Abstract

When researcher does research at the Office of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Lubuklinggau, author medapati that the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small, Medium and market management is one of the places that have different types of businesses located in various districts, villages especially regarding Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). But these efforts have not been widely known by the public. One problem is the lack of information regarding the location of the location of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Therefore, it is necessary websites using Geographic Information System (GIS) and Location Based Services (LBS), which will assist and facilitate citizens Lubuklinggau city to be able to obtain information and to know more about the city's existing SMEs Lubuklinggau. For Location Based Service (LBS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) itself uses the facilities of Google Maps to get for free. Google Maps is a free virtual globe map services and online provided by the company Google, Inc. can be found at http://maps.google.com/. Google Map offers a draggable map and satellite images and street view for the entire world and also offers a route planner and search. Google Map API is an application interface that can be accessed via Google Map Javascript that can be displayed on web pages. With this information system mapping the location of Small Business and puffed in the city Lubuklinggau this will certainly facilitate urban Lubuklinggau to seek information about the location of the location of Small and Medium Enterprises in the city Lubuklinggau for any information submitted more quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

Abstract

A company in general needs employee that have good ability, good manners and also can company. But there are difficulties in finding the qualities of people as a good employee candicacy. That’s why we need a way or method to identify peoples with the potential to become a new employee candidate. C4.5 algorithm can be used to predict and classify new employee candidate that have the potential to get into a corporation by using decision tree according to the data that we have and predict the new employee candidate qualities. According to the testing method called ten-fold cross validation, the accuracy of the prediction for the new employee candidate is 71% by using the built prediction application which implementing C4.5 algorithm.

Abstract

Information Technology in higher education are expected to be used to improve the quality of student in learning, such as facilitating student to access the Internet easily by making it easy to get the information from online sites. However, Internet is often misused by student, they are using it to access social media and gamesinstead of support their learning process. Based on this fact, we need to evaluate how Internet usage can affect students learning interest and behavior in Palembang by using the concept of Theory Reasoned Action (TRA) Model. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with software AMOS 22 is used to analyze this problem. The result of this study show that the subjective norm have no effect on student interest on learning while Internet Usage behavior has. Based on this result, it can provide an input for universities to maximize Internet usage to support student interest on learning

Abstract

Constituent elements of the supply chain system of PT XYZin this study consists of a supplier, manufacturer, and consumers. On the supply chain manufacturers, the production of cooking oil menglami deficit against the demand for cooking oil in the country. That is because the existence of factors such as productivity decline in the influence of the type of seeds are used, the age of the plant, and the process of rainfall harvesting faction TBS uneven. This proposed research on the development model of the supply chain to improve the productivity of cooking oil using dynamical systems. The proposed method consists of three main stages, the first stage of the modelling system Modeler concept of causal loop diagrams. The second stage is a causal loop diagram for the model of dynamic systems. The last stage is the formulation of the model to determine the dynamic behavior caused by the assumptions of the model. The results of this research are the development of a supply chain model of cooking oil to increase productivity using dynamic systems. The results of the simulation scenario, the proposed method is successfully increasing the productivity of the TBS of 17.6% (tons) per hectare per year and the production of cooking oil are having a surplus with an average 30.31%

Abstract

SCADA as the backbone for modern sontrol system has been unseparated part of human daily life, from industrial system, powerline, to military system with its global and vast scope. SCADA by nature is not safe, and because of that reason there is a big security hole in every SCADA system that threatens its functionality. To overcome this, security concept must be applied to existing SCADA system in the form on data encryption. AES 128 bit is used as the encryption method on an 8 bit microprocessor AVR ATMEGA16 clocked at 11.0592MHz. Based s to encrypt 16 bytes block of data and requiremon this chip, AES executed with total time of 40 s for decryption. With this performance on an 8 bit chip architecture, using AES asm60 encryption for any field object in SCADA system is very advisable to achieve higher security level.

