Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential and contribution of retribution revenue from the City Administration Government of Central Jakarta, East Jakarta, and South Jakarta to the total DKI Jakarta Original Regional Revenue (PAD). This study uses primary data and secondary data. Qualitative descriptive analysis method focused on the development strategy of MSME business empowerment in the form of retribution income performance based on purposive sampling and literature study with Growth analysis testing tools and Share analysis. Growth rate (Growth) Temporary Location retribution income (LokSem) and Patronage Locations (LokBin) in the city government The administration of South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and East Jakarta has fluctuated every month. Total revenue retribution (Loksem and Lokbin) Administrative City Administration of South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and East Jakarta does not have a large influence on the total Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of DKI Jakarta Province in 2016.In order to improve the performance of retribution, it can be concluded that the strategy in the form of a Performance SOP and Performance Accountability Report (LPJK) in each month has an integrated Management Information System for all SME & Trade Sub-Centers in DKI Jakarta, analyzing 5 C (Capital, Collateral, Character, Capacity , and Condition) and 7 P (Personality, Party, Purpose, Prospect, Payment, Profitabillity, and Protection). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan kontribusi pendapatan retribusi dari Pemerintah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Timur, dan Jakarta Selatan terhadap total Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang difokuskan pada strategi pengembangan pemberdayaan usaha UMKM dalam bentuk kinerja pendapatan retribusi yang berdasarkan purposive sampling dan studi kepustakaan dengan alat uji analisis Growth dan analisis Share. Tingkat pertumbuhan (Growth) pendapatan retribusi Lokasi Sementara (LokSem) dan Lokasi Binaan (LokBin) di Pemerintah kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Pusat, dan Jakarta Timur mengalami fluktuatif tiap bulannya. Total pendapatan retribusi (Loksem dan Lokbin) Pemerintah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Pusat, dan Jakarta Timur tidak memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap total Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Provinsi DKI Jakarta di Tahun 2016. Guna meningkatkan kinerja retribusi, dapat disimpulkan strategi berupa Terdapat SOP Kinerja dan Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban Kinerja (LPJK) di tiap bulannya, memiliki Sistem Informasi Manajemen terpadu bagi seluruh Sudin UKM & Perdagangan di DKI Jakarta, melakukan analisa 5 C (Capital, Collateral, Character, Capacity, and Condition) dan 7 P (Personality, Party, Purpose, Prospect, Payment, Profitabillity, and Protection).

Abstract

Seasoned Equity Offering (SEO) is an additional public offering of a company’s shares in order to generate extra financing for business expansion or fulfillment of its liability. Based on Jakarta Stock Exchange data, 11 listed companies conducted SEO during year 2001. However, only 8 companies meet the requirements as samples for this research. In order to evaluate financial and operational variables, this research uses financial statement figures published 2 year prior and after SEO’s. Current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER) are chosen to represent financial variables, while net profit margin (NPM) and return on investment (ROI) represent operational variables. This research reveals that there was no significant difference in financial performance before and after SEO’s. It happened due to several factors, such as: (1) the fund generated from SEO’s were used to settle matured debts; and (2) foreign currency denominated debts which increased in value during the period of economic crisis

Abstract

This purpose research is for to understand the effect of structure corporate governance to performance companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The sample used in this study were manufacturing  sector companies for the year 2012-2014. The method used in data collection is the secondary method of data collection, financial report its being obtained from website IDX. The method of analysis of this study used multiple regression .The result from research is indicate that structure corporate governance is significant effect on performance of manufacturing companies. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami efek dari struktur tata kelola perusahaan pada perusahaan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada 2012-2014. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor untuk tahun 2012-2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode pengumpulan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian adalah menunjukkan struktur yang tata kelola perusahaan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur.

