<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine how the image of a web-based information system utilization by clients of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Batu Aji Batam Branch, how is the quality of service, how the level of client satisfaction, how the influence of web-based information systems PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Batu Aji Batam Branch on customer satisfaction, impact of service quality on customer satisfaction as well as the influence of web-based information systems and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Batu Aji Batam Branch. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to all customers by assuming the entire customer population is listed as a member. Data processing using statistical program SPSS to analyze the data using descriptive quality of the test data, the hypothesis testing, simultaneous test (F) and partial test (T). The findings of this study is the quality of service to customers of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Batu Aji Batam Branch good, the customer has a fairly high level of satisfaction, a web-based information systems affect customer satisfaction, service quality PT. Effectiveness Decision may be interpreted as a result of the company or individual in carrying out its work effectively, efficiently and legally controlled undertaken in order to achieve the mission and vision of the company. Factors that may affect the effectiveness of decision making allegedly dominant enough to have an influence on the effectiveness of decision making in Indonesia is PT UT Quality Utilization Management Information Systems and Organizational Structure. These factors are interrelated to one another on the Effectiveness of Decision Making in PT UT Quality Indonesia. Thus these factors have a relationship that can be combined to achieve higher effectiveness of decision making. <![CDATA[Bank Bukopin Batam merupakan salah satu Bank yang menghimpun dana dan penyalur dana. Ada beberapa fasilitas dalam penyaluran dana ke nasabah yang di miliki Bank Bukopin. Salah satunya Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR), selama ini pihak Bank memberikan KPR ke nasabah masih menggunakan prediksi resiko secara manual dalam memberikan kredit kepada nasabah yang banyak menyita waktu dan tenaga apalagi pada saat laporan nasabah dianalisa lebih lanjut oleh pihak Bank. Salah satu teknik yang dapat membantu pihak Bank dalam memprediksi Penentuan resiko kredit adalah teknik Decision Tree yang merupakan bagian dari teknik Data Mining untuk mengambil suatu keputusan dalam bentuk pohon. Dengan teknik Decision Tree diharapkan dapat membantu pihak bank agar lebih cepat dan mudah dalam memprediksi data dan menarik suatu kesimpulan dari data yang ada. Salah satu cara memprediksi data tersebut dengan menggunakan software Dtreg. Pada software ini data yang digunakan hanya bisa dalam bentuk format “csv (comma delimited), jika tidak menggunakan format “csv (comma delimited)“ maka data tersebut tidak bisa diproses oleh software Dtreg dan selanjutnya jika format excel yang telah dirubah ke format “csv (comma delimited)”, maka akan dapat dilakukan proses analisa. Dtreg dapat menghasilkan pohon keputusan, salah satu nya yaitu hasil keputusan resiko dari jumlah kredit pemilikan rumah berdasarkan jumlah nasabah.]]>

<![CDATA[Importance performance analysis or IPA is a tool to evaluate and identify the major strengths and weaknesses of organization. This research attempts to understand the customer expectations and perceptions of website quality of a bank in batam city and shows the usefulness of the IPA in evaluating website quality attributes from customer perspectives in a bank. This research used 45 items from the website quality attributes and each item was rated using semantic scale. Responses were obtained from 280 usable questionnaires. The importance-performance analysis shows that 12 items fall into the “keep up the good work” quadrant, 9 items fall into the “concentrate here” quadrant, 9 items fall into the “low priority” quadrant, and 15 items fall into the “possible overkill” quadrant. The results of this research are useful in identifying areas for strategic focus to help organization develop the website quality strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[Quality of Student Academic Information Systems need to be considered to improve user satisfaction, which in this study users of academic information systems students are students of Indonesian STT Tanjungpinang. Student academic information system applied to the STT Indonesia in support of student academic data processing, such as KRS (Study Plan Card), KHS (Card Study Results), and so forth. Students from Indonesia amounted to as much as 475 STT students, using simple random sampling technique and precision Yamane formula taro 10%, then obtained a sample of 83 students. This study uses verification, which verifies the influence of Quality Information System (independent variable) on student satisfaction (dependent variable). The results of this study were (1) There is an effect between the quality system of student academic information system to student satisfaction, (2) There is the influence of the quality of information on students 'academic information system to student satisfaction, (3) There is the influence of the quality of students' academic information system student satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Virus MERS VoC (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus) Penyakit ini adalah penyakit sindrom pernapasan yang disebabkan oleh virus Corona yang menyerang saluran pernapasan mulai dari yang ringan hingga berat. Gejalanya adalah demam, batuk dan sesak nafas, bersifat akut. Sistem Pakar adalah sebuah teknik untuk mempermudah kerja manusia. Sistem pakar ini bisa berupa software yang akan di implementasikan sebagai sumber informasi dan juga bisa di implementasikan berupa hardware. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah Forward Chaining Langkah yang dilakukan dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, pengembangan dan hasil. Sementara sistem informasinya adalah dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman yaitu PHP yang sudah di install di program sesuai dengan kebutuhan.]]>

To know the goods have been processed for delivery or not the courier service delivery of goods provide trace and tracking system. In this study will examine how the accuracy of the quality of information on trace systems and tracking as a service system that provides convenience to users and customers in knowing where the goods we send or receive. The research variables as the direction of measurement are Interest (importance), Clarity (clarity), Relevance (relevance), usefulness (usefulness). Research method by means of descriptive research that is method used to analyze data by way of describing or describing data that have been collected. The samples taken are batam city people who have or are using the system trace and tracking courier services. <![CDATA[Progress and needs between software and hardware is always running in time, it is difficult to assess which one is superior. Both are two sides of the coin, on one side of the new software innovations require new hardware specification with technical specifications that can meet the requirements of the software, the most advanced hardware and vice versa can not be used if the software is not up to date. Instinctively and naturally as the user, have always wanted to try and have the latest software and hardware especially if they are need to support the smooth work. Green computing or the concept of environmentally friendly activities can be used as one form of manifestation of consciousness for people to care about the environment. This concept began to be introduced in 1992 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the use of the hardware environment friendly green computing company with Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Research object is located in Batam with a sample size of 100 companies using a simple linear regression analysis. Based on the survey results and analysis, it can be concluded correlation exists between the use of hardware to green computing company activities PCB has a high correlation of 0.777.]]>
