Abstract

This research aimed to describe the shape or the role of the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team in Indonesia. The main role of the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team is helping government agencies such as the BNPB, BPBDs, and others to be able to do digital mapping and able to make contingency planning as a scenario to cope with natural disasters. Then also to students with the aim of expanding the mapper community members who can help BPBDs in the vicinity. Noted there are 116 training ever conducted, with 2,777 participants involved, spread across 16 provinces in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive method, based on the literature that comes from the journal related to GIS and OSM, internal reports HOT, HOT and then also through the website. From this research, it was found that the areas that have been getting training from the HOT has successfully implemented the concept of digital mapping and manufacture of contingency planning, as well as more systematic in the handling of natural disasters

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of e-filling application by tax-payers. Online tax system has received a great attention globally through the development of information technology, which affects the tax administration system. The theory adopted IS Success DeLone and McLean using three variables to measure the effectiveness of e-filling include user satisfaction, information quality, system quality, and service quality. Data collected through surveys conducted to taxpayers who have used e-filling. PLS SEM and path analysis was applied to test the influences of the quality antecedents to user satisfaction with IS. Path coefficients provided a measure of the importance of each quality antecedent.  Information quality, System quality, and service quality are  positively associated with taxpayer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of subconscious mind programming and suppressed energy releasing through ego dissolving and brain unlocking on the entrepreneurship character building of Students at Institutes of Economics IPWIJA.The model proposed in this study were tested using structural equation modeling. Data were collected from 310 samples students in institute of economics IPWIJA.The findings in this study, that brain unlocking, which has direct influence on the entrepreneurship character building of students. Subconscious mind programming directly influence suppressed energy releasing and positive thinking. The influence of subconscious mind programming on ego dissolving is mediated by suppressed energy releasing, while the effect on the suppressed energy releasing, positive thinking with ego dissolving. Ego dissolving and positive thinking directly influence the brain unlocking. The results of this study can be used as a useful tool for university leaders to strengthen decision-making aimed at improving the entrepreneurship character building of the students through subconscious mind programming, suppressed energy releasing, ego dissolving, positive thinking, and brain unlocking.

Abstract

Healthy teeth for everyone is very influential on the structure of its teeth. Abnormalities in the shape of the teeth can only be definitely diagnosed by a dentist through the examination and analysis of x-ray panoramic photos, which will determine how large abnormalities in dental and medical measures that need to be done. How to diagnose is then applied by the researchers in this study, by building a knowledge-based artificial intelligence system that is back propagation neural network. Processes on the system developed consists of a color conversion process on the x-ray image into greyscale, noise removal x-ray, image enhancement, image segmentation teeth, the process of training and testing the neural network. From the amount of image data dental panoramic x-ray is used, namely 20 and 10 training data test data as well as parameter input unit 15, 7 hidden units, 1 unit of output, learning rate 0.01, epoch 1000, the momentum of 0.95. Accuracy obtained through cross-validation test by 80% for data of normal tooth, 86.67% for dental data is not normal, and 100% for a normal tooth and the tooth is not normal on non cross validation test. Therefore we can conclude this study was quite successful in developing a system to diagnose abnormalities of the teeth, because it has a fairly high representation accuracy in providing analysis, as well as the analysis of a dentist.

Abstract

DP2M DIKTI (the Indonesian Ministry of Research and Technology) launches 2 programs to grow up entrepreneurship intention. These programs are PKM( creativity student program) and PMW (entrepreneurship student program). Strategy of these programs produces job provider oriented graduates form university. The problem in the program , technoreneurship intention is not running well, because of activity student in the campus. As the result, the student‘s bussines and the character of techopreneurship is not grow up. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impacts some factors on technopreneurship intention of university student. In the study, a model proposes and empirically tested on a sample of 221 students in Muria Kudus University – Central Java. Data were analyzed using SEM(Structural Equation Model) and SWOT. Neurocoaching method used for mentoring the program. Mentoring model devides of four step. First step : review about student bussines, second step : mentoring using neurocoaching method, third step: challenge, forth step : competition program technopreneurship among tenant. Neurocoaching is a fusion of neuroscience and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) for the purpose of coaching people to excellence. The findings show that, Identity in the prediction of Intention is significantly, Environment in the prediction of Intention is significantly, for Believe in the prediction of Intention is significantly and Capability in the prediction of Intention is not significantly.

Most sales property developer used conventional ways on how they interact with potential client using brochure which lacks detailed information .This paper propose a solution that is capable of showing the actual size and form of the floor plan by visualizing into a 3d model to aid the salesman in explainig more accurately during meeting with customers. We have applied a simple but effective ways to visualize a 3d floor plan compete with surrounding walls by using augmented reality. Result shown that by using augmented reality, salesman are easier to explain the product knowledge of the housing to the customer as every detailed information are stored in the software.

Abstract

Abstract—Any software developed within the Directorate General of Tax (DGT) should be consistent with the requirements of the organization and their users. However, changes to business processes, regulations, and other factors are unpredictable and they might cause unexpected changes in the requirements. In Waterfall methodology, these unexpected changes might be difficult to accommodate because Waterfall methodology uses a sequential and all-at-once approach for developing software. In order to avoid such circumstances, the DGT should implement an iterative and incremental approach that is inherent in Scrum methodology. This paper describes an early implementation of Scrum methodology in the DGT. It explains some of the advantages and obstacles faced by the DGT during the implementation. It also provides several recommendations for the DGT to ensure the successful transition from Waterfall to Scrum which includes technical, behavioral, and organizational changes.