Abstract

Humans which are physically and mentally health is a valuable asset to the country's resources . Therefore, a healthy human being is an investment in the state. State is obliged to maintain the health of its citizens, and citizens are entitled to health assuredness. To ensure people's access to health services, since 1998 the Government has implemented a range of health maintenance effort, one of them was through the Community Health Insurance Program. Since the commencement of the program, theres a news about the general phenomenon related to the participants of JAMKESNAS public service, such as a convoluted rules, the behavior of individual officers who sometimes unfriendly in serving the public, and also minimum performance of employees in providing services. This study was conducted to determine how the JAMKESMAS services, and how the public perception about the service. This study was conducted in 2012 in PHC II Baturaden, Banyumas, Purwokerto, Central Java. The study was conducted using qualitative methods. Results showed that although the complaint is found in such things as: doctors who lack empathy unwillingly listen to patient complaints, and less attention, but public services in health centers II Baturaden generally received good appreciation from the public. This is partly due to the program in addition to this JAMKESNAS really do without the levy, also a paramedic background according to their competence, health centers and business managerial competence. Manusia yang secara fisik dan mental sehat merupakan aset berharga bagi sumber daya negara. Oleh karena itu, manusia yang sehat merupakan investasi negara. Negara berkewajiban untuk menjaga kesehatan warganya, dan warga berhak atas keyakinan kesehatan. Untuk menjamin akses masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Sejak tahun 1998 Pemerintah telah melaksanakan berbagai upaya pemeliharaan kesehatan, salah satunya adalah melalui Program Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat. Sejak dimulainya program ini, ada berita tentang fenomena umum yang berkaitan dengan peserta dari pelayanan publik Jamkesmas, seperti aturan berbelit-belit, perilaku petugas perorangan yang kadang-kadang tidak ramah dalam melayani masyarakat, dan juga kinerja minimum karyawan dalam memberikan layanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana layanan Jamkesmas, dan bagaimana persepsi masyarakat tentang layanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2012 di Puskesmas II Baturaden, Banyumas, Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun keluhan ditemukan dalam hal-hal seperti: dokter yang tidak memiliki empati enggan mendengarkan keluhan pasien, dan kurang perhatian, tetapi pelayanan publik di Puskesmas II Baturaden umumnya mendapat apresiasi yang baik dari masyarakat. Hal ini sebagian karena program ini selain Jamkesmas ini benar-benar tanpa pungutan, juga latar belakang paramedis sesuai dengan kompetensi, pusat-pusat kesehatan dan kompetensi manajerial bisnis.

Abstract

This research examines the role and function of internal control system of government institutions in minimalizing accounting misstatement. Using qualitative descriptive research method, the object of this study incorporates the local government of Kabupaten Bojonegoro for the financial statements of year 2007-2009. The results shows that the increase quality of the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) opinion about financial statements of Kabupaten Bojonegoro were influenced by the improvement of internal control system function and optimalization of internal auditor role in every Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) in Kabupaten Bojonegoro. This research supports previous findings that internal control system has significant function and role in minimalizing accounting misstatement.

Abstract

The banking problem studied is the kind of strength which is become the base of services in the field of internet banking. The study was conducted by analyzing the consumers perception in the 5 variables of service quality consist of security, reliability, responsiveness, physical ability, and collateral. As much as 10 informants who are users of internet banking of bank in Indonesia has been interviewed about their perceptions of the quality of internet banking services. This study uses qualitative approach. The analysis showed that there are 6 strength that underlies the quality of internet banking services namely communication, channel of customer participation, service facilities, human resources, technology infrastructure and norms. The sixth strength of the internet banking service is a dimension of strength to compete in the banking industry. Masalah bank yang diteliti adalah kekuatan apa yang menjadi landasan layanan jasa di bidang internet banking. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis persepsi nasabah pada 5 variabel kualitas layanan yakni keamanan, keandalan, responsif, kemampuan fisik, dan jaminan. Sebanyak 10 informan yang merupakan pengguna internet banking dari bank di Indonesia telah diwawancarai mengenai persepsi mereka terhadap kualitas layanan internet banking. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 kekuatan yang melandasi kualitas layanan jasa internet banking yakni komunikasi, saluran partisipasi nasabah, fasilitas layanan, sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur teknologi dan norma. Keenam kekuatan layanan internet banking tersebut merupakan dimensi kekuatan bersaing dalam industri perbankan.

Abstract

One of the problems that faced by national parks in Indonesia is encroachment. In many cases, most of the problems were caused by the high level of community dependency on the natural resources around the area. The Bukit Barisan National Park (TNBBS) with a total area of 365,000 ha was also has similar problems. Considering this problems, we need an effort to solve the problems by addressing these issues by reviewing socio-economic characteristics of encroacher who live at TNBBS first. This study is expected could provide the alternative strategies in order to overcome the encroachment problems in TNBBS in the future.This study will closely look at the relationship between socio economic conditions of encroacher with they land use pattern in TNBBS by taking some of the socio-economic parameters, such as family size, age, education level, income level, periods of living and number of plots occupied land. The data will be analyzed by using Multiple Regression Analysis method, Biplot Method and descriptive tabulation method.

