Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the role of teachers Islamic education in developing children emotional intelligence and to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting teachers of Islamic education in developing children's emotional intelligence in SMA Negeri 1 Tambun Selatan (South Tambun). In general, the role of teachers of Islamic education in SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan as a motivator, informator, facilitator, inspiration, organizer, initiator, supervisor, manager classes, proofreader, and evaluators have been implemented with some success in developing emotional intelligence of students. But such success is inseparable from the support and the role of other teachers, including schools in the development process. The methods used is the method of teaching the faith and other methods.

Abstract

This study will explore on the method of children education in Abdullah Nashih Ulwan?s thought. This research is a library research and used qualitative approach. And in the presentation of the data using descriptive analysis method. Based on the description and analysis of the results of Abdullah Nasikh Ulwan thinking about methods of education of children. Education is a conscious guidance by adults/educators against physical and spiritual development of the students towards the establishment of a major personality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between study habits (X) with Islamic education learning outcomes (Y) in SDN Kaliabang Tengah 1. This study uses a quantitative survey with correlation approach. Data collection techniques used in the study using questionnaires and documents. While the results of the processing of the data obtained from study habits acquired through a questionnaire consisting of 21 items, and learning outcomes obtained through the value of one semester report cards Islamic education subjects. From the moment the product obtained calculation result of 0.485. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between study habits and (X) with Islamic education learning outcomes (Y) with regression Ý = a + bx or ý = 14.290+ 0.880. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between study habits to learning outcomes Islamic education in class VI, V, VI SDN Kaliabang Tengah 1 determinant coefficient of 48%. This means showing that the study habits contribute to the learning outcomes by 48%, in addition to the learning outcomes are influenced by another factor of 52%.

Abstract

The problems of this study were (1) Role of Islamic education teachers in improving the behavior of the student worship, (2) factors that support and hinder worship in improving student behavior. In this study the authors used qualitative research naturalistic. The methods used in data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. From research conducted, the authors found that the role of Islamic education teachers in improving the behavior of the student worship, namely as an educator, a motivator, innovator, acting as a parent, and must be able to position ourselves as facilitators and mentors. The factors that support in improving student behavior is worship of adequate infrastructure, power builder that support, intra or extra-curricular activities, and of course a good relationship with the parents. As the inhibiting factors include negative current urban culture, and lack of parental supervision of the activities their children do in an effort to improve the behavior of worship.

Abstract

This study was to determine the role of teachers Islamic education (PAI) in improving discipline in students prayers. This study used a qualitative approach. Indicators of the success of the process of improving the discipline of praying students on the subjects of Islamic education (PAI) in SMA 2 Kota Bekasi are students implemented to carry out obligatory prayers in congregation and duha prayer (shalat duha) at home while being off from school because it was used to implement obligatory prayers in congregation and duha prayer in school. In addition, students have understood the primacy of obligatory prayers on time and in congregation. Another success is the students more wisely used the time to worship of the activities that are not useful, than all the success factors is a contributing factor in improving the discipline of praying students is the teacher's role of Islamic education already provide examples of behavior and apparent, provide motivation and become a good mediator for students in improving discipline prayers and supported by the school's policy. Inhibiting factor in improving student discipline prayers is the environment where students hang out, infrastructure, social media technology that makes students forget to have the arrival time of prayer and so forth

Abstract

Artikel ini akan menggali konsep manusia dalam filsafat pendidikan Ibn Sina. Pandangan Ibn Sina tentang kesatuan jiwa dan raga ini diuraikan dalam karyakaryanyadi antaranya Al-Shifa, Al-Najat, dan Risalah al-Quwa al-Nafsiah. Dalam artikel ini diuraikan bahwa manusia dalam pemikiran Ibn Sina merupakan kesatuan jiwa dan raga. Selain teori kesatuan jiwa dan raga, Ibn Sina juga menjelaskan bahwa manusia merupakan makhluk sosial (social being). Kesimpulannya bahwa menurut Ibn Sina dalam jiwa manusia itu terletak kekuatan berfikir, memahami, dan membedakan sesuatu. Inilah daya atau kekuatan jiwa yang paling substansial dan esensi. Dalam hal ini Ibn Sina membedakan antara akal dan jiwa. Karena kekuatan jiwa antara yang positif dan yang negatif saling berlomba maju dan hendak menjadikan dirinya paling depan, maka jiwa berfikir (nafsu al-nathiqah) yang positif perlu di bina dan di latih terus menerus melalui proses pendidikan.

