Abstract

Hang Nadim Airport Batam using a system that is ELSA ADPS. This system used since 2012 to manage the news and then send it to the cost of each unit and airports that require. This study aimed to determine the effect on the performance aspects of human resources information systems, the effect of the support of the managers of the system performance information, as well as simultaneously influence aspects of human resources and support from the manager to the performance information system ELSA ADPS. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to all employees Hang Nadim airport in Batam using ELSA ADPS information system with descriptive data analysis and verification. The findings in this research that there is a positive and significant impact on the performance aspects of the human resources information system ELSA ADPS, there is a positive and significant impact on the Performance Manager Support of Information Systems ELSA ADPS, there is a positive and significant influence jointly between aspects of HR and support from the manager to the performance information system ELSA ADPS.

Abstract

Improved ability to manage and develop the college has been very necessary, including using the principles of modern management oriented to quality, one of which is to improve the performance of lecturers as a tip of the spear. For the owners and managers of universities, the quality management system is essentially nucleated on continuous improvements to strengthen and develop the quality of graduates that can be absorbed by the agencies and organizations. Samples in this research are year 150 Information System program college students in Batam city, who are on their second semester during the 2014-2015 academic year. The method used in this research to assess faculty performance index is Scales Rating. Based on this research method, there are similar patterns found on the respondent’s answers to all the problem statements, where respondents mostly agree with the statements provided.

Abstract

Trade on stock exchanges, is now beginning to change slowly toward highly sophisticated. As the capital market management authorities in Batam, Batam PT Royal Assetindo still experiencing no little trouble in giving access to the capital markets for the whole society. So the writer is interested in conducting research on the effects of e -trade and the behavior of investors psychographic PT Royal Assetindo Batam. This study aims to determine how much influence the e -trade and psychographic behavior of investors towards Batam PT Royal Assetindo partially. And to know how big the influence of e -trade and psychographic behavior of investors towards Batam PT Royal Assetindo simultaneously. Authors conducted a study using two causal research design is the design or verification . With the number of respondents 96 investors from PT Royal Assetindo Batam. The findings of this study E -trade and psychographic positive and significant impact on investor behavior Batam PT Royal Assetindo either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of E-payment System Online on the efficiency of public services at PT. Jamsostek Cabang 1 - Batam using simple linear regression method. And data collected by a questionnaire survey to 120 respondents. This study provides input for PT. Jamsostek Cabang 1 Batam which help in process transactions effectively and efficiently so that the customer will be satisfied as consideration for the progress of the service provider. As for some of the conclusions of this study are as follows: The Role of E-Payment System Online on the efficiency of public services PT Jamsostek Branch 1 Batam. This means that the role well and giving the latest information and the ease of getting information to the E-Payment System Online, it will increase the efficiency of public services PT Jamsostek Branch 1 Batam.

Abstract

Smartphone applications has been growing rapidly with proven many applications that can be downloaded for free on the internet. One smartphone apps harnessed and used as this research is Whatsapp instant messaging. The application is a chat application that is popular amongst smartphone users. Whatsapp instant messaging applications facilitate communication between users free of charge for use of internet data connection to send messages, pictures, video, and voice communications. The object of the research is the students, where they use the application to obtain information and exchange of information among fellow students like the subject matter, schoolwork, extracurricular activities or activities. The purpose of the research conducted to determine how perceptions of the usefulness of whatsapp instant messaging applications on the students.

