Abstract

Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah memberikan masukan yang komprehensif terutama yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengaruh website, kualitas layanan dan kompetensi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung perpustakaan kota Batam, provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a) Website, kualitas pelayanan,kompetensi pegawai dipersepsikan responden cukup bermanfaat bagi pengunjung, b) Kepuasan Pengunjung Perpustakaan Umum dan Arsip Kota Batam dipersepsikan responden cukup bermanfaat bagi pengunjung, c) Secara parsial website tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Perpustakaan Umum dan Arsip Kota Batam, d) Secara parsial kualitas pelayanan pegawai dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Perpustakaan Umum dan Arsip Kota Batam, e) Secara simultan, website, kualitas pelayanan dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Perpustakaan Umum dan Arsip Kota Batam.

Abstract

PT PLN Batam as one of the companies that provide electric power to serve customers in Batam Island and the surrounding areas can not be separated from the competitive climate despite allegedly monopolistic factor is still a force to compel customers to receive services provided by PT PLN Batam. But in fact the competition has taken place in Batam Island, among others, the utilization of electricity for a specific area such as Tunas Industrial Area, Industrial Area Batamindo, and Panbil Industrial Area, and in allowing some companies to manage their own electrical such as Mega Mall, which has a gas plant for its own sake . This shows that competition in the electricity business in Batam has occurred and for the PT PLN Batam should improve service if do not want to be left by customers. The process of sending the bill could use that email can be generated'automatically 'directly to the customer. Means that PT PLN have to create a process that will directly send the bill to the customer when the final email service usage period for example the 1st of each month. In addition to the delivery process (obviously) much faster than the way 'manual', the reduction of paper consumption (and its cost) will be considerably increased. Corporate image is a psychological impression and overview of the various activities of a company in the eyes of the public audience that is based on knowledge, responses and experiences that have been received. Specific assessment of the company's image can be shaped by the public image of good, average and poor.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Utilization Office Automation Webmail and Motivation on Employee Productivity. Employee productivity can be interpreted as a result of the company or individual in carrying out the work effectively, efficiently and legally controlled conducted in order to achieve the mission and vision of the company. Factors that may affect the Employee Productivity allegedly dominant enough to have an influence on Employee Productivity at PT Giken Precision Indonesia in Batam are Utilization Office Automation Webmail and Motivation. These factors are interrelated to each other on Employee Productivity at PT Giken Precision Indonesia in Batam. Thus these factors have a relationship that can be combined to achieve Employee Productivity is high. Employee productivity is influenced by many other factors that need to augment existing theories. This study is expected to provide input to the company that optimize utilization of Office Automation Webmail can improve Employee Productivity. Good service quality is highly dependent on the provider that indeed competent in their field. By processing the data using statistical tests, the results of this study suspected Utilization Office Automation Webmail very useful for service, motivation is very beneficial for the service, useful for service productivity, and partially that the utilization of Office Automation Webmail significant effect on Employee Productivity and Motivation significant effect on Employee productivity, as well as the simultaneous utilization of Office Automation Webmail and motivation influence on Employee Productivity.

Abstract

This can make irresponsible parties libel the company because everyone or customers who join it can read and comment freely on what the customer complained about. Therefore, PT Indoritel Makmur International Tbk (Indomaret) Batam is advised to have an application that can arrange and provide services to complaints or criticism and customer suggestions. To overcome these problems then designed a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information system. This design aims to facilitate customers in delivering criticism and suggestions or complaints to the service company. This design uses UML modeling diagram (Unifed Modeling Language) such as, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram and Sequence Diagram. In addition, the technologies used in this design system such as Dreamweaver, PHP, and MySQL. The end result of this design is a Web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information system that can be used to manage customer complaints submitted to PT Indoritel Makmur International Tbk (Indomaret) Batam. The Extreme Programming method is the most widely used approach to software development.

