Abstract

The existence of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teacher education department is new hope in developing the quality of human resources, especially PGMI aims to produce prospective MI/SD class teachers who have pedagogical competence, personality, professional, and social by providing concepts, theory, and practice. These competencies are provided in order to meet people's needs for education and respond to the challenges of the era of disruption as a result of accelerated development and penetration of Science and Technology into all aspects of life, including education. Strengthening this study program requires adequate infrastructure to meet all the needs for academic and non-academic tools to support the learning process efforts to realize educational goals in the department. The design in this study used a qualitative descriptive. This study will describe the strategy for the development of madrasah ibtidaiyah teacher education administrators. The instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using SWOT. The results showed that there are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the development of the education department for madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers. The strategy proposed by researchers to improve the quality of academic and administrative services in the PGMI Department of UIN Banten was named ANDAMUI. This strategy is an acronym or an abbreviation of pedomAN, DAta, koMUnikatif, dan refleksI.

Abstract

The objectives are to know the role of Leadership of Madrasa Principals andt to know of his efforts and strategies in MTsN 5 Tangerang and MTsN 2 Tangerang in improving the quality of madrasah education, to know the role of emotional intelligence of teachers and To know the efforts and strategies in MTsN 5 Tangerang and MTsN 2 Tangerang in improving the quality of madrasah education, to know the supporting and inhibiting factors of Madrasa Principals and teachers in improving the quality of education in MTsN 5 Tangerang and MTsN 2 Tangerang and to know the results achieved in the leadership of Madrasa Principals and teachers in improving the quality of education in MTsN 5 Tangerang and MTsN 2 Tangerang. The conclusion are increased teacher discipline percentage, ready to perform computer-based exams, increasing student achievement in prestigious competency arena in the provinces can compete in the arena of competition both at the regional level and even at the national level; Good community appraisal so that MTs become the main choice, teacher teacher average already S2, With kinship communication pattern owned by head of madrasah, hence good communication exists between stakeholder and also the creation of comfortable working climate Keywords. Abstract

Manajemen sarana prasarana adalah suatu usaha yang diarahkan untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar mengajar yang efektif dan menyenangkan serta dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar dengan baik sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kelengkapan sarana yang ada. Dengan demikian manajemen sarana prasarana itu merupakan usaha untuk mengupayakan sarana dan alat peraga yang dibutuhkan pada proses pembelajaran demi lancarnya dan tercapainya peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa yang pada akhirnya tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Fasilitas pembelajaran merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari sarana prasarana pendidikan. Secara etimologis prasarana berarti alat tidak langsung untuk mencapai tujuan dalam pendidikan misalnya : lokasi/tempat, bangunan sekolah, lapangan olahraga, uang dsb. Fungsi pengadaan adalah mengatur dan menyelenggarakan terpenuhinya sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan baik menyangkut jenis, jumlah, kualitas, tempat dan waktu yang dikehendak Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan adalah keseluruhan kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan cara menghadirkan atau dari tidak ada menjadi ada sarana pendidikan berdasarkan hasil perencanaan Banyak sekolah yang sudah memiliki sarana prasarana yang lengkap dan memadai jika tidak mendapat perhatian dan dikelola dengan baik akan berdampak barang cepat rusak, alat peraga atau sarana pendidikan berdasarkan hasil perencanaan dia pendidikan sulit dicari, hilang, habis dimakan rayap, hal ini terjadi karena tidak dilaksanakannya perawatan dan pemeliharaan sarana prasarana agar tertata rapih, bersih, menarik, nyaman dipandang dan mudah dipergunakan dalam pembelajaran diperlukan pemeliharaan secara rutin.

Abstract

The library has a very important role for education. Library is not only used as a place to place books, but the library can be used as a place to study and a place to study and get a source of information. This paper aims to determine the nature of effectiveness, service, school libraries, the effectiveness of school library services, and the ideal school library as a center for information literacy. The school library service aims to present information in the interest of improving the implementation of teaching and learning process and recreation for all citizens of the school by using the library materials they have. As a service institution, the success of the library is highly dependent on the system and the implementation of its service aspects to its users. Abstract

