Systematics distributing information quickly and effectively to improve the performance of the network is the ability to divide a large broadcast domain into several smaller broadcast domains using VLANs (Virtual Local Area Network). Broadcastdomain smaller device would limit the activities involved in the broadcast and device divides into several groups based on their functions, Pasar Rebo District Office has several village and this will be applying VLAN technology. VLAN is used as an alternative to a router that is used to divide the private network for each floor of the District Office. Where each floor has a different network with one another so that the security of the network increases. VLAN configuration used was a model of VLAN trunking. This model uses a system of VTP (Virtual Trunking Protocol) Server and Client. Switches are used as a server can divide a network of ports available. While the client can only adjust the network that has been provided by the server switch. VLAN configurations are all using Cisco Catalyst Switches, After the network is configured to use VLAN VLAN then the next step would be the author of Virtual Private Network building which serves to connect the VLANs in the District Office and the Village Office located in the District of Pasar Rebo.

Current data and information become a thing that cannot be separated again. But at a certain moment, we forget the essential aspect, namely the security aspects of such information and data. Therefore we must always be vigilant in terms of data security. Encryption techniques and the description of which writer will apply message text, the security techniques adopted from ancient security techniques, which the writer apply to the programming language. Change from plain text to cipher text is a basic function of encryption techniques and this description. Encryption techniques and my description, using the algorithm of Julius Caesar were able to secure data.

The application of multimedia is used to process the teaching to be made, interactive easy to digest by all the students. The development of information technology has developed rapidly from year to year. The use of the Internet as a very useful addition to mediation communications but still has weaknesses in its security. PT. Kopegtel Mediatron an official cooperation PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. can not be separated from the network and use the internet to Operational constraints company faced the Kopegtel officials who are also working well as Telkom employees to obtain the necessary data as a report must come directly to the office, this way is not very effective. Solutions that can be used for this problem is to build a network Wide Area Network (WAN) technology with a Virtual Private network applications that can use OpenVPN Access Server. OpenVPN Access Server delivers ease and security in forming a network of virtual private network.

The image or images are inseparable in everyday life. For certain purposes, the image can be processed into the form of data or digital image. Many image processing programs that are market, but most of these programs are still very difficult to use, where ordinary people do not get to use it. From this background, the sharpening of images has created an application that aims to allow users to perform image processing or manipulation, so that the picture is unclear or sharp can be clarified or refined into high-resolution images. This image sharpening application making use of the method or technique to sharpen the edges of objects that create the picture will look different than before. The program used in the making of this application is Delphi 7 with the Windows operating system. This image sharpening application has been tested on several images to a low resolution and can produce images with the sharpness effect that can be set by the user and can be stored using a different file name with the name of the original file.

With the business climate an increasingly competitive in Jakarta, PT. Mitrajaya Pasopati take advantage of information technology to conduct its business processes in order to improve the company's competitive advantage. Zahir Accounting is a tool that is chosen and entrusted by PT. Mitrajaya Pasopati in assisting and overseeing the flow of corporate transactions both in the collection of goods, sales, purchasing, accounts payable, up to the relevant reports. However, despite the use of business application software, if viewed from the perspective of operational management computer management, felt and still not up and there are still shortcomings/obstacles, of which there are data management manually in some part related, there are differences in the data, especially on inventory data, which could result in delays in business processes that have an impact on each other. This is because not all parts involved in the system can access the business applications, and not all the relevant sections have decent infrastructure. This if allowed to continue will cause significant problems / effect of the community and the smooth operations of the company. Required an improvement in the operational management of the company computer system at the company, especially the Platinum Book Store, Bookstore & Office Equipment. The author conducted an evaluation using the "Problem Solving" .

Hepatitis is an inflammation disease of the liver because an infection that attacks and causes damage to cells and liver function. Hepatitis is a disease precursor of liver cancer. Hepatitis can damage liver function as neutralizing poisons and digestive system in the body that break down nutrients and then spread to all organs of the body that very important for humans. Research on predicting disease hepatitis have been carried out by previous researchers. This research using the method of classification data mining algorithm C4.5. The measurement method using cross-validation, confusion matrix, and ROC curve. The result of this research is a decision tree rule with 77.29% accurate.

There is great demand estimation method to obtain accurate predictions of the future and use the predictions to the decision making process. This study aims to estimate the daily stock price PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, Indonesia's crude oil company, using one of the promising alternative tool, the Neural Network. Two Neural Network model, namely Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) and Radial Basis Function (RBF). Various combinations of data preprocessing techniques, network topology, functions, and training algorithm is presented in order to obtain the best model. The empirical results show that neural networks Radial Basis Function provides the best forecasting accuracy than Multilayer Perceptron.

Queuing problems often occur in everyday life, for example on ticket purchasing, car servicing and delivery of goods, etc. This problem will certainly make customers become boring by long queues that can not be solved by companies and they look for other companies which offer better service. Certainly, it could make the income decrease. This study aims to solve queuing problems that occur in most of the daily activity. Therefore the research can be expected, service companies can provide better services without increasing facility cost in the future. This will create satisfied customers using the company service and they can be loyal because of the faster service. The research was conducted by analyzing the queuing system then when results found after a simulation is done by altering the queue system before, becomes a better system that can reduce the average waiting time in queue and improve the company's service. The results showed that the previous queuing system is a single channel single phase. By the simulation through multi-channel single-phase system and adds of 2 or 3 servers, found the most optimal server utilization is 2 servers. This system can reduce average time in a queue which was originally 25 minutes to 1,8 minutes with utility rates 90%.

Supplier is one of the most important parts of a construction services provider company. PT. Nuance Prima Cipta Tangerang is a contracting company that offers construction services. Since the number of suppliers, PT. Nuance Prima Cipta Tangerang difficulty in choosing suppliers with their respective advantages. Therefore, use AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) for supplier selection process to make it more objective. Broadly speaking, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is the process of comparing criteria into alternatives, the greater the value is generated, then the main well to the supplier selected. By using the AHP method obtained the final value for each akternatif Lead A 39%, 12% and Supplier B Supplier C 49%
