Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis terhadap perilaku konsumen maskapai penerbangan Lion Air dalam melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui e-Commerce. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan pelanggan maskapai penerbangan Lion Air yang pernah melakukan pembelian e-tiket di Wilayah Pulau Bangka yang berjumlah 250 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metoda regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku konsumen maskapai penerbangan Lion Air dalam melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui e-Commerce, variabel budaya terbukti mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku konsumen maskapai penerbangan Lion Air dalam melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui e-Commerce, variabel sosial terbukti mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku konsumen maskapai penerbangan Lion Air dalam melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui e-Commerce

Abstract

This study aim is to analyze the influence of communication, leadership, and organizational culture on the performance of Civil Service Office of Revenue, Financial Management and Regional Assets Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. The population used as the sample used is 117 Civil Servants of the Department of Revenue, Financial Management and Regional Assets Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. The research instrument used questionnaires, arranged on a scale of 1-5. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that communication and leadership contributed simultaneously and significantly to organizational culture and leadership and organizational culture also contributed and simultaneously to the performance of employees.

Abstract

Minyak kelapa sawit salah satu kebutuhan rumah tangga yang tidak bisa dihindarkan karena minyak ini sangat diperlukan oleh tubuh manusia yang merupakan salah satu asupan gizi manusia. Minyak kelapa sawit didapati dari tandan buah segar dari kelapa sawit Kelapa sawit selain ditanam oleh perusahaan-perusahaan besar, menengah dan sekarang ini petani-petani di Provinsi kepulauan Bangka Belitung juga menanam kelapa sawit yang dijadikan untuk menaikan sumber penghasilan bagi petani selain karet. Menaikkan sumber penghasilan dengan menanam kelapa sawit sangat bergantung pada luas tanah yang dimiliki oleh petani kelapa sawit, jenis bibit, jenis pupuk, cara pemeliharaan kebun kelapa sawit dan tingkat penetapan harga sangat mempengaruhi penghasilan para petani kelapa sawit di provinsi kepulauan Bangka Belitung selain itu juga dipengaruhi oleh pelemahan harga minyak mentah kelapa sawit (CPO) dunia atau internasional. Jenis bibit tanaman kelapa sawit, jenis pupuk dan pemiliharaan kebun kelapa sawit harus menjadi perhatian utama bagi petani kelapa sawit kalau tidak akan menghasilkan buah kelapa sawit yang mutunya rendah, semuanya ini akan berimbas menurunkan harga jual TBS dari masyarakt petani kelapa sawit dan akhirnya penghasilan petani kelapa sawit akan menurun.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Toboali Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket. Karena dalam penelitian ini diperlukan data tentang ”Kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi, dan kinerja mengajar guru”, maka angket dibuat dalam tiga bagian dengan jumlah sampel 56 guru, kepala sekolah dan pengawas yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) yang ada di Toboali Bangka Selatan. Teknik analisa data menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja mengajar guru, terdapat pengaruh positif iklim organisasi dengan kinerja mengajar guru, serta terdapat pengaruh positif kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja mengajar guru

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline and employee commitment to employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (PERSERO) Bangka Belitung Branch. The research method used survey method. Research respondents are all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (PERSERO) Bangka Belitung Branch of 32 people. Variables used are job performance, motivation, discipline and employee commitment. This research uses quantitative analysis. The data of this research is primary research result directly in the field. The research data is analyzed by regression analysis technique which is done by SPSS software version 17.The results of this study are 1) There is a positive and significant influence of motivation variable on employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bangka Belitung Branch. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the discipline variable on the performance of employees at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bangka Belitung Branch. There is a positive and significant influence of employee commitment variable to employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bangka Belitung Branch 4) There are a positive influence and significant variable of motivation, discipline, and employee commitment together towards employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero ) Bangka Belitung Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, work environment, and employee involvement, to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Impact on the performance of public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Central Bangka Regency. This research uses the quantitative approach with survey research method. The number of samples and population of 47 people from. The research instrument consists of a transformational leadership questionnaire, organizational culture, work environment, and employee engagement to the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) that impact on performance.The results showed that: 1). the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Employee Engagement, simultaneously to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 3). the influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 4). the influence of the Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5). influence of Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 6). the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transportation, the number of tourist visits and the amount of Inflation either simultaneously or partially. Furthermore, to analyze the effect of inflation on unemployment and poverty level. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in Pangkalpinang city. The data analyzed in the form of time series in the period 2005 - 2017. Research data is analyzed by regression analysis technique, the processing is done through Eviews software.The result of this research is there are a positive influence and not significant simultaneously transportation, number of tourist visit and amount of population to inflation. Partially that transportation and tourist visit can decrease inflation while population can raise the inflation rate

Abstract

Education is the basic capital to create superior human resources, the performance of teachers in schools has an important role in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and discipline on performance, as well as analyzing the effect of performance on teacher career development in Toboali 2 Public Middle School, South Bangka Regency. The population in this study were all teachers who worked at SMPN 2 Toboali Bangka Selatan totaling 63 teachers. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that there is the influence of the variables of leadership, motivation, and discipline simultaneously on performance. To improve the work motivation of the teacher, the principal should provide a policy that can motivate the teacher to do the best performance, such as giving appreciation to the accomplished teacher and giving the teacher the widest opportunity to further develop the potential he has. To improve the work discipline of teachers, the principal should improve the guidance and supervision system. The coaching system implemented should vary for example by using the ESQ method. The monitoring system can be improved by using the progress of the information system to monitor the presence of teachers in school and in the classroom.

Abstract

This research is intended to describe Visit Bangka Belitung Archipelago Program, and also the entertainment tax, hotel tax, restaurant tax revenue and economic growth in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province before and after that program. The object of this research is Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province years 2005 – 2014. Visit Bangka Belitung 2010 is one of Bangka Belitung Culture and Tourism Office program that aims to develop the tourism sector and also other economic sectors. The research method used is descriptive causality method with the event study approach. The data used document method. The hypothesis testing by using t-test (average of two related population test). The amount of entertainment tax, hotel tax, restaurant tax revenue and economic growth in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province is increasing year by year. And based on the statistical test, the result showed that Visit Bangka Belitung Archipelago has a positive impact on entertainment tax, hotel tax, restaurant tax revenue and economic growth in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province. It means the holding of the program also increase the amount of entertainment tax, hotel tax, restaurant tax revenue, and economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out how much influence Discipline, Motivation, and competence and leadership on employee performance in the Public Works Office of South Bangka Regency and its impact on work performance and employee job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 63 respondents while the sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling method. The results showed that the variables of discipline, motivation, competence, and leadership had a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Public Works Office of South Bangka Regency. Leadership in this study has the highest influence on employee performance while motivation variables are variables that have the least influence on employee performance. For further research can examine the influence of discipline, motivation, competence, and leadership on performance by adding other relevant contingency variables and with the object of expanded research.
