Abstract

Computers have a system that has the ability to help people in solving problems, with their decision support systems can improve the quality of decision support system that will be created. For example, the bark berkualitas.Sistem seed selection to be made in the decision making is by using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). These applications seek a weighted summation of the performance rating for each alternative on all attributes, and requires a decision matrix normalization process to a scale that can be compared with all the ratings of existing alternatives. The report will describe the decision support system in the process of selection of seeds with good quality bark. Abstract

Penyakit tulang adalah penyakit yang sering kali tidak disadari oleh seseorang yang mungkin saja, orang tersebut sudah mengidap gejala-gejala penyakit tersebut. Umumnya seseorang akan menyadari bahwa dia telah mengidap penyakit tulang, ketika kondisi tulangnya tidak memungkinkan lagi untuk diobati. Jadi untuk mengurangi resiko keluhan pada tulang, kita membutuhkan informasi lengkap dan memadai baik dari riset, internet dan petugas kesehatan. Dengan menjaga kesehatan tulang maka aktivitas dan kinerja seseorang pun menjadi lebih produktif. Berdasarkan keadaan yang seperti ini peran pakar kesehatan terutama di bidang penyakit Tulang sangat dibutuhkan karena faktor keterbatasan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai penyakit tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun suatu system pakar  untuk mendiagnosa penyakit tulang melalui web menggunakan metode metode forward chaining untuk mendiagnosa penyakit tulang. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Untuk tahap pengembangan sistem meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi sistem, pengujian sistem dengan metode black box test dan alpha test.

Abstract

PT Semen Padang is the oldest cement factory in Indonesia was established on March 18, 1910. Semen Padang is located in the Village District of Lubuk Kilangan Indarung Madya city of Padang, approximately 15 km from the center of Padang West Sumatra at an altitude of 350 above sea level. PT Semen Padang not only produce high quality cement, but also manufacture cement bags which will facilitate the distribution of cement. Bags of cement were produced under the Ministry of Transportation Distribution and PT Semen Padang or Bureau bag factory located at Km 2 By Pass street, Padang. Bureau bag factory produces 40 Kg bag with size and the size of 50 kg. Based on the results of the overall discussion on the control of product quality cement bags known that quality control is implemented is still not optimal. Paretto diagram of the processing, there are six causes of disability among other cement bags 1. Defects in the logo, 2. Glue the tube body portion is not flat, 3. Tube not cut / no separate, 4. Installation of the valve / valve is not appropriate, 5. Glue at the top and bottom of the bag uneven, and 6. Fold the top and bottom are not perfect. The most dominant defect occurs during the production process on line IV, namely, fold the top and bottom of the bag is not perfect for 26 280 of the 77 295 total defective products, defective bags or 34% of the total number of defective products and improper valve installation for 23 575 of the 77 295 total products disability, which has a defect rate of 30.5% of the existing number of defective products. Selanjutya based on analysis of a causal diagram is known that factors that cause many machining equipment occurred a defective product, so it needs to be evaluated again on machinery and equipment so as to reduce or eliminate defects that may occur. Then on analysis using p control map for the entire product defects that occur in the production process shows that not all the data are within the control limits.                                                                              Keywords: Cause and Effect Diagram, Cement Bags, Control Charts P, Defective Products,  Pareto Diagram, Quality Control.

Abstract

PT Incasi Raya is one of the companies engaged in industry palm oil. The production of palm oil is mostly exported to all over the world market. The number of requests from the world market, then the company should be able to optimize the available manpower to meet demand.This study aims to determine the percentage of employees' workload of the heart's workload seen in the lifting of fresh fruit bunches using CVL method, analyze the position of the employee in the lift FFB whether in accordance with ergonomic approach. Data were analyzed quantitatively using the method of CVL (Cardiovascular load) by analyzing the positions of employees in lifting the fresh fruit bunches.Based on the results of the research, the percentage of employees receiving workload CVL biggest heart in block A with an average of 39.804% and the percentage of employees receiving CVL smallest cardiac workload on the block E with an average of 25.976% and the employee's position in the lifting of fresh fruit bunches into the dump the truck is not ergonomic. Keywords: Palm Oil, Workload, Ergonomics, Cardiovascular Load.

