Abstract

The purpose of the author of this thesis is to provide an alternative to the process of learning and teaching in SMK Sinar Bahari Palembang. The problems at SMK Sinar Bahari Palembang is the academic and non-academic information can only be obtained in the school environment. in this issue the authors use iterative methods in a web-based Academic Information System. In the design phase the authors use tools such as context diagrams, decomposition diagrams, DAD, ERD, STD Charts and display interfaces in accordance with the proposed. Web-based Academic Information System Could made easy way for parents and student to access that school gives.

Abstract

Community Health Center or in short is needed for the Indonesian people in general,especially when the present is the cost of treatment is very expensive for most people that'snecessary Indonesia. For dable choice health facilities such as health centers. It required aweb-based geographic information system that provides information about the location ofhealth centers in the city of Tangerang. Geographic information systems (GIS) in the searchlocation would require a layout or a position known as geographic information. Geographicalinformation of the most widely used public at this time that the Google Maps application. In thedesign and development of applications, used waterfall model and source data used in thisstudy, namely Tangerang City Map obtained from Google Maps API and the health cliniclocation data that was obtained from the health department and health center TangerangTangerang City. The result is that there is a system application that can be operated by thepublic in order to determine the location of the health center in the city of Tangerang. So thatpeople can know the location of health centers simply by using a key word to search thelocation of health centers. Geographical Information Systems can figure out the path to bepassed to the health clinic.

Abstract

Game is a medium for playing and for most of the people it’s used as an entertainment to spend their spare time. Nevertheless, it should be better if the game used is an educational game, so that the users do not only have fun but also learn something to enrich their knowledge. Therefore, because of the reason above, the writer created an educational game base on Unity 3D about the dental health for kids, so it can be used by the users as a medium of learning to know the importance of keeping the dental health early. This educational game is created by using Unity 3D as its engine. In the process of creating this game, the writer created the character of player, 3D objects, animations and textures. Its player is an object of toothpaste that’s used by the users to play and squirt the toothpaste to the germs and bacterias. The method used to create this educational game is prototyping method and the main purpose of this game is the users can use it as a medium of learning about the importance of keeping the dental health. As the result, this educational game application can be used as a medium of learning for the users to always keep their dental health.

Abstract

The rapid developments in medical science and drug discovery and healing methods give birth to an interdependence between doctors and patients. Problems will arise when doctors can not identify exactly according to the symptoms of the disease suffered by the patient, as well as patients who may be difficult to give a clear explanation of the symptoms they suffer to the doctor. Therefore we need an expert system capable of adopting human knowledge or physician to a computer that is designed to model the human ability or the doctor solve problems like an expert. This study design an expert system expert system which aims to diagnose diseases caused by mosquitoes. This expert system modeling tool system dirancangan with the Unified Modeling Language (UML), MySQL as database management system SQL and PHP as the programming language. Once the system can diimplemntasikan we perform system testing with the Black Box. The results of the system built is an expert system that is able to diagnose a disease caused by a mosquito with a good degree of accuracy and misunderstandings that exist in each form component under test is not found at all.

Abstract

Currently web accreditation online that is used by BAN-SM DIY is a typical registration system online in enclose menu information of value and a list schools and will in accreditation.According to (Karnohartomo dkk, 2012 ) to develop software interactive, there are two main target for parameters success, namely usability and user experience goals, then the application must be given opportunity for users to complete its activity on the application as well as possible In this research writer using methods PLS (Least Partial Square).According to Tanenhaus dkk, (2010), PLS is a method of analysis which powerful because not based many assumption.Method pls have excellence are data must not normally distributed multivariate (indicators with scales categories, ordinal, intervals until the ratio can be used on the same model) and size samples not necessarily big. Based on the results reliability testing showed that all the items in it 's reliable assessment the questionnaire , with the figures of cronbach alpha & gt; 0.70 and composite reliability & gt; 0.7 .The difference it is evident that the value of cronbachs alpha and composite reliability most are analysis of the path by intervention .Namely relations error with usability correlation value 0,9051 which means that the higher error the higher the relations between variables usability learnability with efficiency namely correlation value of 0,1343 which means that the higher learnability the higher efficiency.

