Abstract

Considering the condition of teachers in Elementary School Wirotaman 1 Ampelgading Malang, which at the moment most of them still use the Learning Implementation Plan copy-paste results, and remember the importance of making innovative learning scenarios in a Learning Implementation Plan, on this occasion researchers intend to improve teacher competency especially in making innovative learning scenarios through In House Training in Elementary School Wirotaman 1 Ampelgading Malang" Based on the data obtained in the activity program implementation instrument in Cycle I which includes preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation activities, and reflection, it can be seen that the final score amounted to 80 with the Good category. In the implementation of Cycle II, the final number obtained was 84 with the Very Good category

Abstract

Some teachers at Purwodadi 1 Elementary School adopted another person's Learning Implementation Plan. This researcher knows when conducting academic supervision (supervision of class visits) to the target schools. These problems have a big influence on the implementation of the learning process. Under these circumstances, researchers as school advisers strive to provide ongoing guidance to teachers in compiling a Learning Implementation Plan in full in accordance with the demands on process standards and assessment standards that are part of the national education standard. Based on the research conducted, the following results can be obtained: (1) Continuous guidance can increase the motivation of the teacher in compiling a Learning Implementation Plan completely. The teacher shows the seriousness in understanding and compiling the Learning Implementation Plan especially after getting guidance on the development / preparation of the Learning Implementation Plan from the researcher. This information researchers obtained from the results of observations when conducting interviews and guidance development / preparation of Learning Implementation Plans to teachers; and (2) Continuous guidance can improve teacher competence in preparing Learning Implementation Plans. It can be proven from the observation / observation that shows that there is an increase in teacher competency in compiling the Learning Implementation Plan from cycle to cycle. In the first cycle the average value of the components of the Learning Implementation Plan was 69% and in the second cycle 83%. So, there was a 14% increase from the first cycle

Abstract

The results of empirical studies conducted by the researchers on teachers at Plandi Wonosari State Elementary School 2 Malang showed that teacher professional competence was still low, especially in teacher competencies in developing learning materials that were taught creatively. Considering these conditions, one of the efforts that can be carried out by researchers to overcome the problem of the low professional competence of teachers in carrying out their professional duties, then applied the action in the form of a supervision approach that has never been done before, namely the collaborative supervision approach. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there is an increase in teacher professional competence from pre-cycle to Cycle I of 18.18 points. The average professional competence of teachers in the pre-cycle is 52.27 with less criteria and in Cycle I is 70.45 with sufficient criteria. Teacher professional competence also experienced an increase from Cycle I to Cycle II by 18.19 points. The average professional competence of teachers in Cycle II was 88.64 with good criteria

Abstract

Wirotaman Public Elementary School 3 Ampelgading District Malang Regency as a school where the writer is in charge for example, has 6 educators / teachers. In fact, these educators often show their lack of solidarity in dealing with various problems that arise within the school and outside the school. Based on the observation of the author, it was found that some of the problems faced by school residents were caused by misunderstandings due to lack of communication (miss communication). This can be one of the causes of less labor productivity / performance of educators and ultimately can affect student learning achievement as well. Considering these conditions, on this occasion the researcher intends to conduct a School Action Research (PTS) as an effort to improve the principal's managerial abilities through morning briefing activities. After the morning briefing activities, there appeared to be an increase in the number of activity participants who agreed to the implementation of morning briefing activities, in addition if at the beginning of the morning breading the majority of the participants seemed still confused and awkward, then in the morning briefing activities in the sessions Furthermore, the participants of the activity seemed to be more free in expressing their ideas and thoughts in order to discuss various problems related to the condition of the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar antara model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dengan Pair Check terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa PGSD Unipa Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Randomized Control Group Postest Desaing. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri mahasiswa angkatan 2017 A, B dan C. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan kelas B dan C. Untuk teknik penggolahan data peneliti menggunakan Uji Anova dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20 for windows. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share dengan Pair Check terhadap Prestasi Beajar Mashasiswa PGSD Unipa Surabaya Pada Pokok Bahasan Konsep Waktu dan Perubahan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran e-learning terhadap hasil belajar pada mata kuliah Konsep IPS Lanjut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran e-learning terhadap hasil belajar maka data hasil tes belajar mahasiswa dianalisis dengan Uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai Sig.2 tailed (0.000) < α (0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran e-learning terhadap hasil belajar pada mata kuliah Konsep IPS Lanjut.