This research aims to obtain information on the inventory management of educational facilities and infrastructures, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors at State Vocational High School 2 Pekanbaru. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach by utilizing some data collection techniques such as a transcript, coding, and data interpretation. The results of this study showed that 1) the inventory management of the educational facilities and infrastructures had been good, it was seen by recording, classification, and coding based on the history purchase of goods. Moreover, reporting and removing the inventory had been based on the warrant by education authorities. 2) The supporting factors were the cooperation between the people at the school and adequate facilities and it has been well-formatted on the computer. Meanwhile, the obstructing factors were a large number of goods, low human resources, and relatively old age. The researcher hopes this study could be applied to be inventory guidelines for schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of teacher professionalism in MTsN 1 in Serang Regency through an increase in professional and pedagogical competencies. This research was carried out in the Serang District 1 MTsN. The research methodology uses qualitative studies with a field research approach that attempts to research or make observations and jump directly in the field. Research on the development of teacher professionalism in Serang District 1 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri is not only enough with theoretical studies but it needs direct research to the location studied, known as observation using a systematic approach. While the speakers who can be used as resource persons include the head of The Madrasa and all Madrasa teachers. Based on the results of the research the development of teacher professionalism through competency and pedagogical improvement can be done in a way, namely: First: Pedagogic Ability; Ability to Understand Students, Ability to Design Learning, Ability to Implement Learning Processes, Ability to Assess Processes and Results, and Ability to Develop Potential Students. Second: Professional Ability; can be described by the ability to master the field of study seen from the educational background of teachers who have academic qualifications and teaching teachers in accordance with their expertise and majors, and have the ability and understanding of students, the ability to master educational learning through the ability to understand the types of subjects, organizing the subjects and utilize learning resources.Keywords: teacher professionalism, professionalism, pedagogy, teacher performance

Abstract

This article would like to description result of research was done entitled the effect of application an examination for student’s science attitude and learning motivation in State Islamic Religious Institutes Pontianak. The problem in this research is first, how to effect of regularly test, and how to effect of take home test, and which do from third tests above very influences for student’s science attitude and learning motivation. This research was done based student’s attitude phenomena in learning activities especially to learn in faced an examination of semester in the Campus. That it was can looked from student’s activities very busy and so-so, tending to be lazy person. Based on pre investigation was discovered the information that student’s character not very busy to learn because lecturer always given test by taken home. But at the same time was discovered the information that student very occupied in quest the hand book, make a summary, and to borrow the notation of matters to another student to prepare to follow end an examination of semester regularly. This research characterized an associative by quantitative approach. That sampling of research was about 100 students taken by random sampling. Meanwhile, Method to aggregate the date used indirect communication technique by questionnaire instrument. Furthermore, to analysis the date used non parametric descriptive statistic. It was done crosstab test by using SPSS 18.0 version that the outcome this research pointed that the implementation of regularly test more influence for student’s science attitude and learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the forms of education management in the new Normal era. This study uses library research methods-analysis of the content through books and articles from scientific journals related to the study's focus. The data collected is then reduced and then interpreted and concluded according to the research question. Relevant studies, the concept of education management, and the concept of education in Islam and the new normal as a new order became the focus in this study. Data analysis techniques using content analysis. The study results revealed that the management of education must meet three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the new Normal era, these three stages require a new model aligned with the paradigm of freedom of learning. Further study is needed to discuss it.

Abstract

Madrasah is a populist educational institution in the midst of the Muslim community in Indonesia, especially in rural and transitional areas. Madrasahs are currently facing rapidly changing societies, such as structural, culture and interactionchange. The change is caused by the rapidity of modernization and globalization. Education in the context of globalization, including education globalization is required to develop an educational system that will produce graduates who have competitiveness from local, national and international levels. To achieve this goal educational institutions need to internalize themselves with the global environment as a positive response to the changes brought about by modernization and globalization. Externalization is the process of adaptation. Adaptation implies the ability of a community group or an individual to learn and change. Thus the process of adaptation or adjustment refers to the ability of the community to adapt to their environment. The process of adaptation is a positive psychological response in the form of emotional and social change. The form of adaptation that greatly affects the survival and development of madrasah in the transitional area of the global era are curriculum. In the curriculum aspect, madrasahs do not have to replace the existing curriculum, but try to provide development with rational, constructive, and dialogical approaches. While in the aspect of madrasah leadership should begin to prepare a visionary and transformative leadership model. Keywords: Adaptation, Madrasah, Transitional Society

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of leadership education programs for students in Banyumas Banyubelik Nature School Banyumas. This type of research used in this study is field research. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Management of Leadership Education Program for Students in the Banyu Belik Nature School had been implemented well. This can be proven by the achievement of the vision, mission and goals of the school which is to create a generation of ahlusunnah wal jama'ah who are ready to become leaders with moral mercy and scientific reasoning and have life skills in the field of leadership and technology by carrying out management functions including planning, organizing, implementing and controlling . Thus, the creation of educational institutions that can be moved as a whole as a whole in order to achieve the goals set.
