Abstract

PENGARUH  MENONTON  SINETRON ANAK  LANGIT TERHADAP PERILAKU MENIRU ADEGAN KEKERASAN DIKALANGAN ANAK USIA 12-17 TAHUN DI JAGALAN RW 13 JEBRES SURAKARTAOleh Retno Andari1, Dra. Buddy Riyanto, M.Si3ABSTRACT               Television is a mass media of communication that has a composition of audio and visual, which people are able to see through audio and visual viewing. The purpose of this research is to prove the effect of watching Sinetron Anak Langit in the behavior of imitating violent scenes among children 12-17 years old in Jagalan RW13 village.        This research used quantitative method with explanatory research type. Data obtained using questionnaire then tested with product moment analysis, simple regression, coefficient of determination, residual test, and t-test. The sample of this research is children of 12-17 years old in Jagalan RW 13, Jagalan Village, Jebres sub-district, Surakarta with amount 85 children by total sampling technique.      The hypothesis of this study is able to accept by the truth, it is proven by product moment analysis value of 0.703. The value of this correlation is positive which means that higher the level of watching Sinetron Anak Langit, behavior of imitating the scene of violence is also higher. Key words: Watching Sinetron, Mimic Behavior, Violence

The theories employed by author were diplomacy, Government to Government, and negotiation approaches. The author employed a descriptive qualitative approach; the data employed consisted of primary and secondary data from a variety of sources related to Indonesia Government Diplomacy to Saudi Arabian about the increase of Indonesian Hajj quota. The method of collecting data used was interview and document study. From the result of research, it could be concluded that Indonesia conducted diplomacy with Saudi Arabian using bilateral diplomacy including Government to Government Negotiation, non-government negotiation with Hajj travel agent, and multilaterally in OKI forum.Keywords: Bilateral Diplomacy, Multilateral Diplomacy, Negotiation, Hajj Quota

Abstract

ANALISIS SEMIOTIKA FILM MY STUPID BOSS Oleh:Rhicard Yulio ResmardiDian Esti NuratiSiswanta ABSTRACT This research was the excavation of the meaning of the message contained in a few selected scene in the movie "My Stupid Boss. The title of this research is the analysis of Semiotics of movies My Stupid Boss. A good composition is definitely capable of supporting tersampainya the message contained in the film. Researchers interested in representing the meaning of the message contained in the selected scene movie My Stupid Boss.The current study qualitative descriptive nature. So that data is not given in the form of figures or numbers. As a deskritif, then the research this research just presented the situation or discourse, not looking for a relationship, and does not test the hypothesis or make predictions. So data are specifically delegated substantive categories which are then interpreted by references, citations, and references.This research was the excavation of the meaning of the message contained in a few selected scene in the movie "My Stupid Boss. The title of this research is the analysis of Semiotikan Film My Stupid Boss. A good composition is definitely capable of supporting tersampainya the message contained in the film. Researchers interested in representing the meaning of the message contained in the selected scene movie My Stupid Boss, after that the researchers infer the message into one unity.The theory used in this research is semiotics Roland Barthes by analyzing the techniques in the field of cinematography through photography, and then in the maknai with konotatif in denotative and myth. Semiotics Roland Barthes has two stages, the first of the significance of denoted meaning i.e. the most real of a sign, and the second stage is the connotation that would later on describe the meaning of his message.Based on the analysis that has been done on the film My Stupid Bossdapat in pull the conclusion that some of the konotatif in denotative signs in get in the film follows the story lines are interconnected and provide the moral meaning of, please help, honesty and keiklasan. If seen in the film there is a sign – the sign of a negative nature fisted, arrogant, selfish, and a sign of moral rectitude, awareness, mutual help and please keiklasan, essentially the beginning of the story the film director wants to show case negative first and then at the end of the story the Director give it positive behaviors that mark through the scenes of the children of the orphanage. Keywords: Semiotics, In Denotative, Konotatif, My Stupid Boss

