Abstract

National education is education based on Pancasila and Law that is rooted in the values of religion, culture of the Indonesian nation. sustainability and national and institutional education objectives are directed to form a healthy human body and spirit, internalize faith and devotion, have knowledge and skills, be able to develop creativity and responsibility, able to develop high intelligence with noble character and loves nation and neighbor human. To get to the expected educational objectives the curriculum has a very urgent position as a guide for determining the direction of content and educational goals. Therefore, curriculum development in the field of Islamic Religious Education becomes part of the educational strategy in shaping the character of learners who are martyred against the development, growth and development of the whole person.

Abstract

Active learning approach is implemented on a morality of learning Aqidah Akhlaq learning invites students to actively learn. When students learnactively, meaning they dominate the learning activity, so with this activitystudents actively use the brain, either to find the main ideas, solveproblems, or apply what they had learned into a problem that exists in reallife. Through active learning approach this addition, students are invitedto participate in the learning process, not only mentally but also physicallyinvolved. In this way students will typically feel more pleasant atmosphereso that the learning outcomes can be maximized.

Abstract

Developments in science and technology have made the most of the human beings who forgot his nature. This not only applies to developed countries in the world, Indonesia as a developing country begins to feel the impact of this update. Science and Technology which was then known as the sci- ence and technology have changed the course of human earthly needs. The role of the school as one of the vehicles of educational development and characteristics of learners become the main focus for integrating science and technology capabilities of learners by side with IMTAQ. However, not all schools have the integrity to reconcile the two components, it is be- lieved that only faith-based formal education institutions that can meet the needs mentioned above. Imagine, a school-based religious or commonly known as madrassas is presenting religious superiority through subjects in the classroom and other learning activities by modifying the existing curriculum without changing the substance of the curriculum set by the government.

Abstract

To develop an organization basically is not an easy matter, because to do development there must be some things that change. Though not everyone likes change, so it is not rare to find an emotional reaction to the emergence of either rational or irrational from various parties at the time of the change. This often happens because they do not think beyond what has been achieved with what was supposed to be generated in a state that is not too different. And if they can form a team performance in the organization he leads, then any problems faced by the organization will be more easily overcome. In addition, the productivity will increase the teams performance, the time could be used more effectively, and the cost can be reduced expenditures. Competition occurs in the body of an organization (internal competition) on the one hand it is very prone to cause friction or conflict between members in it. However, it does not mean that the competition should be avoided but that must be done is to manage these conditions are good for the interests and progress of the organization in the future. With the creation of the competitive climate in the organization, each individual and work unit will try to show the best performance of self and the group.

Abstract

The main role of education is to prepare citizens who can develop integrated democratic behavior, both in the private and social order that enhance the productive social democratic life. Therefore, the learning process should be a vehicle to prepare learners in order to interact widely with the community, develop democratic attitudes and behaviors, and foster the productivity of learning activities of learners. This can be applied by applying a model of social interaction, so learners can interact well and improve social skills in the community as mandated by national law and education objectives. Meanwhile, self-development is needed in the actualization of individuals in the environment around the learner. Actualization of individuals in the self-development of students can be developed through active learning and develop social skills, so as to lead students to have a better mental. In addition, students have better emotional health by developing their self-confidence and realistic feelings in instilling empathy for others. Collaborative learning models of social interaction provide solutions to optimize social skills in response to social gaps and social behavior attitudes of learners as well as social symptoms and problems in todays society.

Abstract

This research presents findings about the model of salaf pesantren education with heterogeneous santri namely; santri devotees, pure santri, student santri and student by exploring models, methods, learning strategies that have the content of multicultural education. Thus multicultural education must be approached holistically and integratively, this research seeks to explore some important parts of pesantren such as tradition, habbitus, ideology and implementation of the values of multiculturalism articulated in the form of curriculum and learning, the vision and life of santri in applying the principles of the principle of complex multicultural education. The pesantren studied has a strong vision and perspective and a unique understanding of multiculturalism, although the understanding still has to develop appropriate and simultaneous strategies and programs for the achievement of objectives. The results of these findings are expected to give contribution in describing the model of cultural education through religious values in the context of the reality of cultural pluralism in boarding school Kauman Alhasani Allathifi Bondowoso and become a reference for education outside of pesantren which still uphold the bulkhead and intellectual egoism and institution.

Abstract

Rural schools in Indonesia face various problems that are uniquely rural. A comprehensive report on rural schools in Indonesia has found high rates of poverty and low levels of educational attainment (Improving People’s Access Towards More Qualified Education 2004). It has found that rural schools are staffed by younger, less well-educated faculty members and administrators, who earn low salaries and benefits compared to their urban or metropolitan counterparts. The report also documents persistent problems related to rural school finance, teacher compensation and quality, facilities, curriculum, and student achievement.

Abstract

In applying this approach in a study Toshihiko semantics tend to be very strict in using the analytical methods used. Each concept in a comprehensive manner with the concept of talking about his opponent, with reference to the Qur’an itself. Qur’an thus spoke and explained about himself. Excerpts from the pre-Islamic poetry describes in detail how historically a concept born, evolve and anticipated by the Qur’an.

Classroom management is a combination of two words ie words and word-class management. Abstract

Learning is a necessity and plays an important role in human life. This is because humans are born as a weak creature who can not do anything and know nothing, he is only equipped with physical and spiritual potential. So it is reasonable to see why and how humans are affected by how they learn. Therefore learning is the "key term" that is most vital in the business of education. So without learning actually there is no education. Given how urgent learning, the term the theory of learning, which is the collection of general principles that are related to an explanation of a number of facts and discoveries related to learning events. Theory of learning during this time mostly from the west who have a different orientation with Islam. Sadly Muslims adopt such theories uncritically.