Abstract

In the planning and execution of school program, the head of the institution, teacher?s students and their parents have all to join hands to attain common goals and purposes. On him the proper working of school ultimately depends. The reputation of the school and the position that it holds in the society depends in a large measure on the influence that he exercises over his colleagues his pupils and general public. True, on his ability and skill, as a sound and effective educational leader depends the success of a school system. Headmaster is the leader and the centre of the whole organization of the school. This article describes that headmaster must have several competences. Permendiknas Number 16/ 2007 obliged headmaster and teacher have four competences; pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. The result of the research that the recruitment model according to kepmendiknas 296/U/1996, Permendiknas 0162/U/2003 and Permendiknas no. 28/2010. There are still some weaknesses that are not yet showing up the fair principles for headmaster/the teachers having fulfilled the general recruitments and specific recruitments for only one teacher from each school asked to be a candidate. The tree rules organize their recruitment that is about faith and belief to the only God and there is no exact measure tool so that is must be made measure tool that can be valued through observation. Faith and belief are the main keys for an official in doing his duty. It is needed to be added that family condition must be filled in as recruitment for selection, because the family condition badly influence the professionalism of the official. The selection model at regency level conducted by third side, it is objectiveness of the result has to be kept or the purity of test results in deciding the graduation. By the strength and weakness, it needs to reveal up the ideal and objective school principal recruitment model

Abstract

This study will discuss about the Mal-Practice in Islamic Education Learning Education: KTSP perspective. A case study in Public Elementary School 01 South Tambun-Bekasi. Educational malpractice is commonly defined as the failure to adequately educate a student. Malpractice has been defined as: - Professional misconduct or unreasonable lack of skill. Failure of one rendering professional service to exercise that degree of skill and learning commonly applied under all the circumstances in the community by the average prudent reputable member of the profession with the result of injury, loss or damage to the recipient of those services or to those entitled to rely upon them. Based on the findings obtained from empirical observations can be put forward some conclusions follow: First, in all that level (elementary, middle and high school) curriculum elements that have not been properly implemented (a) preparation of curriculum development, (b) the development of the syllabus, (c) development, (d) integrated learning, (e) the development of local content, (f) the preparation of the draft assessment of learning outcomes, (g) preparation of students. Secondly, the learning process that takes place using the curriculum in the province of Jambi carried out in accordance with fundamental principles of modern pedagogy and which stresses the importance of planning, implementation, and evaluation right. This can be indicated from (1) completeness of preparation of teachers (Unit Events Lessons/learning scenario), materials (Student Activity Sheet), and the media that teachers use to implement learning activities, (2) compliance with the scenario of learning and teaching varied teaching methods used by teachers, and (3) accuracy in the provision of duty, the utilization of learning resources, and the use of appropriate evaluation tools to get feedback from students. However, from the perspective of quality is still needed guidance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the principal's leadership role in increasing the motivation of teachers to teach Islamic Education in High School of Martia Bhakti-Bekasi. This research uses method of naturalistic-qualitative. This method also uses phenomenology and tries to understand the meaning of events and its implications for the research object. From this research we know that principals of leadership have sought to increase the motivation of teachers to teach Islamic Education. The attitude of the principal is very positive, excited, interested, and ready and has the duties and responsibilities as a principal agency to promote education by improving the motivation of teachers to teach Islamic Education

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between teaching styles with the professionalism of teachers in SMK Teratai Putih Jakarta. The method used is survey method with the correlation approach. This study connects the teaching style as a variable X and the professionalism of teachers as the variable Y. The population in this study was students in class X and XI SMK Teratai Putih Jakarta as many as 300 students, while the sample in this study of 50 students is calculated by the formula Slovin and drawn by Simple Random Sampling. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between teaching style with the professionalism of teachers in SMK Teratai Putih Jakarta, with the regression Y = a + bx or y = 27.8 + 0.678 x and test coefficient 0.3481 determinant of this suggests that the professionalism of teachers 34.81% contributed by the style of teaching. The results of significance testing (test T) to the value of r was obtained by 0.59 significance at ? = 0.05 with a Table count = 5.109 = 1.684, then significant. It can be concluded that the hypothesis that there is a relation or a positive correlation between teaching style relationship with the professionalism of teachers "accepted" and significant.
