Abstract

In a distributor company, stock is one of the important factors that need to be considered by the company. The amount of stock in and out must be considered, the aim is to keep the stock available stable. A stable stock means that in a warehouse there is no excess stock or lack of stock. The problem is that each item has a different buying interest. Then a calculation is needed to be able to predict what items need to be added or reduced in the warehouse. C4.5 algorithm is a group of algorithms using decision trees. Decision trees are a very strong and well-known method of classification and prediction. The richer the information or knowledge contained by training data, the accuracy will increase. This algorithm is used to analyze the time of purchase of goods that have been depleted by classifying the items which are already in stock added or not, so that the availability of goods keep stable. The application of the C 4.5 algorithm can be used to predict stock availability at CV Harapan Raya. The results of calculating the entropy value in algorithm C 4.5 can predict the amount of stock provided by CV Harapan Raya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was carried out namely for the student earnings shrinkage index.Data sorting is one type of operation that is important in data processing. Almost every time in everyday life is often found.In data sequencing can be used two algorithms, namely bubble sort algorithm and sorting algorithm. Algorithms bubble sort is one of the simplest sorting algorithms both in terms of understanding and application. The implementation of this algorithm is comparing elements with the next element and repeating the right process between each element and exchanging it from one destination and so on until sequential and correct data is obtained from beginning to end. While the selection algorithm can produce data that is searched from basic data to the last and after the information obtained. In this journal the author uses the method of bubble sort and the bubble sort method which is a descriptive method, which is the reduction of values ​​into the light.And will be ranked based on the values ​​issued by students. The application of the bubble sort method uses Visual Basic 6.0. programming language with a database SQL Server 2000. The output generated from this system, the report that has been sorted.

Abstract

The growing of information technology and technological advance has made a lot of changes in media. Blogs are the recent emerging mediaand data information.They are provided for ideas and exchanging opinions. We apply C4.5 algorithm by applying decision tree with 0.25 confidence to determine the ratio from attributes that influence the professional blogger.The dataset uses blogger data from UCI Machine Learning Repository. C4.5 algorithm calculating entropy and information gain to produce a decision tree. Professional Blogger which attributes as destination attributes, while the degree, political caprice, topics, local media turnover, and local political social spaces as a source attribute to obtain the root node and other nodes.

Abstract

Perjuangan University is developing an information system in its campus, but the system is partially built. This has resulted in its own problems, there is no connectivity between systems and the difficulty of developing data integration. So that in the business process that occurs many experience difficulties in data synchronization and the amount of duplicate data that must be entered. One solution to overcome this problem is to utilize web service technology. The web service architecture used is REST. REST as a bridge that is able to integrate data in a stateless format. The results of the application of the web service as a backend system are able to integrate the existing academic information systems and library information systems without changing existing structures, programs or architecture. Format data exchange between systems using the JSON format. In addition, officers do not need to input and verify data several times, when the data in the library information system changes automatically in the academic information system the changes are immediately read.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the image or image by eliminating noise in the color image that is converted to gray images with a number of pixel intensities of 0 to 255 using the pixel neighboring method. Pixel neighbor types used in the test include boundary filters, uniform filters and median filters. While noise added to the original image is salt noise and pepper and gaussian with a value of p = 0.01. From the results of this study, it can be seen how much interference can be corrected by using a type of neighboring pixel filter, with the amount of improvement including reducing noise, softening noise and eliminating noise. From the results of the tests carried out with the help of the octave 3.4.3 program, it can be seen that the boundary filter aims to prevent pixels whose intensity outside the intensity of neighboring pixels with white spots on the image can be removed. However, if you pay close attention, the operation also blurs the image, while in the equalization filter the processing effect with the alignment filter. Compared to the limit filter, the processing of the uniform filter does not eliminate white spots on the image of the car, but only slightly disguises the image, while in median filter The results show that noise can be removed, but the details on the image are retained. However, this is of course obtained with the added computational burden of "sorting".

