Abstract

Riyadlul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Wadda’wah Condong was one of the Islamic educational institutions that focused on Qur'anic learning. This institution strives to increase the students’ ability to read the Qur'an's students by teaching the Qur'an. Therefore, the instructors have applied special learning models in the teaching and learning process. For this reason, the researchers tried to analyze whether there was an influence on the Quantum Teaching learning model that was used towards the quality of the reading of the Qur'anic students. This research used experimental research (true experiment design) in which the hypothesis in this study was the application of Quantum Teaching learning models. Furthermore, it also analyzed  the appropriate methods that significantly influence the students’ ability of in Riyadlul Ulum Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School in reaching good reading al -Qur'an (tartil). In collecting data, researchers used the test method, and documentation. Moreover, to analyze the data collection, researchers used an independent formula sample t-test. The most important result of this study was the implementation or application of the Quantum Teaching learning model has a significant influence on the quality of students' Qur’an reading after the trial process. This was proven by a significant increase in the value of the difference between the control class 79, 7 and experimental value 87.76. Therefore, the Quantum Teaching learning model was able to facilitate the teachers in teaching students and to help the students to achieve the goal of teaching al-quran.

Abstract

Integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMPIT) Imam Syafi'i is a school that combines the learning of common lessons with islamic lessons in a balanced way. Standing under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. One lesson of Dirosah Lughowiyah taught in this school is imla' lesson.Imla’ has an important role to instill in student’s mastery of Arabic language because imla' is the first step in Arabic language learning in terms of writing skills, and has a close relationship with other skills of speaking and reading skills. Imla’ lesson for 9th graders is a new lesson to be held in this academic year and the advantages of this school compared to other Integrated Islamic Junior High School in this area. The curriculum for this lesson was not provided by the Indonesian National Education Department. Type of research used by writer is descriptive qualitative research. And to achieve the above goals the author uses interviews, observation and documentation, then use Miles and Huberman method to draw conclusions from the data obtained. With Descriptive method, then the author describes the data. This article concludes that the teaching of imla’ in this school has not run well and the teaching’s action is not yet organized. And found some problems from the teacher side during the ongoing teaching activities that can cause teacher failure in teaching this lesson.

Abstract

Problems that arise in the learning of Islamic education to date are unpleasant learning situations. Both from the aspect of the teacher who is less ableto integrate between Islamic religious education material with other learningmaterials so that the learning atmosphere tends to be monotonous.The other aspects,relating to curriculum, learning strategies and materials for teaching Islamic religionare lacking. Researcher in this article do not want to show the causes of problemsthat occur in the learning of Islamic religious education, but rather focus theirresearch on the application of the Active creative effective and fun learning(PAKEM) in Islamic religious education. And it is expected that readers can accessaccurate knowledge about the aspects used in this study and can answer usingqualitative descriptive research methods. The general assumptions in this study donot use hypotheses (non hypothesis). The research method used by collecting datausing three types, namely; observation, interviews and documents.Theimplementation of Active creative effective and fun learning (PAKEM) in IslamicEducation Class VII in SMP 1 Jetis Ponorogo is well underway. In this case theresearcher looks at the conditions of learning where the teacher always startslearning with passionate greetings, then the method used in explaining the lessonthe teacher always complements or gives the real examples in students' daily lives.The strategies used by the teacher at the time of learning vary greatly at eachmeeting.

Abstract

Discipline is the most important element and the most effective means in the education process in Islamic Boarding Schools in order to shape the character and mental discipline of the students. In this case, the role of the teacher as a leader in determining strategies, choosing methods, and various approaches to achieve the goals that have been previously planned, namely to form the mental discipline of santri. Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor For Girls Campus 2 gives great attention to the discipline of 5th grade students, because even though they are already big and become administrators of hostel. This study aims to describe and explain 1) the efforts of Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor For Girls Campus 2 in shaping mental class 5 discipline based on behavioristic theory, 2) factors that support and inhibit 5th grade students in obeying discipline. The design used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research design. To achieve these objectives the researcher used 3 methods, namely the observation method, interview method and documentation method. From the analysis data, it has been found that the effort of Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor For Girls Campus 2 in shaping the mental discipline of 5th grade students is provide penalties and rewards, provide advice for 5th grade students who do not deter punishment, habit, modeling, awaken to the importance of discipline for 5th grade students who repeatedly violate discipline, supervision. Factors supporting class 5 students obeying discipline are a. self-awareness, b. mandate, c. become an example for its members, d. punishment.

Abstract

Al-muhsinin Al-islami boarding school is one of the educational institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of religion. The material contained in the Arabic language learning curriculum in sets them down. As nahwu science, neuroscience, science of tasawwuf and more. As for the lesson of the translations is one of the lessons of the curriculum the cottage it self in order to enhance the students in understanding the Arabic especially the books of turast. Almuhsinin boarding schools implement learning method in translation in Arabic. Students learn books of the turast defined by the method (Qowaid-Wa tarjamah) or methods and rules translations. The type of research used researchers to find the problem is with the way research studies field with a discussion of qualitative analysis deskriktif. To get the necessary data, the authors use a method of observation, Interview and documentation, and for managing the data so as to achieve a perfect conclusion, the author uses descriptive analysis methods, Miles & Huberman through the 3 stages of the analysis process, namely the reduction of the Data, the presentation of the Data and Conclusions of withdrawal or verfikasi.