Abstract

PLN Batam is a services company in batam. The purpose of this study was to determine effects of Quality Information Technology for Employee Performance. To determine the use of Information Technology and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Research object PT. PLN Batam with the unit of analysis Employees PT. PLN Batam. The data was obtained using a questionnaire and interviewed staff and leadership PT. PLN Batam. Use of Information Technology and Work Motivation affect employee performance simultaneously at PT. PLN Batam. In the implementation, PT. PLN Batam is less attention to the balance of the services offered by PT. PLN Batam to its employees so that the use of Information Technology PT. PLN Batam for Employee Performance influential but less than optimal. Quality Information Technology provides information that is useful for customers by enabling customer service, employee competence is currently perceived by the customers PT. PLN Batam, work motivation is perceived as better by customers PT. PLN Batam. Although not all of the customer acknowledge the good work motivation, but based on the results of this study concluded that the majority of customers found that perceived work motivation is quite good, Employee Performance individuals and groups perceived to have provided enough benefit to customer service, quality of Information Technology In partial influence positive and significant impact on employee performance, partially Competence, providing a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Motivation partially Working, providing a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance and Quality simultaneously information Technology, Occupational Competence and Motivation significant positive influence on Employee performance.

Abstract

The previous researches showed that Value was normally influenced by Service Quality and Website Quality. Limited attention has been paid to treating those aspects as Construct. This research attempts to examine how Service Quality and Website Quality affect Value. This research uses 3 latent variables which consist of 2 exogenous constructs and 1 endogenous constructs. The impact of exogenous variables on endogenous variable was analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results show that there are significant interrelated dependence relationships among constructs.

Abstract

To bring in a lot of website visitors is fairly difficult challenges to face, either because more and more websites are popping up with the same theme with us and because of the difficulty of making the content or content that is burdensome. Google Analytics can be utilized to analyze the content which are much in demand, then we can take a decision on what to do next. Most companies have a great site, but only about five percent of the knowing use of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as part of the marketing plan. If they use their SEO will usually learn and spend thousands of dollars to make the site the number one but still too many visitors. We hope that if someone is typing a particular key word in the search engine google.com for example, the website we at least be in the top ten on the first page or even if it could be at the top.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of the quality of each dimension of 4.0 to satisfaction WebQual website users MatahariMall.com in Batam. To answer these problems, researchers collecting data in the form of primary and secondary data. The data collection was done by using questionnaires (questionnaire). The population in this study is the customer in Batam ever access or shop through MatahariMall.com where total respondents involved in this research were 100 respondents. The amount is determined by quota sampling technique due to lack of time, effort, cost. The collected data is processed and analyzed using SPSS statistical application assistance 19. To get an idea of ​​the quality of the website MatahariMall.com researchers conducted a descriptive analysis. Subsequent analysis is the analysis of verification is to measure the effect of each variable to the satisfaction of website quality. There is a positive and significant impact Usability (ease of use) to user satisfaction (user satisfaction). There is a positive and significant impact Information quality (quality information) to user satisfaction (user satisfaction). There is a positive and significant influence Service interaction quality (quality of service) to user satisfaction (user satisfaction).

Abstract

STMIK Putera Batam is an University in Batam who always need to improve the quality of service for both students and faculty as users of the system. In the world of education, especially higher education, information technology into an organization's critical success factors in its development now requires serious treatment in terms of service to the users of educational services. Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) is a resource for all things in the form of information that are related to academic issues on campus. SIA than an information resource on campus, can also be used as a means of communication media between lecturer and students, students and students, lecturer with campus officials and anyone who is in the college environment. Problem formulation in this research is the extent of user satisfaction of SIA in STMIK Putera Batam, and what services the factors that most affect the satisfaction system in STMIK Putera Batam. The results showed that the quality of service that consists of 5 variables (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy) influence on satisfaction of users of system in STMIK Putera Batam and partially there are two variables that significantly influence the system user satisfaction Responsiveness and Empathy. While the most dominant variable affecting the system of user satisfaction in STMIK Putera Batam system is variable Empathy. The relationship between the 5 variables of service quality (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy) with the satisfaction of users of the system are included in the category of very strong correlation coefficient was found to be 73.4%, so there is a strong positive relationship between the variables of service quality and satisfaction of users of the system

Abstract

Progress and needs between software and hardware is always running in time, it is difficult to assess which one is superior. Both are two sides of the coin, on one side of the new software innovations require new hardware specification with technical specifications that can meet the requirements of the software, the most advanced hardware and vice versa can not be used if the software is not up to date. Instinctively and naturally as the user, have always wanted to try and have the latest software and hardware especially if they are need to support the smooth work. Green computing or the concept of environmentally friendly activities can be used as one form of manifestation of consciousness for people to care about the environment. This concept began to be introduced in 1992 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The purpose of this study was to obtain research results between penggaruh use software and hardware to green computing company Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Research object is located in Batam with a sample size of 100 companies using a multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the survey results and analysis, the percentage contribution of influence in getting the software and hardware to variable computing companies green PCB at 60.5%
