Abstract

Framing analysis in this study is used to find out how the reality (events, actors, groups andso forth) is constructed by the media. In what ways and techniques are the events emphasized andhighlighted. Whether in the news there are parts that are omitted, escaped or even hidden in the news.All of these elements are not only part of the technical journalism, but indicate how events areinterpreted and displayed. This study aims to find out how online media Java post and kompasianaframe news about post closing localization dolly surabaya. Subjects in this study were Java onlinemedium post on May 15, 2014 and kompasiana on June 26, 2014 closing dolly Surabaya localization.The research method used in this research is qualitative with technical framing analysis. The unit ofanalysis used in this study is the reference unit. The results of the research on framing analysis thereis a difference in the presentation of news between Java online media post and kompasiana. Abstract

Jeje Radio has some fresh and hits programs, one of them is a Marathon Hits Night which isbroadcasted from 19.00 – 23.00 pm. The concept of this program certainly brings the broadcaster tobe a high credibility person. In this study were selected 3 Marathon Hits Malam programbroadcasters in Jeje Radio Surabaya, among other Deli Aldiano, Imah Cinara, and Widi Ariyani. Theresults of this analysis show that Widi Ariyani is the broadcaster meets criteria for Derived andTerminal Credibility. She has most credible in term of experience, education, and attitude. While,Imah Cinara is the broadcaster who goes into all categories credibility but she is not really measureenough. Apart from that, the listeners have the Latitude of Acceptance because they have a flexibleassessment against the broadcast pattern Ima Cinara. The potential of each broadcaster will increaseby company support. Abstract

This event will be based on research by the tourism industry is an important legacy wasowned by Mojokerto tourism industry history in particular who are in district of Trowulan to inform tothe public. Paguyuban Duta Wisata Gus and Yuk Mojokerto is the organization that constructed by theYouth Sports culture and tourism Mojokerto PAGUK (Paguyuban Gus and Yuk) this organizationmoving in the field of tourism which is the task of an Ambassador of Tourism is helping the Tourismsector to promote the tourism industry in order to increase tourist visits. The research on the focus onthe historical attractions of sub trowulan tourism Candi Brahu Temple Bajang Ratu, Temple of rats,Temple Name Mace, and the great Hall with an integrated Pemasran communication theory orcommonly known with Intergrated Marketing Communications (IMC). This study uses qualitativemethods because in this study describes the situation so as to find the results of prediction.Researchers found a few things from the integrated marketing communication is lacking most of thefunctions and tasks DISPORABUDPAR, Gus and Yuk Mojokerto and Ma nager.The cause of all Personal Communications is less effective, so that the destination must be maximizedbecause it has a great asset for attracting tourists and the potential is large, located in district ofTrowulan.

Abstract

Deliana Putri Agustin, Marketing Communication Strategy In Improving Market Share YouthSegment PT Telkomsel in Surabaya City. This study aims to describe the marketing communicationstrategy conducted by PT Telkomsel in increasing the market share in Segment Youth based on kotlertheory (1976: 46) which is Marketing Mix consisting of Four P (4P) ie product, price, place, place),and promotion (promotion) and AIDDA Theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action). Thetype of this research is descriptive qualitative, that is descriptive research which describes factfactually and meticulously as well as qualitative research which yields findings that can not beobtained by statistic or measurement. This research describes marketing communication strategyconducted by PT Telkomsel assisted by SPV Youth and Community Telkomsel Branch Surabya,covering product (product), price (price), place (place), and promotion (promotion). Data collectedthrough in-depth interviews SPV Youth and Community Branch Surabaya as representative of PTTelkomsel as Key Informant and some staff as informant as well as to test the validity of data. Theresult of the research shows that the fourth communication strategy conducted by PT Telkomsel inincreasing the market share of youth segment is by promotion.Keywords : Marketing Communication Strategy

Abstract

The rapid growth in banking impact on the more intense competition in the case get customeror maintain a customer. Many similarities in terms of the program and products offered by the bank tothe customer make competition shifted toward corporate image banking. No exception The BankMandiri branch office of Sepanjang Sidoarjo who took the initiative demanding the customer serviceto replace the role of public relation in the increases image of the company but in portion of thedifferent. In this study researchers want to know the role of customer service Bank Mandiri branchoffice of Sepanjang Sidoarjo increases corporate image to customers. This study guide Bank Mandiribranch office of Sepanjang Sidoarjo and in process of data collection using interview, observation,and documentation. After data collected reseachers using the analysis of inductive to analyze and thenpresented in writing. The results prove a variety of the role of customer service increases corporateimage through serve with a vengeance, patience, fast response, friendly, polite, as well as alwaysprovide information updated to all customers. All of this prove that the role of customer serviceincreases image Bank Mandiri branch office of Sepanjang it is important. Abstract

This film begins when Light Yagami finds a book that turned out to belong to a Shinigami (God ofDeath) named Ryuk (Ryuku). In the Death Note Ryuk owned, there are ways to use the Death Notewritten by him alone. Death Note is then used to realize his ideals is to create a clean new world of crime,with himself as a god, by writing the name of the perpetrator into Deathnote book, the offender will dieinstantly in 40 seconds in this study researchers with the theme or topic of fanaticism exist in a moviewith the title "the First Name Deathnote". Purpose of this research was to determine and analyze themeaning of the film, the message of social and moral student named Light Yagami and L in the filmDetective Deathnote The First Name. This research method is a method of semiotic analysis withqualitative descriptive research with interpretive paradigm. The object of research is a Light That aMurderer (KIRA) through symbols Deathnote message in the film The First Name. The results of thisstudy indicate bahwapemuda named Light Yagami Having high ideals to create a new world in whichthere is no crime, denggan using Light Deathnote book can kill all the people who are consideredunworthy of life in the world because of his criminal actions. The suggestion of this research for the filmobserver especially moviegoers are expected not to imitate him Light, which tends to have the ambition tobe the god of the world's poor, as well as showing the inability of the police in dealing with crime. Abstract

Television is one of the mass media which serves to provide information and entertainment to thepublic at large. In the development of a lot of programs that have been given by the mass media oftelevision as a public spectacle. Increasing number of events presented by television stations making thecommunity to choose a program that will show they consume. Institutions not only television stationserving domestic production alone event in obtaining public interest, but several television programs buymovie production abroad to be used as reference in the attention of audiences. One television stationprograms favored by our society today is a drama series Mahabharata. colossal drama series producedby the Indian state is able to attract the attention of television viewers. Formulation of the problem in thisresearch is "What is the motive audiences to viewing Mahabharata?". This study uses descriptivequalitative method by conducting interviews and observations. Informants in this study is the RW 007Gunung Gedangan Mojokerto. Tattoo is a work of human art known since ancient times . There is no definitive information aboutthe emergence of this self sculpture. But certainly have become entrenched and people's lifestyles inalmost all corners of the world. Posed artistic beauty wowed some communities , which raises the fancommunity group , to users of this tattoo. This studyuses qualitative dheskriptif. From the research conducted, Student perceptions FISIP untag Surabaya tobook Act Public Information is Good Enough. It can be seen from the respondents that many argue thatthe Freedom of Information Law is good enough, but there is also a state well and there are states lessgood.
