Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach in order to produce a description. This study aims to understand and analyze the strategy in promoting products using endorsements. In the development of technology for now, especially with the internet, it is very fast and has an impact on almost all areas of life, which for now is influenced by the internet. With the internet, it really provides opportunities for marketing or marketing is needed, the internet has an impact and the emergence of a digital advertising where business owners start using media as a promotional medium, because it can create opportunities for a company.

Abstract

This article discusses how the postulates related to inheritance contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah (hadith) are then related to how the concepts contained in these arguments when entering investment products into the inheritance section or are said to be products the investment product is used as the object of inheritance itself. The output determines whether or not the products in the Investment can be used as objects of inheritance. As well as conducting a study of these arguments using a thematic method in which in the study the author determines which arguments will be used in accordance with the theme being carried and then examines them in detail starting from the origins, the sanad, and also about the validity of the arguments. Then also present other hadiths which, if related to the existing theme, are used as reinforcement from the previous hadith.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin menelusuri secara mendalam potensi ekonomi digital masyarakat desa pelosok dari sisi sumber daya alam, sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan penelitian lapangan. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observari, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 orang pelaku bisnis di usia produktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertama masyarakat desa pelosok memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang cukup baik, hanya saja potensi ini kurang dapat dipasarkan karena belum adanya sistem pengemasan produk yang baik. Kedua masyarakat desa pelosok kurang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam, karena mayoritas penduduk masih kurang menguasai sistem transaksi online berbasis aplikasi. Ketiga dari sisi sarana dan prasarana, masyarakat desa pelosok hari ini dinilai cukup memiliki akses internet yang baik, hanya saja pada kasus desa pedalaman kendala yang cukup menyulitkan adalah sulitnya medan tempuh dengan jarak jauh sehingga bagian transportasi kurang begitu mendukung.

Abstract

Now several Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, have begun to practice skills education. With the intention that, the santri not only strengthen themselves in the field of general education and Islamic religious scholarship, but have the skills (skill education) that are currently needed. The purpose of this study is to find out that currently several Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, have practiced (skill education) with the mission that, the students not only strengthen themselves in the field of general education and religious knowledge, but have skills (skill education). The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive method. As for this study using primary and secondary data sources. The analytical technique used in this research is interactive model analysis. The results of this study can be seen from the Nurul Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School which is able to empower students and the surrounding community, such as dragon fruit cultivation, salted egg making services with many flavors, cooperatives, animal husbandry and plantations. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the Nurul Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School has a big role in empowering the community, including the economically and educationally weak groups. This is in accordance with the spirit of Islam in elevating the welfare of the weak. As practiced by pesantren, namely helping underprivileged students.

Abstract

This research was conducted to confirm and unravel the phenomenon of the development of the Asy-Syafi’iyah cooperative which is considered quite rapid in its development in terms of factors that affect the interest of Asy-Syafi’iyah cooperative partners. The factors studied are service quality and satisfaction. The analysis used in this study was path analysis with a structural equation modeling (SEM) model with a research sample of Al-Yanisi Cooperative partners totaling 101 respondents. The results of the study explained that first, the quality of service directly affects the interest in becoming a member of the Asy-Syafi’iyah Tugumulyo Cooperative positively and significantly, which means that the better the quality of service, the interest of partners to become members of the cooperative will also increase. Both service qualities indirectly affect the interest in becoming a member of the Asy-Syafi’iyah Tugumulyo Cooperative through positive and significant service satisfaction, which means that the better the quality of service, it will increase partner’s satisfaction, and it will increase the interest of partners to become cooperative members.