Abstract

Academic information system is a system that provides services such as academic data. In this study, authors take SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa as a research site, because the academic information system at the school has not been managed well,so that it is difficult in implementing the existing academic activities, such as the difficulty of determining the properness criteria for tenth grade students in filtering major social science (IPS) or natural science (IPA), the searching process of student and teacher data still needs a lot of time, consequently the information is difficult to be access quickly, the archival storage need a lot of file cabinet, the student parents are still difficult to know whether their children are present or not, and also the difficulty for seeking information about the student alumni and giving an announcement for the alumni such as high school reunion invitation. Based on those reasons, authors develop a computerized academic information system to resolve the academic problems. The methodology in developing this system is using Rapid Application Development 89nJatisi, Vol. 1 No. 1 September 2014 Title of manuscript is short and clear, implies research results (First Author) Methodology. This methodology has four phases namely requirement phases, in this phase, authors do the observations, interviews and literature study. Second, the design phase, in this phase authors make the data and process model, database design and interface design. The third one, construction phase, in the this phase authors make program codes and the last, implementation phase. in the result of system testing is installed and socialized in the school. By implementation the academic information system, it can help the academic business process in SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa, especially for actualizing the school vision.

Abstract

This expert system inference engine using forward chaining method. Reasoning is based on the symptoms that appear physically on the tree tomato. Based on these symptoms made rules which then becomes a knowledge base that will be applied to the inference engine to find out what the disease experienced by the Tree Tomato. The results of this program indicate that the expert system can be used as a medium that can provide information about the tree tomato. This expert system can be used to accelerate the search and access to knowledge by the people who need the information.

Abstract

Human voice depends on the position or shape of the cavity owned, so the character of the sound that each person is unique and became his identity. Identification of speakers (speaker recognition) is the process of identifying who is talking on the information contained in the speech wave. Identification of speakers can be used as attendance systems, security, and so on. Speaker recognition system in this study formed through two main processes of training (training) and recognition (recognition), where Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients (MFCC) are used for feature extraction, then the model is formed based Hidden Markov sound model (HMM). The results showed that the test in real time using a microphone accuracy rate of 30%. While testing of the recording file 100%. The level of accuracy depends heavily on the ability of clustering and classification.

Abstract

Diseases Ear, Nose and Throathas become adisease that issuffered by the world community. ENT disease progression and higher, it is not accompanied by anumber of experts. In this case, an analysis should be doneto speed up the process of diagnosis. The refore it is necessary to use the expert system is a computer application that behaves like an expert. Expert system capable of solving problems that typically can only be solved by an expert using the knowledge base, facts and reasoning techniques. In this analysis using aforward chaining inference engine. In this approach, starting from the information entered and then draws conclusions, tracking the forefind facts in accordance with the IF-THEN rules. Based on the test system accuracy rate forward chaining method to detect ENT disease that is 100%, which according to the data obtained from the ENT specialist to determine disease based on symptoms exist.

Abstract

One of the local government of Gunungkidul efforts to realize program in order to alleviate poverty is to perform the data collection poverty of its citizens. The local government of Gunungkidul has formulated a collection by weighting against 15 indicators into three groups. The amount of data and indicators to be used will certainly lead to difficulties in implementation, ineffective and less objective. Therefore we need automation in the process of clustering data on poverty. This study aims to analyze the performance of the FCM algorithm and K-means are implemented in the data on poverty in Girijati Purwosari village into 3 clusters. Some of the steps that must be done prior to clustering, first performed pretreatment includes data cleaning and data transformation for clustering is then performed using the second algorithm. The suitability of data between FCM algorithm and the calculation of poverty indicators in the Girijati village is 50 % and for the K - Means algorithm is 83.33 % . Therefore, K- Means algorithm is more appropriately used in data classification of poverty based on the three criteria of poverty, beside FCM algorithm.