Abstract

PENGARUH PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN, IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DOSENDI UNIVERSITAS SLAMET RIYADI SURAKARTA Oleh:Annas Fauzi, Dr. Winarti, M.Si.,Drs. Aris Tri Haryanto, M.Si.  ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of leadership behavior on lecturers performance at Slamet Riyadi University; (2) The effect of organizational climate on the performance of lecturers at Slamet Riyadi University; (3) the effect of work motivation on lecturers performance at Slamet Riyadi University; (4) The effect of leadership behavior, organizational climate and work motivation simultaneously on lecturers performance at Slamet Riyadi University. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. The research subjects are all lecturers at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta with a population of 120 lecturers. Sampling technique using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The number of samples used amounted to 60 lecturers. Data collection techniques that used are questionnaires. Furthermore, the test instrument used the test validity and reliability test. Test prerequisite analysis used normality data test, linearity test, multicollinearity test. Then test the hypothesis using multiple regression. The results showed; (1) there was a positive and significant effect between leadership behavior on lecturer performance at Slamet Riyadi University with effective contribution of 8,07%; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate on lecturers performance at Slamet Riyadi University of 14.02%; (3) there was a positive and significant effect between work motivation on lecturer performance at Slamet Riyadi University of 13.21%. (4) there were positive and significant effect between leadership behavior, organizational climate and work motivation simultaneously to lecturer performance at Slamet Riyadi University equal to 35,30%. Keywords: Leadership behavior, organizational climate, work motivation, lecturer performance of Slamet Riyadi University.

This study aims to determine the relationship between advertising and pop-ups with attitude youtube user (Accessors) in students majoring in Engineering Informatics, Surakarta University (UNSA). This study took a sample of 70 students from 223 students, using Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of the research shows that there is a relationship between pop-up ads with the attitude of youtube users (Accessors) in students majoring in Engineering Informatics, Surakarta University (UNSA). Youtube pop-up ads that viewed of duration, language, and frequency while the attitudes that viewed of attention, cognitive and affective of the Informatics Engineering students. Keyword : pop-up ads, attitude user (accessor), youtube

Dipokusumo, M.SiProgram Studi Ilmu Hubungan Internasional Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu PolitikUniversitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta  ABSTRACTThis research aimed to discuss Chinese economic strategy in 2013 to defend its national interest in Indian Ocean. China encountered economic decline that could trigger economic deceleration and increase unemployment rate likely harmful to the national stability and the fulfillment of its domestic energy demand for industry, using national security theory involving economic security and national interest theory. The research method employed in this thesis was qualitative one with document-based technique of collecting data through descriptive elaboration and using secondary data collected through literature study.  Through analyzing the Chinese economic security strategy in 2013 in defending national interest in Indian Ocean channel, the author found that Chinese economic strategy to defend national interest was to employ Indian Ocean channel to connect trade from China’s main land to South East Asian, South Asian, and African countries and to make it the energy supplying channel for Chinese industry through harbor infrastructure cooperation and People Liberation Army Navy (PLAN)’s role to protect the trade channel and oil supply from disruption and threat in Indian Ocean and to improve alutsista (Instrumental weapons system), particularly that of Navy for the smoothness and security of trading and energy supply. The Chinese economic strategy in defending national interest in Indian Ocean in 2013 through constructing harbor in South East Asia, South Asia, and Africa optimized the role of People Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) and improved the Navy’s alutsista.Keywords: economic security, national interest, China

The purpose of this research is to analyze the use of smartphones in the matter of social interaction between students of the University, the Faculty of communication sciences Sahid. The theory used is the theory of social interaction from Soerjono Soekamto.Research methods used descriptive qualitative approach, using different types of data used the primary data and secondary data. The technique of determination of the informants using purposive sampling, data collection is done with the interview and documentation. As for the data analysis technique used to use descriptive qualitative analysis.Based on the research results obtained form the conclusion that the interactions that take place between students tend towards the associative, i.e. students utilize a smartphone to do cooperation with other students by forming groups on the application of chat and social media. The main purpose of the creation of this group is to spread information about the lectures, complete tasks and associated costs. Smartphone can make it easier to get information. Smartphone users, it will make it easier to get information more quickly, and can share and access information anywhere. Can communicate worldwide, that has smartphone, easily able to communicate with people in different parts of the world. Can chat and video call with different people and countries with people nearby. The use of the smartphone makes it easy to send email and find the place packed with a use application Zomato, Uber Eats, Restaurant Finder, and others. Keywords: Smartphone, Social Interaction, Student

