Even though most Jugun Ianfu has passed away and the relation between Indonesia and Japan is in a good diplomacy, it does not mean that the events experienced by Jugun Ianfu in the past can be forgotten. The history of Jugun Ianfu can provide pictures that position of women in the past was lower than man and there is no law can protect them. Because there is no legal protection, women are helpless when they experience sexual violence. For this reason, in the present, the government should make legal regulations that to protect women from various violence. In addition, the government is expected to provide the widest opportunity for women to get an education so that in the future women can have advanced thoughts.

(Title: Methods and Techniques of Translating Literary Works) With the mass media globalization today, a literary works can be translated into many different languages. This situation makes the translation literature become one of the prose that is in great demand by literary learners. A good translation literature cannot be separated from the translation system that can convey the contents of a literary work in the target language as well as in the original language. To get a good translation process, an interpreter (specially the beginner) must know the right way to transfer the original language into the target language. Difficulty translating literary works can be solved by the knowledge of translation. This article will explain about that knowledge which includes types, techniques and methods of translation. The purpose of this presentation is to provide some information for the Japanese language learners, especially those who learns the Japanese literature. Using the literature study method, it can be seen that there are three types of translation which include intralingual translation, interlingual translation and intersemiotic translation. The three types of translation can be translated by choosing the right method and technique from eight translation methods and nine translation techniques. By choosing the right method and technique, a translation literature is not only translated into the language system, but can also be further translated along with the sign and cultural meaning implied by that literary work.

Abstract

(Title: Omotenashi: Hospitality Culture in Japan, Its Culture’s Root and Manifestacy) When visiting Japan, we will be able to feel the true meaning of the slogan "Guest is King". Even if we live for seven years, we will still be amazed by the hospitality given by the Japanese, both for tourists, foreigners who live, to the Japanese people themselves. Then what if we can't go to Japan and feel the hospitality right away? Have products made by Japan. There is no need for large products like electronic devices or Japanese cars, but enough to see, for example snacks that are produced directly in Japan. Instantly we will feel that inanimate objects can also provide 'red carpet service'. The principle embedded in Japanese people when giving hospitality to guests or consumers should not be formed. How it is formed, and what it looks like, needs to be examined to create an understanding of the need for a hospitality culture in society, and the great effects that can be created by a country that maintains a hospitality culture. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The researcher tries to describe in depth the roots of hospitality culture in Japan and how the culture is manifested by Japanese society. This research model raised specific issues, namely focusing only on Japanese hospitality culture by describing data that is able to represent phenomena in depth.

Bushido as a moral teaching contains the principles of virtue to form the soul of a knight. A typical Japanese knight is a Samurai. The moral teaching is inherited verbally from generation to generation until now. Japanese people practice these teachings seriously into everyday life. They live every principle with full sincerity, honesty, and wholeheartedly to form a patriotic soul. The principles of teaching are formulated in writing into seven principles that are inseparable from one another. Because every principle underlies and animates other principles. A Samurai cannot abandon one principle of teaching because if he abandons one principle the quality of a samurai will disappear so that he does not have a patriotic soul. Therefore, Bushido is able to form a patriot who is always superior.