Abstract

Entering the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015 sparked a number of tourism industry especially in the hospitality sector to improve its performance with the expectations of consumers intend to be loyal. Therefore need to be attentive hospitality managers to examine the variables that affect the intention to be loyal. Several previous studies have explained that the quality of service and customer value is not the only variable that affects loyalty intention, but some research suggests that atmospheric cues influence on loyalty intention. Some research explains that atmospheric cues did not moderate the relationship of service quality on loyalty intention. This study aimed to examine the effect of service quality and customer value on loyalty intention and to test the moderating variable atmospheric cues. The research results that atmospheric cues significant positive effect on loyalty intention. Atmospheric cues also moderate and weaken the impact of service quality relationships and loyalty intention. After the subgroup analysis. The results also explain that the significant positive effect on customer loyalty intention. Memasuki ASEAN Economic Community 2015 memicu sejumlah industri khususnya pariwisata pada sektor perhotelan untuk meningkatkan performanya dengan harapan konsumen menjadi loyal. Oleh sebab itu perlu menjadi perhatian manajer perhotelan untuk mengkaji variabel yang berpengaruh pada niat menjadi loyal. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu memaparkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan nilai pelanggan bukan satu-satunya variabel yang memengaruhi loyalty intention, namun beberapa penelitian mengemukakan bahwa atmospheric cues berpengaruh pada loyalty intention. Beberapa hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa atmospheric cues tidak memoderasi hubungan kualitas layanan pada loyalty intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan dan nilai pelanggan pada loyalty intention serta menguji variabel pemoderasi atmospheric cues. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atmospheric cues berpengaruh positif signifikan pada loyalty intention. Atmospheric cues juga memoderasi dan berdampak memperlemah hubungan kualitas layanan dan loyalty intention. Setelah dilakukan subgroup analysis. Hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan bahwa nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif signifikan pada loyalty intention.

Abstract

Implementation of development programs is not only to analyze the economic growth, but the development is also reflected in the acceleration, expansion of job opportunities and natural resource utilization. Accelerating the development of large scale is able to prosper the development of society in general. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development work being done in South Sumatra, one of which is the determination of the location of PT. Wina Pohan agroindustrial development in South Sumatera Banyuasin. In the analysis documented significant that agroindustrial PT. Wina Pohan development and apply theories Weber, performed through the determination of location factors, among others, transportation costs, wage labor, and the strength of agglomeration or deaglomerasi. Overall conclusion that the existence of PT. Wina Pohan apply Locational Triangle Weber, the model Locatioan District Area (DLA) showed less performance due to geographical factors, facilities and infrastructure. Agro-industry with raw material corn development in locations determined Banyuasin district, and Musi Banyuasin. Recorded in the history of the two districts before otonomy combined one Musi Banyuasin district In agro-industry development planning based location determination of the location of inferred resources of raw materials, the provision of jobs, facilities and infrastructure, wage labor, agglomeration or deaglomerasi strength. Success of the development should be able to improve the well-being of the community and society generally South Sumatra. Pelaksanaan pembangunan tidak hanya untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan ekonomi, akan tetapi pembangunan juga dapat dilihat melalui percepatan, perluasan peluang kerja dan pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam. Percepatan pembangunan dalam skala besar adalah pembangunan yang dapat mensejahterakan kehidupan masyarakat pada umumnya.Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengkaji, menganalisis pembangunan yang telah dilakukan di Sumatera Selatan, salah satunya adalah penentuan lokasi pembangunan agroindustri PT. Wina Pohan di Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan. Dalam analisa dapat dibuktikan secara signifikan bahwa pembangunan dan pengembangan agroindustri PT. Wina Pohan mengaplikasi teori Weber, yang dilakukan melalui faktor penentuan lokasi antara lain, biaya transportasi, upah tenaga kerja, dan kekuatan aglomerasi atau deaglomerasi. Kesimpulan secara menyeluruh bahwa keberadaan PT. Wina Pohan mengaplikasi segitiga lokasi (Locational Triangle) Weber, namun model District Locatioan Area (DLA) menunjukan prestasi yang kurang dikarenakan faktor geografi, sarana dan prasarana. Agroindustri yang mempunyai bahan baku jagung ditentukan pembangunannya di lokasi kabupaten Banyuasin, dan Musi Banyuasin. Tercatat dalam sejarah kedua kabupaten tersebut sebelum pemekaran tergabung dalam satu Kabupaten yaitu kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Perencanaan pembangunan penentuan lokasi agroindustri didasarkan asumsi terhadap lokasi sumber bahan baku, penyediaan lapangan kerja, sarana dan prasarana, upah tenaga kerja, kekuatan aglomerasi atau deaglomerasi. Keberhasilan pembangunan harus dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar dan umumnya masyarakat Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are: (1) to analyze the influence of increasing education (years of schooling) on labor productivity in agriculture, industry and service of districts and municipalities in Central Java, (2) to analyze the impact of increasing education expenditure policy on economic performance and people welfare. The result of the research shows that the increasing of education in agriculture sector is effective strategy to increase labor productivity in agriculture sector. In the long run, the increasing of education is effective to improve labor productivity in all sectors. The increasing of education expenditure policy could improve local economic performance and people welfare, which is indicated by increasing of human capital accumulation, sectoral labor productivity, sectoral labor demand, gross regional domestic product, government revenue, government expenditure, household expenditure, investment, household expenditure per capita, decreasing of unemployment, inequity and poverty.