Abstract

Industri bisnis yang semakin berkembang pesat membuat perusahaan harus dengan cepat mempersiapkan perubahan yang terjadi agar target dalam tujuan perusahaan tetap terjaga. Salah satu yang menjadi motor dalam memenangkan kompetisi bisnis yakni sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki loyalitas tinggi terhadap perusahaan. Salah satu teori dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yakni dengan diterapkannya teori perilaku individu dalam organisasi (PIO) yang berfokus pada pembahasan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku individu dalam organisasi melalui motivasi kerja pada PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk wilayah Jember. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatf asosiatif dengan analisis jalur/ path analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku individu dalam organisasi (PIO). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku individu dalam organisasi (PIO). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku individu dalam organisasi (PIO). Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Perilaku Individu dalam Organisasi (PIO), Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya mengkaji dan menganalisis kemampuan pengelola usaha di sektor UMKM dalam mempertahankan usahanya melewati masa Pandemi Covid 19 melalui pendekatan enterprise syariah, yang merupakan strategi pengelolaan usaha berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini mengambil 124 pelaku yang menerapkan prinsip syariah sebagai budaya usaha secara purposive sampling melalui penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Akad Murabahah, Akad salam, Akad Istishna dan kemaslahatan secara bersama-sama memiliki keterkaitan dengan keunggulan bertahan pada UMKM. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan indikator akad murabahah, salam, istishna dan kemaslahatan secara simultan memberikan kontribusi terhadap keunggulan pelaku usaha untuk bertahan di masa pandemi sebesar 26%. Secara parsial seluruh indikator standart syariah entreprise berpengaruh terhadap usaha pelaku UMKM mempertahankan usahanya. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa akad Murabahah yang berorientasi pada harga pokok dan keuntungan yang diambil dapat dipahami dan diterima oleh konsumen. Demikian pula pada aspek akad salam yang berorientasi pada pengelolaan produk dan bahan yang dijual, akad istishna yang diberikan dan diterima oleh konsumen sebagai suatu kewajaran dan memberikan kepuasan, serta aspek kemaslahatan, yakni perhatian pengelola usaha pada kesejahteraan konsumen dan masyarakat sekitar secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan pelaku usaha dalam mempertahankan usahanya di masa pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of macroeconomic factors of GDP and inflation on the liquidity risk of Islamic banks proxied by FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio). The research method used was time series data analysis with BRI Syariah Bank research sample data for the 2010-2018 period with quarterly financial report data. The results showed that GDP has a negative and significant effect on liquidity risk as proxied by FDR, meaning that when GDP decreases, the level of liquidity risk of Islamic banks will increase. Second, inflations positively influence liquidity risk proxied by FDR, meaning that when inflation increases, the liquidity risk of Islamic banks will also increase, and increasing liquidity risk will have an impact on inadequate FDR conditions. The magnitude of the effect of GDP and inflation on liquidity risk is 49.5% while the remaining 51.5% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

This article examines members who can afford to pay dues on their loans in cooperatives. However, there are still many who have experienced a decline, because this cooperative is sharia-based, so as much as possible it does not apply fines to its members, but still provides a deterrent effect so that members do not underestimate the obligation to pay their loans and discipline from the cooperative administrators. So an agreement was held to implement infaq on the problematic financing of sharia cooperatives in MAN OKU East. The discussions that will be examined on the issues include the following: 1) The mechanism of sharia cooperatives of MAN OKU Timur in managing financing?, and 2) The implementation of infaq on problematic financing of sharia-based cooperatives in MAN OKU Timur ?. The research uses qualitative methods that are descriptive-qualitative with an approach with field and theoretical studies. The theories that can be used are: regarding financing, and sharia cooperatives. The research is carried out through the data collected as follows: observing and interviewing, as well as documenting the research, The results of this study show that the implementation of infaq substitutes for fines in the MAN OKU Timur sharia cooperative in dealing with arrears of problematic financing has not been maximized, due to the absence of a strong commitment for members in responding to the regulation, it can be concluded that there are still many problems that have not been resolved, as for handlers on problematic financing. Thus, it can be said that the sharia cooperative MAN OKU East, has not been able to implement infaq as a handler of problematic financing appropriately and has not carried out management management based on joint commitments to the fullest. However, in Islamic fiqih law, the system of handling the application of infaq is in accordance with the law of fiqih.

Abstract

The efforts to improve Islamic-based economic welfare are carried out through Islamic cooperative services. Islamiccooperativecontributes to providing services based on Islamic values to manage financing based on the principle of cooperation based on profit sharing from joint business activities. Business activities carried out in Islamiccooperativeare in the form of accumulating capital from members' savings and loans and used as savings/investments for members. Financial investment can be one of the solutions in dealing with economic recession. This is the aim of this study to describe the management of the Darun Nahdla Capita Islamic cooperative business activities as a business entity that can assist members in improving welfare and overcoming economic problems. This type of research is qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, the data is then managed through the stages of data collection, data reduction and classification, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Through this research, it can be described the level of member satisfaction with the very satisfied category both in service and business management and the role or position of the Darun Nahdla Capita Islamic cooperative is very important in helping members improve their welfare. In addition, through the business activities carried out, namely the savings and loan business, it can become a member's financial investment as well as a solution to the economic recession.
