Abstract

The purpose of the study was to get a more complete picture of management manipulative objects props to mathematics learning towards the fractional concept. The study conducted using classroom action research. Based on the results of the research to gain an average value of the student formative in the first cycle with an average value of 55.6, the second cycle with an average value of 74.8. It can be concluded that the use of management manipulative objects props to mathematics learning can improve the students' understanding of the fractional concept.Keyword: managemet, objects props, manipulative

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the profile of school attentionship in Unit Technic Implementation Education Elementary of District Curup Rejang Lebong Region. This study is description research. The result of the research show that: (1) education of school attentionship in elementary school, there is schhool attentionship doesn’t continue high education; (2) experience of school attentionship in elementary school is good; (3) the school attentionship in elementary school according to education ministry standard; (4). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the teamwork of teachers in dealing with student discipline problems in Senior High School Number one Tebat Karai. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive study. The subjects were all data and information relating to the team work of teachers in handling student discipline problems. Subjects support for this reasearch are: principals, vice principals field of student, class guardian, guidance and counseling teachers, subject matter teachers, and administrative staff. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. Data obtained from the research described is, in order to make a conclusion through the steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results showed teamwork of teachers in dealing with student discipline problems have to be done well, according to the guidelines and mechanism established by the school.

Abstract

The aim of this research to increase the activities of students of grade 5th B Primary School 04 Kepahiang in learning management through problem based learning model. This research kind of classroom action research. According to the analysis of data on the activities of teachers and students in the learning has increased the average teacher activity by 79% with activity categories is good. While student activity cycle I and cycle II increased on average by 76% with the quality of good activity. With the gains of the analysis meets the specified criteria for the success of previously, which only reached 75%. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded with the adoption of problem based learning model can increasing the students activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the contents read poetry. In learning basic competence is in sixth grade at SDN 05 Kepahiang the author, only 33,33% who achieved mastery learning. This research is done by using the communicative approach and the application of Contextual Teaching Learning in learning management as on effort to improve students abilityto reflect recited poems. Outcomes since cycle I showed an increase until the second cycle, no more students don’t pass the study even 2 students (8,33%) gained value in the range of 86-90 scores. Besides, the students feel that learning becomes fun and can develop the imagination, sharpen the sensitivity of emotion, educate and hone language skills.Keywords: communicative, CTL, poetry, language, management

Abstract

Objectively this research is to describe the management of art and culture learning in SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that is a research from seseoranag subjects that have the characteristics that the data provided is the original data that can not be changed as well as using systematic way and can be accounted for kebenarnnya. In the data collection researcher using observation, interview and documentation. Research subjects include: principals, curriculum representatives, art and cultural teachers, and students. From this research, it can be seen that the management of art and culture in SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan run effectively in accordance with government regulations as outlined in technical guidance of Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the student anagement and financial management at SMAN 2 South Bengkulu . This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects were principals, teachers, staff education personnel. Data collection techniques through: observation, interviews , and documentation . Conclusion The results of the study are : ( 1 ) the field of management of the school the student has at least three major tasks , namely the admission of new students , the learning progress of activities , and mentoring and coaching discipline ; ( 2 ) The main components of the financial management of the school include: budgetary procedures , financial accounting , learning , warehousing , distribution , investment , and inspection .Keywords : management , student affairs , finance

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the affect of the organizasional culture on the elementary school supervisor in Bengkulu Province. The research was conducted by usingsurvey. The population are the elementary school supervisors. The sampel was collected proportional randomly from 100 elementary supervisors. Data were analized by using path analysis technique after all variabels put into correlation matrix. The result of research show there are positive direct effect of organizational culture on elementary school supervisors in Bengkulu Province.Keywords: organizational culture, supervisors dan performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is generally to describe the implementation of supervision approach teaching with the directive, non-directive, and collaborative carried principals to teachers in Public Junior High School Number 13 Lubuklinggau. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were the source of reference data, the principal, vice curriculum, and teachers. The data collection technique used is through interview, observation and documentation. Step analysis of data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification.
