Abstract

Learning success is supported by the selection model of learning by the teacher , so the teacher professionalism required in choosing a model of learning in the classroom . This research was conducted in the city of Bengkulu MAN 2 in the school year 2015-2016 is class XI and class that became population IPA X 1 is a sample of this research. Instrument tests taken by students in cycle 1 and cycle 2 continued with a follow-up of the cycle to 2. Election learning model Survey, Question, Read, Recite , Reviuw ( SQ3R ) very appropriately chosen to improve learning outcomes . Seen an increase in student learning outcomes , namely the achievement of 69 % to 77  % . So that these models can dikatan successful in improving student learning outcomes .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the school development plan at senior high school Number 1 Lubuklinggau. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study are the school principal, the vice of the school principals, the teachers, the staff, students’ parent, and the students. The data were collected by means of interview, observation, and documentation. Afterwards, the data collected were analyzed by using qualitative descriptive technique. The result of this study shows that in general the school development plan at senior high school number 8 Lubuklinggau has not yet fulfilled the standard operating procedure.Keyword: school development, plan.

Abstract

The purposes of this research was to analyze the effect among leadership styles toward teacher performance, teachers’ attitude toward teacher performance, teacher discipline toward teacher performance and the effect leadership styles toward teacher performance, teachers’ attitude and teacher discipline toward teacher performance simultaneously in Senior Higt School PutriHijau Bengkulu Utara. The method was used is descriptive method by quantitative approach which is using simple regression analyze. The result of this showed that there were positive and significant relationship each independen variable toward dependent variable partially, and also there were positive and significan relationship leadersip style, attitude teacher, and teacher discipline toward teacher performance simultaneously in school.Keywords: leadersip, attitude, discipline, and performance

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the Management of Guidance and Counseling at Senior High School number 1 Kepahiang. The method is used descriptive qualitative, the data was taken by doing an interview, observation, and documentations. The results of the research shows that: (a) the planning of guidance and Counseling to plan a variety of services which will be given to the students for the right target, (b) The organizing of guidance and Counseling is started by making the organization’s structure that aims for the counselors guidance at the implementation’s stage will know on their duty, (c) the implementating of guidance and Counseling is done based on the program, but there are some problems that cause the program can not implemented well, (d) the controlling of guuidance and Counseling is done by the principle, (e) evaluating is done to know the success of the implementation of the planned program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the principal academic supervision in increasing teachers teaching performance junior high school 2 Ketahun, including lesson plan, learning prosess,learning evaluation, academic supervision technigue of the principal. This study used deseriptive qualitative method and the technique of data collecting are interview and observation. the subjeet of study are the principal and teacher. The result showed that the teachers have implemented the principal supervision item in increasing teachers teaching performance at junior high school 2 ketahun as the characteristic of the school.

Abstract

In this study, the problem is the result of learning science very low, therefore researcher is working to overcome these problems with the learning management by inquiry in.Research conducted as a Class Action Research The subject of this studyis the sixth grade students of SD Negeri 02 Kepahiang. The research instruments used were observation sheet and test sheet. The results obtained in this study in the first cycle average value of 69.90 with a presentation evaluating student mastery learning 50.75%. In the second cycle obtained average value evaluation of student mastery learning 77.80 with the percentage increasing to 70.85%. The third cycleobtained average value of student evaluation 85.60. with learning completeness percentage increased to 80.85%. It can be concluded that the learning management by inquiry can improve learning outcomes and student activity in learning science.Keywords: management, inquiry, learning, science.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to compare in general about the strategic management capabilities inclusive school education providers Public Elementary School 3 and Islamic Elementary School Al Aufa of Bengkulu city. The study method was comparative with qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data used interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the environmental analysis is concluded through a SWOT analysis. Strategy formulation has not considered internal and external environment and the needs of children with special needs that is an inclusive school. Implementation of the strategy is to do the elaboration of strategies have been formulated in the form of learning activities. The evaluation was done when the supervision of the teacher education inclusion classes. To Islamic Elementary School Al Aufa, Principal to plan follow-up activities for children with special needs. While in Public Elementary School 3 Principal only make any repair records.

Abstract

The objective of this study was compared the school principals efforts in increasing teachers and staff work performance at state junior high school 1 Pendopo and junior high school 1Muara Pinang Empat Lawang, Regency. This research used comparative descriptive method. The subject of this study principal’s, teacher and staff. The data were collected through interview, observations and documentation. Data analysis process included collecting of data, reductioning of data, displaying of data. The results of this research show that the principal’s have done their best. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the ratio of professional development of teachers by principals between SD Negeri 16 Seluma with MIN Bungamas Seluma on aspects : mastering the material , managing learning programs , manage the classroom , using the media , mastering the educational foundation , manages the interaction of learning , and assess achievements students . The method used is descriptive evaluative . Results of the study is the result of development of professional competence of teachers in primary schools 16 SelumaSeluma compared with the guidance in the MIN Bungamas Seluma Seluma almost the same , only the existing infrastructure in the district Seluma MIN Bungamas still inadequate , so the coaching is done by the head less school goes well .Keywords : comparison , professional competence , teachers, principals

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the planning, implementation, transparency and accountability the educational funding management at Public Yunior High school 02 Ketahun Nort Bengkulu. The subject of this research were the principal, school committee, school treasurer, and teacher. The method of this research was a evaluative descriptive method with context, input, process, product (CIPP) approach. The data collecting technique used interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this research showed that the achievement of the short and long term of education funding planning, implementation, transparency and accountability was the approaching fit category by the provision of funding management in the school.Keywords: management, funding of education
