Abstract

Njonja Meneer company pointed out that the organization is already doing application coaching, training and development, empowerment and participation in the organizational practices. But in applying coaching and empowerment of the variable is still not carried out optimally. This is apparent from the results of the interviews also showed that employees in the performance of Njonja Meneer company is still low. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of coaching, training and development, empowerment and participation on employee performance in PT. Njonja Meneer. The sample used in the study were sixty people. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 21. Sampling in this study based on terms the respondents established earlier that all employees and managers of high level from all fields who have worked at least six months and have experienced the process of training development, and has been involved (participating) in decision making in Njonja Meneer company. The results show that the coaching, training and development, empowerment and participation affect the performance of employees above fifty percent. From the results of the regression analysis training and development have the greatest influence on employee performaance. That means training and development at Njonja Meneer company already done well and have the most impact on employee performance than coaching, empowerment, and participation. Abstract

The aims of this research is to examine the direct effect and indirect effect of Total AssetTurnover, Working Capital Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio on Firm Value with ReturnOn Asset as an intervening variable.This research sample is manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX) period 2009-2013 by using purposive sampling method. There are 64manufacturing companies selected as sample. The method of analysis used is PathAnalysis, the development of multiple linear regression.Using multiple regression analysis, it is known that TATO has positive significant effecton ROA. WCTO and DER has negative significant effect on ROA. TATO has positive notsignificant effect on Firm Value. WCTO has negative significant effect on Firm Value.DER and ROA has positive significant effect on Firm Value. The result of path analysisshowed that TATO influence Firm Value through ROA. Besides, it was found that thevalue of the adjusted R square for the equation ROA is 25,3% while the value of theadjusted R square for the equation PBV is 39,7%.Keywords: Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Working Capital Turnover (WCTO), Debt toEquity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Firm Value

Abstract

The movement of Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) reflects the simultaneous performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). JCI can be an investment guide because it describes the macro economic condition. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, exchange rate (IDR/USD) and Dow Jones Index on JCI in IDX period 2008-2016. The data comes from monthly data of inflation, exchange rate (IDR/USD), Dow Jones Index and JCI. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that inflation did not affect the JCI, while the Exchange Rate (IDR/USD) and Dow Jones Index had a positive effect on JCI. Inflation did not affect the JCI because in the research period, inflation was within the range below 10 percent so it did not have a significant impact on JCI. The most dominant variable influencing JCI is exchange rate (IDR/USD).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Aspek permodalan merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam dunia perbankan nasional, disamping dalam rangka mengembangkan usaha untuk menampung kerugian – kerugian . Dalam upaya menjaga agar permodalan bank senantiasa sehat , Bank Indonesia selaku pemegang otoritas moneter di Indonesia menentukan aturan – aturan kesehatan permodalan . Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dan analisis pengaruh antara risiko kredit (NPL)risiko asset (NPA), profitabilitas (ROA), (ROE), likuiditas (LDR), dan efisiensi usaha (BOPO)  terhadap rasio modal ( CAR) . Penelitian dilakukan  terhadap bank yang telah go public di BEJ dengan data dari tahun 2000-2004, diambil dari Indonesian Capital Market Dictionary dan JSX Watch Bisnis Indonesia.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPL, NPA, ROE, dan BOPO tidak memliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap CAR, sedangkan ROA dan LDR berpengaruh secara signifikant terhadap CAR. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kecukupan modal tidak hanya berpengaruh pada ke  enam faktor tersebut namun juga dipengaruh oleh variabel –variabel lain dan kondisi makro ekonomi. Abstract