Abstract

Today's young generation, spends much of its time just playing Play station, Gedget, online games, and so on. That is what makes them empty of local cultural values, as well as foreign to terms such as manners, manners, mutual cooperation and other noble values in daily life. The world of education also feels the impact of modernity. All inventions of advanced technology today have unexpected effects. The development of civilization that is increasingly advanced has a significant influence, it can be seen from the attitude displayed in everyday life has been far from the personality of the nation. The impact of globalization that is happening at this time makes Indonesian people forget about national character education. In fact, character education is a very important foundation of the nation and needs to be instilled early on in children. By re-instilling character education in educational activities in schools, it will provide a solid grip on life for students to make students able to clarify and determine attitudes in choosing new cultures that enter. This article aims to explain the concept of character according to two Indonesian education leaders, namely Ki Hajar Dewantara and Hamka. They have different backgrounds for each other's thoughts. This is an interesting thing to observe.

Abstract

Pesantren as an Islamic religious institution is proven as an educationalinstitution which has a role in the efforts to educate the life of the nation. Inregulation, it is mentioned that the system in pesantren mu’adallah has dirosahislamiyah system with two kinds of salafi system with kitab kuning (ancient book ofIslamic studies) and learning with the mu'allimin system. Beginning ofimplementation system of mu'allimin in the regulation of the government is startedfrom Gontor, while the rule of system has a label from Gontor in the mu'aliminsystem. This research purpose to make a descriptive explanation of the definition ofthe system mu'allimin in Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor. Thisresearch is qualitative descriptive, using a method of triangulation betweeninterview methods, observations, and documentation so as to get a clear descriptionin this research. The method of analysis used by the researcher is method MilesHiberman by data reduction, data serving or display data, and the conclusion orverification. The results of this research explain that the study in the system ofmu'allimin on mu'adallah system in Modern Islamic Boarding School DarussalamGontor, based on his education motto’s that what which heard, seen, and perceivedby the students is Education, while system of mu'allimin has 3 character propertiesof the system that is integrative by combining general and religious sciences,comprehensive which combining intra curriculum, ko curriculum, and extracurriculum because the curriculum in Gontor 24 hours during the students life inBoarding School.

Abstract

The existence of learning was expected to change attitudes and behavior of a personin several aspects such knowledge, skills, even to the attitude of his personality. Learning with sincerity will bring good change so that the learning activity of students could increase rapidly. One of learning strategy in increasing student activity is peer lesson. The purpose of this study aimed: 1) to explain the increasing of learning activity by peer lesson in tajweed lesson in class VII in Sulamul Huda Siwalan. (2) To explain the increasing learning result of peer lesson strategy in tajweedl esson in class VII  Sulamul Huda Siwalan. The type of research was Classroom Action Research (PTK) to improve the process and results the quality of learning. Researchers collected data in the form of questionnaires, observations, tests, and interviews. The results of this study indicated that: (1) The implementation of the strategy peer lesson could increase the learning activity of students in the first cycle, most of the students included in the high category reached 73.91% of the total students, then increased in the second cycle reached 86.96% of the total number of students. (2) The implementation of the strategy peer lesson could increase student learning result in the second cycle of students who were classified as complete in learning totaling 18 students or 78.26% of the total number of students, that compared to the first cycle has increased by 10 students or 43, 58% of the total number of students. Based on the research, the researcher expects for the teacher to apply the strategy peer lesson in the learning process to take place.

Abstract

The curriculum is an educational program design that contains a series of experiences given to learners to achieve a desired goal with a series of learning experiences. The curriculum has a very strategic position in the overall learning activities, which will determine the process and outcomes of student learning. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a curriculum implementation strategy in schools that are effective and efficient, especially in optimizing the quality of learning. One of the prominent activities in the Madrasah is Tahfidz Al-Qur'an. Memorizing the Qur'an is a conscious and earnest effort to remember and apply the scriptural reading of the Qur'an containing miracles, using appropriate methods and strategies. As well as what to do and what to keep in order to actually get RIDHO of Allah S.W.T. researchers want to conduct research because see the results of observations in MTs Sulamul Huda has held the program Tahfidz Al-Qur'an, will But still the low interest of pupils to memorize the Qur'an. Due to still run not long enough so not optimal in the management program Tahfidz Al-Qur'an. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of divorce perents on Akhlak of students in SMKN 2 Ponorogo. The problems at SMKN 2 Ponorogo based on theresults of the preliminary research showed that the students whose parents divorcedat Ponorogo State Vocational High School was very much, of the total 1,075 students,about 90 students whose parents were divorced and about 130 students who werebroken home or his parents separated but not yet officially divorced. Based on thesubject matter studied, the impact of divorce on the Akhlak students in SMKN 2Ponorogo, the researchers used qualitative research, because the qualitativedescriptive method was the problem solving procedure investigated by describing thestate of the subject of research based on facts in the field. Data collection includessemi-structured interviews, observation and documentation. As for analyzing thedata, researchers used 3 techniques, namely data reduction, data display, andconclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that there are 2 kinds effects ofparental divorce on students' morals or behaviors in school, the first is the positiveinfluence that students vent the divorce problem of both parents to study harder sothat they get good grades and become one of the outstanding students and the secondnegative influences are students becoming more reserved, lonely and arrogant. Thesolution for the child who is divorced is to maintain communication with both parents,show achievements to their parents, and maintain the full attention of both parents.This research also reveals that one of the causes divorce is economic problems andinfidelity.
