ExtremeProgramming). The language used is PHP and database design using MySQL. The results of this study indicate that using a web-based academic management informationsystem to facilitate the Administration and Class Guardian to manage academic management,especially in the processing and data collection of student report cards more effectively andefficiently than the existing system. Keywords: Academic Management Information System, XP, Student Values  ABSTRAK Teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang mendorong  manusia untuk selalu kreatif dan inovatif.TKK Tegaljaya merupakan suatu instansi pendidikan yang melakukan berbagai macam kegiatan.Namun ditengah kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin canggih, sampai saat ini TKKTegaljaya belum memiliki sistem informasi sendiri dan masih menggunakan cara manual. Untukitu, maka diperlukan suatu sistem informasi manajemen akademik untuk mengaturnya. Penelitianyang dilakukan dalam hal ini yaitu Wawancara (Interview), Pengamatan (Observasi), dan StudiLiteratur. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode XP(Extreme Programming). Bahasa yang digunakan adalah PHP dan perancangan database nya menggunakan MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan sistem informasimanajemen akademik berbasis web dapat memudahkan Tata Usaha dan Wali Kelas untukmengatur manajemen akademik khususnya dalam pengolahan dan pendataan rapor siswa lebihefektif dan efisien dibanding dengan sistem yang ada sebelumnya.   Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Manajemen Akademik, XP, Nilai Siswa

Abstract

Cycling and enjoying the beautiful scenery in Badung regency is one of the most fun activity or useful activities therefore by using advanced technology of information and internet we created a web based bicycle pathways mapping, equipped with the suitable type of bicycle which could help the society and government to locate the existing tourism spot and bicycle pathways.In the making of the information system, the planning and design concept are done withthe data collecting, making DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), the database using PHP and MySQL, and implementing those further.The results of this application would be very helpful for the society, especially for the bike community and the Badung regency tourism board to give the information about the tourism spot and the identify the bicycle pathways which is located in the Badung regency.Keywords : Badung, bicycle pathways, mapping, PHP, MySQL

Oleh karena itu,dibuatkanlah suatu formula untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakanMetode Double Exponential Smoothing dengan menggunakan perancangan sistem dimulai dengantahap pengumpulan data, perancangan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entit y Relationship Diagram(ERD), Konseptual Database dan implementasi. Digunakannya Metode Double ExponentialSmoothing dalam proses peramalan ini karena metode ini dalam proses perhitungannyameramalkan data yang mengalami trend kenaikan. Hasil dari perancangan dengan MetodeExponential Smoothing ini dapat membantu dalam meramalkan atau menentukan jumlahpersediaan stok kertas dan dalam proses perhitungan peramalannya diketahui jika semakinbanyak jumlah data yang digunakan dalam perhitungan peramalan maka hasil persentaseerrornya semakin kecil, begitu juga sebaliknya jika jumlah data yang digunakan sedikit makahasil persentase errornya semakin besar.Kata Kunci : Eksponential Smoothing, Sarpras STIKOM Bali, A4, Perancangan.

Abstract

A decision is one problem facing almost every day, even every moment. This research will combine the capabilities of Logic Samar (Fuzzy Logic) with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP-F). Use application with Fuzzy-AHP method is still rarely used or methods that are new in the  making  of  a  decision  support  system  for  Fuzzy  AHP  makes  the  problem  a  broad  and unstructured become a model that is flexible and easy to understand.Decision Support System Acceptance Lecturers Using Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP-F). (Case Study: University of Dhyana Pura Bali), it can be concluded as follows: Knowing what  the  user  needs  in  a  decision  support  system  acceptance  tenured  faculty.  The  screening decision support system of filing of lecturers using fuzzy AHP method at the University of Dhyana Pura consists of several stages.
