Abstract

This study aims to determine the method of adult Al-Qur'an education (Dirosa) on the ability to read the Koran. This research is descriptive quantitative research with the ex-post facto design. Determination of the sample is 50% of the population entitled 90, namely 45 research samples. The research data use questionnaire and test instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Before carrying out data analysis, the data were tested first, namely normality test and homogeneity test. Data analysis The results of the study used descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis analysis. The results showed that: (1) the method of adult Al-Quran education (Dirosa) as a whole respondents who answered always (SL) by 65%, who answered frequently (SR) by 30%, who answered sometimes (KD) for 5%, who answer rarely (JR) and never (TP) by 0%; (2) Ability to read al-Qur'an respondents with excellent predicate of 43 or 96%, good predicate of 2 or 4%, predicate sufficient, predicate less and predicate failed at 0 or 0%; (3) Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of adult Al-Qur'an education methods (variable X) on the ability to read the Qur'an (Variable Y) with the independent variable (method Dirosa) to the honest variable ( Qur'anic reading ability is 67.2%, while other variable costs. Significance value is 0,000 <0,05 so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant (significant) influence of the Dirosa (X) method variable on the ability to read the Qur'an (Y). Abstract

This study uses a type of qualitative research (qualitative research), which aims.1), to determine the pattern of communication between parents and teachers in the moral development of students in SMA Negeri 2 Sukamaju District. Luwu Utara; 2) To find out the form of moral coaching of parents towards learning that is studying at SMA Negeri 2 Sukamaju district. Luwu Utara;3) to find out the form of moral coaching of students in schools conducted by the teacher; 4) to find out what is the teacher and teacher in the moral development of students. The results showed that 1) the pattern of communication and cooperation between parents and teachers in the moral coaching of students was good enough because there were parents and teachers in fostering the morality of students in SMA 2 Sukamaju; 2) There are several forms of parental moral coaching to students in SMA 2 Sukamaju; 3) Forms of Moral Coaching for Students in SMA 2 Sukamaju can be grouped into two forms of moral coaching, namely morality to humans, and the environment; 4) Constraints in the moral development of students are the family environment, association, and electronic media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the spiritual development of students in SMP Negeri 12 Palopo, and to determine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in the spiritual development of students in 12 Palopo State Middle School. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using normative approaches, pedagogical approaches, and psychological approaches. Data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. Collected with Observation and Documentation Interview techniques. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: (1) The spiritual development of students in Palopo State 12 Junior High School. In addition to the religious material the teacher also provides the properties of local wisdom, namely the habits that exist in the community that is always emphasized to students so that there is no disconnect between the conditions in the community and what they will face, especially in terms of togetherness, kinship, and discipline. through learning materials and will also involve students in social activities such as raising funds for disaster victims, visiting sick friends or teachers, mourn if there is one teacher, community leader, student and student representative who is experiencing a disaster. The direct and active approach is expected to grow and develop a sense of empathy for the surrounding environment. (2) The role of Islamic religious teachers in the spiritual development of students in SMP Negeri 12 Palopo, namely, as instructors, providing learning materials as well as lecturing practices at school, performing congregational prayers before going home from school. The teacher also controls students in their respective environments by using prayer journal books.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which aims to determine the increasing interest in learning through discussion methods. Subjects in the study were students of class X-7 as many as 24 students (11 sons and 13 daughters) SMA 4 Kota Palopo. The results showed that: the application of the discussion method was carried out in 3 stages: a). The stage before a meeting. b). The stage during the meeting and c) Stage after the meeting. Then before the researcher conducts research in class. Researchers first take student data to the teacher in the field of Islamic Education as a comparison of the results of pre-cycle learning, the cycle I and cycle II. The average value of students in class X-7 before applying the discussion method is only 47.08%, which means that it is still below the limit of students' completeness. In the first cycle, researchers have applied the discussion method to the average value of students reaching 69.5%. In cycle II the average value of students reached 84.16%. This has proven that the application of the discussion method can improve students' learning interest in the subjects of Islamic Religion in the X-7 class of SMA 4 Palopo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Education Against Morals (Honest Behavior) of Class X Students in SMA 3 Palopo. This study uses a causal ex-post facto research design with a population of 277 class X students with sampling using a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling technique established by 73 students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. The results of data processing obtained an average score of Islamic education, which is 86.40 with a standard deviation of 7.684 from the ideal score of 100. Similarly, the average score of honest behavior is 88.77 with a standard deviation of 5.760 of the ideal score of 100. The results his research shows that Islamic religious education has a significant influence on the honest behavior of class X students in SMA 3 Palopo with a percentage of 17.2%, while the rest is influenced by other factors. The implication of this research is that if Islamic religious education is taught well it will have a big influence on the formation of the morality of students, the especially honest character which students will actualize in their daily lives both for themselves and for others.

Abstract

This study aims to: describe what creativity and effort should be done by teachers in developing cognitive potential. This research is a descriptive study, using a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by making observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Subjects and objects in this study were teachers of Palopo Muhammadiyah Middle School, Analysis and data processing were carried out in a qualitative manner. The research results obtained are, 1) Teachers carry out learning activities both in the classroom and outside the classroom, Utilizing learning media well and adjusting between learning materials with learning methods. 2) In developing the cognitive potential of students in learning PAI the teacher always strives to create a conducive atmosphere so that students do not feel bored in the learning process takes place, and conduct evaluations at the end of each lesson then provide reinforcement for students who answer the questions posed, make personal approaches and give appreciation to students. The implication of the implementation of teaching techniques carried out by PAI teachers has an impact on the success or failure of PAI learning, especially in developing the cognitive potential of grade VII A students in Palopo Muhammadiyah Middle School.
