Abstract

As a business center in Jakarta, SME TOWER provides modern and complete facilities so it is expected to become one stop shopping area for local and international consumers who want to buy KUKM Indonesia products. SME TOWER serves as place for meeting, event, exhibition, conference, shopping or to know the development of international market. This research was conducted to find out the influence of market orientation (customer orientation, competitor orientation, and inter-functional orientation) towards product innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) . Data obtained from small and medium enterprises that use SMECO facilities focusing on handicraft and fashion products.  The sample with purposive sampling was chosen after coordination with LLP-KUKM SMESCO as the parent of the business incorporated in the UKM Gallery to request the willingness of the related businesses to become respondents., 56 were obtained as samples in this study, but only 30 filled the research questionnaire.  Data was analyzed using descriptive quantitative, and multiple linear regression. Primary data obtained through survey method with questionnaire instrument as a tool. The result indicates that customer orientation and competitor orientation have significant influence to product innovation while inter-function orientation has no influence on product innovation. Customer orientation, competitor orientation, and inter-functional orientation together have a significant effect on product innovation. The competitor's orientation has the most powerful influence on product innovation.

Abstract

This researched a business plan with the title “Lighting Equipment Rental Business for Television Station”. The objective of this project is to find out how beneficial the profit prospect of such business or lighting rental service business is. Service which is offered is the solution to television station’s demand for providing equipment for a program production. The Method instrument utilized to make the analysis of this business profitability is SWOT analysis, Canvas Model Business analysis and financial report projection analysis based on the logical assumption according to the real condition. The measurement to determine this business profit prospect is based on the capital repayment period and the expected profit projection. At the end of this research, it is generated an illustration explaining that the capital repayment can be made within 12 (twelve) months, so at the thirteenth (13th) month and the following months the profit gained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between financial performance which measured by return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA), and economic value added (EVA) to dividend policy which measured by dividend payout ratio (DPR). The population of this research is all food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2013 which consisted of 16 companies. The samples are chosen by the use of purposive sampling method and come up with seven companies to be studied. To analyze the data and to perform hypotheses tests using simple linear regression and multiple linear regressions. The results of the hypotheses tests concludes that two variables, return on equity and return on assets have significant influence to dividend payout ratio while economic value added has no significant influence to payout ratio. It was found also that return on equity, return on assets, and economic value added simultaneously have significant influence to payout ratio.

Abstract

Rencana bisnis ini bertujuan untuk menidentifikasikan, menganalisis serta mengembangkan strategi bisnis WAVE VISUEL terkait dengan strategi digital marketing yang seperti apa yang akan digunakan dalam pengembangannya. Rencana bisnis ini menggunakan analisis strategi digital marketing seperti instagram, website, twitter, facebook, youtube. Rencana bisnis ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana WAVE VISUEL akan mengembangkan usahanya dengan strageti pemasaran produk yang akan dijual sehingga pendapatan yang diperoleh akan meningkat. Diharapkan rencana bisnis yang akan dihasilkan dapat membantu pengembangannya sampai lima tahun kedepan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how the  sponsorship issued by PT. Sentra Timur Residence at Maroon Festival 2017 event in improving brand awareness of Sentra Timur Residence on Bakrie University community. The quantitative approach and survey 103 visitors of Maroon Festival 2017 event as samples collected using convenience sampling technique, and analysed by testing hyphothesis. The result of this research indicates that sponsorship has significant affect on brand awareness. The relationship between sponsorship variables and brand awareness is very strong.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze how much the company size, leverage, probability, and managerial ownership can effect earning management. This research is used mining manufacture company that has been listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2016 period of time as reasearch object. Variables used in this reasearch include company size, leverage, probability, and managerial ownership. The population used in this study is mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange since the year 2013 to 2016 respectively. The sample selection using purposive sampling method, with the acquisition of 36 samples in accordance with the criteria. Methods of data analysis used in this research is quantitative approach using multiple linear regression using Eviews 10 application. Secondary data was obtained from annual financial report of the mining company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the reasearch result of mining company being observed sample, it comes to the conclusion that there is no effect of company size, probability, and managerial ownership percentage to the earning management. This result predicted that company size percentage, probability percentage, and managerial ownership can not affect earning management. As for leverage can eefect earning management. This result peredicted tha the presence of high leverage may cause a earning management act.