Affective organizational commitment is a psychological attachment to the organization that is characterized by a strong desire of individuals to survive in an organization and there is emotional involvement of the organization, the identification of values and goals of the organization. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between perceptions of transactional leadership style with affective organizational commitment in managing workers Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Perhutani Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan Semarang. The population in this study are workers implementing the Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Perhutani Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan Semarang. Study sample totaled 138 people, which is obtained through simple random sampling technique. Means of collecting data in this study is the scale. Affective and the scale of organizational commitment scale (32 valid aitem, α = 0.933) and perceptions of transactional leadership style (30 valid aitem α = 0.954), which has been tested on 38 workers implementing the Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Perhutani Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan Semarang. Data obtained by simple regression analysis demonstrated a correlation coefficient of 0.42 and p = (p <0.05). That is, there is a positive and significant relationship between two variables, if the more positive perceptions of transactional leadership style, the higher the affective commitment to the organizations, and conversely the more negative perceptions of transactional leadership style, the lower the affective organizational commitment in managing workers. These results indicate that the hypothesis is accepted. Perceptions of transactional leadership style contributed by 17.7% effective against affective organizational commitment, while 82.3% were influenced by other factors that are not revealed in the study. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact time demands of work, on job satisfaction,job stress, and employee turnover intention PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.Cabang Harapan Indah, BekasiThis study is using path analysis with SmartPLS 2.0.M3. The population that used in thestudy is all the employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Cabang HarapanIndah, Bekasi, which are 108 respondents. The amount of the sample is determined by thecensus method of the entire employee. However the sample that has been applied into 85respondents significantly decreased into 85people.The results have shown that the time demands of work do not significantly influenceturnover intention. Furthermore the time demands of work have no significant effect on jobsatisfaction. Employee satisfaction negatively affect on turnover intention. Job satisfactionis not successfully mediating the relationship between the time demands of work andturnover intention. Time demands of work have positive influence on job stress. Job stresshas positive effect on turnover intention. Job stress has been successfully mediating therelationship between the time demands of work and turnover intention. Job stressnegatively affect with job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also has been successfullymediating the relationship between job stress and turnover intention.

Abstract

Along with the growth and development of confection business in the city of Semarang which increased significantly. More and more confection offers its services. Especially on Boroscloth's confection that offers clothing-making services. Increasing competition between confection to sell their products, causing in decreased sales of Boroscloth confection. Boroscloth confection must be able to use the best marketing strategy to stay afloat. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence of Product Design, Product Quality, and Competitive Price variables on Purchase Decision which is expected to increase the percentage or volume of Boroscloth product sales. Product Design, Product Quality, and Competitive Price as independent variables; brand image as intervening variable; and Purchase Decision as the dependent variable. The population used in this study was a customer who had used a Boroscloth confection service. Sampling technique used in this research is by purposive sampling. This research hypothesis testing using the data of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is to use a software program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 24.The result of this study indicate that variable product quality positively affect to brand image. Then, variable competitive prices, brand image, and product design are positively affect to purchase decision.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antar variabel guna menjawab permasalahan bagaimana inovasi produk, aliansi stratejik dan  perubahan lingkungan menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang akan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoritis serta implikasi manajerial mengenai langkah yang harus diambil oleh PT. Pos Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaannya melalui keunggulan kompetitif yang didapat dari inovasi produk, aliansi stratejik dan perubahan lingkungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kantor pos di wilayah VI Jateng dan DIY yang sudah on-line. Dari 272 kuesioner yang disebar, yang kembali hanya 111 kuesioner. Data jawaban dari responden tersebut kemudian dianalisis kesesuaiannya dengan model penelitian yang dikembangkan dari kerangka teoritis menggunakan analisis konfirmatori SEM. Dari hasil analisis data terlihat bahwa dari enam hipotesis, hanya empat yang diterima. Perubahan lingkungan terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap aliansi stratejik dan keunggulan kompetitif, aliansi stratejik berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan keunggulan kompetitif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Inovasi produk terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap aliansi stratejik dan keunggulan kompetitif. Abstract

This research study aimed to determine the influence of brand preference,perceivedquality, Perceived Value toward purchasing decisions. This research is motivatedincreasingly tight competition level of automatic motor cycle. A sample of this study is100 consumens. The technique used in sampling is an accidental sampling. The results ofthis study is a manufacture company or business actors which is able to offer the benefitthrough increased brand preference by providing added value services to business andconsumers, will eventually be able to influence its consumer behaviour in purchasingdecisions.Key words: brand preference , perceived quality, Perceived Value , purchase decisions.

Abstract

This experience aims to detect motivation influence towards employee performance withorganization culture as variable moderating (case study pt. randugarut plastic indonesia.sample that chosen to use census method or population watchfulness, where entirepopulation members that be all production part employees at pt. randugarut plasticindonesia is taken as watchfulness sample or respondent. this sample election threatensin opinion suharsini arikunto (2002) that when does population total less than 100 bettertaken all as watchfulness sample so that got sample 80 respondents.This experience method uses multiple linear regression test with a few data analysismethod which is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multikoleniarity test,heterokedastisitas test. multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test, determinationcoefficient test, and test t (hypothesis test).Testing result by using multiple linear regression shows the influential of motivationtowards employee performance in PT. Randugarut Plastic Indonesia.The interactionbetween motivation towards employee performance with organization culture as variablemoderating shows that motivation influenced employee performance. By those finding therecommendation for company are increasing employee motivation, paying attention foremployee safe taste in work, or company can give team cooperation in work, give freeemployee innovates in work in PT.