Abstract

PT. KIM merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan batubara. Lokasi penambangannya berada di Desa Tanjung Belit, Kecamatan Jujuhan, Kabupaten Bungo, Provinsi Jambi. Keadaan endapan batubara PT. KIM berdasarkan sifat fisik, jenis roof/floor dan parting, ketebalan serta hubungannya dengan batuan lain, maka batubara di daerah ini dapat di koreksi menjadi tiga seam batubara, yaitu seam 100, seam 200 dan seam 300, dengan nilai kalori dibawah 4100 Kkl/kg dan 4200 Kkl/kg dalam kapasitas yang besar. Sementara itu dalam kegiatan penambangan PT KIM menghasilkan minyak pelumas bekas sebanyak 20.000 lt/bulan. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan ( upgrading ) nilai kalori batubara berkalori rendah ( low calori ) hasil penambangan. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan perbandingan optimum antara batubara dengan minyak pelumas bekas untuk mendapatkan nilai kalori optimum pada sampel batubara seam 100 dan seam 200 PT. KIM. Dan Untuk mengetahui penurunan nilai total moisture maksimum dari campuran batubara dengan minyak pelumas bekasMetodologi Upgrade Brown Coal yang dilakukan adalah mengambil sampel batubara secara sistimatis dan terwakili dibeberapa titik. Sampel tersebut dianalisa nilai kalori dan total moisture nya, kemudian dilakukan pencampuran dengan minyak pelumas dalam beberapa perbandingan. Dari analisis sampel batubara awal sebelum dilakukan Upgrade browncoal nilai kalori batubara yaitu 4857.61 Kkal/kg dan kadar air sebesar 33,10%. Setelah dilakukan metode upgrade browncoal pada perbandingan 100 gram batubara dengan 25 ml minyak pelumas bekas nilai kalori batubara sebesar 5793.19 Kkal/kg dan kadar air sebesar 4,36%. Pada perbandingan 100 gram batubara dengan 50 ml minyak pelumas bekas nilai kalori batubara sebesar 6595.79 Kkal/kg dan kadar air sebesar 4,50%. Pada perbandingan 100 gram batubara dengan 75 ml minyak pelumas bekas nilai kalori batubara sebesar 7161.55 Kkal/kg dan kadar air sebesar 6,22%. Pada perbandingan 100 gram batubara dengan 100 ml minyak pelumas bekas nilai kalori batubara sebesar 7331.19 Kkal/kg dan kadar air sebesar 4,71%. Pada perbandingan 100 gram batubara dengan 125 ml minyak pelumas bekas nilai kalori batubara sebesar 8049.05 Kkal/kg dan kadar air sebesar 6,30%. Dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa perbandingan optimum adalah 100 gr batubara dengan 75 ml minyak pelumas bekas. Penurunan total moisture maksimum dari sampel batubara yang di upgrade adalah pada perbandingan 100 gr batubara dengan 25 ml minyak pelumas bekas, namun penurunan ini  setiap perbandingannya tidak  berbeda jauh, yaitu berkisar 28,74% sampai 26.8%. Kata Kunci : Upgrade browncoal , Low Coal, Calori,Total Moisture

Abstract

 Application of manual work system has several advantages as it did in the café living room. Communication error on the availability of food and beverage menu that makes customer interaction with the waiter became longer because the waiter had to interact with the kitchen, the impact of this incident other customers have to wait when they want to order.To overcome this problem, an application was made ordering food and drink at the cafe living room-based multi-client using vb net in 2010. The use of multi-client choose to reduce the cost of an expensive resource.This design resulted in the application of food and beverage ordering menu-based multi-client that can be installed and run on a computer living room with exe format. Penelitian Sistem Informasi pendistribusian pada kelompok Tani Ingin Maju Balingka denganmenggunakan Bahasa Pemograman Berbasis Web dengan tujuan untuk merancang program informasi yangdigunakan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pemesanan pada kelompok tani ingin maju.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah : studi lapangan, yaitu denganmelakukan observasi dan wawancara, kemudian studi pustaka. Berdasarkan penelitian yang penulis lakukanpada Kelompok Tani Ingin Maju Kanagarian Balingka maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan yaitu : Denganmemanfaatkan sistem komputerisasi yang telah dibuat dapat membantu para anggota.

Abstract

This aim of this study to determine the effects of problem based learning to learning outcomes.  This research sample was taken two classes with simple random sampling that are IX-3 and IX-2 to experiment groupand control group are 35 students respectively. The average scores result pretest both of treatment group and control group, was 35.29 and 34.86. The average scores result post-test both of the treatment group and control group, was 60.43 and 54.43. The scores pre and post-test mentioned T-test two parties, and the result of  the detached score of pre-test obtained tcount< ttable, that the initial ability of students both of groups are same, while the T-test results for score post-test obtained tcount> ttable, that there is a difference in student learning outcomes with applying problem based learning with conventional learning models. Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Conventional, Simple Random Sampling.

Abstract

Packing Plant Indarung PT. Semen Padang which located at Jl. Raya Indarung - Padang has an important role to packing the cements. There are two types packer machines on Packing Plant Indarung, it is old packer machine and new packer machine. The objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness comparative of both packer machine types. One of method to measuring effectiveness machine is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). OEE is composed of three factors, that is Availability, Performance, and Quality. OEE score obtained by multiplying these factors.Result of the research show that Overall Equipment Effectiveness value of the new packer machines is higher than old packer machines. OEE score of the new packer machines is 69,14%. While OEE score of the old packer machines is 76,80%. Therefore, it was concluded that the effectiveness of new packer machine is better than old packer machine.Key Word : OEE, Packing Plant Indarung, PackerMachine, PT. Semen Padang

Abstract

A company will be faced with problems relating to the distribution system. Thisproblem arises because consumers are in geographically dispersed locations, this resulted in the importance of holding inventories at several location. PT.Nuj / Mts is the distribution company, this company manufactures the product. PT.Nuj / Mts not yet have a good distribution planning. Planning distribution company run by less effective and has few weaknesses. Given these problems, then conducted research with the method of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) in the hope to be distributing the product from factory to each of city in an optimal distribution. Distribution Requirements Planning is a method to handle the procurement of supplies in a multi-echelon distribution network. The purpose of the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), which make a planning and scheduling activities of a good distribution, so that success in meeting customer demand will be more optimal, increase performance in fulfilling orders in a timely and appropriate amount so that distribution costs can be reduced minimized. Ofthe results, themethod ofdistribution planningcompany, the Total Cost of distribution including product demand data, product price, booking fees, storage fees, shipping costs and lead time data.
