Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze financial capacity of the district Tabalong the indicators measure financial capacity are the independency ratio and the index of financial capacity that used by Bappenas. The financial secondary data is used during 2002-2011. The results show that the average ratio of independence 6,58 % under 25 % in relationship pattern instructive which means that still depends on the central government same with the result of average for the ability of the financial index 0,51 which means that district tabalong since the regional autonomy has not yet able to the treasury. Keywords: financial capacity, independency ratio.

Abstract

Abstract,This study aims to determine the attitude and level of student satisfaction towards services Graduate Program, which in turn can be used as a basis in determining the service quality improvement strategies.Locations of Economics Graduate studies in Indonesia Banjarmasin, the sample of 102 students was taken by purposive random sampling. Attitudes measured by the indicator approach Fishbein (1) belief / confidence in the services and (2) evaluation of the performance of services while the satisfaction level is used to calculate the importance-performance analysis models with indicator (1) expectations of services and (2) the actual service kinerka services. Services attributes used in this study were 13 variables.The results showed that the attitude of students towards services Graduate Program has demonstrated (1) a positive attitude, (2) of the 13 attributes surveyed services there are still variables that have not reached the point of maximum satisfaction so that the student needs to be improved quality of service, (3) because the various limitations of the agency prioritized service quality improvement in the completeness of the book in the library graduate, graduate library journals completeness and transparency in the assessment system.

Abstract

Abstract,This research aimed to analyze the influence of board diversity is proxied by the board of commissioners and board of directors gendered female against Internet Financial Reporting (IFR).The population in this research are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. Based on purposive sampling method, the number of samples in this research as many as 102 manufacturing companies. Research hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SMART PLS 2.0 M3.The results of hypothesis testing found that the commissioners gendered female and the significant negative effect on the Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). The board of directors gendered female no significant effect on Internet Financial Reporting (IFR).

Abstract

Abstract,The purpose of this research was to found whether there are differences in stock prices 7 days before and 7 days after the announcement of stock split within 33 company which registered in Indonesia Stock Echange in the period 2008-2013. The Method in this research is Paired Sample T-Test using SPSS version 16.00 for Window. The results of this research found difference between the stock price before and after the date of the announcement of stock split.The results can be see from the calculation of statistical test or t test that shows the value of t arithmetic to test the hypothesis of 3.670 with the results of the significance of 0.001 which is less than 5% or 0.05 so that we can conclude the hypothesis H1, which states that there are differences significantly between the share price before the announcement after the stock split and stock split is acceptable.

Abstract

Abstract,This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the performance of the organization's culture through job satisfaction of teachers (lecturers), especially on the main task of carrying out the education and teaching.Through the questionnaires to the respondents for variables with indicators Supportive Organization Culture, Innovative and bureaucracy with item 7 statement Job satisfaction with 6 indicators and 18 items with 6 statements and performance indicators and 18 items statement.Through analysis Multivariate (Structural Equation Modeling) SEM, the results showed that there are four hypotheses proposed, namely: 1) Cultural organizations significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) Cultural organizations significant effect on performance, 3) job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance, and 4) organizational culture significantly influence performance through job satisfaction, and the result is all hypothesis otherwise unacceptable.

Abstract

Abstract,The purpose of this study was to determine the influence is there between total assets turnover and financial leverage on the return on equity on a trading company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, either simultaneously or partially.Population and sample in this research is a trading company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 21 companies. Sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. Regression analysis was used to test the effect of total assets turnover and financial leverage on return on equity.The results of the study during the period 2011 to 2015 show that the total assets turnover shows a positive influence on return on equity. While financial leverage does not affect the return on equity, but simultaneously the total asset turnover and financial leverage have an influence on return on equity.