Abstract

Department of Culture and Tourism Bangka Belitung province is implementing elements of the government in the field of culture and tourism, handle by a Head Department . One of the units of work that there is a personnel department that handles staffing issues. At this time the data is processing system employee who applied the Department of Culture and Tourism Bangka Belitung province is already using a computer, using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are stored in the folder, not to use a database (database) or not use the Database Management System (DBMS) as a place to save the data was related administrative personnel, so that the data is still standing on their own without the relationship between the data with others. So that why , in the preparation of reports and personnel administration the data takes a long time to search, because of it must be checked one by one every document was ouput. In order to find the data and preparing reports relating to personnel administration can be done quickly, a computerized information system needs to be applied to all issues relating to personnel administration can be resolved. So it takes the analysis and design of informationsystems personnel administration, which is in this case using object-oriented methodologies usesDiagram Unified Modelling Language (UML).

Abstract

Data mining is a process of analysis of the large data set in the database so that the information obtained will be used for the next stage. One technique commonly used data mining is the technique of classification. Classification is an engineering modeling of the data that has not been classified, to be used to classify new data. Classification included into any type of supervised learning, meaning that it takes the training data to build a model of classification. There are five categories of classification that is statistically based, distance-based, based on the decision tree, neural network-based and rule-based. Each category has many options classification algorithms, some algorithms are frequently used algorithms Naive Bayes, nearest neighbor and decision tree. In this study will be a comparison of the three algorithms on case studies of electoral decision making clothing patterns. The comparison showed that the decision tree method has the highest level of accuracy than Naive Bayes algorithm and nearest neighbor, reaching 75.6%. Decision tree algorithm used is J48 with pruned algorithm that produces models of decision tree with leaves as many as 166 and 255 magnitude decision tree.

Abstract

The image data on a highway has been available on several online sites. It can be used to pull some information such as traffic congestion, vehicle volume per day, etc. To obtain this information required basic information such as the introduction of the vehicle, in this case the car. The introduction of the car is done by utilizing the features that form the image Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG). The introduction of a car based on this feature is done by using a model of linear equations formed from the algorithm Support Vector Machine (SVM), which is a binary classification. The accuracy of the results obtained in this study was 82, 5%

Abstract

Development of Information Technology that occur provide various tools for universities to improve the quality of service to its academic community. One of the things that has been done to sustain the existing information systems in the campus environment is to create a website. Therefore, this research is devoted to the use of web-based academic information systems at the Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya known as Cyber Campus Information System (SICYCA). Through SICYCA, students can easily obtain data on a wide range of services, such as Academic, Finance, PPTA, Library, E-Resource, Email, Community. SICYCA has some constraints in the usage, but SICYCA is still used by students for the benefit of the learning process. Thus, a study is required about measuring the influence of the quality of SICYCA on satisfaction and loyalty of students Stikom Surabaya to know what influences student satisfaction towards SICYCA. This study uses WebQual 4.0 modified by adding the dimension of the quality of the user interface. Data were collected using questionnaires, then carried the description on the data obtained and the data processing is done using Structural Equation Modelling analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the variables that significantly influence student satisfaction is the quality of usability and the user interface design quality, while student satisfaction has very significant effect on student loyalty.

Abstract

In modern warfare that use electronics, many developed radar signal detection system. Radar is an object detection object that uses radio wave to detect, to determine the distance and to measure the speed of an object. In order to develop a radar detector that can detect radar system in accordance with the parameters of the transmitted radar signal in the form of Pulse Descriptor Word (PDW), we need a simulator that can produce a wide range of radar signal characteristics in accordance with the actual characteristics of the radar signal characteristics.Including the function to outwit radar detector, a way to simulate various types of PRI and frequency (hopping and agility). The signals emitted by multiple radars will be received at the receiver in a state of overlapping (interleaving) in accordance with less value Time Of Arrival (TOA) and the PRI of each radar signal. On the receiving side, namely radar detector, signal suffered back interleaving will be described by analyzing the parameters of PRI of radar signals using sequence search method. It is intended that the receiver can recognize whether the signal came from enemy radar or not. By using sequnce search, the received signal at the radar detector can be separated according to the value that the PRI. PRI is entered with a value of 1 s, 1.4 μs and 2.23μs.