Abstract

Media Development Research Jaring-jaring Bangun Ruang with ASSURE Learning Model Class V Semester II SDN Pucang Sidoarjo district motivated by learning according to the observations of researchers are still teacher-centered. Task of the teacher explains the subject matter, giving example problems and exercises, while the assignment of students just listen to the teacher's explanations, noting the subject matter and do the exercises. Because of lack of varied learning, then students easily saturated and bored. The purpose of this development is to produce research of learning nets Media Room Wake up to the steps of learning ASSURE Learning Model is expected to improve the quality of learning. ASSURE Learning Model is done with these steps: Analyse learner, State objectives, Select methods, media, materials, utilize media and materials, Require learner participation, and Evaluate and revise. ASSURE learning activities include: 1) identify and analyze the characteristics of students associated with learning outcomes, 2) formulate and set learning goals, 3) choosing a strategy, choosing technologies and media as well as modify the material, 4) teacher planning to use the technology, media and materials to achieve learning goals, 5) learning requires active mental engagement of students, 6) tested the learning process, assess and revise the material. After students learn with media Jaring-jaring Bangun Ruang in the ASSURE Learning Model in which students more effective learning activities, students find pleasure in learning and achievement. This is evident with the increase in the acquisition of learning. Increased learning ability is supported by student work in the form of worksheets and observation of student activity sheets. Also from the questionnaire responses of students towards learning it, obtained an average score of 10 item statements given is 88.3 This shows that the response of students towards learning nets to Build Space ASSURE Learning Model can be very positive category. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended to teachers of mathematics in making learning as follows: (1) makes the ASSURE Learning Model as a liberation ¬ lesson worth considering alternatives, (2) assist students in learning through the use of modern media, (3) develop this study that the results of this study is more comprehensive and profound.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi anatara kemampuan presentasi dengan kemampuan menjawab tes lisan pada mahasiswa PGSD UNRAM. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester dua PGSD Universitas Mataram yang berjumlah 328 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan yaitu Simple Random Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin eror margin sebesar 5%, sehingga didapatkan sampel berjumalah 180. Teknik pengumulan data yang digunakan adalah tes lisan dan observasi. Uji prasyarat analisis digunakan uji normalitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis korelasi Product Moment. Hasil uji statistik deskriptif pada keterampilan presentasi menunjukkan rerata 79,6. Sedangkan hasil uji statistik deskriptif kemampuan menjawab tes lisan menunjukkan rerata 80,9. Pengujian hipotesis koefisien korelasi kemampuan presentasi dengan kemampuan menjawab tes lisan dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh rhitung > rtabel yaitu 0,452 > 0,159 dan nilai signifikan yang kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,00. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis tersebut menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara kemampuan presentasi dengan kemampuan menjawab tes lisan pada mahasiswa PGSD UNRAM. Sehingga Ha yang menyatakan bahwa ada korelasi antara kemampuan presentasi dengan kemampuan menjawab tes lisan pada mahasiswa PGSD UNRAM dapat diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media ropitri berbasis realistic mathematic education terhadap pembelajaran matematika materi sifat bangun datar. Pembelajaran matematika sangat berguna untuk siswa karena konsep matematika sangat dibutuhkan dalam memecahkan masalah yang berhubungan dengan matematika dalam kehidupan. Pembelajaran akan lebih bermakna jika dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan realistik agar sesuai dengan kondisi nyata kehidupan siswa. Maka dari itu peneliti mengujicobakan media ropitri yang berbasis realistic mathematic education untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap pembelajaran matematika materi sifat bangun datar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SDN Krembung 1 Sidoarjo. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar pretest dan posttest. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-test dari hasil belajar siswa sebagai output dari sebuah pembelajaran, diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar -3,579, sedangkan ttabel db=51 pada taraf signifikansi 5%, diperoleh ttabel sebesar 2,007. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung berada di bawah nilai ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Sehingga –t hitung (-3,579)< -t tabel (-2,007) dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu media Ropitri berpengaruh terhadap pembelajaran matematika materi sifat bangun datar pada siswa kelas III.