Abstract

Abstract,This research aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence on the effect of technological capabilities, ease, risks, and service features to customers' interest in using internet banking at Bank BRI in Banjarmasin.The population in this study are all customers who use internet banking BRI BRI in the unit In Banjarmasin, Teluk Dalam unit, Pasar Lama unit and unit Belitung. Sampling technique used was quota sampling, in which the sample is chosen technique considering a relatively short research time and research objects consist of three units of BRI office. Additionally customers who use internet banking are visiting the office unit is also relatively small, so in this study the researchers gave the quota of each office unit of 20 people. The sample taken is 60 customers who use internet banking at BRI unit Teluk Dalam, in the pasar lama and the BRI BRI unit Belitung. Types and data sources of primary data obtained through a questionnaire distributed at bank customers as respondents, supplemented with secondary data obtained from various references. Multiple Linear Regression method used to test the hypothesis that has been proposed.The results of the study provide empirical evidence that the ability of information technology partially affect the interest of customers using internet banking, convenience partially affect the interest of customers using internet banking, risk is partially affect the interest of customers using internet banking, service features partially affect the interest of customers using internet banking. While simultaneously the ability of information technology affect the interest of customers using internet banking. The coefficient of determination adjusted R Square showed a value of 0.553 or 55.3%. Shows that the value of bank customers' interest in using internet banking can be explained by the ability of information technology, convenience, risk and service features of 55.3%. If adjusted R Square has a value> 0.5 s / d 1, is to have a strong influence.

Abstract

Abstract,The purpose of this research is to determine the service quality car service by PT Istana Mobil Trio Motor Banjarmasin during this time and to determine customer satisfaction in service at PT Istana Mobil Trio Motor Banjarmasin.This research population is a consumer in 2015. Samples taken as many as 100 consumer respondents with sampeling technique using the formula of Slovin. The method that used in this research is descriptively.The research found out that the services provided so far has been pretty good but there are still some grievances or complaints submitted by consumers as the estimated time to repair the car that can not be predicted, the car wash for the bonus is less clean, the air conditioner in waiting room less cold and are not provided space smoking area, no special identification for service advisors so difficult to be recognized by the consumer.The result of this study is the most variable kind of service is variable assurance, can be viewed on the state of the car is good and complete when submitted after the service (41%), trustworthy and provide a sense of security (47%), employees have good knowledge in answering any questions (45%). While the variable that most the respondents felt unsatisfactory is variable Reliability (reliability), seen from the average response disagree the most, ie (27%) in the statement of timely execution of the car as promised because the percentage is not good, then it is indeed for this indicator should get more attention from the company. Able to overcome the damage of the car, respondent response good is 41 persons (41%) and serious in resolving complaints, respondent respons good is 59 persons (59%), although already well but still must be considered and improved. For already feel quite satisfied with the services provided by the PT Istana Mobil Trio Motor Banjarmasin only there are still some grievances felt by some customers on certain variables that must be improved concluded for other variables such as Tangibles, Responsiveness and Emphaty.

Abstract

Abstract,This research aimed to determine whether the quality of service which consist of tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) influence simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction (Y), as well as to determine the quality of service where the dominant influence on customer satisfaction in the Bengkel AHASS Trio Motor Perintis Banjarmasin.The population in this research are all customers in 2015 amounted to 34.092 customers. Samples were taken by 110 customers by accidental sampling. The analysis in this research using linear regression method.The result showed that the quality of service consisting of tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) influence simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) partial effect on customer satisfaction, while tangible (X1) and reliability (X2) is not partial effect on customer satisfaction. Assurance (X4) variable is the dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction in the Bengkel AHASS Trio Motor Perintis Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Abstract,One key to successful application of the concept of marketing is understanding the needs, desires and behaviors of customers. To that end,The craftsmen of purun should be able to be willing to listen to voice of the customer (voice of the customer).The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of promotion mixs to sales volume. The method used multiple linear regression with SPSS Release tools and test validity and reliability. Dependent variable in this research is sales volume of purun’s product and independent variables are the five of promotion mixssuch as advertising, sales promotion, public relationship, personal selling and direct marketing.The results showed thatsimultaneous promotion mix has influence on the value of sales with multiple linear regression are Y = 2,919 + 0,062 X1+ 0,038 X2 +0,134 X3 + 0,097X4- 0,001 X5 . At t test where, the value of t of public relationship variables (X3) is the largest among the four variables other promotional mix, which is equal to 0,134.
