Optimal: Jurnal Ekonomi dan Kewirausahaan adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan memajukan dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang ekonomi, manajemen, dan kewirausahaan. Artikel yang dimuat berasal dari hasil penelitian adaptasi ilmu dan hasil pemikiran dari perkembangan ilmu yang dimaksud. Jurnal ini ditujukan kepada para pelaku ekonomi, mahasiswa , dan dosen. Jurnal ini terbit setiap dua kali dalam satu tahun. Jurnal ini terbit pertama kali pada tahun 2007 dan mengalami tidak terbit dari tahun 2012-2015. Terbit kembali tahun 2016 hingga sekarang.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of sukuk in national economic development. During this time the source of development financing consists of several kinds including taxes, bonds, foreign debt and Islamic bonds (sukuk). Sukuk has been developed in Indonesia since 2002 (published Indosat) and is still growing and the number of issuers are even greater. The research method using descriptive quantitative, data source in this research is secondary data obtained, balance of payments in the government, the state budget. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were processed using matrix comparison of the performance of sukuk and conventional bonds to finance national development. The role and contribution of sukuk to finance the construction has been increasing. In 2011 amounted to 34% of financing needs are met through sukuk. Until 2016 the proportion was 60%. Instead the role of foreign debt be decreased. In 2011 only 7%, and by 2016 the portion close to 0%.

Abstract

This paper investigates the implemented a new Rp1,00 tick size on December 16, 2006 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The empirical research was conducted using the cross-sectional multiple regressin from daily/intraday data. The new tick relative spread (RS) and depth-to-relative spread (DRS). From cross-sectional analysis, our findings indicate that trading frequency significantly affect the liquidity while stock prices and volatility does not affect the relative spread (liquidity)

Abstract

Bank Mandiri is the biggest state-owned bank in the total asset that were previously performing poorly. One of management strategies to improve performance is by the implementation of organizational culture. Organizational culture is very important in supporting the performance of bank as financial services companies. Implementation of a comprehensive new work culture conducted in 2005 and the process is still running until today. The study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on organizational culture. The research sample are 113 credit managers at Bank Mandiri Region VII (Central Java and Yogyakarta), and the data was analysed using regression equations. The results showed that transformational leadership has positive and significant impact on organizational culture. Inspirational motivation dimensions of transformational leadership has a positive and significant inflences on the culture dimensions of involvement, adaptability, and mission. Individual consideration dimension of transformational leadersip has a positive and significant inflences on the cultural dimensions of consistency.

Abstract

Development of information system (IS) is crucial action in the organization. Different contextual variables have been found to affect various aspects of the information system project The purposes of this research are to study the impact of implementation of computer based system information in banks. User participation, user skills, computer anxiety, user satisfaction to use IS, user acceptance, and job uncertainty classified as variables exogenous. Endogenous variable is performance of  information systems. There were fourteen hypothesis would be examined. Data for the study were collected from 100 banks in East Java through questionnaire responses. Results indicate user skills affect to user participation of IS implementation and level of computer anxiety. Also, users participation affect to motivation, user acceptance, and job satisfaction. Abstract

Before buying or consuming good and services, The Consumers will consider evaluation result of services quality that it?s perceived when they consume good and services. If they feel good and satisfied with the services so the consumer will belief to buy and consume and they belief with the services that it?s enjoyed. The bank, as financial institusion is greatly influenced trust of customer. Therefore, the factors affecting of the trust very important to paid attention and improved. The technical quality and functional quality that it?s do by the bank will influence trust of the customers for the institution. The research discuss influence of technical quality and functional quality on customers confidence in Bank Bukopin especially Bekasi branch. The technical quality refer to skill or expertise of customer services and supporting factors requite saving results. Whereas, the functional quality refer to interaction process of customer services with customers when they transaction. The result of the study explain there is a positive influence and significant of technical quality variable and functional quality on customers confidence. The research use respondent data as many as 81 people. The result of the study recommends for bank Bukopin management to attention on aspects related with technical quality and functional quality in order to achieve customer confidence,paper investigates the implemented a new Rpl,00 tick size on December 16, 2006 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Ability to survive of an industry are very determined of ability to maintain the power of competitiveness. One ofpower competitiveness still significant is sale price. To gain the good sale price required efficiency and the accuracy of determination of the cost of good sold. In the determination of the cost of good sold required three of information Le: the cost of raw material, the cost of direct labor and overhead cost of production. Overhead cost is the component of cost it is difficult to control because there are can not be directly connected to cost object One way counting of overhead cost with the Activity Based Costing method. Activity Based Costing method most important with the activities in production process.

This study tries to investigation Herzberg theory in government officer. The result is rejecting Herzberg theory, although employee?s motivation still has significant influence to performance. Abstract

Our research has been done for 3 months with 60 lecturers as the object In the research we want to know the relationship among motivation to achievement, discipline and performance as a lecturer at Universitas Islam 45 (Unisma) Bekasi, With regard to that, the hypothesis of the research is motivation to achievement and discipline has significant correlation to lecturer performance, We use regression test analysis and the result are: a) There is a positive correlation between motivation to achievement and lecturers performance with correlation coefficient y y,l= 0,650, b) There is a positive correlation between discipline and lecturers performance with correlation coefficient yy.2 = 0,615 and c) There is a positive correlation among motivation to achievement, discipline and lecturer performance with correlation coefficient 9? y.1.2 = 0,690L The result of F test with significance rate 0,05 are: a) Motivation to achievement variables influence on lecturers performance 42,25 %, b) Discipline variables influence on lecturer performance 37,82 % and c) Motivation to achievement and discipline variables influence on lecturers performance 47,61 %, Lecturer performance as education staff at Unisma is influenced on motivation to achievement higher than discipline.

Abstract

This study examine of importance factors that can be used to increase trust and commitment in collaborative relationship between suppliers with enterprise. Those factors are adaptation ability between supplier with enterprise (adaptation), generator a bond relation (bonds), costs that appeared if the bond relation has finish (termination costs), relation values, culture, and ethics (share value), formal and informal communication (communication), opportunistic behavior, satisfaction level that appeared in mutualism relation and cooperative. The data used in this study derived from 77 purchasing managers on garment industry in Indonesia, in which collaborative relationship on this industry is determinant to increasing product quality, indeed, become important factor to success in future. Linier regression analysis has used to test hypothesis this study. The conclusion of this study revealed that the industry try to increase trust and commitment in relation its supplier shall underline by good communi-cation, on time, relevant, and obey to ethics, culture, and values (share value) of the relation. Beside that, both sides shall adaptive to adjust their desire and need, and make mutualism cooperative.