Abstract

Customers PLN Batam continues to increase, so it is necessary technological tools to assist the process of improving customer service, poor quality of their services led to many customers complaining against PLN Batam services. Customers expect satisfaction with service PLN Batam quality products provided to customers are not in accordance with the wishes of the customer, so that customers feel aggrieved, it is necessary to apply information technology, the quality of service that the company's goal is achieved, Managed poorly, it can lead to miscommunication occurred between the PLN and the Government, because PLN is a limited liability company. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of Informat technology in providing information needed for customer PT. PLN Batam, and gain an overview of the services provided to the customer PT. PLN Batam. To obtain an overview of customer satisfaction with PT. PLN Batam, to memperolehgambaran implementation of Information Technology to customer satisfaction PT. PLN Batam. To find out how much the level of quality services that include Tangible, realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy towards customer satisfaction PT. PLN Batam. Methods The study design using descriptive and correlation. Descriptive method is a type of research that provides an overview or description of a situation as clearly as possible without any treatment of the studied projects. While the study design korelasil, useful for understanding behavior, whether it is human behavior or other living things, or it could be the behavior of objects that are the objects of research, can be done by looking at whether a particular variable on the object to be examined relating to certain other variables. The findings of this study to get the results that the implementation of information technology to provide accurate information to customers PT. PLN, as well as the quality of services provided by PT. PLN Batam to qualified customers at this time, if eligible implementation of Information Technology. And if all the independent variables are met it will increase customer satisfaction PT. PT. PLN Batam according to the value of contributions, so the customer PT. PLN Batam are satisfied with the implementation of information technology and quality services applied in PLN Batam.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought changes for humans to meet their needs. If any of the technology has been used, then a new technology so the old technology will gradually be abandoned by the user, this will require technology investments that have been incurred should be able to adjust to existing conditions or changes in the function and purpose of existence so as to keep the business going amid threats tenologi competitors. There are two things that need to be maintained in achieving organizational resilience to increase customer loyalty and technology in order to keep using the service, namely the behavior of the users of information technology and information technology quality, so however the development of competing technologies, but remain loyal customers using these technologies. Customer loyalty is done by a level of customer loyalty based on the comparison between the perceived outcome desired expectations.

Abstract

Manufacturing Information System is needed by the production management information used for planning, organizing, controlling the production. Inputting data using MS Excel is still less than the maximum in assisting in generating the required information managers or others in need. The management wants mounted display report output in the large LCD monitor will be placed in strategic so that all employees can see it. This is so that the employees are motivated because look yield comparison with other employees. This research was conducted in the form of questionnaires that assess the activity of manufacturing information system quality and employee motivation itself. IT staff are expected to be easier in the continuing development of a more complex system.

Abstract

Implementation of information technology is hardware-based computer (hardware), software (software) and user (Users). Presently Information Technology has been fundamental. (Hardware) is the medium used to process information. Software (software) that systems and applications used to process inputs (input) to be informed. Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang semakin lama semakin maju dan setiap saat selalu ada perkembangan sangatlah mempunyai peranan penting dalam segala aspek kehidupan, salah satu aspek yang tidak bisa lepas dari teknologi informasi adalah aspek perekonomian terutama dalam sistem penjualan produk. Perlu sebuah kreativitas dan inovasi dari produsen agar penjualan produknya bisa ditingkatkan, apalagi melihat masyarakat sekarang yang mempunyai tingkat konsumtif tinggi terhadap barang-barang baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan algoritma apriori pada penjualan tiket pesawa dan untuk Penetuan penjualan tiket pesawat yang paling banyak terjual berdasarkan jenis dari maskapainya .Metode yang digunakan mencari melalui proses yang metodis untuk menambahkan pengetahuan itu sendiri dan dengan yang lainnya, oleh penemuan fakta dan wawasan tidak biasa. Hasil dari penelitian ini Penerapkan algoritma apriori pada penjualan tiket pesawat efektiv untuk melihat pola pembelian konsumen dimana pada saat pengolahan data dapat kita ketahui tiket yang sering di pesan oleh pembeli yaitu tiket Garuda, Sriwijaya dan Lion sehingga pihak pemilik travel dapat mengatur strategi pemasarannya, seperti mengadakan promo untuk meningkatkan penjualan tiket pesawat tersebut. Penggunakan data mining algoritma apriori untuk menemukan pola kombinasi itemset dan association rules pada Terminal Tiket Batam, dengan penjualan yaitu dengan support dan confidence tertinggi adalah Lion dan Sriwijaya serta Garuda dan Sriwijaya dengan nilai support 50% dan confidence 70%
