Turats: Jurnal Pemikiran dan Peradaban Islam sebagai jurnal pendidikan Islam yang terbit sejak tahun 2004 dengan nomor ISSN 1693-4539. Diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi secara berkala setiap 6 bulan atau dua kali setahun pada bulan Juni dan Desember. Turats: Jurnal Pemikiran dan Peradaban Islam menerima berbagai artikel penelitian dengan tema pendidikan Islam, baik dari studi literatur maupun studi lapangan. Turats menerima artikel penelitian berdasarkan studi literatur atau studi lapangan terkait pendidikan Islam yang juga dapat menggunakan pendekatan multidisiplin.

<![CDATA[The theme of this study on the Role of Teachers in the Development of Religious Behavior in Adolescent Age: Qualitative Naturalistic Studies at SMA Muhammadiyah (Muhammadiyah High School) 09 in East Jakarta. From the study it can be concluded that the role of teachers in fostering religious behavior in adolescence that is giving good examples, cooperation with various parties, both personally and collectively through the elderly, the environment or to perform various religious activities are held such as the following activities: a) inter-school competitions, such as speech, calligraphy, and read verses from the Qur?an. b) Held regular weekly or monthly recitals as pesantren flash, etc. Muhammadiyah high school 09 teen behavior change may be formed as well. <![CDATA[The theme of this research on the Application of Contextual Teaching and Learning in Improving Student Achievement in Study of Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence): Naturalistic-Qualitative Studies in MAN 8 Jakarta Timur (East Jakarta). The application being used by teachers in the study of fiqh in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 8 Jakarta Timur using the Contextual Teaching and Learning, frequently asked questions and a demonstration, the application is implemented by field of study Fiqh in order to achieve the objectives that have been formulated in the application of draft syllabus and implementation plan, which was designed by teachers in the study of fiqh before running the task of teaching. So, students are used to receive Contextual Teaching and Learning methods so that the application process to be effective because there is a supporting medium in accordance with the material presented.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the discipline of work and Motivation of work in lecturer work productivity at UNISMA-Bekasi. By using the survey method, the study sample was employees at UNISMA-Bekasi. Conclusions of this study are: First, there is a positive relationship between lecturer?s discipline of work and motivation of work that showed that if the effectiveness of improved work discipline, then the lecturers work productivity will increase. Second, there is a positive relationship between work motivation and productivity of work that shows that if the lecturer work motivation improved, then the employees will increase productivity. Third, there is a positive relationship between the discipline of work and motivation working together with the lecturer work productivity. This suggests that if the effectiveness, work discipline and motivation working together to be improved, then the lecturers work productivity will increase.]]>

<![CDATA[This article will review the contribution of pedagogic competence and organizational climate on the performance of teachers. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis in this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between teachers' pedagogical competence in the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Educa-tion in Elementary School at East Bekasi. There is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate with the performance of teachers of Islamic Religion Education in Elementary School at East Bekasi. There is a significant positive relationship between teacher?s pedagogical competence and organizational climate together with the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Education in Elementary School District at East Bekasi. By looking at the above conclusion, it is known that the pedagogical competence of teachers and organizational climate contributes to a significant improvement in the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Education in the Elementary School at East Bekasi.]]>

<![CDATA[This article will explain about the attachment and character development. From this article it can be concluded that there are several factors that can affect a child's development, namely a factor from within, from outside the child and the interaction of both. The factors that originate from outside the mother's condition factors and environmental conditions. Behavior of parents, especially mothers considered to play an important role in child development because it plays an important role early in a child's life. Children get a first impression about the world through behavior and attitude of the mother /parents against children, especially in early age. If the mother applies to both the impression the child about the world and a positive environment and attitude of children will also be positive. This can cause the child to explore an optimal environment, consequently the development of behavioral, emotional, social, cognitive and personality of the child would be optimal as well.]]>

<![CDATA[Kyai Haji Ahmad Dahlan (1 August 1868 Yogyakarta - 23 February 1923 Yogyakarta), born Muhammad Darwis, was an Indonesian Islamic revivalist who established Muhammadiyah in 1912. He created Muhammadiyah in 1912 as an educational organisation as a means of realising his reformist ideals. It was quickly joined by traders and craftsmen. In 1917 added a women's section named Aisyiyah, which played a significant role in modernising the life of Indonesian women. Spreading to the Outer Islands, Muhammadiyah established a strong base in Sulawesi only a decade later after it was founded. It was one of a number of indigenous Indonesian organisations founded in the first three decades of the twentieth century;a time known as the Indonesian National Revival; that were key in establishing a sense of Indonesian nationalism, and ultimately independence. Dahlan was completely absorbed in the field of education. Aiming point on the world of education in turn drove him into the heart of the people who actually matter. Based on the description of this concept can be used later to build a more effective nation that is through education. <![CDATA[This research is to obtain empirical data from the proposed issue, namely to prove the existence of a positive relationship between "mastery learning study" Islamic Religious Education (PAI) "as a variable bound by the" student cognitive intelligence "as an independent variable. This study uses a survey method with correlation approach. From this research can be concluded that There is a correlation between learning completeness PAI (variable X) with cognitive maturity Junior High School students 02 Bekasi (Variable Y) obtained from linear regression calculation which produces a correlation coefficient of 0.34 and coefficient of determinant is 11, 56% and this means that there is a significant correlation between PAI learning completeness Students with Cognitive Maturity. So the higher the student learning completeness, the higher Student Cognitive Maturity. Cognitive maturity of students in learning greatly affects the learning process]]>