Abstract

The need to access data remotely is a person's need to be more efficient in doing a job. Currently there are many remote access application programs, one of which is TeamViewer by utilizing the internet public network. By installing a TeamViewer program on a client and server computer someone can do data work and repair remotely as long as it is connected to the internet. To be able to do remote access, of course, a client must already know the user and password from the server computer. The disadvantage of TeamViewer is that other people will easily remote access data simply by entering the user and password that the computer has on the server. To overcome this problem, VPN technology is used with the PPTP protocol where only the IP address of the client that has been registered on the proxy device can access data on the server. VPN allows clients to connect to the server privately through public networks. To find out the performance of the VPN network that is built, QoS (Quality of Service) parameter analysis is needed which includes delay, jitter, throughput and packet loss. From the results of the tests carried out, the results of QOS with an index of 3.75, which if converted to the standard TIPHON, VPN network at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has a satisfactory quality.

Abstract

Osteoporosis is a disease characterized by reduced bone mass and a change in the microarchitecture of bone tissue resulting in decreased bone strength and increased bone fragility and the risk of fractures. The difficulty of handling cases of osteoporosis due to lack of attention to handle osteoporosis, lack of income, so do not have the cost of consulting a doctor or the public do not have spare time to go to consult a doctor about osteoporosis. Therefore, the study was conducted based on the need for tools for people to diagnose osteoporosis. The tool is a web-based expert system using forward chaining method. Based on the test results, the expert system works quite well with the value of the system accuracy reached 83.3%. This expert system in its consultation can be run by answering each question with yes or no, all responses are tailored to the patient's perceived complaints. The output of this system is the name of disease, symptoms, description and solution.

Abstract

Data is a very important need for an Education institute, one of them is SMK Persatuan Ummat Islam. Because data is an important asset that must be protected and protected by its security. For this reason, a media is needed that can store data that are important and valuable assets so that they are guaranteed security and maintenance. Data processing is connected to the local area network (LAN) of SMK Persatuan Ummat Islam. Storage media with good and reliable performance will certainly greatly assist agencies for data storage in improving information access services at educational institutions. It is very important to secure data from the server so that it is necessary to backup the data by adding software or hardware as a backup server computer. To be guaranteed the data backup process periodically requires an application that can backup data automatically from the server or client. NAS4Free is a server with a Linux-based operating system that is very specialized to handle data storage centrally, so that it becomes one of the very good solutions to be implemented, because by using one media as a center of data storage can reduce the risk of data loss or data damage. And can restore (restore) data if the computer is damaged. So that the hope can facilitate the work of educators and education staff in improving services in educational institutions using data backup in ensuring the security and maintenance of data which are important and valuable assets

Abstract

Stock trading is one of the very high risk investments and if not analyzed in detail, it will experience huge losses and bring absolute errors. By carrying out careful analysis and accurate predictions, it will bring high prospects and ease in determining policies to achieve high profits in the world of stocks. In this study, stock price predictions will be investigated by using RapidMiner Studio software using the Artificial Neural Network method. The results of the study will prove that using artificial neural networks can predict the price of a stock whose price is very close to the actual price with a very small MSE value.

Abstract

The selection of scholarships must be in accordance with established rules. The criteria set out in this case study are academic values, parents' income, number of siblings, number of dependents of parents, active organizations and others. Therefore not all who register as candidates for the scholarship will be accepted, only those who meet the criteria will get the scholarship. Because of the large number of participants who apply for scholarships, it is necessary to build a decision support system that will help determine who is entitled to get the scholarship. Therefore, this study seeks to provide a solution for the selection of students who deserve a scholarship in accordance with the criteria that have been determined by each to produce more accurate and faster data. Decision Tree ID3 method as a comparative test analysis model, as well as policy analysis is used to support appropriate decision making for the school board. ID3 Decision Tree is suitable for use in this case because it can make data classification accuracy and tree generated results are very easy to read by humans.