Abstract

EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN KARTU TANDA PENDUDUK DI KECAMATAN JEBRES KOTA SURAKARTAOleh :Neri Budiarto Mia, Dr.Drs, Suwardi, M.Si., Dra. Sri Riris Sugiyarti, M.Si. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of the service of the identity card (KTP) in Subdistrict Jebres, Surakarta which refers to the 10 dimensions of quality improvement services according to Vincent and other (1997:2).The effectiveness showed in the perception of the user/community service with service providers in other words, If there are explosives in an understanding between what is done by the officer/service providers, with the results are perceived by the user/community service, then the service can be said to be effective. The effectiveness of the Ministry can be seen from the performance of the service providers that already produce good results, and the service quality perceived by users of the service.This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Sampling techniques using incidental sampling, the sample consists of 50 service users/community service/provider and 6 officers. Data collection techniques in the study of using koesioner. The analysis used is servqual (sevice quality) with how to compare between the perception of the users with the perception of the service provider then there is a Gap, the less the service gap between the perceptions of users and service providers the effective services.The results of the ten indicators of the quality of service, timeliness of service have the score Gap (34.6) entered on the classification of "effective", the accuracy of the service have the score Gap (34.2) entered on the classification of "effective", the politeness and hospitality of attendants have the score Gap (39.2) entered on the classification of "highly effective", the officer has a responsibility score Gap (34.4) entered on the classification of "effective", discipline officers possesses score Gap (34.2) entered on the classification of "effective", ease of access services have the score Gap (35.6) entered on the classification of "highly effective", justice officials have the score Gap (34.4) entered on the classification of "effective", the speed of the officer having the score Gap (33.6) entered on the classification of "less effective", cleanliness and tidiness the Environment Ministry has a score Gap (34.4) entered on the classification of "effective", adequate supporting facilities have the score Gap (34.4) entered on the classification of "effective".From the results it can be concluded that the services the population Sign Cards (KTP) in Subdistrict Jebres cemetery city of Surakarta located on the category either, in other words the existing Services in district of Jebres cemetery city of Surakarta has reached the level of effectiveness. Key words: effectiveness, public service, Identity Card

Abstract

DIPLOMASI EKONOMI INDONESIA DALAM KETENTUAN WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION(Studi Kasus Perdagangan Impor Beras Dari Vietnam Era Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono)Argo Dewantara,Setyasih Harini, S.IP., M.Si., Drs. GPH. Dipokusumo, M.Si.ABSTRACT This thesis is aimed to discuss the economic diplomacy constituting the economic instrument in achieving the national interest. To maintain the national food tenacity in which at that time there was a lack of national rice stock during Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono reign, Indonesia imported rice from Vietnam to meet the need for food stock, recalling Vietnam’s good agricultural condition. The agreement o f rice importing between these two countries is governed by the agreement in WTO agricultural sector through Agreement of Agricultural (AOA) existing in the rules of market access, domestic subsidy, and import subsidy with those regulations thereby generating the provision of rule specified in the agreement and creating a fair non-discriminative trade between WTO members. It is the requirement with which the members of WTO should comply. Using Economic Diplomacy and International Organization theories, the method used in this research was qualitative one with secondary data, technique of collecting secondary data and document-based research, and library research through descriptive elaboration. Through Indonesian Economic Diplomacy, according to WTO’s provision, the author found Indonesian Economic Diplomacy needed support and good coordination and shared objective of government, private, stakeholders, and the optimization of economic diplomacy on (central and local) government’s capacity and domestic ability and could make Indonesian economic diplomacy in WTO organization change any time; therefore Indonesian economic diplomacy could run well in WTO issues and made Indonesian economic diplomacy the symbol of state’s power in international view. Keywords: Economic Diplomacy, World Trade Organization (WTO), Agreement of Agriculture (AOA).

Abstract

BELI MAHASISWA ILMU KOMUNIKASI UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET SURAKARTA ANGKATAN 2014Oleh:Aji Setya Purnama, Bedjo Sukarno, Siswanta  ABSTRACT Bukalapak is one of e-commerce sites in Indonesia. One of the marketing techniques by Bukalapak is advertise their product using television. Attractive ads can increase the buying interest of audiences who see that ad. The purpose of this study is to determine the positive and significant relations of Bukalapak advertisement exposure on SCTV with the buying interest’s students of Communication Studies Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta in the 2014 academic year. This research is a quantitative research and used 54 students as a sample. The technique of analysis data used Rank Spearman correlation formula. The result is value of correlation coeficient is about 0,664 > 0,2681. Hypothesis which states: There is positive and significant relations between Bukalapak advertisement exposure on SCTV with the buying interest’s students of Communication Studies Sebelas Maret University Surakarta in the 2014 academic year." is proven true.  Keywords: advertisement exposure, television advertisement, buying interest.
